Disasters are events either natural or non-natural that cannot be predicted in advance. The impact of natural disasters can be in the form of comprehensive environmental damage that can cause mass human deaths. Fires can occur anywhere and at any time, fire management needs to be understood so that when a fire occurs there are no casualties. Thus, preparedness is needed to face disasters. Indonesia is one of the disaster-prone countries. The age groups that are vulnerable to this problem are babies and toddlers. Disaster management specifically for this age group includes the Infant and Child Feeding (IYCF) program. The aim of this service is to meet the nutritional needs of the infant and toddler age group in the Maccini Sawah Community Health Center Working Area, so that it can prevent nutritional problems due to disasters and can handle nutritional problems. The method used in service activities is demonstrating IYCF to the community and also providing IYCF counseling at disaster sites. The results achieved were that IYCF education ran smoothly so that feeding services for the infant and toddler groups were carried out well in phase one of the emergency. IYCF is mandatory in disaster situations to prevent and treat acute nutritional problems during disasters

Uric acid or urine acid is a product of purine nucleic acid catabolism. Uric acid is produced from within the body (genetic) and from outside (food consumed). Uric acid is measured to assess purine metabolism abnormalities, to confirm the diagnosis and monitoring of treatment, and to detect abnormalities in kidney function. In this situation, the results of purine metabolism (uric acid) that should be excreted out of the body through the kidneys do not occur, so that uric acid in the blood will increase over time. Kidney failure disease kidney organ function has decreased so that eventually unable to work as a filter, dispose of body electrolytes, and maintain fluid and chemical balance in the blood or urine production. This study aims to determine uric acid levels and the percentage of uric acid levels that are outside the normal range and the relationship between hemodialysis time and uric acid levels in patients with kidney failure. The research method used is the descriptive method and the examination method uses the uricase enzymatic method. For data analysis using the SPSS Bivariate test program with Spearmen's Rank test with a sig value of 0.608 which was carried out on 32 samples of serum from hemodialysis patients at random. The results of this study showed that the average uric acid level was 7.1 mg/dL, while normal uric acid levels were 2.7 mg/dL, and the highest was 10.2 mg/dL. Uric acid levels that showed normal results were 12 respondents or 37.5% and increased results were 20 respondents or 62.5%. There is no relationship between the length of hemodialysis time and uric acid levels in patients with kidney failure.

Background: The main cause that resulted in the emergence of many victims due to the earthquake disaster was the lack of knowledge of community preparedness about disasters and the lack of community preparedness in anticipating the disaster. Purpose: This Community Service aims to increase knowledge about the preparedness of pregnant women in dealing with the earthquake and tsunami disaster in the work area of the Pasar Ikan Health Center in Bengkulu City. Methods: This activity was carried out by distributing leaflets, conducting counseling and evaluating activities, the implementation of this activity was carried out in the work area of the Bengkulu City Fish Market Health Center from November 25 to November 28, 2021 with a total of 24 pregnant women participating. Results: In the implementation of the activities that we carried out, there was an increase in the knowledge of pregnant women after the Preparedness education was carried out in the event of an earthquake and Tsunami. Where the average before the counseling was done was 45 percent, it increased to 80 percent after the counseling was done. In addition, pregnant women also seemed enthusiastic during the counseling session, this can be seen from the response of pregnant women in the question and answer session Conclusion: From the results of this service activity, there was an increase in knowledge of pregnant women about preparedness during disasters, especially earthquakes and tsunamis.    

The punishment imposed on TNI soldiers is actually heavier than the punishment that applies in the general court. The punishment imposed on TNI soldiers is not only limited to prison sentences or fines imposed, but sometimes for serious criminal offenders are often sentenced to additional penalties in the form of dishonorable dismissal (PDTH) from military service. The purpose of this study is to show that for legal subjects with military status, the role of superiors who have the right to punish or called the term Ankum is very dominant. For military members involved in criminal acts, two punishments are imposed, namely first, in the form of disciplinary punishments imposed in the form of punishments for postponement of promotion, demotion to dismissal. This research is qualitative that uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that the determination of absolute competence based on the emphasis on the consequences of the losses incurred can be said to be in line with what is stated in Article 3 paragraph (4) letter a of TAP MRP Number VII of 2000 concerning the Role of the Indonesia National Army and the Role of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia which reads that "Soldiers of the Indonesia National Army are subject to the power of the general judiciary in the case of general criminal offenses." It is strengthened by Article 65 paragraph (2) of the TNI Law which reads "Soldiers are subject to the power of the military judiciary in the event of a violation of the military criminal law and are subject to the power of the general judiciary in the event of a violation of the general criminal law regulated by the Law."

This study aims to determine whether there is empirical evidence of stock split events in accordance with trading range theory or not. The empirical study was conducted on 28 samples of spliting firm and 86 samples of non spliting firm in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The method used is independent t test and paired samples t test. The result of this research show there is trading range on market stock price in year 2017, 2018, and 2019; and also shown by trading volume stock.

This research was conducted to see whether there was an abnormal return before and after the Jakarta PSBB announcement. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique from 30 stocks that are members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the 2020 period. The data in this study used secondary data, opening, and closing prices, and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). This research is an event study using an event study with an observation period of eight days, four days before the announcement and after the day after the announcement of the Jakarta PSBB. Hypothesis testing uses the Wilcoxon signed ranking test. Based on the research results, there was no change in abnormal return before and after the announcement of the Jakarta PSBB announcement

Inheritance by testament (ad testamento) is a deed that contains a person's statement about what he or she wants for wealth after he dies. The testament or will that is made must be in the form of a deed and notarial deed. This means that making a will requires the name of a public official to ratify the will. If it is not made before a notary, then the testator who wrote his own will can submit the will to the notary after it has been signed. As long as the testator has not died, the will can be changed or revoked by him. In contrast to an agreement that requires the agreement of the parties involved, a will is one-sided which means a statement of the will of the heir, or does not require the approval of the heirs. To protect the rights of the heirs, the heir cannot ignore the absolute rights of the heirs themselves when the inheritance is divided by a testament that exceeds the absolute rights of the heirs (in the event that there are legal heirs)

Blood is an important component of the human body, therefore the supply of blood at the Indonesian Red Cross must be maintained. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, the amount of blood supply at the Indonesian Red Cross decreased. Seeing this condition, lecturers and students from the Management Program of the Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta initiated blood donation activities to the community with the aim of providing education and socialization of the importance of blood donation in the pandemic era, increasing the number of blood bags, humanitarian efforts to help others and a concrete manifestation of the implementation of community service as one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The activity was held on October 14, 2020 at the Keluarahan Tipes, Serengan with health protocol and 3M principles. Participants who registered were 28 participants, who qualified as donors as many as 25 participants. The amount of blood that was collected was as many as 25 bags. The result, the event can run smoothly and orderly and it is hoped that this activity can be held regularly.

Pengaruh perkembangan teknologi tersebut menyebabkan dunia perdagangan dituntut untuk menawarkan sebuah konsep perdagangan baru melalui jaringan internet yang disebut dengan e-marketing. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi jasa pengiriman SiCepat cabang Comal dalam menghadapi dampak dari e-commerce, menganalisis bentuk tanggung jawab SiCepat cabang Comal terhadap kerugian konsumen apabila terjadi keterlambatan atau kehilangan barang dan menganalisis kinerja SiCepat dalam pelayanan jasa pengiriman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap objek dalam pnelitian ini yaitu SiCepat cabang Comal. Kehadiran e-commerce di Indonesia telah memberikan dampak positif pada beberapa sektor usaha salah satunya yaitu pada sektor usaha jasa pengiriman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa strategi yang digunakan SiCepat cabang Comal dalam menghadapi dampak e-commerce khususnya pada saat event-event tertentu dan yaitu dengan menambahkan kurir freelance agar barang tidak overload dan sampai tepat waktu pada konsumen. Selain memberikan layanan jasa pengiriman barang yang cepat, SiCepat cabang Comal juga tetap memberikan layanan berupa kepuasan pelanggan apabila ada barang yang rusak ketika sampai di tangan konsumen.Kata Kunci: E-commerce, Jasa Pengiriman, SiCepat Express

This research was motivated by the company increasing competition in the mobile phone operator in Indonesia. This affects the Prime XL card sales which fluctuated during the years 2016-2018.This study was conducted to determine how to analyze the influence of the brand influence impulse buying prepaid cards XL in Semarang. In this study the authors used below the line and positive emotions as independent variables to be studied how they affect impulse buying.  This study using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The population is XL event at Superindo Candi in Semarang where the amount is not known for certain. The sample used as many as 100 people with engineering sample selection of non-probability sampling using accidental sampling. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data obtained in multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing t test results showed that each - each variable below the line and positive emotions partially influence and significant to the variable impulse buying.

Land* is* a* necessity* that* is* needed* by* every* Indonesian* citizen.* The* purpose* of* this* study* is* to* find* out* and* analyze* the* resolution* of* legal* disputes* against* holders* of* certificates* of* ownership* (double* certificate).* A sense of wanting to have a subject that will eventually lead to land disputes. One of the problems is the emergence of multiple ownership certificate (overlapping). "Double Certificate" can lead to civil disputes between the parties, so to ensure legal certainty over the land it needs to be resolved through a judiciary. Based* on* the* results* of* the* study* indicate* that* the* occurrence* of* double* certificates* caused* by* several* factors,* namely* the* bad* intention* of* the* applicant* for* the* certificate,* an* error* from* the* Land* Office,* namely* in* terms* of* collecting* and* processing* physical* data* and* juridical* data* of* the* land,* and* the* unavailability* of* a* comprehensive* land* registration* map.* Double certificate occur because there are two certificates in one office issued officially by the Land Office. This* research* uses* normative* juridical,* data* sources* collected* from* library* data* and* then* the* data* collection* techniques* used* are* literature* study.* The* formulation* of* the* problem* in* this* research* skirpsi* is*what* are* the* factors* that* lead* to* the* submission* of* dual* certificates,* and* the* legal* protection* that* double* certificate.* Legal protection for holders of land rights is as regulated in Government Regulation No.24 of 1997 and Article 38 paragraph (2) UUPA, Article 32 paragraph (2), Article 23 paragraph (2) and Article 19 paragraph (2) letter c, that the certificates of proof of right act as a strong means of proof. The two rights owners who are the object of the dispute do not receive legal protection if the revocation of the land certificate has been decided. Because the publication system used in Indonesia is a negative publication system that contains positive elements. Settlement* of* land* disputes* can* be* resolved* by* deliberation* by* the* parties* or* mediation* and* through* justice.* On* the* other* hand* there* is* a* need* for* special* procedural* law* provisions* either* through* deliberation* or* mediation* at* Land* Office* and* the* court* if* dispute* resolution* occurs* through* litigation. The settlement of disputes through this court route s generally through several solutions, ths is : 1. Lawsuit to the land office 2. Civil suit in court 3. State admnstrative court 4. Chronic renal failure is a progressive and continuous destruction of kidney structures. Chronic renal failure occurs in susceptible individuals, analgesic nephropathy, destruction of renal papillae associated with daily use of analgesic drugs for years. Whatever the cause, there is a progressive deterioration of kidney function which is characterized by a progressive decrease in the Glomelurus Filter Rate (GFR) (Corwin, 2009). Chronic kidney failure is a failure of kidney function to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance due to progressive destruction of kidney structures with manifestations of accumulation of residual metabolites (uremic toxicants) in the blood (Muttaqin & Sari, 2011). as well as electrolytes and acid-base composition of body fluids, removing metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulating blood pressure and hormonal function. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the final stage of chronic kidney failure where GFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2 so that the body fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causing uremia, namely retention of urea and other nitrogenous wastes in the blood (Smeltzer et al. al, 2008; National Kidney Foundation in Kallenbach, et al, 2005). With the increasingly real decline in kidney function or worsening of symptoms of uremia, renal replacement therapy is required for survival, namely dialysis and organ transplantation. There are two methods of dialysis, one of which is Hemodialysis (Potter, 2005; Smelzer, 2008).     

The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal control system in Orthopedic and Traumatology Hospital of Surabaya by comparing it with the internal control system brought up by COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations). The research method used in this study is qualitative interpretive paradigm describing and understanding the events that occured based on the perspective and experiences of the subject researched directly. The data in this research are collected through interviews, direct observations to the research object and documentation. The results of the analysis and research shows that the internal control system on cash receipts in Orthopedic and Traumatology Hospital of Surabaya is quite effective. This is shown by the elements of internal control set in the hospital. This can be proven with the existence of forms which have been numbered and proofs of transactions are printed with three copies each and always verified. However there are still some concurrent duties and cash adjourment to the bank. Keywords: Internal Control System, Cash Receipts

Diastasis rectus abdominis (DRA) merupakan kondisi dimana terjadi peregangan otot abdomen oleh karena proses kehamilan dan persalinan. Salah satu upaya untuk mengembalikan keadaan normal dan meningkatkan kekuatan otot abdomen ibu serta mencegah terjadinya DRA pada ibu post partum yaitu dengan senam nifas. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisa pengaruh senam nifas terhadap kejadian diastasis rectus abdominis. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra eksperiment dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi adalah ibu postpartum dan besar sampel yaitu 20 responden. Hasil: Diastasis rectus abdominis sebelum dilakukan senam nifas berkisar antara 4.30-5.75 cm sedangkan sesudah dilakukan senam nifas berkisar antara 4.15-5.50 cm. Hasil uji statistic menggunakan paired t-test diketahui ? value 0.001 dimana kurang dari ? 0.05, dimana terdapat perbedaan kejadian Diastasis rectus abdominis pada ibu sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan senam nifas.. Kesimpulan secara statistik terdapat pengaruh senam nifas terhadap kejadian Diastasis rectus abdominis pada ibu post partum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Namrole.

One of the businesses that is growing rapidly in Indonesia today is the multi-level marketing (MLM) business. MLM is a method of marketing goods or services from a system of selling goods directly through a marketing program in the form of more than one level, where business partners get sales commissions and sales bonuses from the sale of goods or services carried out by themselves and network members in their group. In general, this thesis discusses the multi-level marketing (MLM) business at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district, with problems namely (1) how is the bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district, (2) how is the review of Sharia Economic Law against the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. This study uses a field research method with a descriptive approach which is useful for providing information, facts and data regarding the network bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. Then the data was analyzed using qualitative methods to uncover events, phenomena, facts and circumstances that actually occurred in the field. From this study it can be concluded that the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district has five types of bonuses, namely: sponsor bonuses, leadership bonuses, retail bonuses, retail group bonuses and unilevel bonuses. Meanwhile, according to Sharia Economic Law, the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district isThis can be done because it is in accordance with Islamic law.
