Poultry agribusiness is a key driver of food security and rural economic development in developing countries. However, the sector remains vulnerable to infectious diseases such as avian influenza and Newcastle disease, which can disrupt production systems and supply chain continuity. Although previous studies have examined poultry disease control, biosecurity, and supply chain disruption, evidence on how risk and crisis communication supports outbreak management and resilience in developing-country poultry agribusiness remains fragmented. This study applied a systematic literature review (SLR) approach under PRISMA guidelines to synthesize risk and crisis communication strategies in poultry disease management and their contribution to supply chain resilience. Only seven relevant studies published between 2020 and 2025 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using the PICO framework. Quality assessment using the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT), combined with systematic data extraction in Microsoft Excel 2021, was conducted to improve methodological transparency and consistency. The novelty of this review lies in integrating communication strategies, enabling and constraining factors, digital tools, One Health perspectives, and public–private collaboration within a single analytical synthesis. The findings indicate that participatory, transparent, and coordinated communication can support disease prevention and crisis preparedness, particularly when strengthened by stakeholder trust, policy support, training, and accessible information channels. However, limited digital literacy, inadequate infrastructure, and cultural barriers may reduce communication effectiveness. Overall, this review highlights the need for inclusive communication systems and collaborative governance to strengthen poultry supply chain resilience in developing countries, while recognizing that the small evidence base limits broad generalization.

Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) relies on a barrier membrane to prevent soft tissue invasion in the wound area and maintain space for bone formation. Conventional membranes generally function as a passive barrier without enhancing osteogenesis. Membranes fabricated with the addition of β-TCP were developed to enhance membrane bioactivity. This review aims to evaluate the role of β-TCP as a bioactive component in barrier membranes used in GBR procedures. The study used a narrative review approach with literature sources from PubMed, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect in the period 2016–2026. The keywords used included “guided bone regeneration," “barrier membrane," and “β-tricalcium phosphate." The selected articles were English-language experimental studies with relevant topics. A total of 7 articles met the inclusion criteria. The incorporation of native β-TCP showed increased osteoconductivity, hydrophilicity, and mechanical strength of the membrane. The release of calcium and phosphate ions plays a role in increasing osteoblast proliferation and osteogenic marker expression. In vitro and in vivo studies also demonstrated increased new bone formation and improved regeneration space maintenance compared to conventional membranes. The optimal concentration of β-TCP varies depending on the polymer matrix. β-TCP-based membranes have the potential to act as bioactive barrier membranes that not only act as a barrier but also support bone regeneration. Further research, particularly human clinical trials, is needed to confirm their effectiveness and safety.

Muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) is an aggressive malignancy associated with high morbidity, reduced survival, and impaired quality of life. Radiotherapy (RT) has been widely used as a bladder-preserving strategy, particularly for patients unsuitable for surgery or systemic chemotherapy. RT may also enhance tumor immunogenicity through programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) upregulation, providing a rationale for combination therapy with immunotherapy. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of combining immunotherapy and radiotherapy in MIBC treatment. A systematic review was conducted following PRISMA 2020 guidelines using the PICO framework. Literature searches were performed in PubMed, Embase, Cochrane, ClinicalTrials.gov, Web of Science, and Scopus databases for studies published between 2016 and 2025. Risk of bias was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool and ROBINS-I. Of 105 identified studies, five met the inclusion criteria and were included in the final analysis. Only one Phase II randomized controlled trial demonstrated low risk of bias in randomization and allocation concealment. ROBINS-I assessment indicated moderate to serious risk in confounding and participant selection domains. Clinical findings showed promising outcomes, with complete response rates ranging from 35%–50% and partial response rates from 25%–40%. Median overall survival ranged from 24–30 months, with favorable disease-free and progression-free survival outcomes. The imbalance in bargaining position between business actors and consumers frequently places consumers in a vulnerable position to economic exploitation through the inclusion of standard clauses and unfair trade practices. This study aims to analyze the fulfillment of rights and obligations of the parties, identify the comprehensive boundaries of prohibited acts for business actors, and examine the legal binding force of standard clauses in commercial transactions under Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection (UUPK). The method employed in this research is a normative juridical legal approach with statutory and conceptual analysis, utilizing qualitative analysis of secondary data obtained from library research combined with a deductive reasoning method. The findings underscore two pivotal aspects. First, the weak standing of consumers in the market is driven not only by economic imbalances but also by low legal awareness and minimal information transparency regarding quality standardization. Second, the inclusion of standard clauses that unilaterally transfer liability (exculpatory clauses) is strictly prohibited by Article 18 of UUPK and declared null and void, which aligns with the progressive judicial stance in the landmark Supreme Court Civil Judicial Review Decision Number 124/PK/PDT/2007. The theoretical implication of this study urges a reconstruction of the freedom of contract doctrine bounded by distributive justice, while its practical implication recommends the government, YLKI, and BPKN to tighten preventive oversight through auditing draft standard agreements in public spaces and formulating adaptive regulations toward digital contract disruptions.

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a widely used approach to improve teaching practices through iterative cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Despite its popularity, many studies report methodological weaknesses, particularly in ensuring coherence between research problem formulation, objectives, and success indicators. This study aims to examine the alignment among these three key components in CAR studies using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from peer-reviewed articles indexed in Scopus, ScienceDirect, Taylor & Francis Online, ERIC, and Google Scholar, published between 2015 and 2025. The study selection followed PRISMA 2020 guidelines, including identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and final inclusion of relevant studies. A qualitative thematic synthesis was applied to analyze patterns in the relationship between problem formulation, research objectives, and success indicators. The findings show that CAR problem formulations are generally contextual and based on classroom issues, while research objectives function as operational translations of these problems. Success indicators are used as measurable criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. However, inconsistencies are still found in several studies, such as misalignment between objectives and problems or poorly defined success indicators. Overall, the study emphasizes the importance of conceptual coherence to improve the quality and credibility of CAR research designs.
