Joint pain is a disease that is familiar in everyday life. and mostly in elderly people who are close to joint pain disorders which is a degenerative disease. Apart from the age factor, there are many things that influence the rate at which joint pain occurs due to the fact that many elderly people do not control their lifestyle such as regular exercise, diet and so on. Pain often occurs in the hands or fingers, knees, hips and spine. This disease generally develops gradually and gets worse over time, disrupting the sufferer's ability to do physical activity. Methods of exercise therapy for osteoarthritis are therapy in the form of active movement exercises and in the form of exercises using resistance/weights which aim to train the muscles so that the muscles become relaxed, preventing limitations. movement, maintain muscle elasticity and increase muscle strength. Exercise therapy will minimize injury by strengthening the muscles supporting the joints, restoring strength and range of motion so that activities can be carried out as before. Activities that are beneficial for health should meet the FITT criteria (frequency, intensity, time, type). Frequency is how often the activity is done, intensity is how hard the activity is done, usually divided into low, medium and high intensity. Time refers to the duration of the activity and the type of physical activity carried out. Community service activities are aimed at all elderly people in order to increase knowledge and alternatives about non-pharmacological therapies that are relatively safe from side effects.  

Many women have found difficult in determining contraception tools, since there is no much safe and effective contraception. One contraceptive method which is considered to be quite ideal is that 3 month contraceptive injection. 3 month contraceptive injection is a type of contraceptive injection containing only progestin, it is injected every 3 months. There are lots of benefits from the using of this contraceptive. Nevertheless, there are also several weaknesses of this contraceptive, one of them is that the matter of weight gain. Based on that finding, it takes a study that aims to determine the correlation between weight gain and the use of contraceptive injections 3 month in Puskesmas Sudiang year of 2023. This type of research is analytic survey through cross sectional study. The sample in this study taken by purposive sampling, the number of samples in this study were 52 respondents. The research instrument was observation sheet, in which it was analyzed through Chi square test. The results of this study showed that there is a significant correlation between weight gain and the use of contraceptive injections of 3 month, it is showed P = 0.00 < ɑ = 0.05. Thus, when we use the 3 month contraceptive injection, it should be followed by the changing of lifestyle such as healthy diet, rest frequent and regular exercise.

The is in line with the government’s efforts to make the Maternal Health Program a success in the from of reducing maternal mortality. The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge for pregnant women as an effort to reduce the occurrence of complication during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period thereby reducing maternal mortality. The results obtained in this activity were that there were 21 pregnant women who took part in the socialization about pregnancy exercise at < 22 weeks and > 22 weeks of gestation and were very enthusiastic about listening to the explanation about pregnancy exercise, while pregnant women demonstrated pregnancy exercise as a only 5 probands were aged > 22 weeks. Pregnant women practiced pregnancy exercise movemonts step by step and during the interview the mother felt directly the positive impact of pregnancy exercise movements. Based on the sicialization activities and practice of pregnancy exercise, it was well received by all pregnant women, proven to be very enthusiastic during the socialization unti the question and aanswer discussion took place and showed an enthusiastic attitude during practice.

Primary dysmenorrhea is experienced by many teenagers who are growing and developing both physically and psychologically. Pregnancy exercises are beneficial for both mother and fetus. This study aims to determine the relationship of factors that influence the motivation of mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Aceh Besar Regency. This study uses an analytic design that uses a cross sectional approach. The research population of all pregnant women in the Kuta Baro puskemas working area was 730 people, the research sample of pregnant women was 88 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was Accidental Sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. The data collection was conducted on March 25 to April 19, 2023 in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center work area. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the knowledge factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is a significant relationship between the attitude factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is significant relationship between the factor of husband's support with implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.019). Conclusion There is a relationship between the factors that influence mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar. It is expected that respondents can maximize the factors that exist in following regular pregnancy exercises.

This training aims to improve skills in writing a curriculum vitae (CV) and facing job interviews for students at MAN 1 Brebes. The entry of students into the world of work requires good preparation in compiling an attractive CV and facing job interviews with confidence. Training and mentoring methods were used in this study, involving students in effective CV writing exercises and simulated job interviews. The results of the training showed a significant increase in students' ability to write an attractive CV and face job interviews with higher self-confidence. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to the preparation of students for facing challenges in the world of work and increase their chances of getting the job they want.

During childhood, the development of a child involves several key aspects. This research aims to explain and describe the Islamic education curriculum implementing local content curriculum in the learning of Malay Arabic Script at Muhammad Fahri Integrated MIS. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation carried out at Mahammad Fahri Integrated MIS. The results of the research show that the Islamic education curriculum implementing local content curriculum in Malay Arabic script subjects is taught from grade one to grade six, this learning is carried out in schools and continued at MDTA. The learning resources used are books owned by the teacher. Learning methods include introducing hijaiyah letters, writing letters, recognizing and writing words, as well as various Malay Arabic script exercises. The challenge experienced by the teacher in this lesson was the students' difficulty in writing letters and translating from Indonesian or Latin to Malay Arabic script. Efforts made by teachers to overcome these obstacles include repeating material, providing examples, and providing various exercises to hone students' skills.

Recurrent hypertension is a repeated increase in high blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg. Factors that can cause a recurrence of high blood pressure include: consuming unhealthy foods, consuming caffeine and smoking, rarely exercising, not maintaining body weight, consuming fatty foods, consuming foods high in fat and consuming unlimited alcohol. To prevent the recurrence of high blood pressure, patients should keep the following in mind: Get enough rest, change to a healthy diet, exercise, avoid alcohol, avoid stress, and handle the daily workload. The capacity to manage oneself and be positive, such as managing emotional intensity and reactivity, is important for preventing recurrence of hypertension and managing blood pressure. The aim of this study is to identify factors related to the prevention of hypertension recurrence in hypertensive patients. This type of research involves observational analysis with a cross-sectional research design. The study population consisted of 71 hypertensive patients who lived in the Wua Wua Community Health Center working area. The research results show the value of P = 0.263 < a = 0.05. This means that knowledge about high blood pressure and recurrence prevention is irrelevant. The research results show a value of P = 0.002< a = 0.05. This means that there is a link between treating hypertension and preventing recurrence. The research was conducted for 61 days.

A clean and healthy lifestyle is a health behavior that is realized through caring for oneself, family members and other people in the environment. Cultivating a healthy lifestyle is not just about washing hands, but throwing away rubbish so that students are exposed to a clean and healthy lifestyle. The researcher aims to conduct a literature review regarding clean and healthy lifestyles in elementary schools. Several PHBS programs researched from various articles show that clean and healthy lifestyles include washing hands, exercise, healthy snacks and proper waste disposal. Researchers used a technique (Systematic Literature Review). The target of this research is elementary school educators, because teacher awareness in educating children to behave in a clean and healthy lifestyle is still low. From the results of this research, it is hoped that teachers can teach and introduce clean and healthy lifestyles to children and provide several supporting services in implementing PHBS.

The democratic system in Indonesia requires active participation from the community, especially the youth. In the electoral system, these young people are referred to as Beginner Voters, who have been able to exercise their voting rights for the first time. This service aims to increase the youth community's understanding of the importance of being actively involved in the electoral system implemented in their neighbourhood. Through political education, understanding of the democratic system and the role of youth as novice voters is part of what this service aims to achieve. This community service was carried out in Yanggandur Village, Sota District, Merauke Regency. The method used in this service is the delivery of material about the Political System in Indonesia; Election System and the Role of Youth in a democratic system, which is delivered through lecture and presentation methods. The result of the socialisation in this service is a real positive impact on increasing understanding of the importance of active participation of youth in the political system, especially the electoral system. So that it will increase the active participation of the Yanggandur community in the upcoming elections.

English speaking skills are an important aspect in developing high school students' communication skills. This workshop aims to improve high school students' speaking skills, especially in understanding and expressing ideas clearly. The workshop will cover a variety of communication strategies and techniques involving active interaction, group discussions, and hands-on exercises. Through a practical approach, workshop participants will be empowered to overcome common obstacles in speaking, including unclear expression of ideas, appropriate use of body language, and effective word choice. The expected result of this workshop is an increase in students' ability to compose and convey ideas in a structured and convincing manner. Apart from that, it is also hoped that there will be an increase in students' self-confidence in speaking in public. Thus, this workshop focuses not only on academic aspects, but also on developing interpersonal skills that are important for future success.  

The home industry that is developing in Sading village is the sengait jaja industry. This is due to the large number of requests and relatively cheap prices. Ergonomics analysis is needed to create safe, comfortable, healthy working conditions, so as to create effective work activities and can increase productivity. The method used in this research is descriptive with observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study were analyzed descriptively with an ergonomic approach. The results of this study are the occurrence of repetitive movements, bad working posture, static working positions, extreme temperatures and work stress in workers who make jaja sengait. From the results of this analysis it can be suggested by (a) redesigning the work station; (b) adapting work facilities to anthropometry and types of work, so that work attitudes can be more ergonomic; (c) work environment and carrying out exercise actions in between breaks to reduce musculoskeletal disorders, fatigue and can reduce boredom at work so that productivity increases.

Based on the  researcher did observation at Junior High School Students, as result, the problem to the students’  in learning reading material. Lack of reading Materials made their students lowest in reading. When the teacher supplementary reading Materials Based on Tourism Place. The result of reading material has developed into three units which enable the students consisting of new vocabulary, and exercises. Meanwhile the result reading Materials Based on Tourism Place got positive input for students.

Low back pain (LBP) in Indonesia is a musculoskeletal complaint in the lumbar segment of the spine. One of the factors that influence complaints of low back pain (LBP) is work factors such as work position, work period, workplace design and body posture as well as body movement factors. Repetitive work, inefficient use of energy, long hours of work, unergonomic work positions and heavy workloads cause the incidence of LBP to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to increase insight into LBP as a promotive and preventive effort in reducing LBP symptoms. The methods used are counseling and leaflets as output results. There is a difference in understanding from the community and fishermen that after participating in this outreach activity, those who previously did not understand LBP disorders now understand more about what it is, the signs and symptoms, causes, intervention and prevention of LBP.

This is in addition to the fact that waqf charity is itself a religious command.So the purpose of this service is to provide training and assistance on how to manage waqf money and waqf assets properly and productively according to the muwakif's objectives. This waqf collection and management assistance is carried out using the counselling method through several stages, including, 1) Activity programme planning; 2) Implementation of the activity plan 3) Implementation of activity evaluation and reporting. The goal of this help is to manage waqf funds efficiently and effectively while also accelerating the rise of waqf earnings. It is necessary to take action because the speaking abilities of the youngsters at Baitul Hikmah Early Childhood Education have declined. The purpose of this study is to enhance young children's speaking skills in early childhood education by using role-playing exercises. The John Elliot model of classroom action research is applied in this study methodology. Teachers, parents, and kids in Baitul Hikmah 1 Early Childhood Education are the subjects of this study. There are nine males and eleven girls among the twenty children. Data for this study were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher observed the children at Baitul Hikmah Early Childhood Education 1 and their speaking ability. Both quantitative and qualitative analysis were employed to analyze the data for this study. The study's findings demonstrate that playing activities can help Baitul Hikmah 1 Early Childhood Education students' speaking abilities.

Physiotherapy as a health worker plays a very important role and must have the ability to maximize the potential for movement and function within the promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative scope. Therefore, it is proof that physiotherapy not only plays a curative and rehabilitative role but also plays a big preventive role. Nape pain or neck pain is generally not a serious condition that needs to be watched out for. This condition can heal in a few days or weeks without special treatment. However, neck pain can also occur due to certain diseases. Bending over, looking down for too long, often gritting your teeth, or reading in bed, using a cell phone for a long time can cause the neck muscles to become tense. Over time, this condition will cause Kornik's neck pain, which is a myofascial condition. Smartphones are a real manifestation of technological progress and are devices that work very complexly with access to the internet, social media and games.
