The extruder-type floating pellet machine is a form of appropriate technology that works by using a screw system to push the raw material while applying pressure to form dense pellets. The main source of raw material for making these pellets comes from trash fish, which are small fish caught by fishermen that are unfit for consumption and have low economic value. Trash fish are relatively cheap because they are classified as non-economical, but they have great potential for use as fish feed. Their distinctive strong aroma can stimulate fish appetite, while their relatively high protein content makes them an ideal source of nutrition. Before use, the trash fish are first dried and then ground using a flour machine to achieve a fine texture. The floured material is then mixed and the moisture content is adjusted to around 42%, so that the extrusion process can run optimally when using the extruder-type pellet machine. The material formulation consists of 70% trash fish meal, 15% corn meal, and 15% wheat flour. The resulting pellets are then tested in a feed laboratory and show protein levels ranging from 30-40%, depending on the quality of the trash fish raw material used. This community service activity involves fish farmer groups in the Beji area, East Ungaran District, which is expected to increase fish farmer insight on how to make floating pellets using an extruder type pellet printing machine.

Physical fitness is a fundamental requirement for Marine Corps Cadets, both during their education at the Naval Academy and in their future military service. The role of a Platoon Commander requires excellent physical condition, adequate muscular strength, high endurance, and strong mental readiness. This study aims to describe and analyze the optimization of weight training as a physical conditioning method to improve the physical capabilities of Marine Corps Cadets. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The subjects consisted of Marine Corps Cadets who participated in weight training programs at the Naval Academy, involving 11 questionnaire respondents and key informants from the Physical Training Department. The results indicate that well-planned, structured, and supervised weight training programs significantly enhance muscular strength, physical endurance, agility, coordination, and self-confidence. Furthermore, weight training contributes to improved physical fitness test scores and the development of a more proportional body posture. Therefore, the optimization of weight training can be considered an essential component of physical training programs to prepare Marine Corps Cadets to become professional and mission-ready Platoon Commanders.

Leadership character development is a fundamental foundation in preparing Indonesian Naval Academy Marine Cadets as prospective Platoon Commanders (Platoon Leaders) in operational units. The complexity of the operational environment, the dynamics of the strategic setting, and the demands of military professionalism require a platoon commander to excel not only in technical and tactical competencies, but also to possess strong, integrity-based, and adaptive leadership character. This article aims to comprehensively analyze leadership character development materials for prospective Marine Platoon Commanders at the Indonesian Naval Academy (AAL) using the Character Cultivation approach and the Military Leadership and Character Development theory proposed by Dr. Charles C. Wong. This study employs a qualitative research method with data collected through expert interviews, document analysis, and SWOT analysis. The findings indicate that the most appropriate strategy for leadership character development is the Strength–Opportunities (SO) strategy, which emphasizes leveraging internal strengths of military education to capitalize on external opportunities, particularly global trends in character-based leadership and the utilization of educational technology. This article, structured equivalently to a minimum of 30 A4 pages, is expected to serve as an academic reference and a policy input for strengthening leadership education for Marine Cadets.

Organic waste management at Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) is still not optimal, even though organic waste production averages 1,264 kg per month. This community service activity aims to develop technological innovations through the utilization of eggshell waste and Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggots into economically valuable pellet feed products. The activity was carried out from October 8 to 15, 2025, involving three workers from the Temporary Processing Site (TPS) of PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia YIA. The implementation methods included an initial survey, education, demonstration of pellet production, and evaluation of participants' skills and product quality. The production process involved drying, grinding the ingredients, mixing the ingredients, molding, and drying the pellets. The results showed that the workers were able to independently carry out the production process and produce pellets with good physical quality. Cost analysis showed that the cost of production was IDR 47,989/kg, with a potential profit margin of 30% and an estimated return on investment within ±7 months. This innovation has proven effective in reducing waste volume, increasing the added value of organic waste, and supporting the principles of zero waste and circular economy in the airport area. This program has the potential to be further developed as a model for sustainable organic waste management.

One of the problems of cultivating Betta fish (Betta sp.) which can hamper this cultivation effort is the slow weight growth of the fish. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of providing different types of feed on the growth in weight and color of Betta fish (Betta sp.) size 1- 1.5 in the maintenance tank. The research containers used 27 used gallons with a capacity of 15 liters and each research container was filled with fresh water with a volume of 10 liters. The test animals used were Betta fish seeds measuring 1–1.5 cm. This research used an experimental method using an experimental design in the form of a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 9 repetitions to obtain 27 trials. Other parameters that are also studied include water quality including water temperature ranged from 26,1 – 29 ̊C and pH (degree of acidity) ranged from 7 - 8.

Crayfish is one of the fishery commodities that has high economic value, behind having high economic value in lobster cultivation there are several things that need to be considered, namely the conditions of the cultivation environment, feed, and water quality, based on the findings in the field of crayfish cultivators inukabumi have innovations in feed making, this is done to reduce feed production costs, the feed innovation is a mixture of pellets, conch and cassava, with a ratio of comparison in tub 1 P: 1 K: 1 S: 1.4 tub 2 P: 1, K: 1.4 S.: 1, and tub 3 100% pellets, this feed has never been tested to determine the nutritional content of the feed, in this study conducted to test the effectiveness of feed for crayfish growth, while the test results show that the proximate value in tub 1 is 20.55% Protein, tub 2 is 14.32% Protein and tub 39.41% Proterin in this study conducted 3 tubs and each stocked 100 e / tub, this study was conducted for 14 days of maintenance, and feeding is done 2 times a day, the results of this study indicate that the survival rate is low, with SR values in tub 1, (22%) tub 2, (23%) and tub 3 (10%), this is influenced by inappropriate feed, and water quality that is not in accordance with predetermined quality standards, and during the maintenance of crayfish many were found dead due to molting failure with a size of> 9.2 cm, so that the feed used is inappropriate

The physical abilities of Marine Corps Cadets are considered to be very poor and they have not been able to achieve maximum results. Therefore, how to improve physical abilities. The physical abilities of Marine Corps Cadets can be improved by optimizing physical development in stages. So you are ready to become a reliable and professional Platoon Commander candidate. This final assignment uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Based on the research results, it is recommended that physical development materials be more programmed, namely by using fartlek training, interval training and circuit training. As well as increased training time and adjusted to the standard value to be achieved. The standard values ​​for Marine Corps Cadets must also be increased at each level so that they provide more motivation for Marine Corps Cadets in carrying out physical development.

The Mergi Mulyo Farmers Group, Kadipiro Hamlet, Mungkid District, Magelang Regency is a farmer group that has a meat goat farming business. Coffee skins, which are plantation waste, have not been widely used as animal feed. The "Mergi Mulyo" livestock group is a partner in community service activities totaling 14 people. This activity aims to provide education regarding the use of coffee husks as animal feed and skills in making pelletized feed for goats. The methods used in this activity are surveys, outreach (lectures and discussions), and presentations. The results of his service show that breeders know that coffee skins can be used as goat feed. Apart from that, through direct practice, breeders have been able to independently make pellet-shaped feed from coffee skins.

The aim of this research is to analyze the processing of user satisfaction data on the IoT-based feed pellet machine monitoring system using the Blynk application among visitors of the IT Fest at the School of Vocational IPB University, majoring in Software Engineering Technology (TPL), Computer Engineering Technology, and Industrial Management from batches 57, 59, and 60. The research method employed in this study is quantitative research using descriptive statistics. The sampling technique utilized is a survey method, and the instrument for data collection is a questionnaire. Subsequently, the analysis of all data is conducted by performing testing stages using measures of central tendency, including mean, median, and mode. Using the Likert scale, conclusions can be drawn from the respondents' answers.

The pellet molding machine has high efficiency to make it easier to process animal feed pellets. The pellet processing process requires a series of activities such as grinding, mixing, pelleting and drying. This community service program aims to improve the life skills of PKK mothers in Bulumeduro Village to be more productive through training in processing fish waste into high protein pellets and to reduce fish waste that is not properly utilized in order to create a better environmental ecosystem in Bulumeduro Village. The implementation methods used include extension or lecture method, carried out using direct practice or training methods, and assistance or monitoring for program sustainability. The results of community service activities using these three methods are that PKK mothers have a good understanding of how to process fish waste and how to make pellets and PKK mothers also know the benefits of processing fish waste into pellets, this can be seen from the pre-test and post-test results which show that there was an increase in PKK mothers' knowledge after counseling and training. The conclusion from the results of implementing the community service program is that PKK mothers become more productive in increasing income and improving life skills, in addition to increasing insight or knowledge regarding processing fish waste into high protein pellets.

Pertambahan ruang beraktivitas dalam sebuah kampus dapat membawa perubahan fungsi lahan, baik dari sawah menjadi kawasan publik dan komersial, yang tentunya membawa dampak baik maupun buruk terhadap lingkungan. Untuk mengurangi permasalahan lingkungan tersebut, implementasi arsitektur hijau dapat diterapkan pada lingkup kawasan kampus, yang disebut dengan Kampus Hijau (Green Campus). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji keberadaan salah satu indikator UI GreenMetric, yaitu Peletakan dan Infrastruktur di kampus Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta. Untuk mendapatkan data maka dilakukan observasi, pengukuran, dan wawancara. Data kemudian diolah menggunakan metode scoring. Berdasarkan pengumpulan dan analisis data menghasilkan bahwa kampus Amikom mendapatkan poin sebesar 300 poin. Secara keseluruhan, kekurangan Amikom adalah lahan yang kurang untuk vegetasi hutan, ruang terbuka yang dapat diresapi air.

Kegiatan budidaya ikan lele  oleh kelompok peternak lele “ Taruna Karya” di desa Sruwen Kecamatan Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang yang memiliki  luas kolam lele mencapai 500 petak dengan luas 23.499 m2, menghasilkan ikan lele sekitar 1 ton/ hari. Kelompok Pembudidaya lele Taruna Karya merupakan mitra yang menjadi target kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini sebagai implementasi MBKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh petani lele di Desa Sruwen adalah tentang harga pakan lele yang mahal sehingga keuntungan yang diperoleh sangat tipis. Petani lele berkeinginan dapat membuat pakan ikan secara mendiri, sedangkan tujuan dari tim pengabdian Untag Semarang adalah untuk mengaplikasikan teknologi pengolahan pakan ikan menggunakan mesin ekstruder. Mesin ekstruder beroperasi berdasar proses ekstrusi yang merupakan proses gabungan satuan operasi meliputi pencampuran, pemasakan,  pengadonan, pembagian, pembetukan dan pencetakan. Type yang sesuai untuk pembuatan pelet ikan adalah ekstruder type ulir ganda atau twin screw, karena hasil yang diperoleh lebih padat dan tidak mudah hancur. Setelah mengikuti sosialisasi,pelatihan dan pendampingan  maka diharapkan petani lele di Desa Sruwen Kabupaten Semarang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pakan ikan lele secara mandiri  serta dapat dijual sebagai tambahan pendapatan bagi mitra.

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh petani lele di Desa Sruwen Kecamatan Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang adalah harga pakan lele yang mahal sehingga keuntungan yang diperoleh sangat tipis. Petani lele tersebut pernah mencoba membuat pelet  ikan secara mandiri namun hasilnya belum sesuai yang diharapkan, pelet yang dihasilkan tenggelam sehingga kurang efektif. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan pelet ikan dan pemberian alat  pembuat pelet ikan (extruder) pada mitra. Dengan adanya alat extruder serta pelatihan dan pendampingan diharapkan petani lele dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelet ikan secara mandiri. Metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan mengajak perwakilan mitra ke tempat produksi pakan ikan mandiri “Jali Lele”  sekaligus pembuat alat extruder di Desa Tlogowaru, Kabupaten Demak untuk melihat proses produksi pellet ikan sesuai standar. Setelah alat extruder yang dipesan jadi, selanjutnya dilakukan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan pelet ikan secara mandiri. Di dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melibatkan 6 orang mahasiswa untuk kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan sebagai implementasi MBKM. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan penghasilan petani ikan lele setiap bulannya serta dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga, dengan peningkatan penghasilan  sebesar Rp 15.000.000 untuk 4 bulan atau Rp 3.750.000 perbulang atau kenaikan sebesar 19,24%.
