The research objective was to find out what kind of system used in processing the existing finance on Rt.04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya and the obstacles faced in implementing the application. In addition, the authors hope that readers can understand the use of an application, especially the financial administration system. The research method used by researchers is the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which is a method that includes several rules in practice, consisting of planning, design, implementation / coding and test. During the study the authors found that at Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya does not yet have an effective and efficient financial administration system. After conducting the research, the authors gave conclusions, especially Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya requires a computerized system that is effective and efficient so that it can help the treasurer work. The author makes a system, namely the Financial Administration Application Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Waringin Jaya Village based on Java SE.

The subject of Tax Law is an individual (person) and a Legal Entity or Corporation. In the enforcement of tax law, there are often deviations from the Tax Law, both committed by individuals and corporations. Efforts to resolve these irregularities for person actors are easier to resolve in accordance with applicable law, but for corporate actors there are many obstacles. What is this obstacle, is revealed through research. The research was carried out with the type of juridical nomative research, the nature of the research was descriptive. The dominant data source is secondary data, which includes primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study indicate that the obstacles that arise in law enforcement against corporations are caused by weaknesses in legal substance, weaknesses in legal structures, weaknesses in legal culture and weaknesses in procedural law.  

Information technology is a technology used to process data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, manipulating data in various ways to produce relevant, accurate and timely information, which is used for personal, business and government purposes and is strategic information for decision making, in recording fixed assets for example, must be managed properly because the need for the data is frequent intensity, the number of items is not small so it is impossible to memorize, the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets of a company needs to be done at the end of every year because it will affect the book value and depreciation expense on the balance sheet and depreciation expense on fixed assets on the income statement. With the accounting information system for depreciation of fixed assets, it is expected that it will facilitate officers in managing fixed asset data and depreciation reports. The new system that will be designed is web-based, so that it can be accessed at any time by interested parties and makes coordination time more effective.

Public transportation is one of the important modes of transportation and is the backbone of transportation in Indonesia. The development of public transportation is also supported by the government, this government support is evident in the national policy, namely the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN). Although public transportation is an effective mode of transportation, it also has obstacles in its development, namely how to meet customer desires in choosing a mode of transportation. There are several variables that are the focus of this research, namely age, gender, income, cost, speed, comfort, safety, efficiency and flexibility. The search for influential variables will use the K-Means and DBSCAN clustering algorithms, these two algorithms are also compared to their performance to find a better algorithm. The results of the Silhouette Coefficient show that DBSCAN has a better performance with a value of 0.99 than K-Means with a value of 0.86. The variables that affect the interest in using public transportation are the most important ones related to cost, speed, comfort, safety, efficiency and flexibility.

Along with the development of technology, computerized systems are needed in the business world. The computer has a function as a data processing tool that will assist in completing work quickly and precisely. MA Nurul Ulum as an educational institution, especially in the implementation of payment administration activities, still uses a manual or conventional system, so there are still many shortcomings and obstacles that result in a job not being able to run properly. Therefore we need a new system, namely a computer-based payment administration system in order to be able to manage and process payment data quickly, because with computer technology both students and other parties who want to know information related to tuition payments can get it quickly. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of service to students or parents in making tuition payments. The advantage of the system that will be made is that it provides an administrative information system for paying school fees so that it can make it easier to perform data processing and data retrieval. With an administrative information system that has been integrated in a database, it will facilitate the process of financial calculations and the existence of a Client Server-based school administrative information system will connect between sections, namely the administrative section, school treasurer, principal and head of the foundation making it easier to access financial information. school any time

This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. September 13, 2019, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Medicine Agency (EMA) issued a warning through the official FDA website, that contaminants were found that were thought to trigger cancer. It is known that the contamination is an impurity or nitrosamine compound or commonly called N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) which is included in chemical contamination originating from chemical elements or compounds that can endanger human health. Symptoms that appear are the skin and the whites of the eyes turning yellow, fatigue, darker urine, and abdominal pain. Based on this, there is a problem that needs to be analyzed, namely how the law protects consumers from consuming these materials, especially in the city of Semarang, are there any obstacles in the effort to protect consumers from consuming drugs containing NDMA. The methodology used in this research is juridical normative with secondary data, which is analyzed by analytical descriptive. The results of the analysis, it is known that the state through various provisions has protected consumers from consuming hazardous materials, including those in Article 8 "Regarding actions that are prohibited for business actors; Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health Articles 98, 99, 104 & 106 "Regarding the Security and Use of Pharmaceutical Preparations and Medical Devices" AND Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia 101 / MENKES / PER / XI / 2008 concerning Drug Registration. That in this protection effort, the government c.q BPOM is experiencing internal and external obstacles. The provision of credit / loans by credit-giving institutions, both banks and other financial institutions, is intended as an effort to make a profit, so the lending institution views credit / loans as a reliable source of income or profit. In connection with the issue of credit / loan provision, credit institutions such as PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang as the party that lends money (creditors) needs to get a guarantee as a condition for the loan that the debtor will receive on condition that he gives interest when repaying the loan. In practice, the obstacles that PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang, especially for debtors with guarantees by using the Deed of Providing Mortgage Rights (APHT) which is registered with the National Land Agency (BPN), if the credit is jammed and failed to promise, the bank will take the final step in accordance with applicable law, namely implementing execution of mortgage rights through the Office of State Wealth and Auction Services (KPKNL) or through the District Court (PN). The type of research used in this research is normative juridical. Juridical research, is used, among other things, to analyze various legal theories and laws and regulations related to the juridical review of the accounts payable agreement as a principal agreement with guarantees of insurance rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang. Juridical means that this research emphasizes the science of law. Meanwhile, normative is this research that examines the rules that apply in society. Thus normative juridical is an approach to the study of legal problems from the aspect of applicable legal regulations. The results of this study are: the settlement of bad credit tied to mortgage rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang after performing credit rescue through 3R (rechedulling, restructuring and reconditioning). Before the execution of mortgage rights is carried out, non-litigation measures by way of selling collateral based on mutual agreement based on paragraph (2) article 20 of the Mortgage Rights Law. During 2018 to 2020 Mortgage Execution can contribute to the settlement of non-performing loans as much as 45% or Rp. 15,731,212,000, - from an amount of Rp. 34,964,970,686, -. The author is interested in the problem of assimilation guidance for prisoners at the Kedungpane Class I Prison in Semarang and the obstacles in the assimilation guidance program for inmates. This study uses a juridical empirical or sociological juridical approach. The results of the research and discussion are that assimilation is carried out for the development of prisoners in socializing in the community. In addition, Assimilation is also carried out in the context of tackling the Spread of Covid-19 that is currently hitting Indonesia. Background: Implementation of the family planning program still faces several obstacles. Factors that cause PUS to be reluctant to participate in family planning include: In terms of service, up to now, there is still a lack of quality, as evidenced by family planning participants who stopped using contraception. As well as in terms of delivery of counseling, it puts forward rational, effective and efficient contraceptive choices. Research Objectives: to determine the relationship between family planning services and counseling on obstacles to the implementation of family planning programs in the Bajeng Community Health Center, Gowa Regency. Methods: This study used a Cross Sectional Study method. The sample in this study was PUS who did not participate in family planning. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data were processed using SPSS and descriptive and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Results: This study shows that there is a relationship between family planning services and obstacles in the implementation of the family planning program where the p value is obtained. There is a relationship providing counseling to obstacles in the implementation of the family planning program where the value of p =, 000. This means that the p value <? (0.05) because the p value is less than 0.05. Conclusion: There is a Relationship between Family Planning Services and Counseling Providing Against Barriers to Implementing Family Planning Programs in the Work Area of the Bajeng Community Health Center.
