Baby blues syndrome can have negative implications both in the short and long term, this has the potential to cause a tendency for passive attitudes in pregnant women, and result in neglect of the baby's needs, including a lack of attention and touch from the mother. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the contribution of husbands and the role of health workers with the level of understanding of pregnant women regarding Baby blues syndrome at the Lueng Bata Community Health Center, Banda Aceh. The study applied an analytical method with a cross-sectional approach, and involved all 73 pregnant women registered at the study location, with a total sampling technique. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire. The study took place from May 3 to 25, 2025. Based on the findings, there was a significant relationship between husband's support and pregnant women's knowledge regarding Baby blues syndrome (p = 0.001), and a significant relationship was also identified between the role of health workers on pregnant women's knowledge regarding the condition (p = 0.003). From the results obtained, it can be concluded that husband's support and the involvement of health workers mutually contribute to increasing pregnant women's understanding regarding Baby blues syndrome in the service area of ​​the Lueng Bata Community Health Center. It is recommended that health workers be more proactive in providing education and counseling regarding this syndrome so that pregnant women's knowledge regarding Baby blues syndrome can be maximized.

Konflik manusia–gajah merupakan permasalahan serius di kawasan Taman Nasional Way Kambas, Lampung, yang berdampak pada kerugian ekonomi, gangguan sosial, dan ancaman keselamatan manusia serta satwa liar [1], [2]. Salah satu pendekatan mitigasi yang efektif adalah penerapan sistem peringatan dini berbasis teknologi telekomunikasi dan Internet of Things (IoT) [3], [4]. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan dan kinerja jaringan telekomunikasi yang sesuai untuk mendukung sistem peringatan dini konflik manusia–gajah. Metode meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan arsitektur jaringan, perbandingan teknologi komunikasi (GSM/4G, NB-IoT, dan LoRaWAN), serta simulasi skenario pengiriman data dari node sensor. Data empiris diperoleh dari simulasi performa jaringan (jangkauan, delay, konsumsi daya, dan packet delivery ratio). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa LoRaWAN memiliki keunggulan dalam jangkauan dan efisiensi energi untuk wilayah konservasi yang minim infrastruktur [5], [6]. Sistem yang diusulkan mampu mengirimkan data deteksi keberadaan gajah secara near real-time ke pusat pemantauan dan selanjutnya didistribusikan sebagai peringatan kepada petugas dan masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan sistem peringatan dini konflik manusia–gajah berbasis telekomunikasi di Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Sistem Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah (SKPI) di Universitas Semarang melalui audit dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019, dengan fokus pada domain Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) dan Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA). SKPI berfungsi sebagai dokumen resmi yang memberikan informasi tambahan mengenai kompetensi lulusan di luar nilai akademik (ijazah), sehingga penting untuk memastikan kualitas dan relevansinya dengan kebutuhan industri. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data primer melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, serta data sekunder dari literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kapabilitas pada sub-domain DSS dan MEA berada pada level 4 yang dilabeli sebagai terkelola, dengan nilai rata-rata masing-masing 3,73 untuk DSS dan 3,85 untuk MEA. Meskipun demikian, terdapat sejumlah rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan nilai Maturity Level sistem, dengan GAP masing-masing sebesar 1,07 untuk DSS dan 1,04 untuk MEA. Rekomendasi yang disampaikan meliputi peningkatan kompetensi petugas teknis, pengembangan aplikasi mobile, dan sosialisasi prosedur penyajian SKPI secara digital. Dengan adanya rekomendasi tersebut, diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan positif dalam pengelolaan SKPI di Universitas Semarang dan meningkatkan daya saing lulusan di pasar kerja.Kata Kunci: Audit Sistem, Maturity Level, Rekomendasi, Deliver, Service and Support (DSS), Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA)

Work fatigue is one of the occupational health problems that may affect productivity, concentration, and increase the risk of workplace accidents. Security officers at Ferry Mulia Raja Napitupulu Port, Balige, are at high risk of experiencing fatigue due to shift work systems, physical and mental workload, and poor sleep quality. This study aims to identify factors associated with work fatigue among security officers. A quantitative method with a cross-sectional design was applied. The sample consisted of 45 security officers selected using total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires on individual characteristics, nutritional status, sleep quality, workload, and environmental temperature, and analyzed using bivariate tests. The results revealed significant relationships between age, nutritional status, sleep quality, workload, and temperature with work fatigue levels (p<0.05). It can be concluded that both individual and work environment factors contribute to fatigue among security officers. The study recommends that port management pay more attention to shift arrangements, rest patterns, and occupational health interventions to reduce fatigue risk and enhance officers’ productivity.
