The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the field of education, especially in the learning process, school management systems, and teachers' work patterns. This situation requires school principals' leadership who can adapt, be innovative, and act as agents of change in improving teachers' work ethic. This study aims to analyze the role of school principals' transformational leadership in enhancing teachers' work ethic in the digital era and to examine its relevance to educational transformation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study type through the analysis of various journals and scientific sources from 2020–2025. The results of the study indicate that school principals' transformational leadership plays an important role in increasing teachers' motivation, commitment, and professionalism through ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. In addition, this leadership is also capable of creating a work culture that is collaborative, innovative, and adaptive to technological developments. Digital transformation in education not only involves the use of technology but also changes in work culture and the improvement of human resource competencies in schools. The implications of this research confirm that school principals as transformational leaders have a strategic role in the success of educational transformation in the digital era through the continuous enhancement of teachers' work ethic.

This study aims to analyze strategies for creating a conducive classroom climate through the integration of classroom management and strengthening teachers' work ethic. The research employs a qualitative literature review method, collecting and analyzing various relevant sources. Findings indicate that a conducive classroom climate is influenced by three main factors: (1) effective classroom management, including physical environment arrangement, implementation of democratic approaches, and participatory learning methods; (2) teachers' work ethic encompassing commitment, creativity, and the ability to build positive interactions; and (3) institutional support through facilities and teacher development programs. Challenges such as administrative burdens and lack of teacher appreciation are also discussed. The study concludes that holistic integration of classroom management and teacher work ethic enhancement can create an optimal learning environment. Recommendations include improving teacher training, providing supporting facilities, and conducting further research to test this model's effectiveness in various contexts.

This study aims to analyze the role of Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers' work ethic in character building of students at SMP Negeri 4 Tuhemberua, North Nias Regency. The work ethic possessed by a teacher not only affects the quality of learning, but also has a significant impact on the formation of students' character, in terms of discipline, responsibility, and integrity. PAK teachers have a strategic role in instilling moral and spiritual values ​​through role models and teachings applied in everyday life. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method to describe the work ethic of PAK teachers that contributes to the formation of students' character. The results of the study indicate that the work ethic of PAK teachers, which includes exemplary behavior, discipline, and commitment to the profession, has an impact on the formation of students' character at SMP Negeri 4 Tuhemberua. Students who are equipped with the basic work ethic of teachers show an increase in attitudes of discipline, responsibility, and honesty. The conclusion in this study is that strengthening the capacity of PAK teachers in integrating work ethic in all aspects of learning is useful for supporting the formation of students' character.

Dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan Guru, sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran kepala madrasah sebagai supervisor melalui supervisi akademik. Kepala sekolah dituntut dapat memanfaatkan dan mengatasi bersama-sama semua persoalan yang terjadi di sekolah, dengan demikian kepemimpinan dapat mempengaruhi orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan yang di inginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang: (1) supervise akademik dalam menyusun program madrasah.  (2) hambatan yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah dan guru MIN 11   Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan reduksi data, display data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) supervise akademik dalam penyusunan program dilakukan pada awal tahun ajaran, dengan melibatkan guru-guru. program supervisi akademik disusun berdasarkan permasalahan dan kebutuhan guru. (2) kepala sekolah MIN 11 Kabupaten Aceh Tengah memiliki hambatan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di sekolah. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari etos kerja guru yang masih lemah, guru berdomisili jauh dari sekolah, latar belakang pendidikan berbeda, sehingga kurang menguasai administrasi, baik administrasi guru maupun administrasi kelas. Diharapkan kepada kepala sekolah supaya dapat memberikan dorongan dan arahan dalam kinerjanya tentang disiplin guru, komitmen guru, kemampuan guru dan tanggung jawab guru secara efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di sekolah.

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the Democratic Leadership Style which is influenced by the Work Ethic and Teacher Performance at the Nurul A'la Foundation School, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample used amounted to 49 respondents. The data obtained are primary data through questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership style and work ethic simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance. Leadership style partially has no significant effect on teacher performance, work ethic partially has a significant effect on teacher performance at the Nurul A'la Foundation school, Tasikmalaya City

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesejahteraan guru PAUD terhadap etos kerja guru PAUD di desa Tegalrejo Gunung Kidul. Untuk memenuhi sumber daya manusia yang berkulitas, dibutuhkan etos kerja dari setiap sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam suatu organisasi termasuk dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan. Kesejahteraan merupakan suatu bentuk usaha yang digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan  semangat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 14 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linierdengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statiscal Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kesejahteraan guru PAUD berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap etos kerja guru PAUD dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05. Temuan dari penelitian ini yaitu pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi atau lembaga berperan besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui kekuasaan yang dimiliki dengan memberikan kompensasi atau penghargaan terhadap pegawainya.

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi beberapa variabel, yaitu: (1) efektifitas kepemimpinan, (2) budaya organisasi, (3) etos kerja, dan (4) efektifitas kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, etos kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja guru MA Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru MA Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, yang mengambil sampel seluruh guru di MA Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan.Penelitian ini dirancang dalam bentuk penelitian ex-post facto.Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi ganda.Eksplanasi penelitian bersifat kausal korelasional deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Efektifitas kepemimpinan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru MA Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan dengan kontribusi sebesar 24,20%; (2) Budaya organisasi memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru MA Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan dengan kontribusi sebesar 10,10%; (3) Etos kerja memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru MA Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan dengan kontribusi sebesar 38,20%; dan (4) Efektifitas kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan etos kerja secara simultan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru MA Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan dengan kontribusi sebesar 72,50%.Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan, bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan efektifitas kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan etos kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru MA Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan.Dengan demikian, ketiga variabel atau faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kepuasan guru MA Raudlotul Huffadz Kediri Tabanan.
