Online gambling has become a rapidly growing social issue supported by advancements in digital technology, particularly in Indonesia, with its large population of internet users. Despite being legally prohibited, its popularity continues to rise, creating challenges for law enforcement and significant socio-economic impacts. This study aims to analyze the social and economic dynamics of online gambling actors using a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and document analysis, then analyzed using thematic coding techniques. The findings reveal that actors, such as Koh Jimmy, learn deviant behaviors through exclusive online communities that provide operational techniques and moral justification. Economic motivation, social support, and gambling systems designed to induce addiction are key drivers of actor involvement. Although aware of legal risks, actors remain engaged due to community influence and substantial financial gains. This study underscores the relevance of differential association theory in explaining actor involvement in online gambling and provides recommendations for preventive policies through technological oversight, social education, and the strengthening of social norms. The results are expected to serve as a foundation for formulating more effective preventive and intervention measures.

Delivery using the caesarean section method is one of the JKN-KIS services which has experienced a significant increase in cases from year to year at Graha Sehat Probolinggo Hospital. The general tariff applied by the hospital is IDR 10,800,000, which is 206.15%, far above the INA CBGs tariff of IDR 5,238,800, making the hospital feel the need to carry out descriptive quantitative research using the ABC method and DD method. Then the unit cost results of the ABC method are compared with the INA-CBGs rates. The results of this research show that the unit cost of the ABC method is IDR 5,484,214, which is IDR 245,414 (4.68%) greater than the INA-CBGs tariff. The potential efficiency that can be achieved results in savings of IDR 665,295 so it is hoped that the unit cost of the ABC method will be IDR 4,818,919. IDR 419,881 (8.01%) smaller than the INA-CBGs tariff. The conclusion is that there is a negative difference between the unit costs of the ABC method and the DD method and the INA CBGs rates. Hospitals should submit a tariff review to BPJS, including a review of the provision of separate tariffs for baby handling costs. Apart from that, hospitals also need to make efficiencies by reducing length of stay, reviewing medical services, efficiency in laundry units and CSSD, speeding up RME, as well as efficiency in several other resources while still prioritizing patient safety

In the modern era, laundry services have become a practical solution for busy people. Sukmajaya Laundry, located in a strategic area in Depok, offers various services such as kilo laundry, bed cover washing, and express washing. However, despite having a wide range of ironing fragrance options, the laundry owner faces difficulties in determining which fragrance is most preferred by customers. This study aims to assist the owner of Sukmajaya Laundry in recommending the most popular ironing fragrance to customers. With this recommendation, it is hoped that new customers will no longer struggle to choose a fragrance that suits their preferences. The research employs the Weighted Product (WP) method, which combines several attributes with weighted criteria to calculate the total value. The alternative with the highest total value will be considered the best solution. This study results in a decision support system that can recommend the most popular ironing fragrance based on previous customer preferences, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency at Sukmajaya Laundry.

This study aims to test whether the Quality of Laundry Service affects Patient Satisfaction in RSUD Kab. Kediri. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a causal research design applied to determine the cause-and-effect relationship between the independent variable (Laundry Service Quality) and the dependent variable (Patient Satisfaction). The study population consisted of 224 non-medical employees of Kediri District Hospital. Non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling types are used to determine samples based on certain criteria. Using the Slovin formula and the 5% error standard, a sample of 34 employees was obtained. Data were collected using the Likert scale and analyzed to test hypotheses. The results showed that the calculated value for the Laundry Service Quality variable was 7.970, which was greater than the ttable of 2.037, with a significant value of 0.000 which was smaller than 0.050. This shows that the Quality of Laundry Service has a significant effect on Patient Satisfaction, so the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The regression coefficient value of 0.563 indicates that an increase of one unit in Laundry Service Quality will increase Patient Satisfaction by 0.563 units, while a decrease of one unit in Laundry Service Quality will decrease Patient Satisfaction by 0.968 units. An R² value of 0.665 indicates that 66.5% of the variation in Patient Satisfaction is explained by Laundry Service Quality, while the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other variables not studied in this study.

Cooking oil that has been heated three times is very dangerous for human health if reused, but if it is thrown away directly it can pollute the environment, such as blockages in sewer pipes, pollution of clean water, river pollution and soil pollution. This community service activity aims to increase motivation and equip residents, especially housewives, in processing cooking oil waste, which was previously liquid waste that could pollute the environment. This service activity includes several stages, namely the service team planning, coordinating with the PKK Chair in Joyusuran Village, socializing and the process of making soap products from used cooking oil. Ultrafiltration membrane is one of wastewater treatment technologies, but membranes have limitations such as the occurrence of the phenomenon of concentration polarization and fouling. The research objective of this study the effect of variations in transmembrane pressure against the rejection percentage COD, TSS, and the effect of variations in transmembrane pressure, concentration of washing of the efficiency and effectiveness of washing the membrane. The process of ultrafiltration membranes and membrane chemical washing wastewater laundry do with variations in pressure of 1 bar, 2 bar, and 3 bar. Variation of chemical cleaning agent concentration of 1%, 1.5% and 2%, rinsing with distilled water for 30 minutes, filtering wastewater laundry for 120 minutes, and washing using chemical cleaning agent (NaOH) for 30 minutes. Highest rejection percentage for COD parameter 86.6% and 85.7% for TSS parameters in transmembrane pressure of 3 bar. The highest washing efficiency of the value of Flux Recovery (FR) gained 81.9%, and the value of resistance of Removal (RR) gained 82.59% with a concentration of 2% in the transmembrane pressure of 3 bar. The highest leaching effectiveness obtained at 50.21% with a concentration of 2% and a transmembrane pressure of 3 bar.
