One of the stunting locations in East Tanjung Jabung Regency is located in Geragai Sub-district, Pandan Lagan Village. According to data from the Puskesmas in 2019, the incidence of stunting in Pandan Lagan Village was 35 toddlers, in 2020 it was 17 stunting children out of a total of 70 children in Pandan Lagan Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal nutritional status, history of maternal conditions, and maternal knowledge about 1000 HPK with the incidence of stunting in Pandan Lagan Village. This type of research is quantitative research, using a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples to be studied with the Lemeshow Formula is 45 respondents. The dependent variable is stunting and the independent variables are maternal nutritional status (pre-pregnant maternal BMI and weight gain during pregnancy), history of maternal conditions (maternal age during pregnancy, birth spacing), and maternal knowledge about 1000 HPK. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet, then the data was processed through data editing, data coding, data entry, data cleaning, and data processing, then analyzed univariate, bivariate with a chi-square test, and multivariate with multiple logistic regression test. Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between pre-pregnancy maternal BMI with a risk of 4,464 times, weight gain with a risk of 3,75 times, maternal age during pregnancy with a risk of 3,0 times, and spacing of babies with a risk of 2,444 times with the incidence of stunting. There is no relationship between maternal knowledge about 1000 HPK and the incidence of stunting with a p-value = 0,114, and it is known that the pre-pregnancy mother's BMI variable is the variable that has the greatest influence on infants with stunting nutritional status (odds ratio = 15,943). For this reason, it is expected to be more intensive in educating couples of childbearing age, pre-pregnant mothers, or early on to adolescent girls to pay attention to factors that affect stunted children, especially to have an ideal BMI so that it will reduce the risk of having children with stunted nutritional status.

Helminthiasis can be diagnosed by finding helminth eggs on a stool laboratory examination. Stool examination consists of qualitative and quantitative examination. One of the methods used in qualitative examination is the sedimentation method, this method utilizes the force of gravity by using a solution of lower density so that parasites can settle under the solution with the help of a centrifuge. One of the factors that affect centrifugation is time and speed. This study aims to determine the effect of time and speed of centrifugation on the profile of helminths eggs. The research was conducted at the meids laboratory of the Catholic Polytechnic Mangunwijaya Semarang. This type of research is experimental. Positive samples of Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH) eggs were centrifuged with time variations of 10 minutes, 5 minutes and 3 minutes at speeds of 3000 rpm, 2000 rpm and 1500 rpm. The data were then analyzed using Shapiro-wilk and Paired Samples T-test. Statistic test shows a difference of STH eggs profile between 3000 rpm 10 minutes and 2000 rpm 5 & 10 minutes, and 3000 rpm 3 & 5 minutes, between 2000 rpm 3 minutes and 1500 rpm 5 minutes, between 2000 rpm 10 minutes and 1500 rpm 5 minutes dan 200 rpm 3 minutes, between 3000 rpm 5 minutes and 2000 rpm 3 minutes (p < 0.05). There is an effect of variations in time and speed of centrifugation on the profile of STH eggs.

PT GMP Sukses Makmur Indonesia is a company engaged in the production of Bubble Wrap (bubbled plastic). This company produces 818,680 rolls with an average monthly production of 68,223 rolls. The problem that often arises at Pt Gmp Sukses Makmur Indonesia is the high production machine delay time with a downtime of 705.43 hours and a breakdown of 663.33 hours in one year, so the engine performance is less effective. This can lead to not achieving production targets which cause losses. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Bubble Wrap production machine using the Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE) measuring tool and to find the causes of the problems that have been carried out using the ORE method on Bubble Wrap production machines during the period September 2021 – August 2022. ORE is a method that is useful in measuring the effectiveness of production time by taking into account the resources which include humans, machines, materials and methods. In the ORE method there are seven factors that are measured including readiness, availability of facility, changover efficiency, availability of material, availability of manpower, performance efficiency, dan quality rate. The results of measuring machine effectiveness using the Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE) method for Ektruder machines were 76.41%, Crushers 99.59%, Cooling 98.99%, Mixers 99.79%, and Air Compressors 98.88%. Based on the method used, it is known that in the Bubble Wrap production process, the extruder machine does not meet the ORE standard of 85%, while the influencing factors are performance efficiency and quality rate. where the value of performance efficiency and Quality rate does not meet the standard so that it affects the high value of Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE).

The period from infancy in the womb to the first few years of birth is known as the Golden Age, which is a golden period in growth and development in human life. The Golden age is also known as a critical time which, if not used properly, will cause permanent damage. Nutritional intake has an important role in the Golden Age period. Not fulfilling adequate nutritional intake at this time will greatly affect the growth and development of children. The provision of complementary food for ASI (MP-ASI) is one of the factors that can influence this growth and development. Given the importance of nutritional intake during this golden period of child development, it is necessary to provide complementary feeding education to mothers. As the smallest and foremost structure in government health services, posyandu cadres are expected to be able to empower mothers to pay attention to children's health, especially in providing MP-ASI. This community service was carried out with the target of posyandu cadres in Padanglampe Village, Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi. This community service activity uses an action research approach. Abstract: The number of lemang entrepreneurs typical food of Bolo Village is decreasing even from lemang entrepreneurs who are still in production, their sales volume is decreasing. The main factors that cause this condition are low business management skills, no touch of technology, unattractive product displays, dirty and dusty, unhygienic, no labels and packaging so that it has an impact on reducing people's buying interest. Another problem faced by partners is that the production of lemang does not last long, as well as the low ability of partners to make jam as a complementary product from lemang. The activity methods used in community service activities include assistance in the form of changing mindsets regarding business management, training, and practice, as well as tool design as well as design/brand and packaging development.
