University of Sumatera Utara (USU) is the one of the largest and the best universities in Medan which has full of facilities and infrastructure. Nevertheless, currently University of Sumatera Utara does not have a Student Center. The provision of a student center at a university is essential for the development of outstanding students. Furthermore, in the post pandemic COVID-19, humans need a healthier space or place to be live in. Activities that take place indoors require good air quality to prevent viruses from easily entering and thriving inside the room. The application of tropical architecture in the design of the USU Student Center is a consideration in creating a place suitable for post pandemic COVID-19 conditions, and it also serves as a solution for the climate in Indonesia.    

The COVID-19 vaccination program is a new program initiated by the government to create herd immunity for COVID-19 with a target target of 70% of the population. Vaccination turns out to provide its own anxiety for the community. Anxiety occurs during the Covid-19 pandemic and is also felt when there is a vaccination program in the community. To find out the relationship between the vaccination program and the level of anxiety in the community during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Rt. 02 Bojong Baru Village, Bogor Regency in 2021. The type of research used is descriptive correlation research using a cross sectional study approach. Based on the results of the Spearman rank test, there is a correlation or relationship between the administration of the vaccination program and the level in the Rt.

Poverty is a fundamental problem that is the center of attention of the government in any country. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of education, unemployment, the Covid-19 pandemic and the human development index on poverty in North Sumatra. The data used in this research is secondary data based on time series available on the official website of the Central Statistics Agency in North Sumatra. This research data processing uses the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The research analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling which shows that the variables education, unemployment, the Covid 19 pandemic and the human development index are exogenous variables and poverty is an endogenous variable. The research results obtained an R-Square value of 0.511 or 51.1%. The large value of the coefficient of determination shows that the independent variables consisting of education, unemployment, the Covid-19 pandemic and the human development index are able to explain the dependent variable, namely the poverty percentage of 51.1%. Meanwhile, the remaining 48.9% is explained by other variables not included in this research model. The human development index variable has a negative and significant effect on poverty of 0.678. For the Covid 19 Pandemic variable, it has a negative and significant effect on poverty of 0.267.

Karanganom (ICKK) Bakti Negeri adalah keterbatasan ekonomi yang berakibat ketidakmampuan mencukupi kebutuhan pangan bergizi untuk keluarganya. Adanya pandemic Covid 19 lebih memperburuk kondisi keluarga disabilitas yang berasal dari keluarga prasejahtera. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan di ICKK Bakti Negeri Kecamatan Karanganom. Tujuan pengabdian adalah (1) melatih ketrampilan anak disabilitas dalam budidaya lele dalam ember (budikdamber), (2) memenuhi kebutuhan pangan keluarga disabilitas. Tujuan tersebut dicapai dengan melakukan pelatihan dan pemberian bantuan perlengkapan budikdamber. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik budidaya, dan monitoring. Kegiatan dilakukan secara tatap muka dari rumah ke rumah penerima bantuan.
