Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi digital telah mempercepat adopsi *Internet of Things* (IoT) dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari. IoT memungkinkan perangkat fisik untuk berkomunikasi dan bertukar data melalui konektivitas internet, sehingga proses menjadi lebih otomatis, efisien, dan responsif. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan IoT dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kehidupan sehari-hari melalui pendekatan tinjauan pustaka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah *Systematic Literature Review* (SLR), yang mengkaji dan menyintesis temuan dari berbagai studi terdahulu mengenai penerapan IoT di berbagai sektor, seperti rumah pintar (*smart home*), layanan kesehatan, transportasi, pertanian, dan pemantauan lingkungan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa IoT berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan efisiensi operasional, penghematan energi, perbaikan proses pengambilan keputusan, serta peningkatan kenyamanan pengguna. Terlepas dari berbagai manfaat tersebut, masih terdapat sejumlah tantangan, termasuk keamanan data, masalah privasi, interoperabilitas antarperangkat, biaya implementasi, dan ketergantungan pada infrastruktur internet yang stabil. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa IoT telah menjadi salah satu teknologi kunci yang mendukung transformasi digital dan peningkatan kualitas hidup. Pengembangan di masa mendatang diharapkan berfokus pada penguatan aspek keamanan, perluasan standar interoperabilitas, dan integrasi kecerdasan buatan (*artificial intelligence*) guna memaksimalkan efektivitas penerapan IoT dalam aktivitas sehari-hari.

The Free Health Check-up (CKG) is a government program designed to strengthen promotive and preventive health efforts through the early detection of risk factors, pre-disease conditions, and diseases across the community according to the life-cycle approach. As a relatively new initiative, the implementation of the CKG program in primary healthcare settings still requires further evaluation to assess implementation readiness, digital support systems, and community participation. This literature review aimed to examine the implementation of the Free Health Check-up Program in primary healthcare services. Relevant literature was retrieved from the Google Scholar database using the keyword "implementation of the free health check-up program" and was limited to open-access, full-text articles published between 2025 and 2026. The search identified eight eligible articles, which were extracted and analyzed in this review. The synthesis revealed three major themes in the implementation of the CKG program: (1) primary healthcare service readiness, (2) digitalization and reporting systems, and (3) community participation and communication strategies. Primary healthcare readiness includes the availability of human resources, infrastructure, medical equipment, consumable medical supplies, funding, service workflows, and cross-sectoral coordination. Digitalization through the SATUSEHATplatform and integrated reporting systems has the potential to improve service efficiency; however, challenges remain regarding digital literacy, internet connectivity, and the technical capacity of healthcare personnel. Community participation is influenced by knowledge, attitudes, the roles of community health volunteers, teachers, healthcare workers, and communication strategies tailored to the characteristics of the target population. The successful implementation of the CKG program requires strengthening primary healthcare systems, optimizing digital health platforms, and adopting community-based communication strategies to ensure the program is more effective, inclusive, and sustainable.

This study examines the effectiveness of the GOOL (Dukcapil Go Online) service in accelerating the issuance of birth certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Probolinggo City. GOOL is a digital-based civil administration service innovation that allows residents to process civil documents without visiting the office in person. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Effectiveness indicators were based on Campbell's (2014) theory, covering: program success, goal achievement, community satisfaction, and overall objective attainment. The findings indicate that the GOOL service is generally effective in expediting birth certificate issuance. Supporting factors include collaboration with healthcare facilities (Indonesian Midwives Association and hospitals), an integrated 3-in-1 service program, and adequate technological infrastructure. Inhibiting factors include technical difficulties during document uploads, unstable internet connections, and limited digital literacy among some residents.

The Society 5.0 era brings major changes in various aspects of life, including the economic and financial systems. The integration of digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, and Financial Technology (Fintech) has created both opportunities and challenges for the development of the sharia economy. This article aims to: (1) analyze the challenges of the sharia economy in the Society 5.0 era, (2) identify opportunities that can be utilized to strengthen the sharia economy, and (3) formulate strategies for strengthening the sharia economy based on digital transformation and the maqashid sharia. This research uses a qualitative approach through literature study (library research) by analyzing various journals, books, reports of sharia financial institutions, and relevant official documents. The results show that the sharia economy faces challenges in the form of low sharia financial literacy, limited human resources, unequal access to technology, and regulations that are not yet fully adaptive to digital developments. However, Society 5.0 also opens up significant opportunities through the development of Islamic Fintech, the digitalization of the halal industry, the optimization of digital zakat and waqf, and the strengthening of Islamic financial inclusion. Therefore, strategies to strengthen the Islamic economy need to be implemented through increasing Islamic digital literacy, developing an Islamic Fintech ecosystem, strengthening Governance based on the principles of Islamic principles (maqasid) and synergy between the government, academia, industry, and the community.

Changes in work patterns driven by digital technology development and post-pandemic dynamics have encouraged organizations to implement Work From Home (WFH) as an alternative working system. This policy has attracted considerable attention because it affects employee productivity and well-being, which are essential for organizational performance. However, previous studies have reported inconsistent findings regarding the effectiveness of WFH. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the impact of WFH on employee productivity and well-being. A qualitative approach was employee using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by reviewing 19 scientific articles related to productivity, job satisfaction, work-life balance, and mental health. The findings show that 89,5% of articles reported positive effects of WFH through greater flexibility, work comfort, time efficiency, and improved work-life balance, wich contribute to higher productivity and well-being. Meanwhile, 10,5% identified negative effects due to inadequate work facilities, internet disruptions, burnout, and coordination difficulties. These findings indicate that WFH effectiveness is influenced by technological support, job characteristics, and organizational culture. The study implies that organizations should adopt adaptive work policies, strengthen digital infrastructure, and provide mental health support to optimize employee productivity and well-being.

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) has become an essential part of digital transformation in the healthcare sector, aiming to improve the quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and continuity of healthcare services. In Indonesia, the implementation of EMR is supported by the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 24 of 2022, which mandates healthcare facilities to adopt electronic medical records. However, the implementation process is often challenged by various technical and non-technical factors that may affect its success. This study aims to analyze the success factors and barriers to EMR implementation in hospitals through a literature review approach. The research method used was a literature review by examining and analyzing 11 scientific articles obtained from Google Scholar and other relevant scientific sources. The findings indicate that the success of EMR implementation is influenced by three main aspects, namely human, organizational, and technological factors. Supporting factors include management commitment, user readiness, continuous training, availability of information technology infrastructure, system quality, and organizational support. Meanwhile, common barriers include limited digital literacy among healthcare workers, insufficient information technology personnel, unstable internet connectivity, system errors, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, budget limitations, and the absence of specific standard operating procedures. Furthermore, EMR implementation provides significant benefits, such as improving service efficiency, facilitating access to patient information, enhancing documentation quality, supporting communication among healthcare professionals, and increasing patient safety. Therefore, successful EMR implementation requires synergy between human resources, organizational readiness, and technological infrastructure to achieve optimal healthcare service delivery.

Digital literacy is an essential competency that secondary school students must possess to face the rapid development of technology in the digital era. However, many students still lack adequate understanding of basic information technology concepts, digital security, and the responsible use of technology. This community service activity aimed to improve students' digital literacy through a basic information technology introduction program. The methods employed included preliminary observation, pre-test administration, educational sessions, hands-on practice, discussions, and evaluation through post-tests. The training materials covered computer hardware and software fundamentals, effective internet usage, digital security, and ethical behavior in digital environments. The results indicated a significant improvement in students’ knowledge and digital skills after participating in the program. Students became more capable of accessing, evaluating, and utilizing digital information critically while understanding the importance of cybersecurity and ethical technology use. Furthermore, the high level of participant engagement demonstrated that the program was relevant to students’ needs in today's digital society. Therefore, the basic information technology introduction program proved effective in enhancing digital literacy among secondary school students and can serve as a strategic initiative to prepare young generations to adapt to technological advancements and future digital challenges. This study explores the role of artificial intelligence in strengthening cybersecurity threat detection frameworks for next-generation network environments. The rapid expansion of cloud computing, Internet of Things ecosystems, and distributed digital infrastructures has significantly increased cybersecurity risks and operational vulnerabilities. Traditional cybersecurity systems often struggle to detect sophisticated and evolving threats due to their dependence on static detection mechanisms. Using a qualitative research approach and content analysis method, this study examines recent developments in artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, and intelligent cybersecurity frameworks. The findings indicate that AI-driven cybersecurity systems improve real-time threat detection, anomaly identification, automated monitoring, and predictive security analysis. Machine learning technologies such as Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, and deep learning models demonstrate strong potential for enhancing intrusion detection accuracy and reducing false positive rates. The study also identifies critical challenges related to ethical governance, privacy protection, computational complexity, and adversarial attacks in AI-based cybersecurity systems

This study is grounded in the observation that online game addiction has emerged among learners at SMP Muhammadiyah Bantul. In the present digital era, playing games through the internet has become tightly woven into adolescents' everyday routines. Easy accessibility together with the broad spectrum of entertainment provided has pushed the popularity of online games upward. However, immoderate engagement may foster addictive patterns that adversely affect students' academic performance, social interaction, physical condition, and mental well-being. Hence, a workable intervention is required to lower the level of dependence. The purpose of this research is to decrease learners' online game addiction by means of group counseling services that draw on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework combined with cognitive restructuring techniques. A one-group pretest-posttest experimental scheme was adopted in this work. The findings reveal a notable reduction in the students' online game addiction scores, evidenced by the paired sample t-test significance value (two-tailed) of 0.000, which falls below 0.05. It can therefore be inferred that group counseling rooted in the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach with cognitive restructuring techniques is effective for reducing online game addiction in seventh-grade learners at SMP Muhammadiyah Bantul.

Urban plant care is increasingly important for sustainable living, but many users face inconsistent watering, insufficient care knowledge, unsuitable plant selection and delayed disease recognition. This study presents Easy Grow Plants, an integrated web and Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem that connects plant care guidance, soil-moisture monitoring, automated watering, plant recommendation, image-based plant health assistance, marketplace functions, community interaction and plant exchange. The prototype was implemented using a React frontend, Django REST backend, SQLite database and an Arduino UNO R4 WiFi smart pot with a soil moisture sensor, relay module and DC water pump. Functional, interface, API, IoT connectivity, sensor calibration, watering control and LAN deployment tests were conducted. The results show that the core modules operated together as an integrated academic prototype. The system demonstrates a practical foundation for smart urban gardening, although cloud deployment, multi-device testing and stronger AI validation remain future improvements

The rapid development of information technology has created new challenges for military organizations, including the increasing accessibility of online gambling among military personnel. This study aims to analyze the optimization of mental development programs for Indonesian Navy personnel at the Naval Academy as an effort to prevent online gambling behavior. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. Data were collected from military leaders, military police personnel, mental development officers, and Naval Academy personnel. The findings indicate that mental development programs have been implemented through religious guidance, counseling, lectures, and character-building activities, which generally receive positive responses from personnel. However, several obstacles remain, including limited participation due to operational activities, rapid technological advancement, easy internet access, and the absence of specific educational materials concerning online gambling. Factors influencing personnel involvement in online gambling include low self-control, unproductive use of leisure time, environmental influences, and personal economic problems. The study concludes that mental development can effectively prevent online gambling when implemented continuously, supported by leadership involvement, digital literacy enhancement, supervision of technology use, and specific educational materials addressing the dangers of online gambling.

The development of the internet and social media has encouraged e-commerce companies to utilize digital platforms as a marketing tool, one of which is Shopee through TikTok social media. The high frequency of digital advertising is thought to influence consumer attitudes, especially among Generation Z as active TikTok users. To determine the impact of Shopee's digital advertising frequency on consumer attitudes using promotions as a mediating variable on Generation Z TikTok social media users in Tasikmalaya, this study employed quantitative, descriptive, and verification techniques. A total of 100 respondents were sampled using purposive sampling techniques. An online questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 was used to collect research data. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4. The results showed that advertising frequency significantly and positively influenced consumer attitudes and promotions. In addition, promotions can mediate the effect of advertising frequency on consumer attitudes and have a beneficial and significant impact. These results indicate that consumer opinions towards Shopee will be more positive if advertisements are displayed more frequently and supported by appropriate promotions. This study serves as an academic reference and information source for businesses seeking to optimize social media-based digital marketing strategies.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) orientation program at the Jambi Province Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM). The research focuses on George C. Edward III's 1980 policy implementation theory, which encompasses communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, with informants determined using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the PPPK Orientation Program has run quite well and has been able to improve participants' understanding of the duties, functions, and core values ​​of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). However, several obstacles remain in its implementation, namely internet and electricity network constraints, the lack of effective online learning, lack of participant discipline during the activity, and limited supervision and number of committee members. These obstacles affect the optimization of the learning process and the effectiveness of the online orientation activities. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the quality of program implementation through the development of more interactive learning methods, the provision of adequate facilities, and further evaluation and mentoring to improve the competence and professionalism of ASN.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan manajemen port I/O pada mikrokontroler ESP32 untuk mendukung sistem monitoring beban trafo secara real-time. Sistem Monitoring ini membaca, mengukur, dan mengirimkan data terkait tegangan, arus, daya, frekuensi, serta energi secara kontinu.  Data tegangan dan arus yang diperoleh dari Power Meter Toky DS9L/7L melalui RS485, diolah dan dikirimkan oleh ESP32 ke server cloud Blynk melalui koneksi internet. Namun yang perlu kita ketahui, modul ESP32 memiliki Port I/O yang sangat terbatas. Data realtime kontinyu tersebut bervariatif berupa fasa netral (RN, SN, TN), tegangan antar fasa (RS, ST, RT), arus dengan maksimal 400 Ampere, energi (kWh), daya per fasa (R, S, T) dan total daya, serta frekuensi 50 Hz. Semua data dari alat ukur tersebut dapat tersambung dengan Port I/O yang terbatas pada penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun perangkat yang mampu membaca, mengukur, serta mengirimkan data mengenai tegangan, arus, daya, frekuensi, dan energi secara real-time melalui aplikasi Blynk Internet of Things. Perangkat ini memungkinkan data ditampilkan pada smartphone dan layar komputer dari lokasi mana pun, dan direncanakan untuk digunakan di gardu distribusi milik PT PLN (Persero) ULP Darmo Permai. Alat ini berguna sebagai langkah tindakan korektif ketika terjadi ketidakseimbangan beban, mempermudah pengawasan dalam proses penyeimbangan, serta sebagai acuan untuk pemindahan fasa saat diperlukan. Selain itu, alat ini juga berfungsi sebagai langkah preventif untuk menjaga keseimbangan beban gardu dan sebagai referensi jika ada penambahan pelanggan baru. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan penggunaan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai Modbus master untuk mengatur sistem. Mikrokontroler ini menerima data digital melalui RS485 dari Power Meter Toky DS9L/7L yang mengukur tegangan dan arus dari PHB-TR. Data tersebut kemudian dikirimkan ke Cloud Blynk Internet of Things melalui nodemcu ESP32 dengan bantuan modem Wi-Fi router. Data yang diproses meliputi tegangan fasa netral RN, SN, TN (220-230 Volt), tegangan fasa-fasa RS, ST, RT (380-400 Volt), arus maksimal 400 Ampere sesuai spesifikasi sensor arus CT 400/5 A, energi (kWh), daya (Watt) untuk fasa R, S, T, daya total, serta frekuensi 50 Hz. Semua informasi ini ditampilkan pada antarmuka pengguna (UI) di smartphone dan PC.

This study analyzes the implementation of the Central Papua One-Stop Service Information System (Sipersateng) at the Central Papua Provincial Secretariat as a model for administrative innovation in the New Autonomous Region (DOB). The main focus of the study is to explore how a region with extreme infrastructure limitations can leapfrog or institutionalize towards an agile and transparent digital bureaucracy. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical method with a case study approach, this research involved in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies to capture the dynamics of the transition from manual to digital systems. The results show that Sipersateng successfully reduced administrative process time by up to 60%. This success was driven by three main dimensions: institutional legitimacy through strong leadership commitment, technical resilience through offline-syncing features to address internet signal fluctuations, and significant changes in work culture. Adaptation strategies such as peer-mentoring methods for senior officials and mandatory policies through gubernatorial instructions proved effective in breaking down organizational cultural resistance. This study concludes that Sipersateng is not merely a technical tool, but rather a manifestation of Frontier Digital Bureaucracy that is able to mitigate the risk of maladministration and build public accountability in the newly formed province. This innovation demonstrates that geographic limitations are not a major barrier to achieving clean governance if supported by inclusive and adaptive system design. These findings provide a theoretical contribution to the public management literature on digitalization in regions with high structural challenges.

The digitalization of tax administration has become one of the Indonesian government's strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, transparency, and taxpayer compliance. However, the implementation of digital tax systems among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly distributor-sector MSMEs in Batam City, still faces various administrative and technical challenges. This study aims to examine the experiences, risk perceptions, and adaptation strategies of distributor MSME actors in responding to the digitalization of tax administration following the implementation of the Harmonization of Tax Regulations Law (UU HPP). The research employed a qualitative approach using a phenomenological method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with seven distributor MSME owners in Batam City who had utilized digital tax systems such as e-Filing and Coretax. The findings indicate that most business actors still experience limitations in technical understanding, concerns regarding reporting errors, and difficulties adapting to changes in digital tax systems and regulations. To address these challenges, MSME actors developed several adaptation strategies, including the use of tax consultants, hybrid manual-digital bookkeeping systems, and informal assistance through the internet and business networks. This study highlights that the success of tax digitalization requires a more adaptive approach, stable systems, and policies that are aligned with the characteristics of local MSMEs.

Medical waste is a by-product of healthcare activities that may have negative impacts on human health and the environment if not properly managed. This study aims to examine strategic planning for medical waste management in healthcare facilities and evaluate the risk of environmental contamination in the digital era. The method used was a literature review by examining various relevant scientific sources. The findings indicate that medical waste management still faces several challenges, including non-compliance with established standards, limited human resources, and the risk of environmental pollution. The utilization of digital technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), RFID, and Blockchain has the potential to improve the effectiveness of monitoring and managing medical waste. Therefore, strategic planning supported by digital technology, human resource capacity building, and regulatory compliance is essential for achieving safe and sustainable medical waste management.

This study investigates the performance of Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring systems using a mobile hotspot and IoT sensors for temperature and humidity data transmission. The research is based on the IoT concept, which enables electronic devices to communicate and exchange data through internet networks without direct human intervention. System performance was evaluated using standard Quality of Service (QoS) parameters, including throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. The experimental setup utilized a NodeMCU ESP32 microcontroller and a DHT22 sensor, with measurements conducted at various transmission distances through wireless communication media. The objective was to determine the reliability of hotspot connectivity and sensor communication in supporting IoT applications. The results indicate that the optimal performance was achieved at a distance of 20 meters using a 40-lambda variation. Furthermore, the communication signal between the ESP32 device and the mobile hotspot remained detectable up to a maximum distance of 32 meters. Early detection of a potential heart attack is a crucial step in preventing sudden death from heart disease. This research aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based health monitoring system capable of measuring vital body data in real time and predicting the likelihood of a heart attack from CSV data obtained from sensors, integrated through RapidMiner as learning data using a machine learning algorithm, the Support Vector Machine (SVM). The system was built using an ESP32 microcontroller connected to a MAX30102 sensor to measure heart rate and finger oxygen levels (SpO₂), as well as a DHT22 sensor to measure temperature and humidity. The resulting data is sent to the Blynk application to display real-time data according to its parameters. The initial prediction logic was developed using a rule-based method based on medical thresholds for four vital parameters. The data was then used to train an SVM model as a classification system to detect potential heart attacks. Test results showed that the system can identify abnormal conditions with a good level of accuracy and provide early warnings based on changes in vital parameters in real time. This system is expected to be an initial solution for personal health monitoring, especially for individuals at risk of heart disease. It can be further developed with cloud integration and automatic notifications to users' devices.
