Legal protection of children refers to all actions that ensure and safeguard children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop, and engage maximally in line with human dignity and honour, as well as get protection from violence and discrimination within legal laws. In Indonesia, the proportion ranges from 22 to 100%, indicating that the aforementioned conditions occur often. As a result, researchers are interested in performing this study utilising normative research methodologies. Legal protection for minors who distribute pornographic videos on social media, choosing to release minors, is regulated by Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 16 (1) Every child has the right to receive protection from being the target of abuse, torture, or inhumane punishment, (2) Every child has the right to obtain freedom in accordance with the law, and (3) Arrest, detention, or incarceration of a child must be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and only as a last option. And advocate LPKA in the form of independence coaching, which includes instruction for foster children in skills that may be developed after the foster time ends, such as sewing. Meanwhile, personality development is moral development, with the goal of providing foster children with an understanding of social norms as well as an understanding of themselves so that they can accept responsibility for all actions they take and refrain from repeating illegal actions. Suggestions in this protection are expected to be safeguarded by anybody, regardless of circumstance, and the local government needs to get to the field to inspect the status of special child development institutions so that any deficiencies may be corrected quickly, allowing development to proceed correctly.

The purpose of this research article is to find out the concept of Governance / Corporate social responsibility (CRS) and ethics in strategic management in the field of education. Corporate governance is a set of rules that govern the relationship between shareholders, managers, creditors, employees, and other stakeholders to balance their rights and obligations. Corporate social responsibility (CRS) is an activity carried out by companies as a form of supporting sustainable economic development through community or global empowerment. Management ethics is a process and effort in order to examine the truth about managerial practices that are used as guidelines for a person in carrying out and determining decisions in the organization. Ethics is not only necessary in social life, but in the world of management and business, ethics is also necessary in order for organizations to organize moral systems prepared to limit the actions of people.

This study aims to examine how strategies strengthen student morale through school programs. In analyzing the problem, this research uses descriptive method with observation, interview and documentation techniques. Some of the findings obtained from research that the strategy of strengthening students' morale is implemented in several aspects; firstly on the school's vision and mission where the school compiles the school's vision-mission and goals which imply faith, piety and religious values ​​to strengthen student morale, second on activities both habituation activities within the school environment or activities outside the school environment related to religious activities to increase religious values, third on school facilities and infrastructure, fourth on school rules which are arranged based on the school's vision-mission and goals. The research results show that the strategy is quite successful in strengthening student morale. There are several findings that can hinder the success of applying student moral values, such as: the number of students that is not balanced with the number of classes, the lack of optimal use of facilities, the lack of commitment from school members, especially the lack of parental cooperation in efforts to strengthen student morale.

Tantangan didalam dunia pesantren merupakan Globalisasi dalam realita sosial, serta harus bertindak secara konsisten dalam melintasi batas-batas suatu negara (trans-nasional), dan mendorong perubahan-perubahan di berbagai tingkatan . Dalam keadaan seperti itu, tantangannya menuntut kesiapan pesantren di segala bidang, tanpa harus meninggalkan nilai-nilai tradisional yang dibangun  pada berabad-abad yang lalu dan menjadi sistem pendidikan khas Indonesia (pribumi). Dan  sekolah dituntut untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam merespon  berbagai perubahan, serta mengharuskan sekolah tampil dalam persaingan pasar bebas. Kondisi ini merupakan deretan dan masalah yang panjang di mana benteng moral telah mencapai titik kritis dan terjadinya kekhawatiran, pergeseran nilai, secara signifikan. Dan merespon pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong untuk memainkan perannya dalam dinamika yang ada, tanpa meninggalkan tradisi nilai-nilai tersebut. Dalam perspektif teori Pierre Bourdieu peran sekolah dalam menghadapi proses masuknya ke ruang lingkup dunia secara konseptual, peneliti  juga mendeskripsikannya melalui teori yaitu habitus [bentuk pesantren] x modal [kiai di pesantren] + domain [nilai Satlogi Murid] = praktik [peran kiai dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi]. Internalisasi nilai-nilai diatas menjadi tradisi besar di sepanjang sejarah dan dapat memberikan kemuliaan.

Education is defined as a form of mentoring and developing the potential of students who are directed and embedded in personality, then can be applied in everyday life. Character literally comes from the Latin character, which means, among other things: character, character, psychological traits, character, personality or morals. Someone who behaves dishonestly, is cruel, likes to steal, is said to be a person with bad character. Meanwhile, someone who likes to be honest, helpful, polite, can be said to be someone who has good character. So, the term character is more reflected in a person's personality. Lickona states that character education is a deliberate effort to help someone so that he can understand, pay attention to and carry out core ethical values.

Pendidikan karakter merupakan penanaman nilai karakter terhadap peserta didik yang meliputi kemauan atau kesadaran, dan tindakan dalam mengimplementasikan nilai, budi pekerti, karakter, serta akhlak yang baik ke dalam diri peserta didik, yang bertujuan untuk membentuk kepribadian yang baik pada peserta didik seperti jujur, menghormati orang lain, maupun berperilaku baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pendidikan karakter merupakan hal yang harus diperhaikan terutama bagi guru sebagai orang tua kedua bagi siswa dalam memberikan keteladanan sehingga menjadi contoh konkrit bagi siswa dalam bersikap, saat ini permasalahan karakter menjadi kajian yang penting karena saat ini bayak didapati  permasalahan-permasalahan yang menyimpang dari nilai, norma dan moral dalam masyarakat,  kebanyakan dari pelaku penyimpangan ini terjadi pada generasi muda terutama pada anak usia sekolah. Dengan melihat fenomena permasalahan krisis nilai, moral dan karakter pada generasi sekarang, maka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini penting  dilaksanakan dengan tujuan  memberikan informasi terkait data dan fakta yang sedang terjadi yang berkaitan tentang permasalahan karakter remaja pada masa sekolah dan diperlukan pendekatan secara psikologis bagi guru untuk mengedukasi dan memberikan keteladanan kepada siswa sebagai peserta didik khususnya guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Baitul Muslimin Kecamatan Percut sei Tuan, kabupaten Deli serdang sumatera Utara agar menjadi solusi permasalahan karakter di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan dan sosialisasi dengan sasarannya adalah guru MIS Baitul Muslimin Kecamatan Percut sei Tuan, kabupaten Deli serdang sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 12 orang. Hasil kegiatan ini untuk memberikan informasi terkait data dan fakta permasalahan karakter pada siswa   dan memberikan edukasi pentingnya keteladanan guru dalam memberikan solusi terkait masalah pendidikan karakter khususnya di  sekolah MIS Baitul Muslimin Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang sumatera Utara

Drugs are one of society's diseases that are growing very rapidly and are difficult to eradicate. The main target of the largest distribution and use is dominated by the younger generation while the younger generation is the backbone and driver of change for the Indonesian nation. Formation of morals and ethics from an early age is the first step as an effort to prevent drug use, so that in real work lectures in Amahusu Village students run a program namely socialization of the dangers of drug use for the millennial generation. The purpose of this program is to shape the character of students by introducing caused by drug use. This activity was carried out on November 15 2022 located at SMP Negeri 11 Ambon. The implementation method uses lecture and sharing methods. With this activity, it is hoped that students will not only know the dangers but can fight drugs for the sake of creating a healthy life, a harmonious family and a bright future.

Sinetron merupakan salah satu acara televisi yang paling banyak memberikan pengaruh terhadap penontonnya. Sinetron merupakan tayangan yang dapat menjadi media penyampaian sebuah pesan moral. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai tuntunan yang terkandung dalam sinteron Dunia Terbalik. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, disimpulkan : bahwa nilai-nilai tuntunan etika sosial dalam sinteron Dunia Terbalik, setidaknya empat aspek; pertama, menghormati orang yang lebih tua; kedua, selalu mengucapkan salam di setiap aktivitas pembuka maupun penutup komunikasi; ketiga, belajar hidup rukun; keempat, saling tolong-menolong terhadap sesama. Etika sosial tersebut elok dipraktekkan dalam kehidupan masyarakat, maka penelitian merekomendasi empat nilai etika sosial ini menjadi pedoman hidup dalam kerangka pendidikan Islam.

Intervensi kemanusiaan adalah topik yang banyak diperdebatkan dalam perang dan perdamaian di bidang moral, hukum, politik, filsafat di dunia internasional. Memasuki milenium ketiga, dalam konteks perjuangan untuk perdamaian universal, Paus Yohanes Paulus II mengajarkan moralitas intervensi kemanusiaan dalam dokumen Message for the Celebration of the World Day of Peace: “Peace on Earth to Those Whom God Loves” tanggal 1 Januari 2000. Artikel sederhana ini mencoba untuk membahas, untuk memahami lebih lanjut, tiga kriteria moral yang dituntut dalam intervensi kemanusiaan pada dokumen ini, yaitu: otoritas yang sah, niat yang benar, dan upaya terakhir. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah studi pustaka.

Older people tend to stay at home, a condition that poses new problems for older people. They are alienated from their environment and forgotten by people, resulting in rejection and loss of self-esteem. Therefore, church ministry to the elderly must be viewed as a specific ministry and taken seriously by special workers and servants of God who truly understand the problems of the elderly. These categorical services morally oblige the church to treat its congregation members, the elderly, seriously and responsibly. Ultimately it means striking a balance between being careful and acting responsibly. A church is an institution with an organization. But more than that, the church is a community of believers. According to God's command in Matthew 28: 18-20, After becoming a disciple of Christ and being baptized, a disciple of Christ must be taught the doctrine of the Christian faith, how to live the Christian life.

Jurnal ini mengulas tentang Ahlu As-Sunnah Wal Jama’ah Sebagai Doktrin Dan Faham Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong bertujuan untuk menggambarkan ahlu sunnah  wal jama’ah sebagai doktring faham dalam pondok pesantren zainul hasan genggong. Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan islam tertua di Indonesia. Berdirinya lembaga ini sebelum Indonesia merdeka,yaitu tepatnya pada tahun 1839,yang didirikan oleh kyai zainal abidin. Pesantren zainul hasan dikenal barokahnya dan kewaliannya. Pondok pesantren Zainul Hasan berkembang dengan begitu cepat, tidak sekedar ilmu agama yang diajarkan. Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong  dikenal sebagai suatu  lembaga pendidikan yang dibangun dan dikembangkan dengan lanndasan pandangan filosofis tentang berbagai aspek agama, moralitas, ilmu pengetahuan, lingkungan dan lain sebagainya, berkembang secara  continue  dalam pertumbuhan, kesinambungan, perubahan dan pembaharuan. Ciri khas pesantren yang menjadi sasaran berkembangnya dari sebuah pesantren yang dilakukan puslitbang pendidikan agama dan keagamaan yang dilakukan secara individu ataupun dilakukan lembaga lain. Dengan dikuatkan oleh SATLOGI SANTRI yang berarti Sopan santun, Ajeg Istiqomah, Nasehat, Taqwallah, Ridollah,Ikhlas lillahi ta'ala. Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong menganut faham Ahlu As- sunnah wal jama’ah yang mana mengikuti jejak sang maha guru KH. Hasan Sepoh Genggong.

Kebebasan manusia terungkap dalam suatu pilihan dan pilihan adalah elemen fundamental hidup manusia. Konsep kebebasan memiliki sejarah yang panjang. Hal itu telah ditafsir oleh para pemikir dalam sejarah filsafat dan agama. Para pemikir religius-filosofis tidak memiliki kesatuan pandangan tentang hal ini. Variasi penafasiran tentang kebebasan telah melahirkan cara pandang yang berbeda tentang kebebasan. Ada yang melihatnya sebagai hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari intelek dan kehendak karena kebebasan mengalir dari kedua fakultas ini. Sementara yang lain melihatnya sebagai fakultas dari mana akal budi dan kehendak mengalir. Dalam hal ini kebebasan adalah suatu ekspresi yang paling esensial martabat manusia sehingga melahirkan suatu kebebasan mutlak. Variasi penafsiran ini membawa akibat pada cara pandang tentang hidup dan bagaimana hidup ini dijalankan. Pandangan tentang kebebasan melahirkan pertarungan yang tiada henti antara dua gerakan di dunia modern yaitu pro-life dan pro-choice. Artikel ini menghadirkan suatu penafsiran polemik mengenai kebebasan dari perspektif filsafat moral.

Early childhood is also known as the golden age, in which the potential and abilities of the physical, cognitive, language, artistic, social-emotional, moral, religious, self-concept, self-discipline and independence develop. Therefore it is important if from an early age it is necessary to instill the value of independence in children. One of the factors that can influence the process of developing independence in children is parenting style. This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents in building children's independence, because the role of parents is very important in building independence in children. The research method used is library research or library research. The results of this study are through parenting parents are able to build children's independence, including in applying habits to children. This article discusses social criticism in a short story entitled "Kemarau" by Andrea Hirata. This article will focus on mimetic approach research on things or events in short stories related to social criticism in the short story entitled "Kemarau", namely: (1) criticism of political issues, when people feel disappointed about government promises that are not implemented (2) ) criticism of the economy, where when a group of people who live on the outskirts cannot feel the development and progress of infrastructure like in big cities (3) criticism of the negligence factor of the government when it has occupied its position. The government seems to have forgotten the promises it made before taking up its post. From the short story, it can be understood that literary works do not only display positive impressions or messages but can contain absolute things such as criticizing or satirizing.

One of the figures of speech that is often used is hyperbole. This figure of speech serves to give a great impression by exaggerating sentences. The lyrics of the song, This Is Me, which is the original sound tract from the film The Greatest Showman, is very thick with the use of hyperbole figure of speech. This is because the moral message of the song is to inspire the listeners.

This research focuses on the effect of digital literacy on students morality. Digital literacy is the ability to use and utilise various digital devices to be more empowered, ethical and democratic in the digital era. This research aims to determine how operational skills are, search the internet, evaluate the content, communicate and is there any effect of digital literacy on students morality. This research used a quantitative approach with basic and supporting techniques in collecting data in the field. The data collected were analyzed used SPSS 26th version. The results of the research note that digital literacy effects the morality of students, but digital literacy is not fully owned by students. This can be seen though the indicators of  operational skill, internet searching,  content evaluation and communication that the researcher proposes to the respondents.

Environmental ethics in Indonesia or in the world is very important to be maintained and also preserved because this environmental ethics is one of the ethics that has a very positive influence on everyone's life. Environmental ethics is the moral wisdom of humans in dealing with their environment, this environmental ethics is needed by every individual, especially Christians. So that every activity related to the environment is considered carefully so that the sustainability and comfort of the environment are maintained. One of the problems is the issue of environmental ethics, the lack of awareness that it is very important to keep the environment clean in order to maintain the comfort of each individual. As young Christians, we must be concerned about this very deficient state of environmental ethics, because God Himself has given a mandate to young Christians to be good managers of all that He entrusts to believers, including the environment around us. And it is entrusted that the role of youth is very large in environmental ethics.
