The development of the era, which has experienced many changes from time to time, does not necessarily change the heritage that exists in the lives of people in Indonesia. The evolution of generation does not cause changes to the legacy system that exists in Indonesia. In the Civil Code, there are 3 principles that describe heirs who are entitled to and can obtain inheritance distribution according to the Civil Code inheritance system. The legacy of the heir can not only be in the form of valuable assets, but can also be tangible objects, intangible objects or just a testamentary message conveyed. In life in society, the division of inheritance creates conflict between families which causes the division of one family. In dealing with inheritance problems that will cause conflict between families, the government allows lawsuits related to this inheritance. The Civil Code regulates the principles governing heirs, namely the personal principle, the bilateral principle and the principle of equalization. In addition to regulating these 3 principles, the Civil Code also regulates the elements included in the law of inheritance, namely there are heirs, heirs and also inherited assets as assets that will be delegated by the heir to the heirs. Heirs are also classified into 4 groups, namely Group I, Group II, Group III, and group 4. In addition, the Civil Code also regulates the absolute share of assets in inheritance. Customary law is one of the important sources of law in the development of national law which leads to statutory regulations. Bugis tribe is one of the four tribes in South Sulawesi. In the case of inheritance, Bugis tribe recognizes parental kinship system. One of the core elements of customary law for the development of national inheritance law is customary inheritance law. The research results show that the distribution of inheritance to the Bugis community is carried out in three ways:grants, testament or last testament and testament, and after the testator dies.

The aim of this study is to describe the development of an innovative art-based analytical method in portrait methodology. This article exemplifies how forms of multimodal analysis can be integrated into portraiture frameworks and provides a fluid qualitative "recipe" for researchers interested in applying the portrait method. The study described in this article examines the teaching of vulnerability and resilience using poetry and the visual arts as integral elements of the portraiture process. Portraiture is a qualitative, feminist, artistic method based on ethnography and phenomenology for depicting, understanding and interpreting complex human experiences. This study leads to the methodological development of the three steps of analysis in the portrait process: Sketch, poetic expression and artistic expression. Clothing is a cultural phenomenon that cannot be separated from the meaning of signs. It can be studied using a semiotic approach. A fantasy dress with the source of the Srikandhi puppet idea was associated with a fashion meaning. The purpose of this final project was to know the process of making ready to wear fantasy the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style using a semiotic approach. The method used in this research was qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, literature, interviews, and documentation. The process of making ready to wear fantasy, the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style includes; determine fashion design, fashion design analysis, preparation of tools and materials, determine sizes, basic pattern making, material cutting, exhibitions, ironing of upholstery materials, process of sewing clothes, and finishing. Making ready to wear fantasy, the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style using a semiotic approach must pay attention to various elements, such as designs, motifs, colors, and accessories so that it can be meaningful. The suggestions of this Final Project were; in making fantasy clothing should not eliminate the characteristics of the source of the idea. So that clothing can be created that matches the source of the idea.

This study specializes in analyzing the short story Kairos kopi by Putu Ayub using an objective approach to obtain the structure in the short story in the form of intrinsic elements namely theme, point of view, plot, setting, character, characterization, style of language, and message in the short story. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. As for descriptive qualitative is a study devoted to research thoroughly, broadly, and deeply. The results are in the quality of words, sentences and their meanings without comparing the results of this study with the results of other studies. The source of the data obtained is by reading carefully, critically the short story Kairos Kopi by Putu Ayub. Based on the results of the theme used in the short story, which is about struggle, that if we want to start something new we must not be pessimistic. This is consistent with the character in the short story, namely (I) who has a pessimistic character

This research is to analyze the intrinsic elements in the short story “Ketika Aku dan Kamu Menjadi Kita” using an objective approach.  The research method that I use in this analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is a thorough and in-depth research.  This short story is highly recommended to be read by all people because there is an educational element in the short story, and there are many messages and impressions in the short story.  This plot is very understandable because it doesn't make the reader dizzy.

The purpose of this research is : (1) to describes the error of Indonesian language in exposition text by the students at class X, (2) causes of error, and (3) the effort which is done by the teacher and student to solve the error. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a sample student text SMAIT Ummul Quro Bogor kelas X IPA 1  dan X IPA 3. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and document analysis. Data analysis technique used is the interactive analytical model that includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The conclusions of this study are as follows. Firstly, the linguistic elements of language errors that often occur in the student text is divided into four errors : spelling error, diction, sentence, and paragraph. Secondly, language errors that often occur in a student text exposition caused by several factors, among others: is inadequate of language mastery, lack of examples by the teachers, the influence of foreign language, lack of writing peactice, and lack of writing time. Thirdly, the efforts have been made to minimize errors include: improving students' language mastery, having more practices in writing, implementing appropriate correction technique, and implementing a process approach to teaching writing.

This study discusses the meaning contained in the logo of the Province of Gorontalo in semiotic analysis. Logo is the identity of an institution that represents the history and culture of the institution while semiotics is the science of reading signs both verbally and visually, visual forms make the vision and mission as well as identity reflected in a logo. Just like the regional logo of Gorontalo Province which has various meanings of signs and symbols that reflect the area, for example, the Padi and cotton symbols are inspired by the city government logo which means depicting prosperity and others. There is also an oval pattern in the logo taken from the eggs of the Maleo bird, which is endemic to Gorontalo. There is the fort of Otana and pictures of books taken from our philosophy "adat based on sara', sara' based on the book of Allah. The purpose of the study was to describe and analyze what the meaning of the symbols in the logo of the Gorontalo Province were. The research used semiotic analysis of Charles Sanders Peirce. Semiotics departed from three main elements, which Peirce called the triangle theory of meaning, namely: signs, objects, and interpretants. The meaning of the logo can be studied scientifically with semiotic theory. In Peirce's study, symbols are divided into 3 categories: icons, indexes, and symbols. To analyze the meaning of symbols, Peirce uses 3 semiotic terms: representamen which is a symbol, semiotic object which is a real object of symbol reference, and interpretant which states the relationship between representamen and semiotic objects. Benefits of this research To add scientific insight in the field of linguistics, especially to the use of semiotic theory and to find out creative strategies in promotional activities of a government institution so that they can build a brand in the eyes of the public. The results of this study determine the meaning of the signs on the regional symbols of Gorontalo province. This study aims to describe: (1) the structural aspects of Ajip Rosidi's Jante Arkidam Poem (2) the psychological aspects of Jante Arkidam's Poem (3) The author's psychology (4) The psychology of the reader. This research method is descriptive qualitative using the approach of Literary Psychology. The source of this research data is Ajip Rosidi's Jante Arkidam published by cupumanik publisher in 1967. The data of this study are intrinsic elements, extrinsic elements and psychology. The data collection techniques used are document techniques, listening techniques and note-taking techniques. In this study, researchers used content analysis techniques as data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that: 1) aspects of intrinsic elements in Poetry include; (a) stanzas and arrays, (b) rhymes/rhythms, (c) diction/word choice, (d) imagery/imagery, (e) majas/stylistics. 2) aspects of extrinsic elements include; (a) the license granted by the author. 3) the representation of the figure of Jante Arkidam. These three structures influence the behavior, mindset, and representation of the figure jante Arkidam in the poem Jante Arkidam by Ajip Rosidi.

This study aims to analyze the intrinsic elements in the novel "Serendipity" by Erisca Febriani using an objective approach. The technique used in the research used in this analysis uses descriptive qualitative techniques. The resource in this research is the novel "Serendipity" by Erisca Febriani. The data collection method used in this research is to read critically and thoroughly the contents of the novel. As for the technique of research results that can put forward the intrinsic elements in the form of: theme, character, plot, setting, language style, and message.

The purpose of this study is to overcome the problem of learning that is not optimal in class XI students of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, and the lack of attractiveness in PAI lessons because the method used is too monotonous so that it makes students feel bored quickly, there are problems in the use of learning media that make student learning outcomes not good. In the case of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, the delivery of material by the teacher in the learning media uses the lecture method, where the teacher is more active in speaking and students tend to be silent to listen, thus making students unable to master the material well. To overcome it all, researchers suggest using new media such as demonstrations, as a way to increase students' interest in learning. The Demonstration Method is a medium that has elements of demonstration. This study is intended to answer the problem "Whether the use of demonstration methods in PAI subjects can improve student learning outcomes at SMA 1 Tambun Utara", these problems are discussed through classroom action research carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research data obtained through classroom observation and documentation of the results of actions carried out data from effective teachers, with this research it will be known that there will be an increase or decrease in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the demonstration method in PAI subjects at SMA 1 Tambun Utara.

Social media creates change in the world. Social media is the most crucial medium used in obtaining information. Various types of social media have been attached to community activities, one of which is Instagram. On the Instagram account @Parentaltalk.id where a video of a child aged about 12 begging his father to give him a break, telling his father that he needs "life balance" and that "even a robot" cannot handle the amount of work his father requires in order to study continuously . The child freely expresses his feelings for his father and the father does not interrupt the child's conversation and can accept the child's complaints well without having to scold a child. Communication within the family is an important factor in determining whether a child is good or bad. If communication in the family is harmonious, then the child will really feel that he is very valuable, so that it will foster good attitudes and behavior in the child. This study aims to analyze communication patterns between a child who is frustrated in learning because he does not have time to play. The method in this research is library research. The type of research used is mass media analysis, namely observing and analyzing a mass media. The data analysis technique uses the semiotics of Charles Sanders Pierce, who put forward the theory of a triangle of meaning which consists of three main elements, namely the sign, the object and the interpretant. The results of the study show that communication patterns between children and their fathers sometimes go well, but there are still some that are not good. thus causing worry and anxiety for every parent. The results of the study also show the attitude of children who can express their feelings and frustrations well with their fathers as well as the attitude of a father who provides a safe and free space for his children to express feelings and voice opinions

Nowadays there are many visual media or other media that influence children's imagination. Which causes a decrease in children's imagination. The child's imagination begins to decline, this is due to the existence of visual media that makes it easier for someone to tell a story through several pictures, or to show the events of a story directly. This study aims to develop children's imagination of stories read, heard, or stories told by someone, and direct them in a positive direction, not in a negative direction. The research method used is the library research method or library research. The results obtained from this study are that a child's imagination can be developed using the story method with a variety of structured stories, using language that is easy to understand, attractive illustrations and designed in such a way. And there are several things that need attention in the story so that it is in a positive direction and not in a negative direction. In developing a child's imagination, it is necessary to pay attention to several things related to the child's imagination, such as the characteristics of the child and some stories that do not contain elements of a sad story.

Arabic is a foreign language which is quite difficult to understand for children who are just learning another language, besides their mother tongue. There are many obstacles encountered by educators in the introduction of Arabic to children. It is very important for the teacher to choose the right method to make learning more fun and easy to understand. Therefore in this study the researcher has the goal of increasing children's understanding of learning Arabic using the Total Physical Response method. This research was conducted at MIN 14 Hulu Sungai Tengah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive field research method. The results of this study indicate that the TPR method: easy to understand and apply, does not require more power, does not require additional fees, contains elements of game movement so that it can relieve stress on children, learning time becomes more efficient, communication between teachers and children becomes more effective the child becomes more expressive

The researcher will use the Islamic life guidelines for Muhammadiyah residents as a researcher's perspective in observing the activities of the budgeting system at STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo whether the values ​​of these guidelines are used as one of the considerations in the operation of the budgeting system at STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo in accordance with the expectations of Muhammadiyah's vision. This study found that the budget as a form of welfare is not only valued in nominal terms in the form of rupiah earned, but welfare is when people who work at Muhammadiyah always feel sufficient and grateful for the sustenance that Allah SWT has given. As a Muhammadiyah citizen, working in a Muhammadiyah business charity is a comfort in itself and believes that the sincerity they do will be a welfare for them in the hereafter.
