The Keuliling Dam has an important role in meeting water supply needs in the surrounding area. After operating for more than 10 years, an evaluation of operation and maintenance performance is required to ensure its continued function. This research aims to analyze the condition of the Keuliling Dam through assessing the condition index for each dam component based on primary and secondary data. The assessment is carried out by providing a condition index value that reflects the level of damage to the safety aspects and environmental performance of the dam. The results of the analysis show that the condition index value for the Keuliling Dam is 4, which is included in the minor damage category. This condition indicates the need for maintenance action to prevent further damage. Based on observations, deposition of material and rubbish is one of the main problems that affects dam performance. This research provides an important basis for managers in determining strategic steps to improve the performance of dam operations and maintenance. The evaluation carried out aims to ensure that the Keuliling Dam can continue to function optimally, support water supply, and minimize the risk of more serious damage. It is hoped that the recommendations from this research can become a reference in managing dams effectively and efficiently.

Human Resource Development (HRD) is one of the main priorities in realizing the progress of a region. The Human Development Index (HDI) is one of the indicators used to measure the quality of HRD. This study aims to analyze the quality of HRD in Gorontalo Province using the HDI as the main indicator. Secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) were analyzed to measure three dimensions of the HDI, namely health, education, and decent living standards during the period 2019-2023. The results of the study showed an increasing trend in the HDI across all regions, although at varying rates. Gorontalo City recorded the highest HDI value, reflecting better development quality compared to other districts. Meanwhile, North Gorontalo had the lowest HDI, although there was an increase from year to year. Further analysis showed that significant disparities in the dimensions of health, education, and per capita expenditure between urban and rural areas were major challenges. This study suggests the need for equitable development through increasing access to health services, quality education, and economic infrastructure to reduce disparities between regions. These findings are expected to contribute to more inclusive policy-making for HRD development in Gorontalo Province.

This study aims to analyze the effect of BI Rate, Rupiah exchange rate, and accounting profit on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) in Indonesia. As one of the main indicators in the capital market, IHSG reflects the overall stock market performance and is influenced by various macro and micro economic factors. BI Rate as the reference interest rate, Rupiah exchange rate as an indicator of currency exchange rate, and accounting profit as a measure of company performance have high relevance to the movement of IHSG. This study uses a literature review method by referring to various previous studies that discuss the relationship between these variables. The results of the analysis show that the three variables have a significant influence on IHSG, both directly and indirectly. BI Rate and Rupiah exchange rate affect IHSG through financial market mechanisms, while accounting profit is more related to investment decisions and individual company performance. These findings provide insight for investors, policy makers, and academics to understand the dynamics of the relationship between economic indicators and stock market performance in Indonesia.

In the world of investment, there is a strong correlation between risk and return. An investor must be aware of the risks that arise and the expected rate of return. The rate represents the risk of betting on a particular stock; if the rate for the stock is marginal, it also represents the risk for the stock. The purpose of the reverse listing is to determine the effect of Stock Prices on Stock Returns. Reverse listing is a type of associative listing that uses a quantitative approach. The data used in the reverse listing is the latest stock price obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in the reverse listing is all companies listed on the LQ 45 Index from January 2022 to December 2022, totaling around 83 companies. Indonesia is committed to achieving zero hunger as one of the goals of fulfilling the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) where this commitment focuses on addressing the problem of food availability but also ensuring that every individual has access to sufficient, nutritious, and safe food throughout the year for everyone. However, reviewing the current conditions in Indonesia, there is still an imbalance in food availability that will cause food vulnerability. Therefore, a prediction of food vulnerability in the future is needed where discriminant analysis is one of the appropriate statistical methods to analyze qualitative dependent and quantitative independent variables. This study uses secondary data from the official website of the food agency and the central statistics agency. The results of the study show that the characteristics of the data have small variations, asymmetric distribution, and there are outliers in several categories. The assumptions of multivariate normality, the suitability of the dependent variables, and the identity of the variance-covariance matrix have been met. Through discriminant analysis, the variables of the percentage of poverty and the percentage of households with access to clean drinking water are proven to significantly affect the IKP category. The discriminant model produces one significant function that is able to group the IKP category with a model accuracy rate of 86.8% and a classification accuracy of 64.7%.

The Water Quality Index (WQI) shows the condition of water quality in an area based on the status of water quality resulting from the measurement of physical, chemical and bacteriological parameters of a water body both rivers and lakes. Several machine learning techniques can be used to predict water quality in an area, one of which is through the prophet model approach which is able to provide fairly accurate predictions for the water quality index in Indonesia. The main objective of this research is to obtain a WQI prediction value as a baseline in the formulation of future environmental control activity policies using the prophet model. The result is that the predicted value of IKA for 2021-2023 generated through machine learning with the prophet model approach shows that the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) value: 7.01, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE): 8.61 and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE): 13.06%, which means that IKA prediction with the prophet model is effective in capturing annual patterns between historical data and future predictions.

Anemia is a condition experienced by the body when red blood cells have hemoglobin levels less than the normal limit (<12 gr/dl). Adolescent groups, especially young women, are susceptible to anemia because they menstruate every month. One of the factors causing anemia in adolescent girls is poor nutritional status. Wrong eating habits, such as being lazy about eating and liking to eat fast food instead of home-cooked food, cause insufficient nutrition, thus affecting the nutritional status of young women. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between Body Mass Index (BMI) and hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls.  This type of quantitative research uses a cross sectional method. The population is 406 young women from the Mamboro Community Health Center Area High School. The sample was 89 female students with a sampling technique, namely cluster random sampling. Data analysis uses the Chi Square test. The results of the study showed that the majority of young women with BMI were thin at 56.2% and there was a relationship between BMI and hemoglobin levels of young women with a P-Value of 0.000 <0.1. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between BMI and hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls.

The real source of a country's riches and an essential component of its development are its people. We can determine the extent to which human resources are of high quality from the perspectives of the economy, health, and education thanks to the HDI. DKI Jakarta is the province in Indonesia with the highest HDI, while Papua and West Papua have the lowest HDIs. Both provinces get special funding known as special autonomy funds and are recognized as special autonomous areas. Even after Papua was given special autonomy funds twenty years ago, it is still the province in Indonesia with the lowest HDI. Improving the Human Development Index (HDI) mostly depends on spending in the areas of economy, health, and education. This study looks at the impact of spending on the economy, health, and education as well as local government expenditure (DOK) on the HDI. Using secondary data from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), panel data regression is the study methodology employed. The study's findings show that DOK has a favorable impact on the HDI, as does spending on the economy, health, and education
