The low effectiveness of student organizational performance in designing and managing structured work programs presents a major challenge to strengthening the leadership culture at MTsN 1 Probolinggo. This community service program aims to enhance students’ managerial and leadership capacities through performance mentoring for the Intra-Madrasah Student Organization (OSIM), based on innovations in learning management. The methods employed include training sessions, workshops, and continuous mentoring, all designed collaboratively with school stakeholders. The activity stages began with a needs analysis and problem mapping, followed by the development of training modules, the implementation of organizational management training, and interactive workshops aimed at developing adaptive and applicable work programs. The proposed solutions encompass strengthening foundational understanding of organizational management, enhancing the role of members in program planning, and facilitating the implementation of OSIM activities that support the creation of an active learning environment. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests to measure comprehension improvement, field activity observations, and assessments of work program achievement. The results indicate significant improvements in participants’ cognitive and practical skills, particularly in the planning, execution, and evaluation of OSIM programs that are now more structured and goal-oriented. In conclusion, this community service activity successfully reinforced student leadership competencies through an innovative approach to managing student organizations, while also promoting the development of a sustainable culture of collaborative work. Based on the outcomes, it is recommended that this mentoring model be replicated in other madrasahs and that OSIM leadership development programs be systematically integrated into extracurricular curricula to ensure the continuity and expansion of the positive impacts achieved

Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis technique. While the validity test was carried out by conducting tests; credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study found that: a) innovation planning in the form of innovation programs considers various aspects, with the steps of formulating goals, background, implementation, outcomes, benefits and evaluation of innovation programs. b) organizing madrasah innovation by determining goals, allocating programs, compiling program governance and resources. c) implementing innovations in the form of policy socialization, coordination, distribution of superior MAN religious program innovations, actualization of innovations carried out by internalizing superior programs in the curriculum, tutorial programs, self-development and extracurricular programs. d) evaluating madrasah innovation by determining the standards of innovation achievements that are poured into madrasah education standards.

This research aims to explore the forms of talent program innovation implemented, the implementation mechanism, as well as the outputs, outcomes, and impacts caused on student development. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the talent program managed by OSIM and guided by competent teachers covers the fields of art, sports, religion, language, and academic olympics. This program has a positive impact on improving student discipline, confidence, and achievement, as well as strengthening the image of madrasah in the eyes of the public. However, weaknesses were found in the evaluation system that still focused on quantitative indicators, so it is necessary to develop an instrument that is able to measure qualitative aspects comprehensively. This study recommends the importance of character-based evaluation and potential in the sustainability of madrasah talent programs.
