In Indonesia, there are still religious conversions. This is because there are inner conflicts and conflicting feelings that result in turmoil that originates from the problems of faith faced. Religious conversion can be experienced by anyone. As experienced by AW, the conversion from Christianity to Islam. Starting from the interpretation of the understanding of divinity based on the philosophy of Divinity. This happened when AW continued his Strata-3 education. The purpose of this study is that the researcher wants to know how Mr. AW uses philosophy to question and criticize the beliefs and values ​​of Christianity until he has an interpretation of Christian teachings about God. In this study, the author uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Where the author collects data by interviewing participants as a source of information. In addition to interviews, literature related to religious conversion is also used. Thus, the results of this study are expected to provide researchers with the reasons for AW's conversion. Recommend that religious leaders and congregations be wary of all religious philosophies. Spiritual leaders and parents can protect their congregations or children from understanding philosophical teachings that influence and shake Christian faith. There needs to be serious faith formation in the congregation to strengthen their faith and answer the challenges of understanding that can destroy Christian faith.

This aims to reveal the Impact of Converting Local Coconut Plantation Land into Oil Palm Plantations in an Islamic Economic Perspective in Kuala Keritang Village, Kec. Keritang, Kab. Indragiri Hilir, Riau. This thesis uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The background causes the rubber farmers to switch functions to become oil palm farmers in Kuala Kritang Village is that work as a local coconut farmer is carried out every day and requires difficult maintenance while the price is cheap so that the farmer's income is not enough to meet economic needs. While oil palm work is only once every two weeks, it is more expensive than rubber and is sufficient to meet daily needs. The impact on the welfare of the families of local coconut farmers after the conversion to oil palm farmers in Kuala Kritang Village has a positive impact on farmers, their income increases, work is lighter, there is an increase in assets owned, and families feel more prosperous. If viewed from Maqasid Syariah, the impact of converting local coconut plantation land to oil palm for the economy of the people in Kuala Keritang Village is in accordance with Islamic Sharia.

This final project is created to fulfill the graduation requirements for a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing at FEB UNPAD. This final project is designed to help Bakso Malang Jezzy increase its sales, which have declined over the past 3 years. The researcher hopes that this project can provide a reference for food and beverage business owners to improve conversion rates using digital marketing strategies. Bakso Malang Jezzy has 18 branches spread across Bekasi City and Bogor Regency. Bakso Malang Jezzy operates differently from other Bakso Malang vendors by using a buffet technique. Additionally, the production house for all Bakso Malang Jezzy branches is centralized at Jl. Payangan Mess. Al, Jatisari, Jatiasih, Bekasi, West Java, which serves as the meat processing and quality control center. The proposed digital marketing strategy includes the use of social media such as TikTok and Instagram, as well as search engine optimization and content marketing to increase visibility and customer engagement. With this strategy, Bakso Malang Jezzy is expected to increase sales conversions and strengthen its market position. The theoretical benefits of this project include contributions to the digital marketing literature, while the practical benefits include increased sales and brand positioning for Bakso Malang Jezzy.

Karena meningkatnya kebutuhan listrik masyarakat Indonesia setiap tahunnya, penelitian sedang dilakukan untuk mengubah energi matahari menjadi energi listrik yang ramah lingkungan melalui konversi panel surya yang menghasilkan arus searah (DC). Karena sebagian besar panel surya diletakkan dalam posisi statis atau tidak bergerak, kemampuannya dalam menyerap sinar matahari tidak maksimal. Dengan menggunakan solar tracking sumbu ganda, posisi panel surya harus selalu melacak pergerakan cahaya matahari guna memaksimalkan energi matahari. Untuk mengetahui cara terbaik dalam menyerap sinar matahari, penelitian ini akan membandingkan daya listrik yang dihasilkan panel surya dengan dan tanpa solar tracking (statis). Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi komparatif untuk mengetahui perbedaan keluaran daya antara solar tracking dan panel surya statis. Tegangan (V) diukur dengan multimeter, dan arus (I) diukur dengan tang ampere. Empat sensor LDR digunakan pada pelacak surya ini untuk mendeteksi sinar matahari. Mikrokontroler Arduino membaca keluaran sensor LDR dan menyalurkannya ke motor servo yang menggerakkan panel surya. Pengujian menggunakan panel surya statis dan solar pelacak, serta pengumpulan data arus (Ampere) dan tegangan (Volt) selama delapan jam, mulai pukul 08.00 WIB hingga pukul 16.00 WIB. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran tegangan dan arus diperoleh daya total (P) sebesar 6,30 W tanpa solar tracking (statis) dan 30,37 W dengan menggunakan solar tracking. Hasil perhitungan panel surya dengan solar tracking dan tanpa solar tracking memperoleh persentase arus sebesar 78,37% dan daya sebesar 79,26%. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa panel surya dengan menggunakan solar tracking lebih efisien dan optimal dalam menyerap sinar matahari dibandingkan tanpa solar tracking (statis).

A simple thermal waste generator is a promising solution for managing waste and generating electricity. This study aims to design and develop the tool. Through waste composition analysis, thermal design planning, prototype construction, and tool performance testing, we succeeded in creating an effective prototype. In performance testing, this tool is able to generate enough electrical power to meet daily energy needs on a small scale. Thus, this simple thermal waste power generator shows potential as an effective and environmentally friendly solution. Nevertheless, further research is needed to improve the efficiency and scalability of the tool, as well as to optimize the management of the residue from burning waste.

Pendaftaran Tanah secara Sporadik menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah merupakan pendaftaran hak atas tanah yang dilakukan oleh pemilik tanah untuk pertama kali (konversi). Pendaftaran tanah secara sporadik sangat baik dilakukan bagi tanah yang belum pernah didaftarkan agar supaya administrasi terhadap tanah yang ada di Indonesia ini menjadi lebih teratur lagi. Mengingat pentingnya sertipikat hak milik sebagai surat tanda bukti hak yang berlaku sebagai alat pembuktian yang kuat maka penulis tertarik untuk meneliti analisis yuridis pendaftaran hak atas tanah secara sporadik melalui konversi dalam mewujudkan kepastian hukum. Penelitian ini bersifat yuridis normatif, dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari narasumber perangkat desa dan masyarakat, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari pengetahuan dan penelaahan yang dilakukan di perpustakaan berupa karya ilmiah, konsep hukum, pandangan ahli hukum serta jurnal - jurnal yang berkaitan dengan analisis yuridis pendaftaran hak atas tanah secara sporadik melalui konversi dalam mewujudkan kepastian hukum di Kabupaten Semarang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pendaftaran tanah memiliki tujuan untuk menjamin kepastian hukum. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997, merupakan bentuk pelaksanaan dari pendaftaran tanah yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang hak atas tanah dengan alat bukti berupa sertipikat tanah. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pendaftaran hak atas tanah secara sporadik melalui konversi : Faktor Kurangnya Sarana dan Prasarana, Kurang memahami fungsi dan kegunaan sertipikat, anggapan diperlukan waktu yang lama dalam pengurusan, anggapan alas hak atas tanah yang dimiliki sudah sangat kuat, Anggapan Masyarakat Diperlukan Biaya yang Mahal Untuk Melaksanakan Pendaftaran Tanah. Upaya dalam menghadapi kendala tersebut, dilakukan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya melakukan pendaftaran tanah, maka pemilik bidang tanah tersebut akan mendapatkan dokumen tanda bukti hak sebagai alat bukti kepemilikan atas tanah yang datanya dijamin kepastian Hukumnya. Pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Semarang juga sudah membangun membangun Mal Pelayanan Publik yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah dalam akses pendaftaran tanah.

This research aims to investigate the social action conversion process experienced by former drug addicts in Sijambi Village, Tanjung Balai. The case study method was used with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with a number of former drug addicts. The theory used in this research uses the theory of social action proposed by Max Weber which refers to the change or transformation of a social action from one form to another. The action conversion intended by this theory explains that social action involves a series of activities and interactions carried out by individuals or groups in society with the intention of achieving certain changes or influences. It includes active involvement in activities that have the potential to influence social norms, values, or structures. The research results show that the social action conversion process of former drug addicts in Sijambi Village involves several stages, starting from realizing there is a problem, having the motivation to change, to being involved in positive activities. First social action conversion Social action conversion is the process of changing individual or group behavior to be more positive and in line with social values. Lohan exemplifies this concept through her transformation from drug use and detrimental behavior.

Nemo fish (Amphiprion sp.) is a type of marine ornamental fish that is popular because it is unique in terms of color, shape and movement. Feed is a factor in the growth and survival process of nemo fish. The aim of this research was to determine feed adaptation to the efficiency and feed conversion of nemo fish seeds. The research used an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design consisting of 3 treatments and 3 replications. Treatment A (silk worms), treatment B (pellets) and treatment C (combination of 70% silk worms and 30% pellets). The best absolute weight growth results were in treatment C, namely 0.33 grams, while the lowest were in treatment B, namely 0.28. The survival rate (SR) during maintenance in each treatment was 100%. The best feed efficiency was in treatment C at 16.17% and the best feed conversion ratio was in treatment C with the lowest conversion ratio value of 4.81. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was concluded that feed adaptation for nemo fish seeds did not have a real influence on the efficiency and feed conversion of nemo fish seeds (Sig. > 0.05).
