Hospitals are a crucial sector in a country due to their functions encompassing various aspects of healthcare provision. Factors supporting smooth operations and quality healthcare services in hospitals include human resources, facilities and infrastructure, health information systems, financial management, good customer service, security, occupational health, and other supporting factors. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and work stress on employee work productivity at Bhayangkara Level II Hospital in Kediri City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents who were employees of Bhayangkara Level II Hospital in Kediri City. The results of the analysis show that partially compensation, work environment, and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Compensation has a calculated t value of 2.500 with a significance of 0.015, work environment is 6.170 with a significance of <0.001, and work stress is 5.305 with a significance of <0.001. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant effect on work productivity with a calculated F value of 35.438 and a significance of <0.001. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the hospital management continue to evaluate the compensation system, create a conducive work environment, and manage employee work stress through training and counseling facilities. This research is motivated by the declining level of work productivity of PT Rayung Pelangi Nusantara Purbalingga employees, which is suspected to be caused by the suboptimal implementation of occupational safety and health (K3), low organizational commitment, and less than optimal utilization of work experience. The main focus of this study is to analyze the influence of occupational safety and health (K3), organizational commitment, and work experience on employee work productivity partially. This study applies a quantitative approach through the application of multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The number of research samples consisted of 57 respondents selected using a purposive sampling method, while the data was obtained through a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis process involved validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficients of determination (R-Square). The research findings show that occupational safety and health (K3) has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect, and work experience has a negative and not significant effect. The coefficient of determination of 0.308 indicates that 30.8% of the variation in work productivity can be explained by these variables, while the remaining 69.2% is influenced by other factors not identified in this study. In conclusion, the increase in employee work productivity is more influenced by the implementation of good OHS, while organizational commitment and work experience have not shown a significant contribution. Therefore, companies are advised to strengthen the occupational safety and health (OHS) system and evaluate HR development strategies so that organizational commitment and work experience can have a greater impact on productivity.

These findings indicate that proper workload management can encourage increased employee productivity. The internal communication variable (X2) was also proven to have a positive and significant influence on work productivity, with a calculated t of 2.332 > ttable 1.695 and a significance value of 0.026 < 0.05, which confirms the importance of effective information flow and coordination in the work environment. Simultaneously, workload and internal communication have a significant influence on employee work productivity, with an Fcount value of 41.065 greater than the Ftable of 3.29 at a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.726 indicates that the two variables together are able to explain 72.6% of the variation in employee work productivity, while the remaining 27.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the relationship between conflict management, occupational safety and health (OHS), and work motivation towards increasing employee productivity at PT. Ratna Beton Giriwoyo. The background of this study is based on the importance of human resource management as a company's main asset in achieving optimal productivity targets, especially in the construction industry sector which has its own challenges in creating a safe and productive work environment. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to all company employees as respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed statistically to determine the effect of each variable on employee work productivity. The results show that conflict management has a significant relationship with employee productivity. Properly managed conflict not only avoids a decline in performance but can also increase morale and cooperation between employees. In addition, the implementation of good occupational safety and health (OHS) contributes to a sense of security and comfort at work, thereby reducing workplace accidents and increasing employee focus and work efficiency. Work motivation has also been shown to have an important role in encouraging employees to achieve predetermined performance targets. These three variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on employee work productivity. These findings suggest that an integrated approach to conflict management, OSH implementation, and increased work motivation can be an effective strategy for improving company performance. This research is expected to provide practical contributions to the management of PT. Ratna Beton Giriwoyo in formulating human resource development policies, as well as serve as an academic reference for researchers and students interested in human resource management, particularly in the construction sector.

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Productivity at PT. Nihon Seiki Indonesia. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of declining employee productivity as shown by the non-achievement of work targets in recent months. This problem indicates the possibility of a decline in internal quality that needs to be evaluated, such as low motivation, less supportive work environment conditions, and less than optimal job satisfaction. This decline can also have an impact on the company's overall performance, including in terms of efficiency, production quality, and customer satisfaction that are declining over time. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verifiable approach. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to 90 employees as a sample of the total population of 115 employees working in the company. The research instrument was tested through validity and reliability tests. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and determination coefficient (R²) test, with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study show that Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Employee Productivity, both partially and simultaneously. These findings confirm that the increase in employee work productivity is not only dependent on external factors such as technology and management systems, but is also highly determined by internal factors that are directly related to individual comfort and satisfaction at work. Therefore, company management needs to focus more on efforts to create a conducive work environment, build strong motivation, and increase employee job satisfaction as a strategy to optimize productivity. In addition, continuous training and effective communication between teams also need to be improved to maintain morale, collaboration, and the achievement of overall organizational targets.
