MSMEs play an important role in the local and national economy. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in utilizing digital technology to increase sales turnover. This article reports the results of assistance activities for cassava chips MSMEs in Wanajaya Village, Cibitung District, with the aim of helping business actors utilize digital technology to market their products more widely. The methods used are socialization, training and evaluation of the use of digital platforms such as marketplaces, social media and digital marketing techniques. The results show an increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME players in digital marketing which has a direct impact on increasing sales turnover by up to 30% in the three months after the intervention.

This research explores the important role of marketing in increasing the sales turnover of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia. The article outlines effective marketing strategies, including the implementation of digital marketing, branding, the right pricing strategy, and the role of promotions in attracting customers. Through a literature study, it is found that the implementation of the right marketing strategies can significantly increase the visibility of UMKM and optimise their sales performance. The results show that UMKM that adopt digital marketing can experience an increase in turnover of up to 50%. This research highlights the importance of government support and collaborative efforts to improve UMKM access to marketing training and information. It is hoped that this article provides useful insights for UMKM players and relevant stakeholders to develop more effective and sustainable marketing strategies.

The digital world currently has a very beneficial impact, including in the business world. The application of digital marketing in the business world opens up communication between potential consumers and sellers which can now be done without distance and time limitations. However, in this digital era, it turns out that there are still business actors who have not utilized digital marketing. Some still market their products conventionally so their market share is still limited. This results in sales income tending to remain constant.   This internship program aims to increase the awareness and skills of UD. Matahari produces amplang crackers in Kertasada Village, District. Kalianget District. Sumenep regarding the importance of digital marketing to increase sales income with training and mentoring methods. Through this internship program, it is hoped that the market share will increase, so it has the potential to increase sales income.

Berkembangnya usaha Kerupuk Barokah tersebut menjadikan informasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting peranannya dalam menunjang jalannya pemasaran kerupuk ini karena sebagian besar pemasarannya dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut. Melihat potensi yang dimiliki, maka pabrik kerupuk Barokah ini perlu penanganan yang tepat agar kedepannya dapat lebih berkembang dan mampu bersaing dengan usaha sejenis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha pada Pabrik Kerupuk Barokah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Legalitas usaha ini masih belum lengkap, tetapi hal ini umum untuk usaha kecil. Aspek keuangan melibatkan biaya produksi, omset harus lebih tinggi dari biaya produksi agar mendapat keuntungan. Usaha ini memanfaatkan alat produksi, dan usaha ini dikelola oleh Bapak Sutrisno dan dibantu 5 karyawan. Adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menyadarkan pemilik akan pentingnya legalitas hukum.

Currently, providing halal certification for a product has become a necessity. Consumers are now more careful when choosing halal-certified products before consuming them. In Jumputrejo Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency, there are a number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that have not obtained halal certification. Therefore, the KKN team from Sunan Giri University Surabaya has held a seminar on Increasing MSME Turnover through Halal Certification, with the aim that local MSMEs can obtain halal certification. The process of implementing this seminar consists of three stages, namely (1) planning, which involves mapping the problem; (2) finding solutions to the problem; and (3) coordination with MSME partners. The implementation of the seminar on turnover development through halal certification was carried out using the method of delivering material and question and answer sessions. The results of this activity show that MSME partners who attended the seminar showed enthusiasm in asking questions related to halal products, the benefits of halal-labeled products, and the procedures for receiving halal certification.

To increase sales turnover E-commerce company utilize brand community in social media in face of increasingly competitive competition, main factor in brand community is formation of communication. The communication relationship does not need to be active but at least its existence can be determined. This means that the communication that occurs can be through social media.
