The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

Post-spinal anesthesia nausea and vomiting (PSANV) are common side effects that can affect patient comfort and recovery after surgery. This condition often disrupts the recovery process and may extend the post-operative care period. One non-pharmacological method that can help reduce nausea and vomiting is deep breathing techniques. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of deep breathing techniques in reducing the incidence of nausea and vomiting after spinal anesthesia. The method used in this study is a pre-test and post-test design, with an intervention consisting of deep breathing exercises for patients undergoing surgery with spinal anesthesia. A pre-test was conducted before the intervention to assess the incidence of nausea and vomiting in patients. After patients practiced deep breathing exercises for a certain period, a post-test was performed to evaluate changes in the frequency of nausea and vomiting post-operation. The results showed a significant reduction in the frequency of nausea and vomiting after patients practiced deep breathing techniques. This technique has proven to be a simple, safe, and effective method to enhance post-operative comfort. Therefore, the implementation of deep breathing techniques can be recommended as part of post-spinal anesthesia management in healthcare facilities to improve patient recovery quality.

Pregnancy is a physiological and natural condition that occurs in women. There are various complaints experienced by pregnant women during their pregnancy, one of the most common complaints is dizziness. Objective: LTA provides comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant, maternity, postpartum, BBL, neonate and family planning women using a midwifery management approach for Mrs "P" who complained of dizziness. Method: Care in this LTA is through interviews, observation and care management. The subject in this care is Mrs "S" at the Pratama Riyyan Kabanjahe Clinic. Results: results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs "S" during pregnancy in the second trimester and third trimester with dizziness, in normal labor, spontaneously without complications, in the postpartum period with normal puerperium, in BBL with BBLN, in patients. The care that mothers receive for family planning counseling is to inform the mother about normal vital signs and her current condition, provide health education about family planning effectiveness, side effects, and how to use it and explain to the mother how to space her pregnancies or to space her pregnancies. After midwifery care was provided to Mrs. S, the results of the evaluation showed that the mother was healthier and able to carry out daily activities. Based on the results of the questionnaire from assessing maternal knowledge about childbirth, it was found to be ADEQUATE with 70% results from 20 questions.  

The implementation of tax autonomy by the central and regional governments separately provides the flexibility to be more independent in tax arrangements in order to increase the income of each region. The objective of this research is to determine whether the West Java provincial government's application of  vehicle tax collection  is effective in increasing Regional Original Income (ROI) in West Java. The methodology used in this research is qualitative. Analysis of the data used is analysis by calculating the effectiveness of tax collection. The results of data analysis show that the efficiency of  vehicle tax collection has an impact on increasing local revenue in West Java.

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. This study involved 104 respondents (the entire population) with a sampling technique using snowball sampling and a questionnaire as a means of collecting data. Where is the initial stationery set that has a design value that does not sell well and is still incomplete.In designing the design of a stationery set, it is necessary to choose the type of font, color and also the composition of the design because these three aspects are vital and can have a serious impact on the effectiveness of the stationery set.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of hexagon fraud which is proxied by financial stability, financial targets, external pressure, cooperation with government projects, change of directors, ineffective monitoring, turnover of auditors, the ratio of total accruals to total assets, external auditors quality, and the company's existence towards fraudulent financial statements in banks listed on the BEI 2015-2019. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 29 companies with 145 data. The type of data used is secondary data from annual banking reports. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The research results prove that financial stability, financial targets, and ineffectiveness of monitoring have an effect on fraudulent financial statements. Meanwhile, external pressure, cooperation with government projects, change of directors, change of auditors, ratio of total accruals to total assets, external auditors quality, and the existence of companies have no effect on fraudulent financial statements.

Transportation includes several things in relation to moving from one place to another such as road infrastructure, modes of transportation, to the management of its management. The existence of the terminal cannot be separated from the transportation component, especially the public transportation system. The existence of terminals is often accused of being the cause of congestion, this is due to incomplete planning for land use patterns, road network patterns, population distribution patterns, movement needs, operational systems and service levels that lead to a low level of terminal effectiveness.This study aims to determine the effect of the role of the department of transportation, infrastructure, and employee performance on the effectiveness of the Magersari type C terminal in Magelang City. Data was collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 75 respondents, namely public transport drivers at the Magersari type C terminal. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this study is as follows:Y = 2,048 + 0,314X1 + 0,198X2 + 0,258X3 + µ. The results of multiple linear regression showed that there was a partial positive effect on the role of the transportation agency on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 3.195 > ttable 1.99346), infrastructure to the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.598 > ttable 1.99346) and employee performance on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.882 > ttable 1.99346). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the correlation coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) = 0.538 which means that the variables of the role of the transportation service (X1), infrastructure (X2), and employee performance (X3) have an effect of 53.8% on the effectiveness of the terminal (Y ) and 46.2% (100% - 53.8%) influenced by variables outside this study.

The aim of this activity is to be able to understand asthma and administer simple steam inhalation to determine the effectiveness of airway clearance after administering inhalation therapy (UAP) to asthma patients. Health education about asthma and simple steam inhalation can increase the knowledge of  Kampung Baru village residents to do their best to treat asthma using traditional medicine. Health education to residents can increase their knowledge and skills in using traditional drugs in a simple way.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the application of the land registration process and the factors that influence the application of land registration. This research method uses an empirical normative approach supported by a case approach. The results showed that in the implementation of complete systematic land registration so far is still not effective, in terms of technical and administrative where there are still many errors found on the picture or map on the citizen's certificate either switched or wrong on size. Then the factors that affect the complete systematic land registration are the Procedure and Mechanism Factors as well as the Resource Factors of the Implementing Officer. The main function of the kidneys under normal conditions is to regulate fluids and electrolytes and the acid-base composition of body fluids, remove metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulate blood pressure and hormonal function. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the final stage of chronic kidney failure where GFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2 so that the body fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causing uremia, namely retention of urea and other nitrogenous wastes in the blood (Smeltzer et al. al, 2008; National Kidney Foundation in Kallenbach, et al, 2005). With the increasingly real decline in kidney function or worsening of symptoms of uremia, renal replacement therapy is required for survival, namely dialysis and organ transplantation. There are two methods of dialysis, one of which is Hemodialysis (Potter, 2005; Smelzer, 2008). Cases of chronic kidney failure in the world have increased by more than 50%, in the United States which is a very developed country every year there are about 20 million adults suffering from chronic kidney failure and undergoing hemodialysis in more than 100,000 patients, while in Indonesia, according to the Indonesian Kidney Diatrans Foundation, YDGI), in 2007 there were about 100,000 chronic kidney failure patients but only a few patients were able to undergo hemodialysis. Kidney replacement therapy in Indonesia was started in 1972 in Jakarta (Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital/FKUI), in Bandung in 1976 (Hasan Sadikin Hospital/FK UNPAD).
