Nursing care in hospitals is still below the established standard of 80%, thus reflecting suboptimal nurse performance. This condition is thought to be influenced by factors such as rewards, workload, length of service and supervision. This study aims to analyze the relationship between rewards, workload, length of service, and supervision with nurse performance in the Inpatient Unit of Ratu Zalecha Martapura Regional Hospital. This study used a quantitative method with an observational analytical design using a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 152 nurses selected using cluster proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed a significant relationship between rewards and nurse performance (p-value=<0.001), workload and nurse performance (p<0.001), and supervision and nurse performance (p-value=<0.001). Length of service did not show a significant relationship with nurse performance (p-value=0,968). Multivariate analysis showed that supervision was the most dominant factor related to nurse performance. Thus, compensation, workload, and supervision are related to nurse performance, while length of service is not related to nurse performance in the Inpatient Unit of Ratu Zalecha Regional Hospital, Martapura. The hospital is expected to improve supervision, workload management, and training and recognition for nurses to improve the quality of nursing services.

General practitioners play a crucial role in the delivery of healthcare services in public hospitals, where limited organizational resources and high service demands often place significant pressure on medical personnel. These conditions may disturb work–life balance, increase the risk of burnout syndrome, and ultimately lead to higher turnover intention. This study aimed to analyze the effect of work–life balance on turnover intention, with burnout syndrome acting as an intervening variable among general practitioners at RSUD Balaraja. An observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach was applied, involving all 40 general practitioners working in the emergency department and inpatient units through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using standardized instruments, namely the Work–Life Balance Scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory, and the Intention to Quit Questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using Spearman correlation and Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results revealed a significant relationship between work–life balance and burnout syndrome, as well as between work–life balance and turnover intention. Burnout syndrome was also significantly associated with turnover intention. Further analysis showed that work–life balance had both direct and indirect effects on turnover intention, with burnout syndrome partially mediating this relationship. In conclusion, work–life balance and burnout syndrome are important determinants of turnover intention among general practitioners. Therefore, hospital management should prioritize strategies such as workload regulation, enhanced organizational support, and burnout prevention to retain medical staff and maintain the quality of healthcare services in public hospitals.

The quality of nursing care is reflected in the implementation of professional nursing care. Professional and qualified nurses must possess both hard skills and soft skills, as success in the workplace is influenced by soft skills (80%) and hard skills (20%). Indonesia still faces many challenges in achieving nursing care quality that reflects professional practice. The way nursing care is provided is not entirely focused on meeting the client's needs but is more oriented toward task completion. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the professional team nursing care model and the quality of nursing care in the inpatient ward. This is a quantitative study using a correlational approach with a cross-sectional design. The study sample consisted of 146 respondents using purposive sampling. Data analysis utilized the Spearman rank correlation technique. The respondents were predominantly female, held a bachelor's degree, and had less than five years of work experience. Most of the MAKP met the criteria, and most reported that the quality of care was good. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Unit Dose Drugs Dispensing Sistem (UDDDS) based on the SERVQUAL theory at the Inpatient Pharmacy Installation of RS “X”. The research method used a quantitative design with SERVQUAL questionnaires given to pharmacists and nurses, supplemented by in-depth interviews to explore perceptions of the UDDDS implementation. Data analysis was conducted using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate methods. The results of the study indicate that all SERVQUAL dimensions significantly influence the quality of UDDDS services. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the dimension of Assurance had the most dominant influence on service quality, with a B value of 8.464 and a contribution of 35%. This was followed by Empathy (B = 7.475, 31%), Tangibles (B = 7.547, 28%), Responsiveness (B = 4.847, 20%), and Reliability (B = 3.475, 16%). These findings suggest that the Assurance dimension, which includes trust and confidence in healthcare professionals, plays a crucial role in improving service quality at the Inpatient Pharmacy Installation. Overall, the findings indicate a significant relationship between the implementation of UDDDS and improvements in hospital service quality, particularly in terms of timely medication administration, reduced medication returns, and increased healthcare worker satisfaction. The reduction in medication returns reflects the efficiency of the drug distribution sistem, while the increased satisfaction of healthcare workers shows that UDDDS contributes to better service quality. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening the Assurance dimension through improving the competence, ethics, and professionalism of healthcare workers. Additionally, integrating UDDDS into the hospital's quality indicators is essential for establishing a sustainable quality culture. This will support the overall improvement of service quality at the hospital.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Servant Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Jimbun Medika Inpatient Primary Clinic. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon observed in the field, where employee job satisfaction levels show frequent fluctuations. These fluctuations have the potential to impact not only individual productivity but also the overall quality of healthcare services provided to patients. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique as the primary data collection method. The population in this study includes employees of the Jimbun Medika Inpatient Primary Clinic, with data collected using structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical tools, including multiple linear regression analysis, to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research findings indicate that Servant Leadership (X1), when tested partially, does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In contrast, Work Motivation (X2) and Work Environment (X3) each show a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, when analyzed simultaneously, all three independent variables—Servant Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment—have a significant combined effect on job satisfaction levels among employees at the clinic. These findings suggest that to improve employee satisfaction and ultimately enhance service quality, the management of Jimbun Medika should prioritize improving motivation and providing a supportive work environment, while also re-evaluating leadership strategies to better align with employee needs and expectations.

Nurses' caring behavior is a fundamental element in quality healthcare services. However, pressures such as high workload and burnout can hinder its implementation. This study aims to analyze the relationship between workload and burnout on the caring behavior of nurses in the Inpatient Ward of “X” Hospital. The research method used is quantitative with a cross-sectional design, involving 96 practicing nurses through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using the Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT) questionnaire, the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), and a caring behavior questionnaire based on Jean Watson's theory. The results showed that the workload (p<0.001) and burnout (p<0.001) variables have a significant negative relationship with caring behavior. Logistic regression analysis identified workload as the more dominant factor influencing caring behavior. Simultaneously, these two independent variables could explain 57.9% of the variance in nurses' caring behavior. This study concludes that an increase in workload and burnout levels significantly decreases nurses' caring behavior, making workload management a priority intervention to improve the quality of nursing care.
