Religious moderation plays a crucial role in Indonesia, a society with diverse beliefs and religious backgrounds. Religious leaders, with government support, strive to prevent violence and intolerance in Indonesia. One approach used is interfaith moderation. The concept of moderate Islam becomes a significant religious perspective in addressing diversity in Indonesia. To strengthen the role of Islamic schools (madrasah) in combating radicalism and extremism, religious moderation needs to be incorporated into the madrasah curriculum. The aim of this approach is to mediate between two extreme poles while emphasizing the importance of internalizing religious teachings on one side and understanding the context of religious texts on the other side. To examine this issue, the research was conducted using qualitative methods, particularly a case study. This method aims to find meaning, investigate processes, and gain in-depth understanding of individuals, groups, or situations. In analyzing the data, the researcher applied an interactive model. Data analysis activities include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research results indicate that religious moderation instilled in students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Khairat Kwandang, North Gorontalo Regency, not only occurs in formal settings but is also integrated into every learning session. One form of moderation practiced by students is providing advice to fellow students, fostering a sense of care among them.

This study aims to examine the development of Ijarah products as an alternative financing in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) in Indonesia, with a focus on its implementation in meeting customer financing needs. Ijarah, as a lease agreement in the Islamic financial system, offers financing solutions that are in accordance with sharia principles and has great potential in the Indonesian Islamic financial industry. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, analyzing primary and secondary data from several LKS that have implemented Ijarah products. The research findings show that Ijarah products have advantages in providing financing flexibility, especially in fixed asset sectors such as property and vehicles. However, challenges faced in developing this product include a lack of customer understanding and regulatory complexity. The implications of this study indicate that strengthening socialization and increasing the operational capacity of LKS in offering Ijarah products is very important to increase the competitiveness and inclusion of Islamic finance in Indonesia.

Unregistered marriage (nikah sirri) is a phenomenon that has attracted the attention of many, both from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia. This study aims to critically examine nikah sirri, including its definition, legal basis, and the social impacts it causes. Using a qualitative approach, this research collects data from various sources, including legal literature, interviews, and case studies. The results show that although nikah sirri is recognized under Islamic law, its practice often conflicts with the state's legal protection and can have negative consequences, especially for women and children. The issue of nikah sirri is complex as it involves two different legal domains—religious law and state law. On the one hand, nikah sirri may be considered valid according to Islamic principles if it fulfills the requirements and pillars of marriage. On the other hand, since it is not recorded in the state’s administrative system, it raises several legal and social issues, particularly regarding the protection of women's and children's rights. Therefore, a well-structured problem formulation is needed to thoroughly explore the conflicts and gaps between Islamic law and positive law in addressing the practice of nikah sirri.

Even though they both study Islam, there are distinctive characteristics of each study period that result in gaps between the two. The lessons learned from the implementation of the call to prayer and iqamah include: As a tool and medium for notification of the approaching prayer time, inviting Muslims to perform prayers in congregation. Adhan and iqamah cannot be separated from the life of Muslims and Muslim women. Its use is not limited to obligatory prayers and certain times when they are said. If the iqamah has been said before he starts the sunnah nafilah prayer then his sunnah prayer is invalid. It is permissible to decide to pray the sunnah nafilah prayer because the obligatory prayer is not comparable in value to the nafilah prayer.

This research explores the effectiveness of spiritual guidance, especially the Islamic approach, in dealing with juvenile delinquency. The adolescent phase, as an important transition period, tends to be marked by significant physical and mental changes. Uncontrolled juvenile delinquency can be detrimental to individuals and society. Research emphasizes the application of spiritual guidance to early adolescents and pre-adolescents to prevent deviant behavior. Spiritual guidance, as a process of providing direction and advice with religious values, has a crucial role in forming positive character. Findings from previous research show that spiritual guidance, including Islamic counseling, vent sessions, and religious activities, is effective in reducing levels of juvenile delinquency. Teenagers who receive spiritual guidance tend to have a positive mindset, use their time well, and have a better religious understanding. Although the study makes important contributions, resource limitations, methodological variations in previous studies, and the lack of long-term studies need to be addressed. Therefore, future research must overcome these limitations to provide deeper insight into the role of spiritual guidance in dealing with juvenile delinquency.

For the first time in Indonesia, banking regulations have begun to be systematically regulated in Law no. 14 of 1967 which discusses the principles of banking is used as a guideline for the regulation of banking in Indonesia. In 1992, the establishment of Bank Muamalat Indonesia was the beginning of the recognition of sharia banking in Indonesia. Then with the enactment of Law no. 7 of 1992 concerning banking, as amended by Law no. 10 of 1998 explicitly discusses that in Indonesia there are two banking systems, namely conventional banking and sharia banking. The regulations regarding sharia banking in this law are considered not yet specific, therefore it is necessary to specifically establish sharia banking itself in a law, with the establishment of Law no. 21 of 2008 concerning sharia banking. For a long time, banking in Indonesia has made law no. 14 of 1967 concerning the basic principles of banking as guidelines for every bank in Indonesia. The regulations regarding sharia banking in this law are considered not yet specific, so a law that is clearer and complements the shortcomings of the previous law is needed. Therefore, Law no. 21 of 2008 concerning sharia banking. The final conclusion in this research is that the public recognizes and prefers sharia banking as regulated in Law No. 21 of 2008 because this law can explain and answer specifically the problems that exist in society regarding banking in Indonesia and with the birth of law no. 21 of 2008 is expected to provide justice and togetherness to all Indonesian people based on sharia principles which refer to Islamic law in order to achieve equal distribution of social welfare.

Regarding the arrival of Islam in Indonesia, different perspectives emerge, influenced by the complexity of the phenomenon that Islam does not have a single origin in one place or a specific group.  This diversity of theories is shaped by differences in historians' evidence, interests, religious subjectivities, and  ideologies.  Although  the early arrival of Islam was concluded in 1963, research on the process of the arrival and development of Islam in Indonesia continues to develop, providing opportunities to refine or strengthen existing theories.  Ulama (Islamic scholars) play a central role in the early arrival and development of Islam in Indonesia. Arab merchants, who were also Islamic scholars, formed the first group to propagate and develop Islam, followed by professional Sufi dais (religious leaders).  The  Sufi ulama figures are closely related to two main figures: the 4,444 traders who spread Islam through trade, the economic center of society, and the sultans, who spread Islam through  authority. These features of the spread of Islam effectively contributed to the growth of Islam. The ulama developed Islam through three main channels: culture (preaching, educatin, art, culture, marriage), struture (politics and power), and economics (through trade routes). In other words, the Islaization process in Indonesia is influenced by political power and the spirit of da'wah.  In this context, keywords such as the entry of Islam in Indonesia, the development of Islam in Indonesia, the role of ulama and Sufis, and da'wah are central points for understanding these power relations.
