The focus of this service is centered on developing a system that facilitates the recapitulation process of labor-related data. The main purpose of this service is to provide technological solutions that facilitate the management of labor data and improve information transparency at the Samarinda City Manpower Office. The research method adopted involves a survey of user needs, an in-depth analysis of the recap process, as well as the application of the Laravel Framework to build a responsive and accessible web platform.

Every company always wants to achieve its goals while maintaining its existence in society. A company needs humans as implementers to achieve its expectations. Behind the success of a company, it is actually inseparable from the role of leaders who contribute to it. In addition to the role of leaders, employees will be able to carry out their activities well, if supported by good working environment conditions. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang. The object of this study is employees of PT Apparel One Indonesia 1, especially the production department with a total population of 1950 employees and a sample of 95. The data collection technique in this study uses random sampling, where everyone in the target population has an equal opportunity to be selected. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test. The research data processing used SPSS version 25. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 2. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 3. Leadership style and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang.

Work stress is one of the main concerns regarding occupational health and safety for the workforce's well-being and health issues. It has been estimated that half of the workforce's absences and occupational accidents at work were caused by work-related stress disruptions. This research aimed to find out the relationship between work stress and occupational accident in the workforce of the harvester palm oil unit. This research was an observational analytic research with a cross-sectional approach. The result of this research showed that there is a positive relationship between work stress and the risk of occupational accidents. Statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test obtained a p-value of 0.005 compared to the degree of significance (p-value <0.05). The recommendations for the company could be used as a reference to train the occupational health and safety workers unit to increase awareness of occupational health and safety.

This study was conducted at Company X in 2023. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of incentives and intellectual intelligence on the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023. The population amounted to 35 employees while the sample in this study is: 35 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The technique of data collection is the distribution of questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies and literature studies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression análisis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously incentives and intellectual intelligence have a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023. Partially, incentives have a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023. Partially N intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023. Adjusted R Square is: equal to 0.473 means that incentives and intellectual intelligence can explain the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023 by 47.3% and the remaining 52.7% (100-47. 3) are influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: salary, promotion and so on

In general, a person's career is divided into four groups, namely being civil and government civil servants, BUMN employees in various sectors, private employees in various sectors, as well as being an entrepreneur and the like. This research will focus on career choices and orientation in the millennial generation. The millennial generation or generation Z who were born after 1995. Generations that are different from previous generations are the baby boomers, generation X, and generation Y. This research gap has caused policy makers in corporate organizational management to start adapting and seeing what trends are different from other generations. other. This study uses qualitative studies from various recent journals. The results of the study show that most of the millennial generation have career habits with various career patterns, starting from a career as a stepping stone to getting out of their comfort zone by starting a business. The millennial generation is more concerned with salary or income as satisfaction at work.

Pemerintah saat ini sudah berupaya untuk memperhatikan Kesehatan para lansia, yaitu melalui program- programnya  dari Puskesmas seperti posyandu lansia, namun hal ini masih kurang luas dapat menjangkau para lansia. Hal itu disebabkan karena dengan intensitas kegiatan posyandu yang hanya dilakukan satu kali dalam beberapa minggu oleh karena banyaknya lingkungan dalam cakupan wilayah kerja yang harus dijangkau Puskesmas yang ada di Ds Besani Kec Blado Kab. Batang. Akibatnya para lansia yang mengalami keluhan kembali akan sulit memeriksakan diri ke puskesmas karena masalah kemampuan fisik dan transportasi. Guna mengatasi hal tersebut maka kebutuhan para lansia dalam peningkatan kesehatan diri mereka utamanya melalui Pola Hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) sangatlah penting disampaikan, agar para lansia senantiasa sehat dan tidak mudah terserang penyakit.  Dalam mendukung kegiatan ini menggunakan media visual berupa tayangan Power Point dilayar proyektor. Sebelum program ini dimulai peneliti melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis berupa pemeriksaan gula darah sewaktu (GDS). Metode yang digunakan antara lain: Pengisian pre-test, Ceramah dan presentasi,Pengisian post-test. Pengisian pre-test lansia yang datang ke posyandu setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan langsung dipersilakan duduk kemudian diarahkan mengisi kuesioner yang sudah diberikan. Ceramah dan presentasi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para lansia mengenai PHBS dan gizi seimbang. Kegiatan ini melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Hukum Program Magister  Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang.

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Know and analyze work discipline on employee performance. Knowing and analyzing motivation for employee performance. Knowing and analyzing employee incentives on employee performance. The population in this study were all cutting employees of PT. Garmindo District Success Core. Semarang. The research was carried out by sampling, using probability sampling techniques, obtaining a sample of 92 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results can be concluded that: Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style, work discipline, motivation and employee incentives together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine whether there is an Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Makassar City. To find out and analyze which variable is the dominant influence on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. In Makassar City. This type of research uses quantitative, the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows. That the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. That simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study are in accordance with the theory of Budi Setiyawan and Waridin (2006) that discipline is in an ideal state in supporting and carrying out tasks according to the rules in order to support work optimization. One of the conditions for discipline to grow in the work environment is the complete division of labor to the lowest employee or officer, so that people know consciously what their duties are, how to do it, when the work starts and finishes, as arranged in advance and understand who is responsible for the results of the work.

Organizations, companies or government agencies basically need individuals who are capable and have high competence in creating success for an organization. Success in achieving goals depends on choosing goals to be achieved by using resources to achieve organizational goals in accordance with what is expected. The objectives of this research include: 1). The influence of work discipline on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 2). The influence of work motivation on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 3). What is the influence of work discipline and work motivation together on the work of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive format aimed at explaining and summarizing various conditions, various situations, or various variables that arise in society which is the object of the research based on what is happening. The research method used in this research is the survey method. This research uses samples from the entire research population at the Pati Regency National and Political Unity Agency office. Meanwhile, data collection is through a questionnaire that uses a design from a quantitative description survey method to describe various conditions or variables that are the object and focus of research in real terms. The results in this research include: 1). Work discipline (X1), has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 2). Work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 3). Work discipline and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees.

Pregnancy exercises are beneficial for both mother and fetus. In mothers to reduce pain during childbirth and can strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and the mother's abdominal wall, improve blood circulation so as to accelerate the process of childbirth. This study aims to determine the relationship of factors that influence the motivation of mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Aceh Besar Regency. This study uses an analytic design that uses a cross sectional approach. The research population of all pregnant women in the Kuta Baro puskemas working area was 730 people, the research sample of pregnant women was 88 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was Accidental Sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. The data collection was conducted on March 25 to April 19, 2023 in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center work area. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the knowledge factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is a significant relationship between the attitude factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is significant relationship between the factor of husband's support with implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.019). Conclusion There is a relationship between the factors that influence mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar. It is expected that respondents can maximize the factors that exist in following regular pregnancy exercises.

By exploring international cooperation between Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia in the use of local currency through the Local Currency Settlement (LCS) framework, this research details the deeper context regarding concerns regarding dependence on the US Dollar after the 2016-2017 financial crisis. with an emphasis on the development of the use of local currencies after the Asian crisis of 1997-1998. This research reveals that one of the main criteria for establishing an optimal currency area (OCA) is exchange rate stability. In looking at the research results, a positive evolution of the use of local currencies in post-crisis ASEAN cooperation is illustrated, especially through the LCS initiative involving Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia. Although LCS implementation trends show positivity, further improvement is identified as an urgent need to bring it in line with total trade between countries. Hope lies in the LCS collaboration which is expected to strengthen currency stability, spur economic growth and increase trade activity in the region. Thus, this research provides valuable insight into the urgency of regional cooperation in managing dependence on global currencies, especially the US Dollar.

This training aims to improve skills in writing a curriculum vitae (CV) and facing job interviews for students at MAN 1 Brebes. The entry of students into the world of work requires good preparation in compiling an attractive CV and facing job interviews with confidence. Training and mentoring methods were used in this study, involving students in effective CV writing exercises and simulated job interviews. The results of the training showed a significant increase in students' ability to write an attractive CV and face job interviews with higher self-confidence. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to the preparation of students for facing challenges in the world of work and increase their chances of getting the job they want.

Patient An MM was brought by his parents to the Tanah Pasir Community Health Center Children's Polyclinic with complaints of itching on both hands for the last 3 weeks. The initial complaint was that it felt like itching accompanied by the appearance of reddish spots, and over time, pimples appeared between the fingers. Complaints felt worse in the last week until the patient felt itchy all day and complaints of itching felt worse at night until the patient had difficulty getting to sleep because he kept scratching the part of the body that felt itchy. Based on the anamnesis of complaints obtained after contact with the patient's older brother who experienced similar complaints. A physical examination was carried out and the examination results were within normal limits. Primary data was obtained through anamnesis and physical examination by conducting home visits, filling in family folders, and filling in patient files. The assessment is carried out based on a holistic diagnosis at the beginning, process and end of the visit quantitatively and qualitatively. The interventions carried out include education about the causes of scabies in the family, education on environmental sanitation and cleanliness and management of the disease as well as explaining complications that may arise from the patient's disease so that the patient's family maintains better personal hygiene and environmental cleanliness.

This research explores the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) between workers and PT. Astra Autoparts. Using qualitative methods and a normative juridical approach, this research not only refers to regulations and related literature, but also involves observations and interviews with HRD and contract workers at the company. From an Islamic legal perspective, research emphasizes that PKWT must fulfill the principles of justice, equality and protection of workers' rights. The concept of "fair" (‘adl) is in focus, where respect for workers' rights and prevention of exploitation are key. It is hoped that the PKWT is in accordance with Law No. 6/2023 to create a fair work environment. The research results show that PT. Astra Otoparts has implemented PKWT in accordance with Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 and Law no. 6/2023 concerning Job Creation. However, there are obstacles such as incompatibility of worker qualifications, lack of understanding of work contracts, lack of understanding of labor laws, and lack of understanding of government regulations regarding PKWT. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase understanding and conformity in the implementation of PKWT in order to create a fairer work environment.

Meritokrasi sebagai sistem penempatan di dalam suatu jabatan pemerintahan atau pun pekerjaan berdasar kepantasan dan kelayakan, secara implisit tidak lepas disinggung dalam Al-Qur`an. Hal ini dapat diamati misalnya, dalam surat Yusuf: 55 tentang jabatan bendahara negara yang diajukan oleh Yusuf as. kepada Raja Mesir, juga dalam surat Al-Qashash: 26 tentang pengajuan Musa as. untuk bekerja kepada Syu’aib as., juga dalam Al-Baqarah: 247 tentang pengangkatan Thalut sebagai raja. Dari ketiga ayat tersebut, semua penempatan itu berdasar pada kelayakan, Yusuf as. yang diungkap sebagai “hafîdzun ‘alîm”, Musa as. yang diungkap dengan “al-qawiyyul-amîn”, dan Thaluth yang diungkap dengan “basthatan fil-‘ilm wal-jism”. Pengungkapan ketiganya dengan kompetensi masing-masing menjadi petunjuk Al-Qur`an untuk memperhatikan penempatan suatu posisi kepada orang yang tepat untuk mendapatkannya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan, dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik (tafsir maudlu’î) tentang ayat-ayat Al-Qur`an yang mengandung pesan meritokrasi seperti, Al-Baqarah: 30-31, 247, Yusuf: 55, An-Nur: 55, dan Al-Qashash: 26, juga kata yang semakna dengan meritokrasi, seperti kata ahlun, dalam An-Nisa`: 58, An-Nahl: 43, dan Al-Anbiya`: 7. Dari ayat-ayat yang diteliti dapat teridentifikasi, bahwa di antara standar sistem merit dalam Al-Qur`an, antara lain: 1) kapabilitas, yang teridentifikasi dari pengetahuan dan pengalaman; 2) profesionalisme, yang teridentifikasi dari sikap yang bertanggung jawab; 3) moralitas, yang teridentifikasi dari karakter yang amanah; 4) kerja keras, yang teridentifikasi dari kekuatan. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of management style on work motivation and the influence of leadership on organizational behavior. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results of this research show that every manager can determine the direction of an organization. Its limitations are the reason for the formation of organizational or work motivation, the influence of differences in management styles used in management. One of the impacts of this leadership style is that it can influence someone. This effect applies to any workplace or organization. In this study, the complexity of motivational factors is closely related to the context of organizational culture, team dynamics, and perceptions of rewards and recognition of individual contributions. Participation in decision-making, opportunities for career development, and interpersonal relationships at work also emerged as important elements in motivating employees. The qualitative analysis highlighted that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to understanding work motivation in this environment. However, the need for recognition of achievement, a sense of involvement in the work process, and support from superiors and coworkers have a significant impact on individuals' motivation levels. This study provides an in-depth understanding of what influences work motivation at the Office of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a sensitive approach to individual needs and preferences in designing effective motivation strategies to improve productivity.

Organizations that are able to optimize their work productivity will have a significant competitive advantage. Therefore, a good understanding of the concepts and practices of work productivity management is very important for managers and organizational leaders. This research aims to discuss the importance of managing work productivity. This research uses a qualitative method, descriptive research type. The results of the research are that private companies and those in government will always try to improve the performance of their employees or workforce to produce productivity that is in line with the company's ideals, which always increases at all times.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the legal rules regarding cooperation agreements in business activities are viewed from a business law perspective and what forms of cooperation in trade activities can be carried out by company management. By using normative juridical research methods, it is concluded: 1. The legal rules regarding cooperation agreements in business activities are reviewed from the perspective of business law, referring to Civil law, especially Article 1313 of the Civil Code, which states that "An agreement is an act in which one or more people bind oneself to one or more other people." So it is clear that agreements give rise to agreements, as well as the Trade Code and Indonesian laws and regulations in various forms of business entities. 2. Forms of cooperation in trading activities that can be carried out by company management, such as Mergers, Consolidations, Joint Ventures and Franchising. A merger is a combination of one or several business entities so that from an economic point of view they are one unit, without merging the merged business entities. Consolidation/merger between two or more business entities that combine themselves to merge into one and form one new business entity (consolidation). This aims to "make healthy" the business entity concerned or what is usually called restructuring. Joint Venture is an agreement between two or more parties to collaborate in an activity.
