Komunitas: Hasil Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Indonesia 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Tanaman Dan Hewani Indonesia

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dituntut menghasilkan lulusan yang siap kerja dan mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan industri. Namun, proses pembelajaran akuntansi di beberapa SMK di Kabupaten Karawang masih didominasi metode konvensional yang berpusat pada guru dan belum sepenuhnya menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis pemecahan masalah sesuai kebutuhan dunia kerja. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kompetensi guru akuntansi melalui pembelajaran berbasis Design Thinking. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan partisipatif yang meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan program, pelaksanaan pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Pelatihan memperkenalkan tahapan Design Thinking yang terdiri atas empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, pre-test dan post-test, serta penilaian terhadap perangkat pembelajaran yang dihasilkan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran akuntansi yang inovatif. Peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap konsep Design Thinking, kemampuan menyusun perangkat pembelajaran kontekstual, serta motivasi untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Hasil post-test menunjukkan rata-rata pemahaman guru mencapai 75,88 dan lebih dari 80% peserta mampu menjawab dengan benar tahapan Design Thinking. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa Design Thinking dapat menjadi pendekatan pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru serta mendukung pengembangan pembelajaran akuntansi yang kontekstual, kolaboratif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri.

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong terjadinya digitalisasi di berbagai bidang usaha, termasuk pada layanan jasa cuci sepatu. Penggunaan aplikasi mobile menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, efisiensi operasional, serta kemudahan akses bagi pelanggan. Namun demikian, keberhasilan sebuah aplikasi tidak hanya bergantung pada fungsi yang dimiliki, tetapi juga pada kualitas desain antarmuka (User Interface/UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (User Experience/UX) yang mampu memberikan kenyamanan dan kemudahan dalam penggunaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang desain UI/UX pada aplikasi mobile layanan cuci sepatu OurShoes agar lebih mudah dipahami, menarik, dan efisien digunakan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Design Thinking yang meliputi tahapan empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa rancangan antarmuka aplikasi mobile dengan fitur utama seperti halaman login dan registrasi, pemesanan layanan, sistem pembayaran, notifikasi status pesanan, serta pengelolaan profil pengguna. Rancangan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman pengguna, mempermudah proses transaksi, serta membantu pelaku usaha dalam mengelola layanan secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini berpotensi menjadi solusi digital yang mendukung pengembangan usaha cuci sepatu di era modern.

Breast tumors are classified into two types, namely benign and malignant tumors, the latter commonly referred to as breast cancer. Breast cancer is one of the major health problems affecting women worldwide, including in Indonesia. According to WHO data in 2022, there were 2.3 million breast cancer cases with 685,000 deaths globally, while in Indonesia, 396,914 cases and 234,511 deaths were reported. The high incidence rate is exacerbated by low public awareness in recognizing early symptoms and performing early detection, resulting in 60–70% of cases being diagnosed at an advanced stage, supported by findings that 65.6% of female students still have a low level of knowledge. Female students were selected as research subjects because they are in a vulnerable reproductive age group and have an important role in increasing awareness of early detection, yet they still have limited knowledge. Based on this, this study aims to design a web-based early detection system for breast tumor risk using the Forward Chaining method, which functions as a tool to identify early symptoms, assess risk levels, and provide information on prevention and initial management. This study employed the method with the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) model, consisting of the stages of assessment, knowledge acquisition, design, testing, and documentation, along with the Forward Chaining inference method.

Pengelolaan inventaris pada laboratorium kimia yang masih dilakukan secara manual berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti kesalahan pencatatan stok, ketidaksesuaian data, serta keterlambatan dalam penyusunan laporan. Kondisi tersebut dapat menghambat efektivitas pengelolaan barang masuk dan keluar serta menyulitkan proses monitoring ketersediaan stok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi inventory laboratorium kimia berbasis web guna mendukung pencatatan transaksi dan monitoring stok secara lebih terstruktur dan akurat. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan model pengembangan Prototype dengan pendekatan Object-Oriented serta pemodelan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem yang diusulkan memiliki beberapa fitur utama seperti pengelolaan data barang, pengelolaan lokasi penyimpanan, pencatatan transaksi inventori yang meliputi proses IN, OUT, MOVE, dan ADJ, serta dashboard yang menampilkan informasi stok secara real-time. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing dengan empat belas skenario pengujian untuk memastikan bahwa setiap fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah dirancang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan dengan baik dan menghasilkan status valid pada setiap skenario pengujian. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan inventaris, mempermudah pengelolaan data persediaan, serta mendukung proses monitoring stok laboratorium secara lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode pencatatan manual.

UMKM Kerupuk Subur is one of the SMEs quite well-known for its cracker products and is located at Jl. Gedongkuning Gg. Nuri No.66, RT.2/RW.33, Wonocatur, Banguntapan, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Product packaging is one of the important factors in maintaining the quality of the crackers to keep them crispy and not easily soggy. Currently, UMKM Kerupuk Subur still uses ordinary plastic packaging that is only tied with a string, so its protection against physical damage and product quality deterioration is still limited. Besides functioning as a protector, product packaging also serves as a consumer attraction that can influence purchasing decisions. In 2024, UMKM Kerupuk Subur experienced a production and sales decline of 4.58 percent, which is suspected to be influenced by packaging factors. This study aims to develop Kerupuk Subur packaging based on customer criteria and needs. The Green Quality Function Deployment approach is used to obtain comprehensive information in designing packaging according to consumer needs and preferences. The results of identifying consumer needs show priorities such as packaging that is easy to open, resealable, transparent, environmentally friendly, durable, and tear-resistant. Based on these needs, packaging development alternatives were designed, including an easy-open system, durable and tear-resistant packaging, and resealable packaging to maintain product quality and crispness. Then, testing was conducted with 50 respondents to assess consumer satisfaction. The level of consumer satisfaction falls into the satisfied category, with an average score of 4.18, where 80% of respondents stated they were satisfied or very satisfied with the designed packaging prototype.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya dalam upaya deteksi dini Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM). PTM seperti diabetes melitus, hipertensi, penyakit kardiovaskular, dan obesitas memiliki prevalensi yang terus meningkat serta sering kali tidak terdeteksi pada tahap awal. Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyuwangi secara rutin melaksanakan program skrining PTM di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi lapangan, proses pencatatan dan pengelolaan data hasil skrining masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan aplikasi spreadsheet yang tidak terintegrasi. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pelacakan riwayat kesehatan pasien, meningkatkan risiko ketidaktepatan data, serta memperlambat proses penyusunan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Deteksi Dini Penyakit Tidak Menular berbasis web dengan fokus pada obesitas guna mendukung digitalisasi pengelolaan data kesehatan di lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan sistem dengan model prototype, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pembuatan prototype, serta evaluasi dan revisi berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu mengelola data pasien, mencatat hasil pemeriksaan, menghitung Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) secara otomatis, serta menghasilkan laporan secara cepat dan terstruktur. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, akurasi data, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data (data-driven decision making) dalam pengendalian PTM.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut organisasi bisnis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, namun CV. Plaza Meubel Jati Masrum yang berdiri sejak tahun 1982 masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual yang menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti data tidak terbaca, kesalahan penulisan, kesulitan memperoleh laporan keuangan dan laba rugi, hilangnya bukti soft file, serta ketidakpastian kedatangan barang restock dari pemasok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pemesanan berbasis web guna mengatasi permasalahan sistem manual, meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan, serta menyediakan informasi yang akurat dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model prototyping, yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pembuatan prototype, evaluasi pengguna, dan pemeliharaan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik, laporan transaksi, dan dokumentasi stok barang. Pemodelan sistem dilakukan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), yang mencakup Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, dan ClassDiagram. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan sistem informasi pemesanan yang mampu mengotomatisasi laporan penjualan, riwayat pesanan pelanggan, dan pengelolaan data produk. Sistem ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan produktivitas operasional serta akurasi identifikasi barang melalui integrasi data. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dengan potensi pengembangan lanjutan berupa integrasi pembayaran digital dan sistem pelacakan pengiriman.

Health services at the Puskesmas (Community Health Center) are an important sector directly related to the community. However, there are still various challenges in patient data management and handling complaints that can hinder service efficiency. One of the efforts to improve service quality is by developing a complaint information system that can efficiently manage and record patient complaints. This study aims to develop a complaint information system for services at the Puskesmas Waimangura using the Prototype method. This method was chosen because of its ability to produce system prototypes that can be immediately tested and developed according to user needs. The system is designed to allow patients to submit complaints related to the services received, as well as enabling Puskesmas staff to follow up on and record each complaint systematically. With the implementation of this system, it is expected to increase efficiency in managing complaint data, speed up problem resolution processes, and improve accuracy in recording patient and complaint data. The results of prototype testing show that this system simplifies the complaint process and provides convenience for staff in following up on patient complaints. The implementation of this information system is expected to improve the quality of services at Puskesmas Waimangura and accelerate responses to issues faced by patients.

The energy that is stored in water can be used to generate electricity by taking advantage of the potential energy available, like the energy from waterfalls and the movement of flowing water. Micro-hydropower plants (PLTMH) are one solution to address the energy crisis, particularly in electricity. VDI 2221 is a method that German engineers use as a guideline when designing construction projects. The VDI (Verein Deutsher Ingeneure or German Engineers Association) design process involves several stages: task description, design concept determination, physical design, and detailed design. Based on the solution principle matrix table, 3 variants were obtained, each of which has criteria. Of the 3 variants that have been evaluated, variant 2 was obtained with results that met the requirements. The cost analysis table shows that the total cost for designing a prototype test equipment for a micro-hydroelectric power plant (PLTMH) based on a laboratory-scale crossflow turbine is Rp 10,032,000. This cost includes instrumentation, control and electrical panels, measuring instruments, pipe instruments, frame and casing, and unforeseen costs.

The skill mismatch between university graduates and technology industry requirements remains a significant challenge in Indonesia. PT Vinix Seven Aurum requires an assessment tool to objectively identify the initial competencies of MBKM and internship program participants. This research aims to design a web-based self-assessment platform that helps students measure their skill gaps against industry standards through radar chart visualization and personalized learning recommendations. The UI/UX design applies the Design Thinking method with empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test phases, utilizing Figma for wireframe and high-fidelity prototype development. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, literature studies, and usability testing with 10 respondents. The results demonstrate good usability with a 100% completion rate across all features. The VINIX Skill Radar platform provides five assessment categories, a 1-10 rating scale system, radar chart visualization, gap analysis, and learning recommendations. This system enhances students' self-awareness of their competencies and supports effective mapping of training program participants' capabilities.

This study aims to design the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) on the VINIX Showcase Website as a personal branding platform and digital Skill Passport for participants of the VINIX Seven Aurum Program using the Design Thinking method. The background of this research is the absence of an integrated digital platform that can systematically and easily document and display participants' skills, projects, certificates, and professional identity. The design process is carried out through five stages of Design Thinking, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, starting with exploring user needs, formulating problems, developing solution ideas, creating Prototypes, and Usability Testing. The results of the study consist of the UI/UX design of the VINIX Showcase Website, which includes registration and Login features, user Dashboard, Skill Passport, project upload, public Showcase, and automatic CV generation feature. Testing using the Usability Testing method showed that the resulting design has a good level of ease of use and comfort and is acceptable to users. This research is expected to be an effective digital solution in supporting personal branding, skills documentation, and improving the professionalism of VINIX Seven Aurum Program participants.

The development of information technology has encouraged restaurants and cafés to function not only as dining places, but also as venues for hosting various events. However, the event reservation process at Rumah Makan Ny. Hartini and Café Rain is still carried out manually through logbooks, telephone calls, and WhatsApp, resulting in problems such as unorganized data, delayed confirmations, and miscommunication with customers. In addition, the manual system limits access to information regarding venue availability, reservation schedules, and additional facilities required by customers. This study aims to develop a web-based event reservation information system using the prototyping method. The system design was carried out using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams to model user interactions, process flows, and system structure. The results of the study show that the developed system is able to automate the reservation process, customer data recording, reservation confirmation, schedule management, and additional facilities management. This system improves operational efficiency, data accuracy, and service quality, while also making it easier for customers to make reservations independently and obtain information quickly and accurately.

Latar Belakang:Dehidrasi dapat menurunkan daya tahan fisik dan mengganggu fungsi tubuh. Aktivitas fisik yang tinggi pada siswa berisiko menyebabkan dehidrasi, terutama jika pengetahuan tentang pencegahan dan penanganannya masih rendah. Edukasi mengenai manajemen dehidrasi penting dilakukan agar siswa mampu mencegah dan menangani dehidrasi dengan tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai dehidrasi dan manajemen dehidrasi melalui sosialisasi edukatif. Metode: Peserta yang dipilih dalam kegiatan ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Martapura sebanyak 37 orang. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, dengan pendekatan penyuluhan interaktif serta penggunaan website “TERHIDRASI” sebagai alat bantu deteksi status hidrasi. Penilaian pengetahuan dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman siswa setelah sosialisasi. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan siswa mengenai pengertian, tanda, dampak, dan pencegahan dehidrasi setelah dilakukan edukasi, dengan proporsi pengetahuan baik meningkat dari 64,9% menjadi 81,1%. Sosialisasi edukatif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya menjaga hidrasi tubuh. Simpulan: Kegiatan ini merekomendasikan agar sosialisasi mengenai manajemen dehidrasi terus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah, disertai pembiasaan membawa air minum sendiri dan penyediaan fasilitas isi ulang air minum oleh pihak sekolah untuk mendukung perilaku hidrasi sehat siswa.   Kata kunci: manajemen, dehidrasi, prototype, remaja

PAMTIRTA Tempino is an institution that provides clean water services in the Tempino area. The process of recording water use and monitoring water turbidity is still done manually, making it prone to recording errors and making it difficult to monitor the water quality distributed to the community. This study aims to design a website-based water turbidity recording and monitoring system by focusing on User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) aspects using the Design Thinking method. The research follows five stages of Design Thinking: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Data collection involves observation and in-depth interviews with PAMTIRTA officers. The results include a design with key features such as digital water meter recording, turbidity monitoring dashboards, and complaint services. The prototype was tested using Maze and the System Usability Scale (SUS), achieving a score of 80.1 and falling into the "Good" category (grade B). These results demonstrate that the UI/UX design effectively provides an easy-to-understand, operationally suitable, and efficient solution for PAMTIRTA Tempino's water recording and turbidity monitoring needs. This design offers a ready-to-implement solution to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of clean water services in the Tempino area.

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pencatatan transaksi pada Toko Bangunan Subur Kaliwungu yang sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi pencatatan yang tidak efisien, kesulitan pencarian data, serta kurangnya ketepatan dalam laporan keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model Prototype. Sistem dikembangkan dengan menerapkan metode akuntansi berbasis Akrual (Accrual Basis) agar laporan keuangan dapat disusun lebih akurat dan real time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mencatat transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, mengelola data barang dan pelanggan, serta menyajikan laporan penjualan dan laporan keuangan secara digital. Fitur tambahan seperti histori transaksi, informasi stok barang, serta perhitungan laba rugi juga membantu pemilik toko dalam pengambilan keputusan. Implementasi sistem memberikan dampak positif, di antaranya peningkatan efisiensi, keakuratan data, dan kemudahan monitoring aktivitas penjualan.

The rapid development of information technology requires training institutions to adapt in order to provide services that are effective, efficient, and aligned with user needs. Don Bosco Sumba Vocational Training Center (BLK) as an institution focused on enhancing community skills faces challenges in providing a system that is easily accessible and usable by trainees, instructors, and administrators. This study aims to design and develop a web- and mobile-based application using the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach to produce a system that truly fits user needs and preferences. The UCD method was applied through several stages, including user and context identification, needs analysis, solution design, and iterative evaluation of the developed prototype. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires administered to various users within Don Bosco Sumba BLK. The findings show that the implementation of the UCD method improved usability, streamlined administrative processes, and enhanced user satisfaction with the developed system. Therefore, the development of this UCD-based application not only supports the improvement of service quality but also strengthens the effectiveness of training management at Don Bosco Sumba BLK. The implications of this study highlight the importance of applying a user-centered approach in the development of information systems within the vocational training sector.

Website memegang peranan penting dalam menunjang layanan pendidikan, khususnya di era digital. Namun, situs Kahfi Education sebelumnya kurang menarik dan tidak memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara efektif, sehingga membatasi keterlibatan pengguna dan akses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan desain ulang User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) website Kahfi Education menggunakan metode Design Thinking untuk menghasilkan desain yang berpusat pada pengguna dan interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Design Thinking melalui tahapan Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Testing dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner yang melibatkan 30 responden. Pengujian kegunaan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengukur dan membandingkan kegunaan sebelum dan sesudah desain ulang. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan skor SUS yang signifikan dari 53.17 menjadi 80.25, yang menunjukkan peningkatan kegunaan yang sangat baik. Penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk menunjukkan implementasi praktis Design Thinking dalam meningkatkan situs web pendidikan, mendukung pembelajaran daring yang efektif, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dalam mengakses layanan pendidikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat diterapkan pada institusi pendidikan lain yang ingin meningkatkan platform digital mereka dengan menggunakan pendekatan desain yang berpusat pada pengguna, sehingga mendukung transformasi digital pendidikan Islam di Indonesia secara lebih optimal. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan gambaran alur pengguna dan prototipe yang telah diuji untuk mendukung pengembangan platform pendidikan berbasis digital secara berkelanjutan.

This study aims to evaluate and improve the user interface (UI/UX) design of the e-learning platform at MTsN 33 Jakarta using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. This method is applied to identify user needs and preferences through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and to generate design solutions focused on comfort and ease of use. The development process begins with the creation of a wireframe (low-fidelity prototype), followed by the creation of a high-fidelity prototype using Figma software. Evaluation is conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure the usability of the system, comparing the old system and the new design. The analysis results show that the old design has an average SUS score of 48.71, categorized as "Not Acceptable" with a "Poor" rating, while the new design achieved a score of 82.00, categorized as "Acceptable" with an "Excellent" rating. These findings indicate that the application of UCD successfully improved usability and user experience, contributing significantly to the development of a more intuitive and responsive e-learning system that meets user needs.

Inventory management plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth business operations by preventing stockouts that may cause losses. Toko Cat Gani still relies on manual recording, which is prone to data loss, duplicate entries, and delays in stock reporting, thus requiring a systematic solution. This study aims to design and implement a web-based inventory information system using the buffer stock method to overcome these issues. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) with a prototype model, consisting of needs analysis, system design, validation, and testing stages. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP, featuring item data management, supplier management, inbound and outbound transactions, buffer stock calculations, and real-time inventory reports. The implementation results show that the system facilitates transaction recording, minimizes data entry errors, provides notifications when stock reaches the minimum threshold, and generates accurate and timely reports. Expert validation and user testing confirm that the system is feasible and effective in supporting inventory management at Toko Cat Gani. Therefore, the implementation of a web-based inventory information system with the buffer stock method can be considered an efficient and reliable solution to improve accuracy and effectiveness in inventory control.

The development of information technology has brought significant changes in various sectors, especially in the banking sector. However, the financing application service at the Muamalat Bank Situbondo Branch still uses manual methods that are inefficient and risky. This study aims to design a web-based financing application information system using the Prototype method, which can produce an information system design with a simple, user-friendly, and easy-to-operate interface, so that customers and bank officers can quickly understand the flow of use. In this study, the method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include interviews with agency supervisors, direct observation in the field, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are an information system design that includes process modeling (UML), database modeling (Class Diagram), and user interface design. This system is designed to allow customers to apply for financing online, upload digital documents, and monitor the application status in real time. With this system, it is expected that the process of data verification and validation by bank employees will be faster and more accurate, and the risk of document loss can be minimized.
