Low fiber consumption among university students increases the risk of chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease, and diabetes. Many students prioritize convenient eating habits and are influenced by peer groups, often overlooking the importance of fiber intake in their daily diet. This educational program aims to enhance students' knowledge about the benefits of fiber consumption through interactive audio and visual media. The program applies the Health Belief Model (HBM) theory to design educational content in the form of videos and posters distributed via the social media platform Instagram. Involving 26 student respondents from various faculties at Halu Oleo University, the results showed a significant improvement in students' understanding of the health benefits of fiber, types of fiber-rich foods, and the role of fiber in preventing chronic diseases. Education through engaging media successfully increased students' motivation to improve their dietary habits by incorporating more fiber into their diets.

Background: Hernia Nucleus Pulposus (HNP) is a condition when the pad or disc (soft gel disc or nucleus pulposus) between the vertebrae (spine) comes out of its original position or is torn and pinches the nerve behind it. Many people know it as "pinched nerve". HNP most often occurs in the cervical (neck) and lumbar (waist) vertebrae. The neck has 7 vertebrae. Cervical HNP (pinched neck nerve) most often affects the C6-C7 segment followed by the C5-6 segment because this segment is the part that moves most often and is easily affected by the degeneration process. Neck HNP most often occurs in men aged 45-55 years. Risk factors that increase the appearance of cervical HNP or pinched neck nerves include genetics, smoking, being overweight (obesity), work that often involves bending over and lifting heavy objects or operating machines with vibrating forces, and injury. Nerve mobilization in the Upper Limb Tension Test ( ULTT) is performed on branches of the Brachial plexus such as the radial nerve, median nerve and ulnar nerve. But here the author only discusses ULTT on the median nerve, namely ULTT 1 which is related to CTS. The aim is to determine physiotherapy management and the effect of Ultrasoundtherapy therapy and nerve mobilization using the ULTT 1 method in cases of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome on reducing pain and increasing the functional ability of the hand. Two group pre test and post test method. RESEARCH PLACE: Physiotherapy clinic, RSU Sidoarjo. TIME: Measuring instrument: Visual Analouge Scale (VAS). Results: treatment using the Mann-Whtney test. With confidence interval (CI) (95%) The results of the study revealed that there was a significant difference in pain in group 1 (p = 0.00) and group 2 (p = 0.00). But there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain improvement (p = 0.152), so there was no better treatment between the two groups. Conclusion: It is concluded that ULTT is useful in treating cervical HNP patients to reduce pain in two groups. The targeted outcomes are publications in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. The TKT target for implementing this gamelan accompaniment exercise is level 2.

Learning about computer components in schools often relies on textbooks or practical exercises, which can sometimes result in student boredom. Therefore, learning requires innovation to optimize the student learning experience and provide a fresh perspective on the material. One such innovative approach is the use of augmented reality (AR) technology. AR is a breakthrough and innovation in the fields of multimedia and image processing that is rapidly evolving. This technology can transform a previously flat or two-dimensional object into something that appears real and integrated with the surrounding environment. Consequently, it can be applied in education to provide an engaging and enjoyable visual experience. This research aims to develop an educational application for introducing computer components using augmented reality technology, which is expected to assist teachers in delivering the material effectively to students. The research employs a Research and Development methodology, with application testing conducted using Alpha testing. The result of this study is an educational media application for learning about computer components using augmented reality technology, which is engaging and adds a new dimension to the teaching and learning process.

This study used a pseudo-experimental design with a control group pretest-posttest design. The study sample consisted of 100 KB acceptors selected by purposive sampling and divided into two groups, namely the experimental group that received intervention using booklet and audio-visual media, and the control group that did not receive the intervention. The study data were collected through knowledge questionnaires before and after the intervention. Data analysis was performed using independent t-test and t-paired test. The results showed that there was a significant increase in knowledge of birth control acceptors after receiving interventions using booklet and audio-visual media. The experimental group showed a higher increase in knowledge compared to the control group, in the treatment group with audiovisual media the increase in knowledge was better when compared to the health education control group with Booklet media The average level of knowledge of the control group before being given treatment was 12.5 After being given treatment the average score of the control group rose to 13.4. While the average Audio visual group average score was 13.25. After being treated, the average score increased by 14.6. The t-test result shows a p value (0.000<0.05). Breast cancer is a deadly disease and the most common disease in women is breast cancer. Early detection efforts can be carried out through breast self-examination or SADARI, which is a method for early detection in finding breast cancer as early as possible and still at an early stage. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of health education with audiovisual media and demonstration methods on the knowledge and abilities of young women in carrying out SADARI. The type of research used is experimental research with the research design used being pre-experimental with a two group pre-post test design approach. The sampling technique used proportional stratified random sampling and purposive sampling so that a sample of 40 female students was obtained, divided by 20 (Audiovisual), 20 (Demonstration). The data analysis test used the paired t-test statistical test. The research results showed that there were significant changes in scores before and after health education was carried out using audiovisual media and demonstration methods. so that there is an influence of providing health education using audiovisual media on the knowledge and ability of young women to do SADARI (p value 0.000). There is an influence of providing health education using the demonstration method on the knowledge and ability of young women to do SADARI (p value 0.000). The results of the paired t test showed that health education using audiovisual media and demonstration methods was effective on the knowledge and ability to perform SADARI among young women at SMP Taruna Mandiri South Tangerang (p value = 0.000). Based on the research results, it is hoped that teenagers will increase their information and be able to carry out the SADARI application.
