This study's objective is to examine the influence of servant leadership on turnover intention and the impact of organizational affective commitment as a mediator between these two relationship constructs. This investigation employs a quantitative methodology by surveying restaurant employees in Surabaya using questionnaires. Utilizing Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS), the collected survey data were analyzed. 78 restaurant employees participated in this investigation as respondents. According to the findings of this study, servant leadership and affective organizational commitment have a significant negative effect on turnover intention. In addition, affective organizational commitment can substantially and negatively moderate the relationship between servant leadership and turnover intention. In this research, both theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

This research aims to determine the influence of management accounting systems, management control systems, motivation and organizational commitment on the managerial performance of PT Wonojati Wijoyo. This case study was conducted at PT Wonojati Wijoyo in 2019-2021 which consists of variables (X) including: management accounting system, management control system, motivation, organizational commitment, variable (Y) managerial performance. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique. The results of this research show that H1 the management accounting system has a significant effect on managerial performance, while H2 the management control system has a significant effect on managerial performance, H3 motivation has a significant effect on managerial performance, H4 organizational commitment has no effect on managerial performance. Based on the four equations, it proves that managerial performance has a high influence on the company.

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Karo. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Karo is one of the Religious Education institutions in Karo Regency. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 25. The coefficient of determination (R2) is obtained at 0.131 or 13% which explains that the independent variables job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are able to explain their effect on the variable turnover intention of 13 %, while the remaining 87% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. The results of the research at the 95% level of confidence and a test of level 5% show that partially job insecurity has no effect on turnover intention, then job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, simultaneously job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on turnover intention at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Karo.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Islamic Spirituality and Work Ethics on Organizational Commitment by examining Job Satisfaction as a mediating variabel on Employees of the Financial Services and Insurance City in West Java. This research is quantitative using primary data. Data analysis was carried out using 100 questionnaires processed with SPSS 27 which showed that Job Satisfaction (Z) was able to mediate the influence of Islamic Spirituality (X1) and Work Ethics (X2) on Organizational Commitment (Y). There is a limitation in this research which is the proportion of the number of research samples. which is less evenly distributed in workplace locations which are still centered in Greater Bandung and employment sectors which are still centered in Conventional Commercial Banks, Rural Banks and Other Financing Institutions. The nature of employees in the Financial Services and Insurance Sector required them to comply with lots of ethical standards. Therefore, Islamic Spirituality and Work Ethics need to be facilitated and encouraged to increase Job Satisfaction which has an impact on Organizational Commitment in a way to achieve organizational purposes.

Human resources are all employees of a company who want to feel comfortable and happy. When working, an employee must have a big commitment to the company to be able to assist the company in achieving the expected goals, ,and the company must also foster job satisfaction for its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach method, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a significant impact on employee performance, with the results of the t-test being 10.613 > t-table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. Job satisfaction significantly impacts employee performance,with the results of t count 7.731 > t table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. The results of testing the independent variable’s simultaneous influence on the dependent variable obtained a value of Fcount = 158.967 > Ftable value of 3.20, so that means there is a positive and significant influence between organizational trust in job satisfaction and CV employee performance. Job satisfaction reflects one's feelings towards their work, when someone is satisfied with their work, they will be more committed to the organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at the RSUD Kota Makassar. The type of research conducted is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. Sampling used stratified random sampling so that the sample in this study were nurses who served in the Inpatient Installation, IGD, ICU and OK RSUD Kota Makassar totaling 104 respondents. The results showed that there was an effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study indicates that the high level of nurse satisfaction at RSUD Kota Makassar is able to create a sense of pride and trust in nurses, increase the emotional attachment of nurses to their organization and create a strong desire to continue working in their organization and have a high responsibility to stay afloat in their organization. hospital. It is recommended to the hospital management to pay more attention to the job satisfaction of nurses by creating a safe and comfortable work environment, including a clean room, good air circulation, adequate lighting facilities, and adequate health support equipment according to the needs of implementing nursing actions.

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and organizational commitment on employee performance at PDAM Kolaka branch.  This research uses a quantitative method approach.  Data collection in this research used observation and questionnaires.  The population of this study were employees of PDAM Kolaka branch.  Meanwhile, the sample in this study amounted to 40 people.  Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0.  The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument model testing (outher model) and structural model testing (Inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0.  Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Organizational Climate variable on employee performance as indicated by the T-statistic value of 2.731 and the original sample of 0.369, while the Organizational Commitment variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance as indicated by the T-statistic value of  3.605 with an original sample value of 0.416.

This study to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Senyum Sehat Sejahtera. This study uses quantitative research with an descriptive approach. In this study saturated sampling was used as a sampling technique, as many as 20 employees at the company as samples in this study. Data collection techniques were in the form of observation and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Commitment (X1) has a partially positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study is to describe the results of an analysis of the influence of organizational culture and work environment on organizational commitment through satisfaction. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with sampling or data sources using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% as a processing tool to measure sample size because it is known that the population is more than 100 respondents. Instrument test using validity test and reliability test. While testing the hypothesis using the R square test, path analysis test, model fit test. The results of research on PT Solusindo Kreasi Jayatech employees using the SmartPLS 3 calculator and with quantitative research methods, it can be seen that organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on organizational warnings, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

This study will examine and analyse these elements to have a better understanding of how employee culture and job satisfaction impact organisational commitment. This essay's research focuses on the Bandung, Indonesia, PT.Bina Administrasi. The sample for the study was composed of 98 participants using a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique is called multiple regression. Following are the study's conclusions: (1) Organisational culture positively affects organisational commitment, meaning that the better the culture, the higher the commitment. (2) A favourable association between the two can be shown when organisational commitment is high and work satisfaction is high.

The rapid growth of digital startup companies in Indonesia brings its own challenges in human resource (HR) management, especially related to workload and organizational commitment. High work dynamics, aggressive targets, and intense operational pressure can cause an imbalance in workload that impacts motivation, work stress, and increased turnover intention. HR commitment is a key factor in startup success, but it is difficult to achieve without effective and humane workload management. This community service activity was carried out by Karangturi National University (UNKARTUR), through the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities (FEBHum), which aims to improve the understanding, skills, and awareness of digital startup entrepreneurs and employees in Bugangan Village, Semarang, regarding workload management strategies. The methods used include workshops, group discussions, and direct assistance. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the impact of disproportionate workloads, as well as the ability to implement efficient and sustainable work strategies. This activity also encourages collaboration between academics and practitioners in designing a healthy and adaptive work environment. With better workload management, it is hoped that the level of commitment, satisfaction, and retention of employees in digital startups can increase, while strengthening the competitiveness of local businesses in the era of digital transformation.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui dan menganilisis pengaruh:  a) budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi; b) motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. c) kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. d) budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. e) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai;. f) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. g) komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Blora. Kinerja adalah hasil dari fungsi suatu pekerjaan atau kegiatan tertentu selama suatu periode waktu tertentu. Kinerja dalam hal ini menunjukkan hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang setelah melakukan tugas pekerjaannya yang dibebankan oleh organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data primer berasal dari hasil angket dan observasi. Variabel yang diigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi (X1), motivasi (X2), kepuasan kerja (X3), komitmen organisasi (X4/Y1) dan Kinerja (Y2).  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Blora,sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yaitu semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel.  Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah: Uji validitas, realiabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, analisis jalur, uji t, uji F  dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, (thitung  1,895 > dari ttabel 1,684 dan   nilai signifikasi 0,065>0,050). 2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (thitung  variabel motivasi kerja 2,280>dari ttabel (1,684)  dan nilai signifikasi 0,028>0,050). 3)  Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komimen organisasi (thitung  kerja 0,141 < dari ttabel  1,684,   dan nilai signifikasi 0,889>0,050). 4) Budaya organisai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (thitung  variabel budaya organisasi sebesar 2,517 > dari ttabel (1,684)  dengan nilai signifikasi 0,016 <0,050). 5) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. (thitung  motivasi kerja sebesar 2 ,766 > dari ttabel (1,684)  dengan nilai signifikasi 0,008>0,050). 6. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  kinerja (thitung  variabel kepuasan kerja sebesar 2,042 > dari ttabel (1,684)   dengan nilai signifikasi 0,047<0,050) 7. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan sgnifikan terhadap kinerja (thitung  variabel komitmen organisasi sebesar 2,479 > dari ttabel (1,684)   dengan nilai signifikasi 0,017<0,050).

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, Quality of Work Life (QWL), komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerjaterhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Pasar Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di lingkungan Pasar Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang, Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan 154 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang disebut proporsional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Model Regresi Linier dengan bantuan program SPSS.     Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) Quality of Work Life (QWL)berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 4) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 5) Quality of Work Life (QWL)berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan 5) kepuasan kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
