Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in organizational development, including in Early Childhood Education (ECE). The focus of this research is Tulip Integrated PAUD in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. Early childhood (0-6 years) enters the golden age period where their learning patterns are based on imitation. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of early childhood learning and socialization at Tulip Integrated PAUD through the implementation of HRM. The main problems involve children's diverse characters, lack of activities, and differences in parents' mindsets. The implementation method consists of four stages: (1) introduction to the members of Tulip Integrated PAUD, (2) introducing the concept of HR Management, (3) providing active and expressive learning to students, and (4) evaluation and monitoring.The results showed that the socialization of HR Management positively contributed to the management of human resources at Tulip Integrated PAUD. Emphasis on fun and expressive teaching patterns increases early childhood participation in learning and social activities. Continuous evaluation and monitoring are needed to ensure continuity and improvement. In conclusion, the implementation of HRM and engaging learning approaches can improve the effectiveness of PAUD organizations. It creates a conducive environment for optimal early childhood development, by involving teachers, committees, and parents as part of integrated human resource management.

Hypertension in pregnancy is a common pregnancy complication, affecting 2% of pregnant women worldwide. It is the cause of death of pregnant women in the world, hypertension is treated conventionally, namely hypertension-reducing drugs, but this conventional treatment has many problems because it is related to pregnant women which will definitely be related to the fetus they are carrying. At the Bestari Community Health Center, Medan Petisah District, the health status of mothers and children is good, but there are still problems for pregnant women who experience hypertension during their pregnancy, which is around 30%. The incidence of hypertension in pregnancy is high in the working area of the Bestari Community Health Center, Medan Petisah District, because people consume more than the amount of salt, the food menu is haphazard, and if they are treated with hypertension medication, they are not consumed because it will have a bad impact on their child, to solve the problem, to resolve the treatment. An alternative to non-pharmacological treatment is using music therapy and providing counseling about correct eating patterns. The aim of this community service is to increase knowledge and reduce the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women by using counseling methods and applying music therapy. Method: By providing counseling and music therapy, the results of the implementation of Beethoven's classical music therapy activities are: knowledge of the community (pregnant women) about eating patterns increased by approximately 89% and hypertension which was successful decreased in the 2-4th week of therapy, namely on average 110/70 mmHg..

Brushing teeth properly and correctly is an important factor for maintaining oral health. The success of maintaining oral and dental health is also influenced by the pattern of brushing teeth. The pattern of brushing teeth includes the technique of brushing teeth, the time and frequency of brushing teeth. The problem in this study is poor oral and dental hygiene in elementary school children (46.4%). Dental and oral hygiene is an important factor for dental and oral health to be free from disease, therefore dental and oral hygiene must be maintained and maintained in order to create optimal health. Objective: Knowing the relationship of brushing patterns with dental and oral hygiene in elementary school children. Method:. Collecting data on brushing patterns by filling out a checklist on the observation sheet and interview sheet. Collecting dental and oral hygiene data using an examination sheet. Respondents in this study amounted to 110 students, who were taken by simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used was the Chi-square test. Results: The pattern of brushing teeth in the poor category is 89 respondents (80.9%), dental and oral hygiene is in the bad category, namely 51 respondents (46.4%). The results of the Chi-square test are P value 0.002.Conclusion: That there is a relationship between the pattern of brushing teeth with dental and oral hygiene in elementary school children.

Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling of MSMEs representing diverse industries and geographical locations to ensure comprehensive data collection. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, focusing on identifying patterns and themes related to SFF adoption, utilization, and its influence on business growth. The findings reveal that MSMEs equipped with Strategic Financial Fluency demonstrate higher adaptability, resilience, and growth potential. Moreover, SFF facilitates informed decision-making, efficient resource allocation, and strategic planning, thus fostering sustainable growth in MSMEs. This research contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the pivotal role of financial literacy and strategic financial management in enhancing the competitiveness and growth prospects of MSMEs in a dynamic business environment.

Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify patterns, themes, and insights regarding financial management practices. Preliminary findings suggest a variety of strategies, including budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic investment decisions, play pivotal roles in MSME success. Additionally, the study identifies common challenges faced by MSMEs in financial management, such as limited access to financial resources and lack of financial literacy. This research contributes to understanding the nuanced dynamics of financial management within the MSME sector, providing valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and MSME owners striving for sustainable growth and success.

Data analysis employs thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of recurring themes and patterns related to the integration of AI in digital marketing practices and its influence on ethical considerations. Preliminary findings suggest that AI implementation in digital marketing facilitates transparency, personalization, and accountability, thereby fostering ethical practices among businesses operating in Indonesia's digital landscape. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on the ethical implications of AI adoption in emerging markets, providing insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders to develop frameworks that promote responsible AI use in business operations.

This research delves into the nuanced landscape of digital marketing evolution in Indonesia, particularly at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and business ethics. The study aims to elucidate the current state of digital marketing practices in Indonesia, exploring how AI technologies are integrated and the ethical considerations surrounding their implementation. Employing a qualitative research approach, the study utilizes in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders in the Indonesian digital marketing ecosystem. The sampling technique involves purposive sampling to ensure representation from various industry sectors and perspectives. Data analysis is conducted through thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of emerging themes and patterns related to AI adoption and ethical implications in digital marketing strategies. Preliminary findings suggest a complex interplay between technological advancements, ethical dilemmas, and regulatory frameworks, highlighting the need for a balanced approach to AI utilization in digital marketing within the Indonesian context.

Nutritional needs for babies are not only obtained from breast milk. Other nutritional needs can be obtained from complementary foods for breast milk complementary feeding. The condition of failure to thrive in children under five is caused by a lack of nutritional intake for a long time and the occurrence of recurrent infections and these two causal factors are influenced by inadequate parenting patterns, especially in the 1000 HPK. This community service activity takes the form of outreach using complementary feeding and stunting leaflets which is carried out using a question and answer discussion method to the target of the outreach. Activities are divided into 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The targets for this activity are 25 mothers who have toddlers aged 6-24 months in Ngumpul Jogoroto Village, Jombang on June 5 2023. The tool used in this activity is leaflets. This community service program increases public knowledge about good and healthy complementary feeding to meet nutritional needs and prevent stunting.

This article shows a methodological study of Islamic Studies in the West and East. Even though they both study Islam, there are distinctive characteristics of each study period that result in gaps between the two. This paper is intended to answer the questions (1) How is the concept of Islamic studies in the West and East (2) How is the inclusiveness of Islamic studies in the West and East. (3) How is the inclusiveness of Islamic studies in the West and East. This problem is discussed through library research studies. All data was analyzed descriptively focusing on a systematic explanation of the facts obtained during the research. The results of the analysis and conclusions show that Islamic stIdui in the west and east have their own characteristics. Studies in the West have an anthropocentric pattern, while Islamic studies in the East have a theocentric pattern. Both regional studies in the west and east have their own inclusiveness. Both must remain true to their respective characteristics to strengthen each other. Sometimes harmony is found, while Western Islamic studies research can strengthen Eastern Islamic studies with its scientific basis. Of course, these findings can provide a reference for Islamic studies that are always fresh to be discussed in order to add to the Islamic treasures throughout the world.

In general, a person's career is divided into four groups, namely being civil and government civil servants, BUMN employees in various sectors, private employees in various sectors, as well as being an entrepreneur and the like. This research will focus on career choices and orientation in the millennial generation. The millennial generation or generation Z who were born after 1995. Generations that are different from previous generations are the baby boomers, generation X, and generation Y. This research gap has caused policy makers in corporate organizational management to start adapting and seeing what trends are different from other generations. other. This study uses qualitative studies from various recent journals. The results of the study show that most of the millennial generation have career habits with various career patterns, starting from a career as a stepping stone to getting out of their comfort zone by starting a business. The millennial generation is more concerned with salary or income as satisfaction at work.

Using a blended strategies approach, the exploration consolidates both quantitative information investigation and subjective experiences from key partners inside the financial business. The quantitative perspective includes the examination of fiscal summaries, pay reports, and execution pointers, giving a complete outline of income patterns. This study aims to determine the comparison between Indonesian and Malay from a phonological aspect by using the cartoon series "Upin and Ipin" as research subjects. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods using free listening techniques. Researchers found phonetic elements in the entire Malay language that aired on the episode Season 15 Gerobok Rezeki. It has been found that Malay and Indonesian have almost the same function of stress, tone, intonation and duration in the pronunciation of vocabulary sounds. The difference between the two is the nasal sound that is more inherent in Malay. There are also differences in phonological aspects in the form of changing the vowel "a‟ to the vowel "ə‟ in some vocabulary words with the same pattern of wording and meaning.

Qualitative analysis methods are used to explore the meaning contained in vowel series, explain the relationship between vowel use and characters, and identify linguistic patterns that enrich the narrative. The findings from this study may provide additional insight into the use of language in short stories and the contribution of vocal series to the formation of the story's atmosphere.

Karo Batak customary inheritance law is based on a patrilineal system which determines that the main heir is the eldest son. However, it should be noted that women also have the right to inheritance in some cases, especially if there are no sons in the family. In general, inherited assets are divided equally between the children and surviving spouse of the deceased, but certain properties such as land or inherited property in particular are more likely to be passed patrilineally to the eldest male child to maintain the continuity of the bloodline. This system also recognizes the important role of ancestors in determining inheritance distribution and has strong customary mechanisms to resolve conflicts that may arise regarding inheritance distribution. Even though it is still recognized and implemented, Karo Batak customary inheritance law has faced several challenges and adaptations with the advent of the modern era. Changing living patterns, urbanization, greater education, and the influence of national laws often influence the way heritage is managed and shared. In many cases, inheritance arrangements may combine elements of customary law with national law to adapt to social changes and the practical needs of modern families. This could have the impact of a more equal distribution between children, without necessarily taking into account gender or birth order, as well as paying more attention to the economic and social needs of family members. Despite this, customary inheritance law practices are still respected and maintained in many Karo Batak communities, often as part of their cultural identity and traditions.

Social media is not only a means of communication, but also influences the thinking patterns, behavior and social interactions of the younger generation. Thus, a deep understanding of the influence of social media on the character of today's youth is very important in the context of social and cultural development. This journal investigates the impact of social media use on youth character in the contemporary era. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the behavior, values, and self-perceptions of young people who are influenced by their interactions on social media platforms. The results show that intense exposure to social media can influence character formation, both positively and negatively. The psychological and social implications of social media use in today's youth are the main focus in this journal, providing in-depth insight into the role of social media in shaping the identity and character of the younger generation.

This study uses data collection with observation, literature, and documentation while the data analysis used is qualitative. The process of making a gala evening party dress consists of the top of the party dress, mermaid skirt and tail, this begins by going through several stages, namely: determining the design, preparing tools and materials, taking measurements, making basic patterns and breaking patterns, cutting materials, the process of making fabric manipulation with spiral techniques and draping techniques, sewing party clothes. Suggestions before making fabric manipulation spiral techniques and draping techniques need to be tested to determine the amount of material to be used, the selection of materials also needs to be considered such as light colors and preferably plain fabrics.

Fantasy clothing is clothing that is designed as creatively as possible without leaving the characteristics of the source of the idea. One of the techniques used to make fantasy party dresses is the textile stitch and slash technique. The stitch and slash technique is a textile processing technique by changing the texture of the cloth to get a different impression so as to add aesthetic value. The purpose of applying the stitch and slash technique to fantasy clothing is so that the clothing has aesthetic value and high selling value. The method used is a qualitative method using data collection such as observation, literature and documentation as well as data analysis. The process of making fantasy party dresses with the manipulation textile stitch and slash technique starts from making designs, analyzing designs, preparing tools and materials, sizes, basic patterns, breaking patterns, cutting materials, merging, sewing, and the finished product. Making fantasy party dresses with manipulation textile stitch and slash using satin and chiffon fabrics. Making clothes using the stitch and slash technique needs to pay attention to the layers that are stacked to produce fiber thickness, using a brush that has stiff bristles can help remove the fibers so as to produce a good stitch and slash texture and to make it easier to sew stitch and slash on clothing, pins are needed. so that the layer stack does not shift.

Fantasy dress inspired by the shape of the dome of the Taj Mahal with the addition of Indian embroidered applications featuring typical Indian clothing. The problem raised in the making of this Final Project is how is the Process of Making Fantasy Clothing of Indian Embroidery Variation Using the Source of the Taj Mahal Building Idea? and how to apply variations of Indian embroidery on fantasy clothing?. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of making Indian embroidery variations of fantasy clothing with the taj mahal building as the source of the idea and to determine the application of Indian embroidery variations to fantasy clothing. The method used is observation method, documentation method, library method and data analysis.The process of making this fantasy dress goes through several stages, namely: determining the fashion design, preparing tools and materials, taking measurements, making patterns, cutting the material on the main material, pressing the coating material on the main material, merging, sewing, finishing. While the embroidery on this fantasy dress uses the Zari motif which is a symbol of luxury and elegance. The process of applying embroidery goes through several stages, namely: determining the design, preparing tools and materials, quoting the design, making embroidery on other materials, the process of applying embroidery to clothing, finishing.To produce neat crop top tile wrinkles, it is finished using a small som.
