Seiring dengan merebaknya penyakit yang banyak menyerang sapi maka penulis mengangkat judul Sistem pakar dengan metode forward chainning. sistem pakar adalah ilmu informasi yang berisi  seorang pakar sehingga  layak menjadi seorang pakar,  aplikasi ini dirancang dengan basis pengetahuan  fakta dan  penalaran,  dari kumpulan data - data faktual dengan mencari aturan atau gejala gejala yang sesuai hipotesis dapat digunakan untuk menentukan penentuan gejala yang sudah diidentifikasi. Perancangan aplikasi ini  berbasis mobile dengan bahasa pemrograman Java pada Android sebagai client dan database MySQL sebagai server dengan  PHP sebagai link login sehingga aplikasi ini sangat mudah digunakan dan cepat saat ingin mengakses aplikasi tersebut.  expert sistem (sistem pakar) juga dikenal sebagai sistem yang berusaha menerapkan     pemikiran manusia untuk kemudian diimplementasikan dalam  perangkat lunak, sehingga komputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah Topik seperti yang biasanya dilakukan oleh seorang profesional dalam sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode forward chainning  forward chainning ini menggunakan aturan  (if) kemudian dilanjutkan pada kesimpulan atau informasi turunan (then) sehingga menemukan fakta yang dapat ditarik sebagai kesimpulan. Forward chaining berarti menggunakan set aturan tindakan bersyarat. Teknik ini menggunakan data untuk menentukan aturan mana yang akan dieksekusi, atau  menambahkan data ke memori  untuk diproses guna menemukan hasilnya.

This research was conducted at SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Every year the Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School holds a New Student Registration (PPDB) to select prospective students. In the 2018/2019 academic year, 396 people registered and 298 people were accepted. The PPDB process starts from prospective students filling out the registration form and ends with the payment of re-registration funds for accepted students. The system used in the implementation of PPDB is still paper-based so that the performance of the PPDB committee is less effective. The purpose of this study is to design a computer-based new student registration system that is structured in a database to assist the PPDB committee in processing registration participant data, reduce paper purchase costs, minimize the risk of data loss, data corruption, recording and counting errors. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. This system is made using dynamic web with PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL database. The design of this system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The development method used is the R&D (Research and Development) method. This study resulted in a cash-based new student registration administration system using a dynamic web to provide convenience for the committee in processing PPDB participant data from the registration process to new student re-registration transactions, as well as presenting reports quickly and accurately. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained from testing the validity of the new system score from internal and external validators. The internal validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 94%. An external validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 97%. From the results of these tests, it can be concluded that the administrative system for registering new students can be a solution to the problems found and can be implemented in the object of research.

Internet technology is currently developing rapidly, the need for internet in the community in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic is increasing because studying and working can be done at home. By utilizing technology, processing customer bill payment data will be faster because of the ease of use. To support the implementation of this inseparable development of Information and Technology, a website-based internet bill payment system was created with the aim of making it easier for customers to make payments and check payment history and provide convenience for the field of collection in checking accounts receivable data so that they can be followed up in accordance with standard operating procedures. applicable. So that customers feel comfortable because they don't need to be constantly reminded regarding missed payments. The design of the internet service bill payment system is described by Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The design of the system prototype uses the PHP programming language and the PostgreSQL database. From this study, it was found that the website-based internet bill payment system was running well. In appearance, the website is responsive to many browsers. Meanwhile, in terms of functionality, the system can perform the functions of each feature.

In developing a business or sale is to follow technological developments including the use of systems for buying and selling interactions. There are already many sellers who make buying and selling interactions online. In addition, to develop a business, it is also necessary to predict future sales so that the seller knows and prepares the number of goods to be sold to avoid shortages or excess quantities of goods. To find sales predictions, various methods can be used, one of which is Double Exponential Smoothing method. Double Exponential Smoothing  method is the time series method that uses data from the past to predict the next period. The data processed is sales data at Dasni clothing stores for one year. The results obtained are in the form of a sales prediction system for the next 3 months period which calculates the level of prediction accuracy using MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) with the smallest error sought because the smaller the error, the more accurate it is to predict the number of sales in the next period. This prediction system is also designed using the PHP programming language.

Website merupakan salah satu sarana promosi alternatif untuk memasarkan produk atau jasa. Kedai Geulish merupakan suatu usaha perdagangan yang menjual berbagai macam masakan makanan dari daerah jawa barat. Karena kurangnya media informasi pada Kedai Geulish, masyarakat mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari informasi makan. Kedai Geulish berharap dapat lebih meningkatkan pelayanan di masa mendatang. Informasi-informasi yang berhubungan dengan Kedai Geulish di harapkan dapat lebih mudah di akses oleh para pelanggan. Sehingga terjadi hubungan yang erat antara pihak Kedai Geulish maupun pelanggan yang ingin mengetahui informasi makanan yang ada pada Kedai Geulish. Pada pembangunan sistem tersebut dibutuhkan data pendukung yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti: observasi, wawancara dan pustaka, sedangkan dalam pembangunan sistem menerapkan metode pengembangan software RAD (Rapid application Development). Metode ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan sistem. Sistem tersebut dirancang menggunakan php dan mysql. untuk tahap akhir pengujian menggunakan black box testing yang menunjukkan hasil bahwa sistem yang dibangun sudah sesuai dengan analisa kebutuhan. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sebuah Website dengan nama domain kedaigeulish.com yang mana Website Kedai Geulish berisi tentang informasi yang ada pada Kedai Geulish tersebut dengan memiliki halaman yang saling untuk meningkatkan pelayanan informasi dan promosi pada Kedai Geulish.

Football School (SSB) is a supporting facility for children who have potential in the field of soccer in order to improve their skills. Football is a large ball game played in teams with a team of 10 players and 1 goalkeeper. In this game, teamwork is an important value that must be possessed to achieve competitive victory. However, along with problems in the form of discrepancies in operational standardization in soccer schools, causing negative public perceptions of the existence of this school. Therefore, a research was conducted to build a decision-making model in determining the choice of soccer schools in accordance with legal standards for children, namely using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is one method that can solve a problem because there is a hierarchy where there are several important aspects, namely Objects, Criteria, Sub Criteria, and Alternatives. By combining data and knowledge, it can increase effectiveness in decision makers. It is hoped that in the future, this research can help the community to support their children in the field of soccer by determining the appropriate soccer school.

Teeth are one of human‘s organs that feeds on food. As an organ, the tooth definitely can be attacked by some disease. There are many cases of dental disease that occur from dental diseases common to people to chronic dental diseases that can be dangerous. The low level of public concern about dental disease is a problem faced today. Evidenced by the small number of people who diligently consult with dentists about the health of their teeth. An alternative option is needed that can make it easier for people to be able to consult or diagnose dental health and disease without having to see a doctor of dental health. Therefore, in this essay an expert system was created to provide alternative choices for people. This expert system was created with the php hypertext preprocessor programming language. Using the forward chaining method as a tracking method. The purpose of making this expert system is to be able to be a substitute for a dental expert so that people can already do the diagnosis of dental disease anywhere and anytime.

In the warehouse department or warehouse in companies including PT. Included in the warehouse inventory system which often occurs is not available stock and excessive stock. This causes the inventory function in the warehouse not to work optimally. From these problems,. This system includes controlling inventory in the warehouse for purchases so as to reduce excessive or insufficient stock so that the stockter inventory is controlled, as well as the data input process that utilizes RFID so as to speed up the time in the data input process. This system uses the PHP and MYSQL programming languages as the database and utilizes the PHP Framework, namely CodeIgniter, in making this website. With a web-based system, it makes it easier for employees to process data in a timely manner.

In this study a web-based expert system was designed using the Naïve bayes method which was intended to help farmers diagnose chili plants. The system development method used is extreme programming which consists of planning, design, coding, testing. A web-based chilli plant disease diagnostic expert system was developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. This expert system is capable of diagnosing chili plants by submitting disease symptoms at the time of inspection. Based on the selected symptoms, this system will provide diagnostic results and then display the disease and solutions for the chili plant disease. The results in this study concluded that there was compatibility between the results of the expert system diagnosis using the Naïve bayes method with experts.

PG were still using a manual system, especially the administration section which is handling information process that was not regulated in a good information base system, namely data processing.Procurement of heavy equipment which takes quite a long time from manual recording, preparation of reports, to searching for meaningful data on the company's heavy equipment, and can also assist the administration in searching for information contained in the procurement of heavy equipment. To overcome this problem, a program was created that could assist administration staff in managing data on heavy equipment procurement, speed up data collection on heavy equipment procurement, make it easier for administration to store data, assist in knowing financial income and expenditure transactions, help speed up data search and creation, reports and others. With the protoyping model (life cycle using prototyping) for the programming languages ​​used are PHP and MySQL. The result is to make it easier for CV. PG in the process of procuring heavy equipment data, and can also help the administration in searching for data that is in the procurement of heavy equipment.

Tempat penyimpanan barang disuatu tempat sangat dibutuhkan untuk beberapa orang yang ingin menyimpan barang yang dimiliki selama beberapa waktu, begitupun di kampus ESQ Business School juga menyediakan peminjaman tempat untuk para mahasiswa untuk menyimpan barang. Sebelumnya proses peminjaman barang masih dilakukan secara manual, dengan adanya platform berbasis website ini diharapkan bisa memfasilitasi peminjaman loker agar bisa memudahkan pengurus loker maupun seluruh mahasiswa dan bisa diakses dari mana saja dan kapan saja. Pembuatan menggunakan manajemen basis data MySQL dan menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP native dengan konsep Object Oriented Programming(OOP).

The research method used in this research is observation, interviews and design and implementation of the system. Design system design with DFD, ERD and implementation with PHP programming language. Computer mining rigs are specially designed for only one purpose which is to mine crypto assets efficiently and effectively. Mining takes a lot of time, therefore it is very important to pay attention to computers for mining. The better the quality of the PC or computer, the faster the mining process will be. So far, consumers in choosing a mining rig computer only observe the mining rig computer without looking at special criteria such as price, motherboard, processor, VGA, power supply and RAM. COPRAS method assessment criteria include price criteria, motherboard, processor, VGA, power supply and RAM.. The system development method uses a prototype, the system design uses UML and the system manufacture uses PHP and MySQL. The current era is the era of globalization, and many companies are starting to develop with increasingly sophisticated technology. CRM is a comprehensive tactic from the company so that every process of the customer life cycle can be utilized optimally. The purpose of this study was to establish a website for the CRM-based WiassShop Shoe Store. The method that will be built in this research is a website-based information system at WiasShop using the Waterfall system development method. The use of this method begins with listening to all obstacles, obstacles and suggestions from customers. Then a system design will be carried out that is tailored to the needs and complaints that have been submitted by customers, after which the development design is implemented in the form of a website. After that, the system will be tested to find out where the bugs (weaknesses) are, which will later be repaired and refined. This system will be built using Php Native and using MySQL database. Hasil penelitian yang penulis buat dengan judul Rancang bangun website pada toko sepatu wiasshop berbasis CRM adalah untuk memudahkan pengelola Wiasshop dalam melakukan pengolahan data produk, memudahkan dalam pencatatan data transaksi,dan mempermudah user dalam melakukan pembelian produk.

Klinik adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan dan menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan dasar dan/atau spesialistik yang diselenggarakan oleh lebih dari satu jenis tenaga kesehatan dan dipimpin oleh seorang tenaga kesehatan. Untuk dokumen rekam medis yang sudah tidak digunakan lebih dari lima tahun, dokumen rekam medis dapat dipisahkan atau disimpan. Retensi bertujuan untuk menyeleksi dokumen rekam medis yang sudah tidak aktif lagi dan mengurangi jumlah berkas rekam medis yang terus meningkat sehingga dapat menjaga mutu pelayanan dengan mempercepat penyusunan dokumen rekam medis pada saat dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan sortir seleksi dalam menentukan dokumen rekam medis yang harus disimpan dalam sistem informasi penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis. Dengan algoritma selection sort, pengurutan dokumen dalam sistem menjadi lebih mudah. Metode Sistem dibangun berbasis Web dengan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan System Development Live Cycle (SDLC). Klinik PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganom Klaten merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Kabupaten Klaten. Ruang penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis masih satu dengan pendaftaran rawat jalan. Sistem informasi penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis dengan penerapan metode pengurutan seleksi yang digunakan yaitu descending dan ascending, dengan mengurutkan tahun dengan nominal besar ke tahun dengan nominal kecil atau sebaliknya. Penerapan metode seleksi pada sistem retensi dokumen rekam medis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext) dengan database My SQL diharapkan dapat membantu proses retensi di Klinik PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganom Klaten dan pelayanan kesehatan menjadi lebih baik.

In connection with the problems above, the researchers tried to design an application entitled Beber Village Community Complaints. In designing this application, the author uses the SDLC Waterfall model method, which is carried out step by step in accordance with the procedures in the Waterfall method. The admin application is built using the Codeigniter Framework version 3 with the PHP programming language. While the client/user uses Android which is built with the Flutter Framework which uses the Dart programming language. The resulting application is in the form of a Client Server. Adam uses the WEB Service view while the client/user uses the Android version.
