International trade involves cross-border buying and selling activities between countries, which in practice requires various transportation documents to ensure legal certainty and smooth operations. One of the main documents used is the Bill of Lading (Konosemen), which is a dated letter issued by the carrier as proof of receipt of goods to be transported to a certain destination and delivered to a specified recipient. The Bill of Lading has three essential functions: as a receipt of goods, as evidence of ownership, and as proof of a transportation contract. However, in practice, there are still frequent problems that hinder the optimal function of the Bill of Lading. One notable case is APL Co. Pte. Ltd. v. CV. Dua Sekawan Sejati, which involved discrepancies between the goods shipped and those stated in the Bill of Lading. This study adopts a normative juridical method by examining applicable legal provisions and theoretical concepts related to the law of contracts and transportation. The findings show that discrepancies between the goods shipped and those listed in the Bill of Lading constitute a breach of promise or default under Article 1320 of the Indonesian Civil Code. The Bill of Lading, in this case, serves as a legally binding transportation contract that obligates both parties to fulfill their respective responsibilities. Failure by one party to comply with the terms of the contract results in legal consequences in the form of claims for compensation by the aggrieved party. This research emphasizes the importance of accuracy and accountability in the issuance and use of Bills of Lading in international trade to avoid disputes and ensure legal certainty. Strengthening the regulation and enforcement of Bill of Lading functions is crucial for protecting the rights of parties engaged in cross-border trade.

Banjir merupakan bencana hidrometeorologi yang paling sering terjadi di Indonesia, dengan frekuensi kejadian yang terus meningkat setiap tahun. Dalam perencanaan infrastruktur, khususnya bangunan air, analisis banjir penting untuk menjamin keamanan struktur. HEC-RAS 2D banyak digunakan dalam pemodelan banjir karena efisien dan mampu memodelkan sebaran genangan secara akurat. Salah satu tantangan utama adalah keterbatasan data berkualitas, seperti Digital Elevation Model (DEM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemodelan banjir menggunakan HEC-RAS 2D pada perencanaan jembatan di Sungai Mempawah sebagai bagian dari desain awal jalan hauling pengangkutan bauksit di Kabupaten Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat, serta mengevaluasi kombinasi DEMNAS dan data terestris untuk mengatasi keterbatasan data. Analisis hidrologi menggunakan metode hujan-limpasan dan hidrograf debit menggunakan metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis Snyder. Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan konfigurasi mesh 5×5 m, interval komputasi 10 detik, koefisien Manning 0.06 dan periode ulang 100 tahun. Luas DAS sebesar 1324,09 km², curah hujan rencana 234.5 mm, dan debit puncak 2733.48 m³/s. Muka air banjir mencapai +39 meter, kedalaman 15 m, dan kecepatan 4.48 m/s. Freeboard antara muka air dan jembatan hanya 0.3 meter, di bawah standar minimum 0.5 meter, sehingga perlu penyesuaian desain. Kombinasi DEMNAS dan data terestris terbukti efektif dalam pemodelan banjir.

Pasar tradisional memiliki peran strategis dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pokok masyarakat, namun sering menghadapi permasalahan lingkungan, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan sampah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana pengelolaan sampah pasar jangli Kota   Semarang telah berjalan, dengan mengutamakan fokus pada partisipasi masyarakat dan pedagang,  ketersediaan  fasilitas,  serta dampak  lingkungan   yang  ditimbulkan.  Pendekatan  yang digunakan berupa  deskriptif  kualitatif,  dengan  data  dikumpulkan  melalui  observasi  serta   wawancara. Hasil   penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat partisipasi pedagang dalam menjaga kebersihan pasar masih rendah, sebagian besar hanya mengandalkan petugas kebersihan. Selain itu, fasilitas pengelolaan sampah masih terbatas, seperti jumlah tempat sampah yang tidak memadai, ketiadaan sistem pemilahan, dan jadwal pengangkutan yang tidak konsisten. Kondisi ini berdampak pada menurunnya kualitas lingkungan pasar, aroma yang menyengat, kehadiran lalat, dan potensi penyebaran penyakit. Implikasi dari kajian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan edukasi dan kesadaran masyarakat, penyediaan fasilitas yang lebih baik, serta penguatan peran pemerintah dalam pengawasan dan penegakan aturan, melalui pendekatan pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat (community-based waste management).

This study examines the application of transportation problems in an effort to minimize goods transportation costs in various factories in Indonesia, using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Transportation problems, as a part of operations research, focus on optimizing distribution costs from sources to destinations. In the industrial context, good planning and strategy are essential to save transportation costs and increase profits. This study analyzes ten relevant journals published between 2017 and 2025, exploring various methods such as the transportation model, North West Corner, Stepping Stone, and Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM), including its modification (MVAM), to achieve efficiency in logistics distribution. The results of the study indicate that the application of these methods significantly contributes to reducing operational costs, accelerating distribution processes, and increasing overall logistics effectiveness in the Indonesian manufacturing sector.

Mitra Abadi Mahakam as a contractor operating at PT. Bukit Baiduri Energi's jobsite, especially in the Pit A9 area, faces operational challenges related to variations in haul road grades. Differences in road gradients on the overburden hauling route have the potential to cause significant differences in fuel consumption between dump truck units, which ultimately affects the overall efficiency of hauling activities. The study was conducted quantitatively with primary and secondary data requirements and through 3 stages. The study resulted in an average fuel consumption value in loaded conditions of 1.41 liters and in unloaded conditions of 0.18 liters. The average fuel ratio value in loaded conditions was 0.62 liters/second and in unloaded conditions of 0.32 liters/second. The cost of fuel consumption in loaded conditions was Rp. 4,972,800 ($301.92) and in unloaded conditions of Rp. 2,607,360 ($158.30)

Dump truck tires are an important component in the operation of wheel-type units that require routine inspection because they directly affect the availability and performance of the transport equipment. In the OHT 777 type unit, six tires are used with a configuration of two tires in the front and four tires in the rear. This study aims to evaluate tire performance through the analysis of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) parameters, namely Ton Kilometer Per Hour (TKPH), Tread Utilization Rate (TUR), and tire life (lifetime), in order to assess the achievement of performance targets. The research method uses a quantitative approach with actual data collection in the field, including the preparation stages, primary and secondary data collection, data processing, and preparation of the final report. The data is processed to obtain the tire KPI value. The results of the analysis show that the TUR value for MICHELIN brand tires is 68.9% and BRIDGESTONE is 70.7%, still below the company's target of 85%. The TKPH value for the OHT 773 unit is 149 (with a TKPH rating of 207) and the 777 unit is 241 (with a TKPH rating of 514). The actual lifetime of BRIDGESTONE tires was recorded at 1,698.6 hm and MICHELIN at 2,268 hm, far below the target of 8,500 hm. Tire damage found included impact (23%), sidewall damage (18%), run flat (18%), bread damage (18%), sounder cut (14%), and foreign object puncture (9%). This evaluation is expected to be the basis for improving tire management, so that tire performance in the future can be more optimal and support the smooth operation of the unit.

PT Ansaf Inti Resources is a company engaged in coal mining using the open pit method. In the process of mining in open pit mines, haul roads are indispensable in the process of transporting overburden and play an important role in the mining production cycle. The purpose of the study is to determine the total resistance to overburden production of the LGMG CMT96 conveyance based on the haul road segment that has been determined from the overburden loading point to the disposal of the material, then a calculation is made based on the standard number of good total resistance to the actual haul road. After calculating all segments of the haul road, the results of plotting the total obstacle graph against the speed, travel time, and production of the haul. So every 1% increase in total resistance will reduce the speed of the conveyance 1.346 km / h, while every 1% increase in total resistance will reduce the travel time of the conveyance 0.0464 minutes. The production results of the CMT96 conveyance before the improvement of the total obstacle to the road surface amounted to 55 lcm and 49 lcm, while after the improvement of the total obstacle to the road surface there was an increase in the production of the conveyance of 68 lcm and 62 lcm. So every 1% increase in total resistance will reduce the production of conveyance by 4.7429 lcm.

Kapal Penunpang KM. Dharma Rucitra 9 milik PT. Dharma Lautan Utama (DLU) di wilayah Semarang mengoperasikan layanan penyeberangan Semarang-Kumai, sedangkan KM. Dharma Kartika 2 melayani layanan penyeberangan Surabaya-Banjarmasin yang disediakan pemerintah untuk masyarakat Indonesia. Terdapat beberapa skema dalam pengangkutan bahan baku antara Ship to Ship, Truck to Ship dan Onshore to Ship Pengadaan bahan baku akan dilakukan melalui skema ship to ship dan Truck to ship di wilayah penumpang, sehingga apabila terjadi kecelakaan akan mengakibatkan kerugian yang tidak sedikit, baik dari segi material maupun manusia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemilihan metode bunker terhadap perhitungan ROB (Quantity Remaining On Board), biaya tumpahan minyak Penelitian ini juga bertujuan menganalisis faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap tumpahan minyak ketika saat melakukan proses bunker. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perhitungan-perhitungan ROB Soundingan – Trim = Hasil sounding, selanjutnya adalah perhitungan untuk menentukan jumlah permintaan minyak untuk bunker.   Kapasitas tangki – ROB (Sisa bahan bakar), untuk analisis biaya kasus tumpahan minyak penulis menggunakan rumus dari (W.wirtz,) yaitu sesuai Persamaan   Ln (TC) = 0,4667 x (t) + 13,894. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini peneliti bisa menyimpulkan untuk kedua metode bunker sendiri tidak ada kebocoran pada saat proses bunker sehingga aman untuk pemilihan metode bunker tersebut, tetapi untuk analisis pemilihan metode bunker dapat diambil kesimpulan dari segi keamanan, teknis dan biaya metode bunker dengan menggunakan truk to ship lebih efisien, mendapat 80%, segi keselamatan truck to sehip mendapat 60% segi biaya truk to ship mendapat 60%, berdasarkan analisis perhitungan sisa bahan bakar yang telah peneliti analisis tidak ada over muatan atau kelebihan muatan yang segnifikan, Proses identifikasi risiko tumpahan minyak merupakan risiko ringan atau rendah, namun tetap harus diperhatikan dan dikendalikan untuk mengatasinya apabila terjadi risiko besar, dampak dari tumpahan ini berdampak selama 3 bulan maka kerugian yang di alami nelayan sebesar Rp. 1.240.729,- × 36 = Rp.44.666.244,- perhitungan ini hanya untuk satu nelayan sedangkan untuk penduduk pesisir pelabuhan Tanjung perak surabaya 75% berprofesi sebagai nelayan tentu saja ini menjadi kerugian yang besar bagi nelayan.

At this time the delay time that occurs on the DT-30T conveyance is 174 minutes and the DT-40T is 188 minutes. The biggest cause of delay time is the queue at the scales, namely on the DT-30T it is 80 minutes and the DT-40T is 85 minutes, thus causing actual productivity. The DT-30T was only 5.6 tons/hour and experienced a production loss of 0.4 tons/hour and the actual productivity of the DT-40T was only 6.9 tons/hour and experienced a production loss of 1.1 tons/hour. The aim of this research is to analyze the amount of delay time, production loss before and after improving the queue on the scales and how to reduce the queue time for scales on the DT-30T and DT-40T transportation equipment After processing the data, we obtain the Delay time on the DT-30T transport equipment after repairs the weighing queue is 33 minutes and the DT-40T is 28 minutes. The actual production of DT-30T after improvements to the weighing queue was 7 tons/hour and there was no production loss. Meanwhile, the actual production of the DT-40T after repairs was 9 tons/hour and there was no production loss.

Pengelolaan kinerja forklift di Gudang Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang memiliki peran penting dalam keefektifan stripping barang impor Less Container Load (LCL). Tujuan penelitian (1) mengetahui hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata availability ratio pada kinerja forklift dalam kegiatan stripping di Gudang Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang, (2) mengetahui hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata performance ratio pada kinerja forklift dalam kegiatan stripping di Gudang Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang, (3) mengetahui hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata quality ratio pada kinerja forklift dalam kegiatan stripping di Gudang Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang, (4) mengetahui hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) di Gudang Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) melalui tahapan-tahapan perhitungan (1) perhitungan data penurunan waktu forklift tahun 2023 (2) perhitungan nilai availability ratio (3) perhitungan nilai performance ratio, (4) perhitungan nilai quality ratio, (5) perhitungan nilai indeks Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Nilai rata-rata availability ratio adalah -0,1616666 %, dimana standar JIPM > 90 %, sehingga hasil menunjukkan ketersediaan forklift tahun 2023 rendah. Penyebabnya bulan Juni forklift mengalami kerusakan mpu board sehingga menjalani perbaikan selama 720 jam untuk waiting part modul fet fm dan board comp dan bulan Juli forklift mengalami kerusakan mesin forklift sehingga menjalani perbaikan selama 744 jam. Nilai rata-rata performance ratio adalah 106,7925 %, dimana standar JIPM > 95 %, sehingga hasil menunjukkan forklift memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam pengangkutan produk. Nilai rata-rata quality ratio adalah 100 %, dimana standar JIPM > 99 %, menunjukkan kualitas pengangkutan barang baik. Nilai indeks Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) adalah 9,99483 %, dimana standar JIPM > 85 %, menunjukkan produksi memiliki nilai yang rendah.

Damage that occurs to manufactured goods can occur due to several things, such as in the manufacturing process, in the packaging process or during the delivery process. To find out where when the goods were damaged and the factors causing the damage to the goods as well as the efforts made to reduce the damage to the goods, an investigation was carried out at the time of unloading the goods, to find out where the damage to the goods occurred so as not to harm the recipient of the goods if they received the goods in damage condition.Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are Y = 3.133 + 0.044 X1, + 0.402 X2 + 0.299 X3 + . Partial test results of machine (X1), material (X2), man power (X3) have a positive and significant effect on damage goods. It is proven by the results of the comparison of the value of t count with t table and with a significant level comparison of 5% (0.05) where the machine variable t count (0.413) < t table (1.98609), material variable t count (3.142) > t table (1.98609), variable man power t count (2.990) > t table (1.98609). The R2 test of machines, materials and man power gave a significant effect on damage goods by 43.6%, while the remaining 56.4% was explained by other causes outside the model variables that were not examined.

Waste transportation activities are an example of a form of Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) related to finding the minimum route. The Tabu Search algorithm is one of the metaheuristic methods that can guide the heuristic local search procedure to explore the solution area outside the local optimal point. The Tabu Search algorithm can be used to find the optimal VRP solution, namely the route that has the minimum total mileage by considering vehicle capacity. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimal route for garbage transportation in the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) model in Padang Sidempuan City using the Tabu Search algorithm. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the optimal route for transporting waste in the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) model in Padang Sidempuan City using the Tabu Search algorithm obtained the shortest route in iteration 1 with the route (12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1-0) and route length 16.55 km.

This research discusses the causes of the crime of transporting black stone in the jurisdiction of the Gorontalo Regional Police and efforts to overcome it. The method used in the research is empirical with qualitative descriptive data analysis which describes and describes data and field facts. Based on research results, Gorontalo is in 5th position in the province with the highest poverty; and The lack of public understanding and knowledge regarding mining, where the lack of public knowledge, influences the existence of illegal mining. This situation is based on a lack of education and understanding as the main factors in the community's decision to carry out illegal mining actions, including a lack of socialization and legal education to the community. The prevention of criminal acts of transporting black stone by the Gorontalo Regional Police is carried out through initial efforts made by the police, in this case the Gorontalo Regional Police, namely visiting or visiting the community and providing advice regarding mining activities. Apart from that, conduct patrols in mining areas for early handling, especially checking permits for heavy vehicles used in mining areas, including transport vehicles. Not only that, legal counseling and socialization is also carried out to the community as a first step in overcoming this criminal act; and Repressive Efforts by taking action against the perpetrators, in order to have a deterrent effect. This step is carried out through investigations, inquiries and other coercive measures authorized by law, which end with the application of criminal sanctions against the perpetrators.

Starting from strategic minerals or group a minerals, vital minerals or group c, and finally, group c minerals. In Indonesia itself we can certainly find cases of illegal mining in various regions, that is why enforcement efforts should be carried out as best as possible in order to reduce the growth rate of existing illegal mining which of course is to guarantee or increase state income through existing mining businesses. certainly legal in the eyes of the law.

Begitu pentingnya air bersih bagi kehidupan manusia, sehingga memungkinkan penyediaan menjadi terbatas apabila pemanfaatannya tidak diatur dengan baik, sehingga harus dibuat suatu jaringan perpipaan yang tertata baik untuk mendistribusikan air bersih secara merata agar dapat optimal pemanfaatannya. Pengembangan dan pengelolan sistem irigasi, yang merupakan salah satu komponen pendukung keberhasilan pengembangan sistem pengairan yang mempunyai peran sangat penting dan strategis. Berkaitan dengan pengembangan kebun alam regeneratif sekolah alam Ar ridho sebagai media belajar tentang pertanian, perkebunan dan peternakan yang sangat membutuhkan air bersih untuk pengairan, penyiraman tanaman dan penyediaan air minum ternak.Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh masyarakat yaitu tingginya kadar kekeruahan, kegiatan peningkatan kualitas air bersih meliputi pengamanan dan penetapan kualitas fisik air  (bebas dari warna, bau, kekeruhan dan rasa), bebas dari bahan kimia berbahaya, bebas dari sinar radioaktif maupun bakteriologis (mikroorganisme patogen). Sistem transmisi merupakan sistem pengangkutan air dari bangunan pengambilan air baku ke area yang dituju sehingga menjadi penghubungan antara sistem pengumpulan dengan sistem distribusi EPANET yang secara luas melakukan periode simulasi dari hidrolika dan kualitas air dalam jaringan pipa bertekanan. EPANET juga dapat mensimulasikan konsentrasi zat kimia yang ditambahkan pada suatu jaringan, umur air dan pola outflow dari sumber air.

The use of public transportation is carried out by the government through State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and Privately-Owned Enterprises (BUMS) through land, sea and air transportation. Public transportation in the past 1 (one) decade has become the main center of attention for the central and regional governments in order to minimize the accident rate on public transportation and make various policies to protect passengers and their heirs if unwanted things happen. So far, many students do not know the responsibilities of carriers in public transportation, therefore it is necessary to do community service in the form of outreach to increase the understanding of MA NU Mranggen students regarding the responsibilities of carriers in public transportation. This service is carried out by means of lectures and direct questions and answers and evaluation by distributing questionnaires before and after the activity is carried out. This service is carried out by an implementation team consisting of 1 (one) chairperson, and 2 (two) members. The implementation team is lecturers at the Faculty of Law, University of Semarang who are competent in mastering material regarding the responsibilities of carriers in commercial transport. The results of the dedication which took the theme of the rights of persons with disabilities, based on an average increase of 70.0%.

Pengangkutan didefinisikan sebagai perpindahan tempat, baik mengenai benda-benda maupun orang, karena perpindahan itu mutlak dibutuhkan dalam rangka mencapai dan meninggikan manfaat serta efisiensi. Dalam proses kegiatan pengangkutan, hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan ialah mengenai perlindungan terhadap konsumen sebagai orang yang menggunakan atau mengonsumsi barang dan jasa yang di sedikan pihak pengangkutan. Perlindungan terhadap konsumen ini sudah diatur oleh negara dalam bentuk undang-undang yang lebih dikenal dengan UU No.8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Undang-undang ini berisikan mengenai seluruh upaya yang harus dilakukan sebagai bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen, Undang- undang ini menjadi patokan dasar terhadap pemenuhan Hak- hak konsumen guna menciptakan rasa aman dan kenyamanan pada konsumen. Maxim sendiri merupakan salah satu penyedia jasa pengangkutan yang wajib memenuhi hak-hak konsumen sebagai pengguna jasa pengangkuta. Namun berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan dari pihak Maxim dalam memenuhi hak-hak konsumen. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian hukum normatif (normative law research) menggunakan studi kasus normatif berupa produk perilaku hukum, misalnya mengkaji undang-undang. Pokok kajiannya adalah hukum yang dikonsepkan sebagai norma atau kaidah yang berlaku dalam masyarakat dan menjadi acuan perilaku setiap orang. Perlindungan hukum untuk konsumen pengguna transportasi online kendaraan roda dua berdasarkan ketentuan UUPK dalam pemenuhan hak asasi bagi konsumen selaku pengguna jasa transportasi online roda dua menjadi kewajiban penuh bagi pelaku usaha selaku penyedia jasa transportasi online untuk memberikan perlindungan dalam segi keamanan, keselamatan dan kenyamanan bagi konsumen dalam menggunakan layanan jasa tranportasi online yang disediakan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang- undangan.

Indonesia is one of the countries that has implemented the telex release process in the implementation of the transportation of goods by sea. Telex release is the process of digitizing the bill of lading because the delivery of the document is sent via email from the carrier to the sender. However, the regulations governing the operation of sea transportation in Indonesia have not explicitly accommodated telex releases, even though in practice telex releases have been used in the implementation of sea transportation in Indonesia. Efforts that can be made to optimize the use of telex releases are by accommodating the principles contained in international instruments related to sea transportation law, making rules and norms related to the use of telex releases, considering Indonesia's membership in international organizations in the field of sea transportation, and creating the process of organizing sea transportation in Indonesia becomes more effective and efficient through the use of telex releases.

Sampah merupakan persoalan yang kompleks. Pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi berdampak besar bagi produksi sampah. Produksi sampah tidak sebanding dengan pengelolaan sampah, dan  luas  lahan  yang  terbatas.  Kota  Semarang  mengelola  sampah  dengan  sistem  sanitary landfill yang  mampu menghasilkan   gas  metana  dari sisa sampah menghasilkan listrik  dan biogas.  Meskipun  sudah  menggunakan  sanitary  landfill  namun  masih  belum  mencukupi. Jumlah dan kualitas SDM, sarana prasarana pengelolaan sampah masih belum mencukupi. Pemerinath Kota Semarang telah pula melakukan pengaturan dengan menerbitkan Perda 6 tahun 2012 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi kebijakan khususnya pasal 17 Perda Nomor 6 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pengelolaan Sampah. Penelitian   ini  dilakukan   dengan   metote   deskriptif   kualitatif,   yang   pengumpulan   datanya dilakukan dengan observasi, dan wawancara mendalam didukung data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa   Pemerintah Kota Semarang sudah melaksanakan amanat sebagaimana pasal 17, namun belum optimal, karena produksi sampah yang terus bertambah, belum  sepenuhnya  didudkung  oleh  sarana  prasarana  yang  makin  baik,  kualitas  SDM  yang belum memenuhi dan partisipasi masyarakat yang rendah.
