Guidance and counseling is an essential service in the academic framework that aims to support the optimal development of students. The success of BK services does not only depend on the competence of guidance and counseling teachers, but also on the involvement and synergy of all school personnel. However, in practice, BK services are often understood as the individual responsibility of BK teachers, so that the roles of other school personnel have not been optimally integrated. This research seeks to delineate the duties and responsibilities of school personnel in guidance and counseling activities and to examine the patterns of collaboration that have been established in their implementation. This research utilizes a qualitative approach using a literature study method, with data sources in the form of accredited national journal articles and related scientific publications over the past five years. The data were evaluated by employing content analysis techniques to identify topics related to the roles of the principal, guidance counselors, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, and educational staff. Findings from this research indicate that the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services is greatly influenced by the clarity of the division of tasks, managerial support from the principal, and collaboration between school personnel. The findings also reveal a gap between the ideal concept of collaborative guidance and counseling services and their implementation in schools. The Scientific implications stress the vital role of strengthening coordination and integration of the roles of school personnel in developing more effective, systematic, and sustainable guidance and counseling services.

This study aims to Improve the Discipline of Fire Fighting Personnel to the Palembang Fire And Disaster Management Service. The results show that from the results of research that has been carried out it can be said that the Strategy for Increasing Discipline of Personnel Related to Fire Fighting Services to the Community at the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service has not been effective because there are several indicators that have not been met from the side of external training that are not. can be followed by all personnel due to limited funds, as well as the support of facilities and facilities that are still not supported. For training activities carried out by employees, namely internal training for Levels I, II and III, while external training is held at the DKI Jakarta Fire Department in Ciracas, and has now been implemented by the Ministry of Home Affairs.  The supporting factor in this research is where the ASN development policy, as well as agency support for internal training and personal motivation are the main and important things, although in the future there will need to be other improvements. In addition, the existence of rewards and punishments is also a motivation to improve work discipline. Improving the quality of work is apart from the quality of personnel, also in terms of improving supporting facilities and infrastructure, currently the facilities owned are still not in accordance with the needs, so this is the inhibiting factor in this research. Then a lot of fire fighting equipment is still lacking, be it hoses, pumps, for reasons of budget constraints, of course this triggers the fire fire operation process

Arimby Palera. Efektivitas Pasal Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Gratifikasi di Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Pasal Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Gratifikasi di Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pasal Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Gratifikasi di Sumatera Selatan belum efektif dalam kasus ini dikarenakan beberapa hal yaitu keterbatasan jumlah personil sehingga masih menghambat dalam penanganan perkara. Faktor dari efektivitas kebijakan gratifikasi adalah kerjasama antar departemen dan personil yang terjalin dengan baik, kemudian Subdirektorat III memiliki sumber daya personil yang mumpuni, dengan kedua hal tersebut kebijakan gratifikasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat umum dan ASN mengenai kebijakan gratifikasi beserta kategorinya sehingga membuat banyak ASN yang terjebak dalam kasus suap. Kemudian keterbatasan jumlah personil dengan kualitas yang mumpuni akan menghambat dan memperlambat kinerja Subdirektorat III khususnya. Seharusnya satu orang petugas mampu menangani satu berkas perkara karena jumlah petugas tidak mencukupi sehingga harus menangani dua sampai tiga perkara.

This study aims to determine the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and working hours on the performance of PKP-PK personnel. In this research, 77 respondents from PKP-PK personnel were interviewed to collect data on indicators related to the research variables and the selected sample population. The data were analyzed descriptively using IBM Statistics SPSS 20 for Windows. The results showed that Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and working hours have a positive and significant impact on the performance of PKP-PK personnel. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) positively and significantly influences the performance of PKP-PK personnel, with a coefficient of. Working hours also have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PKP-PK personnel. Thus, this study indicates that Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and working hours play an important role in improving the performance of PKP-PK personnel. Companies must ensure appropriate occupational health and safety and working hours to enhance the performance of PKP-PK personnel.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does promotion affect the job satisfaction of Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel? (2) What is the effect of remuneration on job satisfaction of Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel? (3) What is the effect of promotion and remuneration on job satisfaction of Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel? This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The effect of job promotion on job satisfaction of Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel. (2) The effect of remuneration on the job satisfaction of Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel. (3) The effect of position promotion and remuneration on job satisfaction of Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Position promotion has a positive effect on job satisfaction in the Personnel of the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit. This means that if the promotion of the position is increased, then job satisfaction in the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel will also increase. (2) Remuneration has a positive effect on job satisfaction in the Personnel of the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit. This means that if the remuneration is increased, then job satisfaction in the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel will also increase. (3) Position promotion and remuneration have a positive effect on job satisfaction in the Personnel of the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit. This means that if position promotions and remuneration are increased, job satisfaction in the Tasikmalaya City Police Sabhara Unit Personnel will also increase.

Leaders of Islamic Boarding Schools are people who have great influence in a boarding school. As a manager the principal plays a role in managing the educational resources they have. The school principal must be able to bring change to the school he leads to become a quality school by utilizing resources, especially teachers. Teachers are required to master pedagogic, professional, social, and personality competencies, for this reason the real role of the school principal is needed to improve teacher competence. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study aims to identify and describe the role of the principal as a manager in implementing strategies through collaboration and communication at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Tebing Tinggi District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District in terms of Planning, Organizing, Actuating aspects. , Controlling (Supervision), as well as the efforts made by the principal in improving the competence of teachers at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School which includes; school principals' support for teacher competency improvement programs; and facilities provided in an effort to increase teacher competence. The results of this study are that the leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has carried out its role as a manager by carrying out management principles which include Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. Planning (Planning) is carried out by the principal by drafting a school program based on the foundation's policy. Organizing is done by dividing the tasks to each school personnel to jointly run the program that has been made. Actuating (Motivating) is the principal's activity to move each personnel to consciously support the program being run. While Controlling (Supervision) is an activity carried out by the principal to determine the success of the program that has been implemented. The leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has provided full support for the teacher competency improvement program by providing opportunities for teachers to continue their studies and involving teachers in various trainings, workshops, and also training. The school principal facilitates the needs of teachers in an effort to increase teacher competence by providing scholarships to teachers to carry out further studies, allowances and other educational facilities.

Apron Movement Control  adalah unit yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengatur dan mengawasi semua kegiatan di apron mulai dari penempatan pesawat (parking), mengawasi proses pengisian bahan bakar untuk pesawat, mengawasi proses bongkar muat barang di pesawat, manuver kendaraan di apron, menertibkan staf yang bekerja di darat (apron) dan memberikan perizinan kendaraan yang beroperasi di apron. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Menurut Sugiyono (2019) metode penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat post positivisme, digunakan pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah, (sebagai lawannya eksperimen) dimana peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan), analisa data bersifat induktif/kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan makna dari pada generalisasi. Penggunaan pendekatan kualitatif ini dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh gambaran terhadap analisis kinerja unit Apron Movement Control Dalam Meningkatkan Keselamatan Di Bandar Udara Internasional. Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Kinerja Personil Apron Movement Control Dalam Meningkatkan Keselamatan Penerbangan Di Bandar Udara Internasional Kualanamu Medan yang telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 03 Agustus – 03 Oktober 2022 di Unit AMC (Apron Movement Control) Bandar Udara Internasional Kuanalamu Medan. Seperti yang kita ketahui keselamatan penerbangan sangat penting di tingkatkan, agar seluruh pergerakan di sisi udara terhindar dari hal yang tidak diinginkan. Sesuai dengan permasalahan yang sebelumnya hasil penelitian ini merupakan hasil observasi yang dilakukan secara langsung oleh peneliti terhadap kinerja personil di unit AMC (Apron Movement Control) Bandar Udara Internasional Kualanamu Medan.

Personil pada lembaga Kursus. Pengorganisasian personil  adalah salah satu dari  fungsi manajemen yang bertujuan untuk menentukan orang-orang yang memiliki kompetensi intelektual dan manajerial dalam mengemban organisasi kearah yang lebih baik dan sesuai dengan kemampuannya.  Dewasa ini LKP  banyak dikelola oleh yayasan pendidikan yang didalamnya banyak melibatkan keluarga dan kerabat sebagai bagian dari karyawan. Hal ini biasanya terjadi pada  lembaga pendidikan yang bersifat Non profit dimana lembaga pendidikan tersebut bertujuan sosial. Rancu Apabila dipandang dari kacamata organisasi hal itu bukan suatu kesalahan, namun akan menjadi suatu masalah apabila dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan tidak merinci tugas, fungsi dan tanggung jawabnya sehingga terlihat tidak profesional. Tugas dan fungsi yang tidak jelas dan sesuai akan menghambat pencapaian organisasi secara keseluruhan. Namun tentu saja tidak semua lembaga pendidikan yang berbasis keluarga memiliki kondisi di atas ada juga yang menerapkan  manajemen secara profesional. Harapannya dengan Pengorganisasian personil  program pendidikan yang berkualitas diselenggarakan secara terencana, terarah dan terpadu dalam suatu sistem pengorganisasian yang efektif dan lugas. Setiap bagian dalam organisasi memunculkan tugas dan fungsinya dengan jelas.  Sehingga setiap jabatan memiliki tanggung jawab masing – masing. Dengan memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab tertentu maka organisasi dengan mudah memperbaiki atau menambah fungsinya dalam rangka evaluasi dan perbaikan guna meningkatkan kualitasnya. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengorganisasian di pada lembaga Kursus Pelatihan (LKP ) Bahasa Inggris Dan Komputer  English Lovers Club ( ELC ) telah terlaksana dengan baik hal ini dilihat dari  adanya Koordinasi, Struktur Organisasi dan Pembagian Tugas dalam pengorganisasian lembaga.

Penyelenggaraan Keprotokolan merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan guna mewujudkan tata pemerintahan yang baik. Unit kerja yang menangani keprotokolan adalah Sub Bagian Protokol pada yang masuk dalam bagian Humas dan Protokol, Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah.. Bentuk kegiatan keprotokolan meliputi tata tempat, tata upacara dan tata penghormatan. Pelaksanaan tata tempat sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, namun belum seluruh pengaturan tata tempat maupun Lay Out dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal pada setiap kegiatan di lingkungan pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Kendala-Kendala dalam penyelenggaraan keprotokolan meliputi faktor yang bersifat administratif dan faktor yang bersifat teknis. Faktor yang bersifat administratif berkaitan dengan anggaran, Peraturan pelaksana dan teknis, koordinasi antar instansi yang terkait, dan jumlah personil yang belum optimal. Sedangankan faktor yang bersifat teknis berhubungan dengan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
