Increasing technological developments require many parties to always adjust to all kinds of changes that will occur in the future, both economic conditions, government regulations, consumer conditions, and conditions of competitors. The way companies communicate with their investors has also changed, as a result of the rapid development of the internet. The internet that companies use to report financial information to investors is called Internet Financial Reporting (IFR). Today, IFR has been put forward by most countries because it can minimize the negative effects of information asymmetry, reduce agency costs, reduce capital costs, and increase firm value. Companies in achieving their goals are faced with uncertain conditions. The purpose of this study is to find out how the differences between IFR and ERM in commercial banks in Indonesia with high and low market capitalization values. This research is a non-static analytical descriptive study. The sample used is only two commercial banks to be compared. The results of the comparative analysis carried out showed that there was no significant difference in the implementation of IFR, but in the implementation of ERM there were significant differences.

Irrigation is a land irrigation system by damming water sources. Irrigation as the provision, regulation and disposal of water to support agricultural needs. Irrigation is generally used by farmers, especially farmers in rice fields to irrigate and provide water supply to agricultural land, monitoring water stock in rice fields must be done frequently because rice water needs must be balanced with a lack of water supply or excess water supply in rice fields is not good for rice growth . So far, farmers have monitored irrigation channels manually, the location of the rice fields from the farmer's house often causes rice plants to experience scarcity because the floodgates are not opened when the water supply is running low or experiencing water supply. excess because the floodgates are opened for too long, this will greatly disturb the growth of rice plants. Making a monitoring and control system for irrigation channels using a water level sensor installed on the ESP 8266 microcontroller (Wemos D1), the system uses a programming language c. This tool can be used to open the irrigation door if the water supply in the rice fields is below the minimum limit and will close the water gate when the water supply has reached the maximum limit, the servo motor is used to open and close the floodgates. . . The monitoring results obtained will be displayed to users in real time through the android application interface and will be stored in the form of a text file on the storage media.

With the increasing development of technology the more variety of books circulating on the internet. As is the recommendation system on online book sites that provide books relevantly and as needed with one's preferences. One alternative is GoodReads, a social networking site that specializes in cataloging books and users can share reading book recommendations with each other by rating, reviewing, and commenting. As a large book recommendation site, it has a lot of data that can be processed by applying machine learning methods, but still not known as the most accurate model. By using the right model, we can provide more accurate recommendations. Therefore, this study will analyze the data obtained from the www.kaggle.com namely the goodreads-books dataset. This study proposed a data mining classification model to get the best model in recommending books on GoodReads. The algorithms used are Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, and Support Vector Classifier, then for model evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, f1-score, confusion matrix, AUC, and Mean Error Absolute. The test results of several classification algorithms found that Decision Tree has the highest accuracy among the methods presented by 99.95%, precision by 100%, recall by 96%, f1-score of 98% with MAE of 0.05 and AUC of 99.96%. This is proof that decision tree algorithms can be used as book recommendations based on book categories on GoodReads.

Digital Business is experiencing rapid growth, including in the online-based food business. The Internet is creating a new face in interactive communication between sellers, consumers and business partners. This allows the company to be able to interact and work together continuously to be able to develop products, marketing, delivery and maximum service to get customer satisfaction. One type of business that is currently growing rapidly and is very popular with customers is food delivery services including go food, grab food and shopee food. This delivery service will increasingly compete according to the response from customers, influenced by the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality affects customer satisfaction, especially in online- based food delivery applications. The research used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The method used is to collect information obtained from questionnaires. Variable indicators were tested for validity and reliability. In testing this validity using the Pearson Correlation approach. The reliability test in this study used Cronbach, Alpha coefficient. The results of the study explain that the service variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of service quality provided by service providers and service partners is very well responded by application users.

Latar Belakang : Kader kesehatan adalah seseorang yang dekat dengan masyarakat dan mebantu meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Kelurahan Jetis terdapat 75% kader adalah rumah tangga yang memiliki pekerjaa tidak tetap, sedangkan sebagai petugas kader kesehatan tidak mendapatkan upah dan hanya diberikan reward untuk periksa kesehatan gratis ke puskesmas sehingga kondisi ini memprihatinkan bagi kesejahteraan kader. Kader kesehatan kelurahan Jetis selama ini hanya membantu mengelola jajanan tradisional dan tidak menjadi penjual jajanan tersebut, tetapi ada kader yang sudah memiliki usaha sendiri tetapi belum memanfaatkan internet atau online. Tujuan : melakukan pembinanaan kader dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader dalam bidang kesehatan pelayanan sederhana perlunya melakukann pembinanaan dalam bidang perekonomian sebagai upaya membantu berdirinya usaha yang dikelola oleh kader bersama-sama secara mandiri. Metode : Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi 4 tahap yaitu (1). Pelatihan kader dalam bidang perkenomian, (2). Melatih kader dalam menggunakan aplikasi dalam pemasaran online bisnis, (3). Memberikan tantangan untuk kader dalam pembuatan jajanan sehat yang dapat dikembangkan sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan, (4). Memotivasi dan melakukan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui usaha mereka sendiri. Hasil : 55% kader kesehatan dapat menggunakan aplikasi yang dapat membantu mengelola data posyandu tetapi dapat dijadikan tempat untuk memasarkan dari usaha mandiri kader sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian kader. Kesimpulan : Kegiatan PPDM dengan 4 (empat) tahap dalam meningkatkan Kesejahteraan kader kesehatan Kelurahan Jetis dapat ditingkatkan melalui usaha mandiri dengan strategi marketing yang baik yaitu melalui internet atau online.Kata Kunci : Kader Kesehatan, reward, ekonomi, aplikasi, online.

Developing of prototype now are became easier with the existence  of 3 d printer, now is common known as rapid prototyping method. There are many different method on 3d printing depend on material used for printing. The wide range of material that can be print using 3d printer such as metal to plastic even ceramic. The rapid prototyping using 3d printer have various advantage compare to traditional prototyping. The development of 3d printing makes it not only for prototyping but can be a small batch manufacture, where economic scale of production cannot be reach with traditional production. The fast development of computer and internet technology have big impact on the 3d printer development, before the development of reprap 3d printing was only knew by industrialist and manufacturer. After reprap born, 3d printer is became more common to personal user. People can have their 3d printer at home. People can design their own product using CAD software and send it to 3d printer, or send it via internet to print by 3d printing company. Even there ara lot of advantages of 3D printer development , there is some disadvantages of 3d printer, especially on regulation.

Technological developments encourage changes in the way decisions are made. In terms of stopping the application of urea fertilizer, farmers still rely on BWD observations. In this study, using the RnD method by directly observing the research location in the farmer group Gapoktan, in the village of Tosari, Kendan district and analyzing the problem then making a prototype which will be tested by experts. In this study, a tool was made using NodeMCU with TCS3200 sensor to detect color, which was then sent via the internet to the database using IoT technology. In this study, using several trials with different parameters of urea fertilizer use and the results of the TCS3200 sensor can detect colors according to what is on the BWD and send data to the database via the internet. In this system, farmers can recommend the use of suitable urea fertilizers outside a certain area so as to minimize errors in the observation on BWD, this will make the use of urea fertilizer to be the right dose.

Dimasa pandemi COVID-19 saat ini diberlakukanlah peraturan di mana setiap orang wajib menggunakan masker dan melakukan physical distancing pada saat keluar rumah di Jakarta. Ini merupakan salah satu kebiasaan baru yang akan dibiasakan ke masyarakat oleh pemerintah. Pada lingkungan perusahaan yang sudah mulai beroperasi 50%, juga mewajibkan karyawannya menggunakan masker dan physical distancing saat di kantor. Agar kebiasaan disiplin menggunakan masker di tempat umum ini dapat berjalan dengan baik, maka dibuatlah New Normal COVID-19 Masker Detektor dengan Notifikasi Telegram berbasis Internet Of Things ini agar lingkungan seperti perusahaan dapat mendisiplinkan karyawannya untuk menggunakan masker sebelum masuk ke kantor. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan Raspberry Pi sebagai otak utamanya, dengan menambahkan modul kamera dan juga sensor PIR, yang akan mendeteksi apakah orang tersebut menggunakan masker atau tidak. Kemudian akan dikirimkan pesan notifikasi telegram kepada keamanan setempat agar orang tersebut diperbolehkan masuk ke kantor jika sudah menggunakan masker. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan merumuskan masalah yang ada,kemudian merumuskan tujuan penelitian, melakukan studi literatur, melakukan perancangan sistem dan melakukan pengujian sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem dapat mendeteksi orang yang menggunakan masker dan notifikasi dapat dikirimkan ke keamanan melalui aplikasi telegram dengan baik.

Human daily life depends on air, so air quality needs to be protected especially against pollution. Decreasing air quality due to dust pollution can result in ARI. Makes it easier to measure ambient air and air temperature using internet-based technology. Designing internet-based dust and temperature measuring devices using the gp2y1010au0f type dust sensor, and DHS11 sensor as a temperature sensor, amplifier circuit, NodemCU microcontroller, and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The measurement application is carried out at the location of the PT. Djabus Tunas Utama Ngoro Mojokerto East Java at 10 sampling points around the mixing tube. The measurement results show the concentration carried by ambient air quality standards when the engine stops, so it is safe for employees. When the machine is mixing and the machine is not mixing (ordinary conditions) the concentration of particulates and the temperature exceeds the ambient air quality standard, for that all employees are required to use PPE.

In the daily use of technology, humans cannot be separated from the internet as a need to exchange information. People at this time spend more time in front of computer screens, laptops, even smartphones to find out information, send data to some of their friends. One of the information that is often sought or sent is a file. Apart from that, image files are files that are much searched for and sent, and many also contain important information in them. Image file security is of course very important so that unauthorized parties do not hack or manipulate information from the image. There is a way to secure information so that it does not leak to unauthorized parties, namely by using cryptography and steganography. By combining these two methods, you can maintain the confidentiality and security of a file, especially image files. In this study the algorithm and method used is the AES cryptographic algorithm (Advanced Encryption Standard) 256 and the LSB (Least Significant Bit) steganography method. Data integrity needs to be tested to ensure that the encryption and decryption processes are running properly. Data integrity testing uses the SHA-1 method. Likewise, the image quality after insertion will experience a decrease in quality. To evaluate this, it is necessary to test using the PSNR method. From the results of data integrity testing by comparing the hash value of the decrypted image file with the original image file, there is no difference. So this shows that the encryption and decryption process was successful. While in testing using the PSNR method, the average PSNR value is 44.14086 dB and with an average error value of 2.830403 dB, which means there is a small decrease in quality. From the implementation and testing results, it can be concluded that the AES 256 cryptographic algorithm and the steganography method LSB can be implemented in maintaining the confidentiality and security of secret messages.
