Sales and purchase agreements that occur electronically between sellers and buyers create online buying and selling. Internet and social media users in Indonesia, online E-Commerce businesses are increasingly growing. E-Commerce is business activities involving consumers, manufacturers, service providers and intermediaries using computer networks, namely the internet. E-Commerce users are also of various ages, because there are many conveniences when shopping online, just open the desired E-Commerce application, choose the items you buy and the goods arrive as desired within a few days. The increasing number of online buying and selling has indirectly influenced changes in legal regulations. The rules that apply in Indonesia are still unclear regarding electronic buying and selling. This is due to the fact that the conditions necessary for the validity of an electronic agreement have not been specifically regulated. The aim of this research is to determine the validity of electronic contract agreements in E-Commerce transactions in terms of civil law. In this research, normative research methods were used. This method involves processing data from legal regulations and applying rules or norms as the basis for research. Research results Electronic documents are binding and recognized as valid evidence to provide legal certainty regarding the operation of electronic systems and electronic transactions, especially for proof and related to legal actions carried out through electronic systems

Smart wearable technologies are becoming essential tools for real-time health monitoring, offering a new dimension of personalized medicine. Wearable devices equipped with biosensors, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity can continuously track vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and even detect early symptoms of diseases. This paper explores the latest advancements in wearable health technology, including flexible electronics, energy-efficient data processing, and integration with telemedicine platforms. Additionally, ethical concerns such as data privacy, cybersecurity risks, and user adoption challenges are discussed. The study provides insights into how smart wearables can be effectively utilized for preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and real-time health diagnostics.

Current learning after the pandemic is more towards the Hybrid learning method where this method combines online learning with face-to-face learning. In this learning, interactive learning media is needed by teachers. Prezi application is a software for internet-based presentation (SaaS). In addition to presentations, it can also be used as a tool to explore and share ideas on a virtual canvas. It is superior because this program uses the en:Zooming User Interface (ZUI), which allows Prezi users to zoom in and out of presentation media. The partner problem is that teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda Mijen Demak still need training and assistance in making interactive multimedia. Therefore, the community service team at the Faculty of Language and Culture, University of 17 Agustustus 1945 Semarang conducted intensive communication with the manager of the MA Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda to find solutions to these problems. There are three methods applied in this service, namely Presentation, Demonstration, and Practice Method. Presentation method is applied in the introduction of the Prezi Application, its benefits, and its application in making interactive learning media, Demonstration Method regarding the operation or use of the application and Practical Method where teachers practice directly making interactive learning media according to their respective subjects. After this service, teachers can position and use learning media as a needed component of a learning process. Learning media has an important role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. Teachers are always required to be able to develop and use learning tools available in schools in accordance with current developments.

Along with global trends, the use of these cosmetic products is increasingly widespread in various parts of the world. Because of the high consumer demand for cosmetics. Cosmetics are a must-have item regardless of age and gender. This is a great opportunity for business people. Meanwhile, millennial consumers are a consumer segment that lives at a time when technological developments are running very rapidly, they are used to using technology and the internet to connect with a very large number of other people on a regular basis, at the same time. This generation has significantly more social network connections than any other generation, they have lots of online friends, and are able to improve their psychological aspects when they can engage with their friends. On the other hand, cosmetics sticking to the face and other parts of the body affect the requirements for the validity of prayer, namely being clean from uncleanness. every Muslim should pay attention and ensure that there is no more impurity on the body. The service activity was carried out in the City of Gorontalo Dulalowo Timur for young female students of MAN 1 Gorontalo. The activity methods used in this service are material, practice, and questions and answers. From this activity it resulted that the understanding and practice of young women regarding halal cosmetic literacy and business opportunities in the digital era in the good category 65% and 35% were quite good categories.  

Today's technology continues to grow and the benefits of using the internet are felt for the users. Some people feel dependent on the internet, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing information technology to run their business, especially in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The purpose of this study is to generally describe the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Sidorejo village. This research is of a qualitative type, using a triangulation model, which combines structured interview methods, in-depth interviews and observations of MSME actors who are actively registered at the Office of Market Community Empowerment – Cooperatives and City Small and Medium Enterprises. From the research results it is known that digital marketing makes it easier for MSME actors to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, increase awareness and increase sales for MSME players in Sidorejo village. This program emphasizes the importance of understanding digitization from an early age for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to market products in today's modern business style, and is expected to increase the value branding of these products or increase sales turnover.

Internet cafes is a place which provides internet access infrastructure with a variety of connections and using computer as access device so that users can access the Internet and acquire services in the field of information technology. The purpose of this study is to find factors that exist in the service quality cafe business and know the dimensions of service quality are the most influential in the Internet service industry. The method used in the analysis is descriptive analysis Statistik, T test and regression analysis. With the object of a study internet cafes in Malang. From the results of research to know If construct originally by parasuraman etall initially 22 items consisting of 5 dimensions constituent, on a case study in the cafe reduced to 9 items, Gaps on Internet services as measured by the concept servqual. Produce a measure of quality service at the internet cafe. In this study the gaps in the service quality dimensions sequentially from the largest value to the smallest value is Assurance (-1.1115), Empathy (-1.0732), Responsiveness (-0.7834), Tangible (-0.1847) and Reliability (0.0191). Value of r = 1 = 100% means that the quality of service on Internet service can be described by the five constituent dimensionsthat is, empathy, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and tangible. Standard error of estimate are at zero (0) proves that the regression model appropriate was used to predict the dependent variable or the quality of service.

The growth rate of internet users in recent years has increased very rapidly and is growing rapidly. This triggers the creation of a new business model in the form of a marketplace that is used to buy and sell goods. This study aims to load an online store that is simple and lightweight but can meet the needs of sellers who use this website. Application development uses methods while the prototype in modeling the application uses use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The research is expected to produce a web-based marketplace application that facilitates the transaction process of consignment providers and consumers at the Indonesian Helmet Shop. Furthermore, the design of this messaging service application prototype still needs to be developed in terms of user interface and user experience so that consumers can be more comfortable in transacting.

The rapid development of information technology requires people tobe familiar with the internet. Utilization of marketing and sales applications is not only carried out by large companies, but can also be used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The community service team conducted observations and interviews with Brem Duta Rasa SMEs in Sumberejo, Kaliabu, Mejayan, Madiun Regency. The team found problems with promotion and sales, therefore it was necessary to provide asolution, namely by using awebsite-based marketing and sales application for MSME products. The activity method of the service team is to provide practical training using applications. The final result of the evaluation shows that 90% of the 10 users of MSME members have theoretical understanding, 95% of application introductions, 80% of practice running applications. In conclusion, all MSME members running the application quite well. Applications can be implemented continuously to increase revenue from Brem Duta Rasa MSME products

Abstrak – Kebutuhan informasi yang semakin cepat. Menjadi alasan dibangun e-government web portal ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Website ini adalah dengan metode Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC). (WDLC) adalah metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sebuah website. Dimana WDLC merupakan sebuah proses pengembangan sebuah website akan disampaikan kepada pengguna. Dalam pembuatannya, dilakukan proses menganalisis data dan informasi yang ada pada dinas komunikasi dan informatika agar dapat di masukan ke proses implementasi perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan metode WDLC dan diterapkan dengan Framework Laravel V7. Disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Metode ini berhasil dan akan mempermudah pengelola Web dalam mengelola informasi responsif dan compatible. Dengan terciptanya web portal ini akan mempermudah kinerja admin dalam menyebarluaskan informasi yang secara otomatis juga akan mengurangi beban tenaga IT di Dinas Komunikasi dan informatika yang minim tenaga IT.   Kata Kunci – E-Government, WDLC, Website, Internet   Abstract – The need for information is getting faster.Be the reasonbuilt e-government webportalthis. Saat ini pengguna internet dan media sosial di Indonesia tumbuh pesat. Jumlah pengguna aktif media sosial di Indonesia sebanyak 191 juta orang pada Januari 2022. Pemerintah Indonesia juga memanfaatkan media daring untuk mensosialisasikan beberapa kebijakan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perubahan sikap dari para pengguna media sosial terhadap komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah melalui kanal media daring milik pemerintah maupun kanal berita media daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner penetlitian kepada pengguna media sosial yang berusia 17-60 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 47,7% responden menyatakan informasi yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kadang-kadang memberikan perubahan sikap, sementara 36,4% responden menyatakan bahwa informasi yang disampaikan membawa perubahan sikap pada diri mereka, dan 15,9% menyatakan informasi yang disampaikan tidak merubah sikap apapun bagi mereka. Hal yang menarik lainnya adalah 91,4% responden menyatakan bahwa mereka mengikuti komunikasi politik pemerintah yang dibagikan di media daring maupun media sosial. Sedangkan sisanya (8,6%) menyatakan bahwa mereka tidak mengikuti informasi terkait kebijakan pemerintah yang dibagikan di media daring maupun media sosial. Namun responden menilai bahwa pemerintah belum dapat memaksimalkan komunikasi politik melalui media sosial yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah, dimana bahasa penyampaian informasi yang digunakan kurang sesuai dengan tingkat literasi pengguna media sosial, informasi yang disampaikan kurang menarik dan kurang informatif bagi pengguna media sosial, kurangnya unsur edukasi di informasi yang disampaikan oleh pemerintah dan minimnya saluran penyampain keluhan di media daring atau media sosial yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah.  Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya evaluasi dari pemerintah untuk membenahi komunikasi yang dilakukan melalui media daring dan media sosial milik pemerintah.

Social media is an online medium, with its users being able to easily participate, share, and create content including blogs, social networks, wikis, forums and virtual worlds. Blogs, social networks and wikis are the most common forms of social media used by people around the world. The positive impact of social media is that it makes it easier for us to interact with many people, expand relationships, distance and time are no longer a problem, easier to express ourselves, information dissemination can take place quickly, costs are cheaper. While the negative impact of social media is to keep people who are close and vice versa, face-to-face interactions tend to decrease, making people addicted to the internet, causing conflicts, privacy problems, vulnerable to bad influences from others. The existence of social media has influenced social life in society. Changes in social relationships or as changes to the balance (equilibrium) of social relations and all forms of changes in social institutions in a society, which affect the social system, including values, attitudes and behavior patterns among groups in society. Positive social changes such as the ease of obtaining and conveying information, obtaining social and economic benefits. Meanwhile, social changes tend to be negative, such as the emergence of social groups in the name of religion, ethnicity and certain behavioral patterns that sometimes deviate from existing norms.
