This study aims to analyse the benefits of implementing a health information system in patient data processing in a clinic. The method used was literature review by collecting national research articles published between 2016 and 2024 and relevant to the topic under study. The results showed that the application of information systems in clinics can improve the efficiency of the patient registration process, accuracy and security of data storage, and improve the quality of health services. The system also facilitates report generation and data analysis that supports managerial decision-making and minimises errors in data processing. Thus, the implementation of an integrated information system can improve service quality and patient satisfaction at the clinic.

Compromise Journal : Community Proffesional Service Journal 2024 LPPM STIKES KESETIAKAWANAN SOSIAL INDONESIA

Background: Uncontrolled population growth will have many negative impacts. The central government and regional governments have made efforts to reduce the large population growth rate. The government's efforts include socializing two children through the Family Planning program. Intrauterine Device (IUD) is a contraceptive device that is good for women. This tool is very effective and does not need to be remembered every day like birth control pills and birth control injections every month or every three months. For mothers who breastfeed, the IUD does not affect breast milk, the flow or level of breast milk (ASI). Meanwhile, an implant is a type of contraception in the form of an implant made from a type of silastic rubber containing hormones, installed in the upper arm. The implant can be used for a long term of 5 years and is reversible. The advantages of contraception are high effectiveness, implant failure rate, 1 per 100 women per year in the first 5 years, low user failure, once installed there is no need to remember anything. The implant contains levonorgestrel which is a progesterone hormone (Hasliana, 2020). The aim of this community service program (PKM) is to increase the use of implant contraception and IUD contraception at the Pratama Elvi Diana Clinic in 2024. The method used is that counseling on targets is carried out orally. The results are based on the results of the service implementation. Participants in this activity were PUS who visited the Pratama Elvi Diana Clinic totaling 42 people.

Placenta previa is a placenta that is abnormally located, namely in the lower segment of the uterus so that it covers part or all of the internal uterine ostium. Based on data obtained by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2008, quoted by Wahyu 2019, the prevalence of placenta previa is around 458 out of 100,000 births each year, while the prevalence of placenta previa according to WHO in 2009 is around 320 out of 100,000 births. This type of research is descriptive and aims to find out the relationship between the characteristics of mothers giving birth and the incidence of placenta previa at Pratama Afisyah Clinic. This research instrument is the medical record. Editing, coding, data entry, tabulating and analyzing data. The research results from 103 respondents, the majority of birth mothers who experienced bleeding were 79 respondents (76.7%), the minority who did not experience bleeding were 24 respondents (23.3%). The majority at risk age were 77 respondents (74.8), the majority at risk parity were 91 respondents (88.3), the majority had a history of SC delivery as many as 79 respondents (76.7%). From the results of the statistical tests, the Odd ratio (OR) = 3.500 was obtained. 95% CI = 1.196-10.240 and P value 0.032 < 0.05, which means there is a significant relationship between maternal age characteristics and the incidence of placenta previa. The results of the statistical test obtained an Odd ratio (OR) = 0.121. 95% CI = 0.015-0.979 and P value 0.026 < 0.05, which means there is a significant relationship between maternal parity characteristics and the incidence of placenta previa. The results of the statistical test obtained an Odd ratio (OR) = 0.350. 95% CI = 0.137-0.895 and P value 0.046 < 0.05, which means there is a significant relationship between the characteristics of the mother's birth history and the incidence of placenta previa. For mothers who give birth with placenta previa, to further increase knowledge about placenta previa by knowing the causes and impacts.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder characterized by high blood sugar levels due to insulin deficiency. Factors causing Diabetes Mellitus (DM) are lifestyle which includes diet, lack of exercise, monitoring blood sugar, and medication. Most people do not realize that they have DM and only find out when they experience severe symptoms. To avoid this, the k-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method can be used to predict the possibility of developing diabetes. The aim of this research is to classify diabetes mellitus using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method and make people more aware of the risk of disease through healthy lifestyle changes. Data received from the Dharma Husada Clinic is categorized based on researchers' needs, including age, BMI, insulin, skin thickness, glucose, diabetes, genetics, and insulin. This research was carried out in three main steps: dataset input, preprocessing, and evaluation. The first stage is data analysis which begins by entering a dataset to train and test the model, where each data element has certain characteristics (attributes) and classes. Preprocessing steps include training data generation and data cleaning, which includes sanitization, lowercase, normalization, stopwords, stemming, and tokenizing. The final step is evaluating. Evaluation includes building an evaluation model and measuring the level of accuracy, building a predictive model, and saving the model. This research shows that the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method can be used to classify diabetes mellitus (DM), but especially in a small dataset consisting of 245 dates and 8 attributes it is not accurate for patients aged 30 years. . A k value that is too small can cause overfitting, and a k value that is too large can cause underfitting. However, if the amount of data is small, the choice of k can have a large impact.

Gangrenous wounds are a chronic complication in diabetes mellitus patients. Gangrene is dead tissue that is slightly black in color and has a distinctive odor due to the presence of bacteria. Gangrene not only has a physical impact on the patient, but also has an impact on his psychosocial life. This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the psychosocial support of patients with gangrene wounds in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. The design of this research is correlational which aims to reveal the relationship between psychosocial support and the healing process of gangrene wounds in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at the Ibnu Sina Clinic Sejahtera Jenggawah and uses a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who had gangrenous wounds at the Ibnu Sina Sejahtera Jenggawah Clinic with a sample of 33 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The results of research using the Spearman Rho Test showed that the p value was 0.001 with a calculated r value of 0.563 in the strong correlation category and the direction of the correlation was positive, which means that the better the psychosocial support, the better the wound healing process for the patient. Every patient with gangrenous wounds is expected to receive various kinds of support, including psychosocial support. Based on this, the patient's family should provide psychosocial support in order to speed up the wound healing process.

Breast milk production can be influenced by two factors, namely production and expenditure. Use a warm compress, namely warm water which is then compressed onto the breasts using a towel. Not infrequently non-medical therapy as above is often applied to postpartum mothers whose breast milk has not yet come in, of course first by conducting training with the puskesmas coordinator midwife, to improve maximum service. The research was carried out by determining the initial level of pain intensity (pretest) before giving a warm compress and then continuing with measuring the pain intensity (posttest) after giving a warm compress. The results of the Independent sample t test showed P Value = 0.001, meaning p < 0.05, stating that there is a relationship between warm compresses and pain intensity in mothers with breast milk dams at the Pratama SAM Kampung Baru Clinic, Medan Maimun in 2023. Other research on the effectiveness of compresses Varney said that warm compresses are considered the right action to relieve pain, and for some women who experience problems with breast milk, it is known that using warm compresses alternately can provide a feeling of comfort. Apart from that, the intense pain when there is a blockage in the breast means that mothers tend to choose the easiest method, one of which is a warm compress.
