This research uses a qualitative approach using descriptive methods and interviews. Data was obtained by direct observation and interviews. Tanto Intim Line North Jakarta Branch continues to improve service performance for consumers or service users in order to achieve loading and unloading of vehicles and passengers. Writing this paper or research paper has the aim and objective of knowing the Procedure for Handling the Arrival and Departure of Export Ships Loaded with Liquid Bulk at PT. In this paper we have explained the obstacles faced, including the cargo not being ready from the shipper and the cargo analysis results not yet being published from the customs and excise agency. There are things that can be done to achieve the goal so that the ship is not hindered in the ship loading process and there are no delays in the ship's departure. So that the ship agency service process can run smoothly, precisely and quickly, PT. Tarunabuat Kencana must pay attention to and prepare all the facilities and infrastructure needed in the ship service process.

Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit is a vital component in airport operations, playing an important role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of flight services. This study aims to determine what obstacles are encountered during inspection activities and how does the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit overcome these obstacles. This study uses a qualitative approach with field observations and then conducting analysis. The subjects of this study were Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit officers at Supadio Airport, Pontianak. The research period was 1 month. The results of the study can be concluded that the main obstacles of the AMC unit at Supadio Airport, Pontianak include communication difficulties due to noise, limited visual supervision, and coordination between units. The proposed solutions include improving communication systems, expanding surveillance camera coverage, optimizing personnel, regular training, using new technologies such as drones, and evaluating and improving operational procedures. The implementation of these solutions is expected to improve the effectiveness of the AMC inspection function, support the discipline of apron officers, and improve the safety and smoothness of airport operations..

The process of issuing the Port Health Quarantine Clearance (PHQC) document for vessel health at the Class I Quarantine Health Office by PT. TarunaCipta Kencana Dumai Branch ensures that every ship entering a port is in a healthy condition, free from diseases and pests. The issuance of the vessel health document is handled by the Quarantine Health Office. Before docking at Dumai port, PT. TarunaCipta Kencana acts as an agency representing the ship owner/principal in handling all matters related to the vessel’s interests. The company can also appoint other sub-agents to serve other vessels. PT. TarunaCipta Kencana Dumai Branch collaborates with various related agencies at Dumai port, providing services for the ship and crew (ABK) before, during, and after docking. The issuance of the vessel health quarantine document begins with a submission by the agent to the Quarantine Health Office (BKK), followed by an inspection by health officers, and finally issuing the Certificate of Free Pratique (COP) and PHQC. The data collection methods used were Field Research and Library Research, ensuring that the process of issuing PHQC documents adheres to established procedures.

Find out what the role of officers is in inspecting facilities at the Yogyakarta Adisutjipto International Airport terminal. 3). Knowing the efforts of AOLT officers in overcoming obstacles to inspection of facilities at Adisutjipto International Airport. This research uses qualitative methods. Research subjects and objects, researchers are supported by data collectors using observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods with supporting documents at the Airport Operation Landside and Terminal (Aolt) units to answer the research problem formulation, the researchers carried out 3 stages of data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. The results of this research show that 1) AOLT officers have compliance with good inspection procedures, adequate abilities in identifying problems, and effective reporting and communication processes, 2) Airport Operation Lanside and Terminal officers at Adisutjipto Yogyakarta International Airport have a major role in monitoring facility conditions, reporting findings, corrective actions, and coordinating with related parties. 3) In handling facilities, the solutions implemented must focus on expanding facilities, regular maintenance, improving services, and collaborating with related parties. In this way, airport toilets can become more comfortable facilities and meet higher standards.

Siltor Adimulia Shipping will take care of all the needs and requirements for extending the ship's safety certificate. The results of the research regarding ship safety certificate extension services, the agent's role is to prepare everything in the procedures for extending ship safety certificates until a new certificate is issued. The activity for extending the ship's safety certificate went quite well but was less than optimal, due to a lack of coordination between the ship and the Marine Inspector who came to the ship during the inspection. For the stages of extending the AHTS ship safety certificate. PACIFIC BRONZE at PT. Sailing Siltor Adimulia Batam on the Batam Special KSOP is more optimal, it is recommended to increase good cooperation and time coordination to improve communication channels between the ship and the Marine Inspector when they want to carry out this work.

This research investigates safety and health in the work environment of development projects in North Sumatra with a focus on PT Indomaret as a case study. The research method used involves a qualitative approach and literature analysis. Through in-depth interviews and field observations, key challenges were identified including lack of awareness and compliance with work safety procedures as well as the need for skills training. Environmental and technical factors, such as weather conditions and the selection of equipment that meets safety standards, also influence the level of risk. However, effective safety management practices, such as regular meetings and periodic inspections, were also found. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of increasing awareness, selecting appropriate equipment, and effective management practices to create a safe and healthy work environment. Recommendations include implementing regular training, careful risk evaluation, and maintaining effective management practices. This research provides valuable insights for practitioners and researchers in efforts to improve safety and health in the work environment of development projects in North Sumatra.

The quality of labor and supervision of labor is an important aspect in the success of an organization or company. Good workforce quality greatly influences the productivity, efficiency and overall performance of the organization. On the other hand, labor inspection plays a key role in ensuring that workers carry out their duties according to established standards, as well as ensuring compliance with existing policies and procedures. This research aims to analyze the relationship between labor quality and labor supervision in the context of a modern work environment. The research method used involves a comprehensive literature review to explore concepts, theories and practices related to these two aspects. The results of the analysis show that there is a close relationship between labor quality and labor supervision, where effective supervision can improve labor quality and vice versa. The implication of this research is that it is important for companies to develop effective monitoring strategies to ensure optimal workforce quality, which in turn will contribute to achieving overall organizational goals.    

This research aims to (1) determine the Inspectorate's supervisory function in preventing misuse of Village Funds and (2) to analyze and formulate what factors influence the Inspectorate's function in carrying out its function as a supervisory element to prevent misuse of Village Funds in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This type of research is empirical research, namely research that examines community behavior that arises due to the existence of a legal rule, or vice versa, the formation of a legal rule due to behavior in society by conducting field research and literature review. The results of this research show that the prevention process carried out The Regional Inspectorate prevents misuse of Village Funds by supervising and controlling the management of Village Funds. Factors that influence its effectiveness are legal substance: There are no regional regulations or regent regulations regarding supervisory procedures. Legal structure: The number of auditors is still limited. Legal culture: An inspection process that does not fully reach the field. Where the law applies: There are 7 sub-districts and 83 villages in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Infrastructure: Limited facilities for mobilization and the absence of an online site as a source of information and public complaints. The research conclusion shows that the supervision carried out by the Regional Inspectorate of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency has not been effective.
