Limbah kulit Jeruk peras , yang sering dibuang dan menimbulkan masalah lingkungan, sebenarnya memiliki potensi besar untuk dimanfaatkan kembali. Kulit Jeruk peras  mengandung minyak atsiri yang dapat diolah menjadi reed diffuser, pengharum ruangan alami yang ramah lingkungan. Namun, pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan kulit Jeruk peras  masih terbatas. Siswa SMA, sebagai generasi muda yang sedang mempersiapkan diri untuk dunia kerja atau wirausaha, dapat memainkan peran penting dalam mengembangkan inovasi ini. Melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan, siswa SMA dapat mempelajari proses pembuatan reed diffuser dari kulit Jeruk peras , mulai dari ekstraksi minyak atsiri hingga pengemasan produk. Hal ini tidak hanya melatih keterampilan teknis dan kreativitas, tetapi juga membuka peluang kewirausahaan. Pemanfaatan kulit Jeruk peras  untuk reed diffuser sejalan dengan prinsip ekonomi sirkular dan pembangunan berkelanjutan, yang menekankan pemanfaatan sumber daya secara efisien. Dengan menguasai keterampilan ini, siswa SMA dapat berkontribusi dalam mengurangi limbah organik sekaligus menciptakan produk bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Ini juga mendukung visi pendidikan SMA untuk menciptakan lulusan yang kompeten, kreatif, dan siap bersaing di dunia kerja. Pengabdian masyarakat kali ini dilaksanakan di SMA Islam 1 Surakarta, Kota Surakarta.

Changes in labor regulations through the Job Creation Law have brought significant changes to the employment system in Indonesia, particularly in terms of labor flexibility. This study aims to analyze labor flexibility after the implementation of the Job Creation Law from the perspective of Human Resource Management (HRM). The research method used is a qualitative approach through a literature study with thematic analysis of 16 scientific journals, books, and regulations related to labor flexibility and strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) practices. The results show that labor flexibility has positive impacts on companies in improving operational efficiency, productivity, and adaptability to market changes. However, on the other hand, such flexibility also creates several challenges, including job uncertainty, decreased job security, and reduced protection for contract and outsourced workers. From the HRM perspective, companies are required to create a balance between business interests and labor protection in order to maintain harmonious industrial relations. This study is expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of labor flexibility as part of human resource management strategies in the post-labor deregulation era in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to identify the level of influence  of job description and workload on the job satisfaction of monthly contract employees at PT Multi Garmenjaya. Through  a cross-sectional  survey method, this study applies a descriptive and associative research design. The data collection was carried out through the distribution of a combination  of online (Google Form) and offline (print questionnaire) questionnaires to 87 respondents who were selected as a sample of the entire population totaling 677 monthly contract employees. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the position description variable had a positive and partially significant influence on employee job satisfaction, with a calculated t-value of 5.529 and a significance level of 0.0000. On the other hand, the workload variable was also found to show a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction partially, with a calculated t  value of 1.327 and a significance value of 0.188. When tested simultaneously, the two independent variables were proven to have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of contract employees, with  an F score of 27.772 and a significance value of 0.0000. As for the Adjusted R Square value,  a value of 0.384 was obtained. This figure means that the ability of the variable job description and workload in explaining the ups and downs of the job satisfaction of PT Multi Garmenjaya's monthly contract employees is 38.4%. Meanwhile, the other percentage, which is 61.6%, is influenced by other factors or variables that are not studied and studied in this research model.

Abstract. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness and reliability of production machines in the process of making public street lighting poles (PJU) at PT. XYZ The main problem faced by the company is high machine downtime so that production targets are not achieved. Therefore, a method is needed that is able to measure machine effectiveness as a whole and identify the main causes of production losses. The method applied includes Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to measure machine effectiveness based on three components, namely availability, performance and quality. The Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach is used to identify factors causing low effectiveness through Six Big Losses analysis. Apart from that, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) are calculated to determine the level of machine reliability. The data used includes machine working hours, downtime, operating time, production quantities, defective products, as well as machine damage and repair data. The analysis results are expected to show the level of machine effectiveness and identify the dominant factors causing downtime. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dan keandalan mesin produksi pada proses pembuatan tiang penerangan jalan umum (PJU) di PT. XYZ Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah downtime mesin yang tinggi sehingga target produksi tidak tercapai. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode yang mampu mengukur efektivitas mesin secara menyeluruh dan mengidentifikasi penyebab utama kerugian produksi. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) untuk mengukur efektivitas mesin berdasarkan tiga komponen, yaitu availability, performance, dan quality. Pendekatan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab rendahnya efektivitas melalui analisis Six Big Losses. Selain itu, dilakukan perhitungan Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) dan Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) untuk mengetahui tingkat keandalan mesin. Data yang digunakan mencakup jam kerja mesin, downtime, waktu operasi, jumlah produksi, produk cacat, serta data kerusakan dan perbaikan mesin. Hasil analisis diharapkan dapat menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas mesin dan mengidentifikasi faktor dominan penyebab downtime. Abstract. PT XYZ, a wooden furniture manufacturing company, served as the research site for this study which applied the Theory of Constraints (TOC) method to analyze production performance and identify bottlenecks. The company faces capacity imbalances between workstations, resulting in production targets that have not been achieved optimally. Data collection involved direct observation and interviews with related parties in the production area. The analysis was conducted by comparing the required capacity with the available capacity at each production workstation. The findings reveal that solid processing, machining, sanding, assembling, painting, and packing have sufficient available capacities to meet production requirements, thus categorized as non-bottleneck processes. In contrast, the panel processing station is identified as the main bottleneck due to its highest workload among all processes. By implementing the Theory of Constraints, the company can identify major constraints and establish improvement priorities to enhance production flow smoothness. It is expected that improvements in bottleneck processes will increase production efficiency, balance capacity among workstations, and support more optimal achievement of production targets. PT XYZ sebuah perusahaan manufaktur furnitur kayu, menjadi lokasi penelitian ini yang menggunakan metode Theory of Constraints (TOC) untuk menganalisis kinerja produksi dan mengidentifikasi bottleneck. Perusahaan menghadapi ketidakseimbangan kapasitas antar stasiun kerja yang menyebabkan target produksi belum terdengar secara optimal. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait di area produksi. Analisis dilaksanakan dengan membandingkan kapasitas yang dibutuhkan terhadap kapasitas yang tersedia pada setiap stasiun kerja produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembahanan solid, machining, sanding, assembling, painting, dan packing memiliki kapasitas yang tersedia yang masih mampu memenuhi kebutuhan produksi, sehingga termasuk kategori non-bottleneck. Sebaliknya, stasiun kerja pembahanan panel diidentifikasi sebagai bottleneck utama karena memiliki tingkat beban kerja tertinggi di antara seluruh proses. Dengan penerapan Theory of Constraints, perusahaan dapat mengidentifikasi kendala utama dan menentukan prioritas perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kelancaran aliran produksi. Diharapkan perbaikan pada proses bottleneck dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, menyeimbangkan kapasitas antar stasiun kerja, serta mendukung pencapaian target output perusahaan secara lebih optimal. This study aims to describe the learning process and explain the improvement of popular scientific article writing skills using the blog-media-based Genre-Based Approach (GBA) model among Grade VIII E students at SMP Negeri 2 Mlati Sleman. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles, with all 32 students of Grade VIII E as subjects. Data analysis was performed using descriptive quantitative techniques to measure the increase in the average writing performance score and the percentage of learning mastery based on the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) of 80. The results showed a significant improvement in each cycle. In the initial condition (pre-cycle), the average writing score was only 68.67 with 19% mastery (6 students), then increased to 79.06 with 50% mastery (16 students) in Cycle I, and reached optimal results in Cycle II with an average of 89.53 and 81% mastery (26 students). Thus, the implementation of the blog-media-based Genre-Based Approach (GBA) model is proven to significantly improve popular scientific article writing skills and the learning mastery of Grade VIII E students at SMP Negeri 2 Mlati Sleman. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran serta menjelaskan peningkatan keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah populer menggunakan model Genre-Based Approach (GBA) berbasis media blog pada murid kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 2 Mlati Sleman. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan subjek seluruh murid kelas VIII E yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengukur peningkatan rata-rata nilai unjuk kerja menulis dan persentase ketuntasan belajar berdasarkan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sebesar 80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada setiap siklus. Pada kondisi awal (pra-siklus), rata-rata nilai menulis hanya 68,67 dengan ketuntasan 19% (6 siswa), kemudian meningkat menjadi 79,06 dengan ketuntasan 50% (16 siswa) pada Siklus I, dan mencapai hasil optimal pada Siklus II dengan rata-rata 89,53 serta ketuntasan 81% (26 siswa). Dengan demikian, penerapan model Genre-Based Approach (GBA) berbasis media blog terbukti secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah populer serta ketuntasan belajar murid kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 2 Mlati Sleman.

Kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction) merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan organisasi. Pada Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) Kadipiro 4 Kota Surakarta, tingginya tuntutan pekerjaan, sistem kompensasi, dan potensi stres kerja menjadi isu yang diduga memengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai. Selain itu, hasil penelitian terdahulu mengenai pengaruh workload, kompensasi, dan stres kerja terhadap job satisfaction masih menunjukkan hasil yang beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh workload, kompensasi, dan stres kerja terhadap job satisfaction pegawai SPPG Kadipiro 4 Kota Surakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 35 pegawai yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan workload, kompensasi, dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction (F = 42,971; sig. = 0,000). Secara parsial, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction (sig. = 0,000), sedangkan workload (sig. = 0,783) dan stres kerja (sig. = 0,310) tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,806 menunjukkan bahwa 80,6% variasi job satisfaction dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kepuasan kerja karyawan dalam mendukung produktivitas dan keberhasilan organisasi di tengah perubahan sistem kerja yang semakin fleksibel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Flexible Working Arrangement, Work Life Balance, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Hearts Asesoris Surakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 37 karyawan yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Flexible Working Arrangement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Work Life Balance dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan kontribusi sebesar 60,8%. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu mempertahankan dan mengembangkan kebijakan kerja yang fleksibel serta meningkatkan perhatian terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan pemberian kompensasi guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Latar Belakang: Kehilangan seluruh gigi (complete edentulism) dapat menyebabkan gangguan fungsi mastikasi, fonetik, estetika, serta menurunkan kualitas hidup dan kepercayaan diri pasien. Gigi tiruan lengkap (GTL) berbahan resin akrilik masih menjadi pilihan rehabilitasi yang banyak digunakan karena memiliki sifat estetik yang baik, mudah dimanipulasi, dan relatif ekonomis. Laporan Kasus: Seorang pasien perempuan berusia 42 tahun datang ke Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Soelastri Surakarta dengan keluhan kehilangan seluruh gigi pada rahang atas dan rahang bawah sejak tiga tahun yang lalu. Pasien mengalami kesulitan mengunyah, berbicara, dan merasa kurang percaya diri terhadap penampilannya. Pemeriksaan klinis menunjukkan kondisi edentulous lengkap pada kedua rahang disertai penurunan dimensi vertikal wajah. Rencana perawatan berupa pembuatan gigi tiruan lengkap berbahan resin akrilik heat-cured. Tahapan perawatan meliputi pencetakan anatomis dan fisiologis, pembuatan sendok cetak individual, pencatatan hubungan rahang, penyusunan gigi tiruan, try-in, insersi, serta evaluasi pasca pemasangan. Hasil: Setelah pemasangan gigi tiruan lengkap, diperoleh retensi dan stabilisasi yang baik, oklusi yang harmonis, serta perbaikan fungsi mastikasi, fonetik, dan estetika. Pada evaluasi satu minggu pasca-insersi, pasien tidak mengeluhkan rasa sakit maupun ketidaknyamanan, kondisi jaringan pendukung dalam keadaan sehat, dan pasien menyatakan puas terhadap hasil perawatan. Kesimpulan: Rehabilitasi pasien edentulous lengkap menggunakan gigi tiruan lengkap resin akrilik memberikan hasil klinis yang baik dalam mengembalikan fungsi pengunyahan, bicara, dan estetika. Keberhasilan perawatan dipengaruhi oleh ketepatan prosedur klinis, kualitas pembuatan gigi tiruan, serta kerja sama yang baik antara dokter gigi dan pasien.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of workload and burnout on nurses’ sleep quality while controlling for age, gender, and education as potential confounding variables. A quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional design was conducted among 156 nurses working in a private hospital in Depok City. Data were collected using a workload questionnaire, the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The data were analyzed using Chi-Square tests and multiple logistic regression. The findings showed that both workload and burnout had significant effects on sleep quality (p < 0.05), with burnout identified as the most dominant factor. Age and gender were also significantly associated with sleep quality, whereas education did not show a statistically significant effect. The regression model demonstrated excellent fit, indicated by a McFadden pseudo R² value of 0.908. These results suggest that occupational factors, particularly burnout, play an important role in determining nurses’ sleep quality. Therefore, effective stress reduction and workload management strategies are needed to support nurses’ well-being and improve sleep quality.

One key measure of a region's economic growth is the employment rate, as it reflects the ability of the economy to absorb labor and improve community welfare. In Jambi Province, employment opportunities are influenced by several factors, including Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), population growth, and the Human Development Index (HDI). This study aims to analyze the effects of GRDP, population growth, and HDI on employment growth rates across regencies and cities in Jambi Province. The research employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression analysis covering 11 regencies and cities during the period 2017–2023. The findings indicate that GRDP growth, population growth, and HDI simultaneously influence employment levels. Partially, population growth and HDI have significant effects on employment, indicating that improvements in human development and demographic dynamics contribute to labor absorption. Meanwhile, economic growth, as measured by GRDP, has a relatively small negative effect on employment. This suggests that economic expansion does not always generate proportional employment opportunities, possibly due to structural changes and technological developments. Therefore, policies aimed at improving human capital and labor market conditions are essential to support sustainable employment growth in Jambi Province.

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Purwosari, Kecamatan Mijen, Kota Semarang pada tanggal 3 Januari hingga 1 Februari 2026. Program ini bertujuan mengatasi permasalahan masyarakat di bidang kesehatan, literasi, keselamatan lingkungan, dan kesejahteraan sosial melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang terintegrasi. Program yang dilaksanakan meliputi pembuatan Taman TOGA, pembagian buku bacaan bergambar ke sekolah dasar, pemasangan kaca cembung di titik blind spot, penyuluhan pencegahan stunting disertai pembagian makanan bergizi, kerja bakti, serta pendampingan Posyandu, PKK, dan PAUD. Hasil program menunjukkan manfaat nyata: taman TOGA fungsional terbangun di halaman kantor kelurahan, 180 buku tersalurkan ke SDN Purwosari 1 dan 2, 3 kaca cembung terpasang di titik rawan kecelakaan, dan 25 paket makanan bergizi terdistribusi kepada anak PAUD. Program-program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan kapasitas masyarakat di bidang kesehatan, pendidikan, dan keselamatan lingkungan.

Keamanan dan kesehatan di tempat kerja adalah salah satu hal penting dalam membentuk suasana kerja yang aman, terutama bagi pekerja bongkar muat (TKBM) yang menghadapi risiko kecelakaan kerja yang cukup besar. Pemakaian Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang memenuhi standar merupakan salah satu langkah untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja di area pelabuhan. Namun, hasil pengamatan di Pelabuhan Tenau menunjukkan masih ada pekerja yang mengenakan APD tidak sesuai standar SNI dan tidak menggunakan APD secara lengkap saat bertugas. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak pendidikan penggunaan APD terhadap pengetahuan keselamatan kerja pada pekerja bongkar muat (TKBM) di Pelabuhan Tenau. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental yang menggunakan pendekatan one group pre-test dan post-test. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 28 responden dengan alat penelitian berupa kuesioner yang berisi 10 pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum mendapatkan edukasi, rata-rata responden berhasil menjawab dengan benar 6 pertanyaan (60%) dan memberikan jawaban salah pada 4 pertanyaan (40%). Setelah mendapatkan edukasi, hasil post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan di mana sebagian besar responden dapat menjawab dengan benar sebanyak 9 pertanyaan (90%) dan jawaban salah berkurang menjadi 1 pertanyaan (10%). Berdasarkan hasil studi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan penggunaan APD berdampak pada peningkatan pengetahuan keselamatan kerja bagi tenaga kerja bongkar muat (TKBM). Sehingga, diperlukan pengawasan dan pendidikan secara berkala mengenai pemakaian APD yang memenuhi standar SNI untuk meningkatkan keselamatan kerja di area pelabuhan.

Work stress is a critical occupational health concern among midwives working at primary healthcare facilities. This cross-sectional study aimed to analyze factors associated with work stress among 30 midwives, including age, marital status, length of service, and dual-role conflict. Data were collected using structured questionnaires measuring work stress (9 valid items) and dual-role conflict (6 items), and analyzed through univariate, bivariate (Fisher's Exact Test and Chi-Square), and multivariate (binary logistic regression) analyses. Results showed that 43.3% of midwives experienced high work stress and 53.3% reported high dual-role conflict. Bivariate analysis revealed significant associations between work stress and marital status (p=0.009) and dual-role conflict (p=0.004), while age (p=0.633) and length of service (p=0.586) were not significant. Multivariate analysis identified dual-role conflict as the primary determinant of work stress (OR=15.762; 95% CI: 2.149–115.631; p=0.007). Healthcare facility management should develop gender-responsive policies and workplace stress intervention programs to reduce dual-role conflict and work stress among midwives.

Anak merupakan amanah dan generasi penerus bangsa yang harus memperoleh perlindungan secara optimal dari segala bentuk eksploitasi, termasuk eksploitasi ekonomi melalui pekerjaan yang dapat mengganggu tumbuh kembangnya. Meskipun hukum Indonesia telah mengatur perlindungan anak melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak dan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan, masih ditemukan rendahnya pemahaman anak dan masyarakat mengenai hak-hak anak dalam dunia kerja. Kegiatan penyuluhan hukum ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran hukum anak-anak di Panti Sosial Anak Tawangmangu mengenai hak anak, batasan pekerjaan yang diperbolehkan bagi anak, serta perlindungan hukum terhadap praktik eksploitasi anak. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah, diskusi interaktif, studi kasus, dan evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai hak-hak anak, ketentuan pekerja anak, dan mekanisme perlindungan hukum apabila terjadi pelanggaran hak anak. Penyuluhan hukum ini diharapkan mampu membangun kesadaran hukum sejak dini sehingga anak-anak dapat memahami hak dan kewajibannya serta terhindar dari berbagai bentuk eksploitasi ekonomi dan pelanggaran hak anak.

The Integrated Primary Care Posyandu (ILP) program requires cadres to assume a much broader role compared to conventional Posyandu services. In the working area of Puskesmas Penusupan, ILP achievement reached only 20% in 2025, while merely 25 out of 225 cadres (11%) had received related training. This condition indicates that cadre readiness needs to be examined more comprehensively before the program can be implemented optimally. This study aimed to analyze the factors associated with the readiness of ILP Posyandu cadres using a descriptive-analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. The study involved 144 cadres selected proportionally from a population of 225 using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through structured interviews using a validated questionnaire and analyzed using univariate, bivariate (Spearman Rank), and multivariate (ordinal logistic regression) analyses. The results showed that among the eight variables examined, only skills (r = 0.171; p = 0.040) and resource availability (r = 0.225; p = 0.007) were significantly associated with cadre readiness. In the multivariate analysis, resource availability emerged as the most influential factor with an OR = 2.839 (95% CI: 1.311–6.149), indicating that cadres supported by adequate resources were 2.8 times more likely to demonstrate good readiness. In conclusion, resource availability was identified as the dominant factor associated with the readiness of ILP Posyandu cadres in the working area of Puskesmas Penusupan. Therefore, improving the availability of facilities and infrastructure, providing practice-based training, and strengthening operational support should become priority programs in the future.

Increasingly intense market competition in the digital era requires companies to implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best talent, particularly from Generation Z. This generation is highly familiar with digital technology and social media, making digital platforms their primary source of information regarding employment opportunities. In this context, employer branding and corporate social media utilization play important roles in shaping perceptions and influencing job application intentions. Although previous studies have examined the influence of employer branding and social media on recruitment outcomes, the findings remain inconsistent and often contradictory. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and evaluate the effects of employer branding and the intensity of corporate social media usage on the job application intentions of Generation Z. The research focuses on Generation Z individuals residing in the Singaparna area. This study is expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing job application decisions among young people in the digital era. The findings are anticipated to serve as valuable insights for companies in designing more effective, innovative, and targeted recruitment strategies that align with the characteristics and preferences of Generation Z as the future workforce.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali siswa SMK Negeri 11 Semarang dengan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk bekerja di Jepang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode penyuluhan dan workshop yang melibatkan 50 siswa kelas XII jurusan Teknik Grafika, Animasi, dan Pengembangan Game. Materi mencakup tiga pilar utama: kemampuan bahasa Jepang (minimal N5/JLPT), sikap kerja (disiplin, tanggung jawab, sopan santun, dan pantang menyerah), serta keterampilan teknis (hard skill, soft skill, dan survival skill). Tiga jalur ke Jepang diperkenalkan yaitu magang teknis (Ginou Jisshuu), Specified Skilled Worker (SSW), dan sekolah sambil bekerja (Ryuugakusei). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan motivasi siswa untuk mengejar peluang karier di Jepang. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah konkret dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing lulusan SMK di pasar kerja internasional.

This study aims to analyze the influence of social support and soft skills on the work readiness of the 2022 cohort students in Tasikmalaya City. Work readiness is an essential aspect that students must possess to face increasingly competitive labor market demands. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 110 respondents selected from a population of 150 students using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error and a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Prior to hypothesis testing, validity and reliability tests were performed to ensure the quality of the research instruments. In addition, classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, and linearity tests, were conducted to verify the suitability of the regression model. The findings indicate that both social support and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on students’ work readiness. Support from family, peers, and the academic environment enhances students’ confidence in preparing for employment. Furthermore, communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and responsibility as components of soft skills strengthen students’ readiness to enter the professional workforce. These findings highlight the importance of developing soft skills and strengthening social support to improve students’ work readiness.

This study aims to examine the influence of principal leadership and school culture on teacher discipline in public junior high schools (SMP Negeri) in Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency. Teacher discipline is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of the learning process and achieving educational goals. Therefore, understanding the factors that contribute to teacher discipline is essential for improving school performance. This study employed a quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires consisting of 66 statement items measured using a five-point Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using statistical techniques to determine both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on teacher discipline. The results indicate that principal leadership has a positive and significant partial effect on teacher discipline, as evidenced by a t-value of 5.127, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.9809. School culture also has a positive and significant partial effect on teacher discipline, with a t-value of 7.244 exceeding the t-table value of 1.9809. Furthermore, principal leadership and school culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher discipline, as indicated by an F-value of 34.152, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.07. These findings suggest that strengthening principal leadership and fostering a positive school culture can significantly improve teacher discipline.
