  Packaging is one part of the product as a whole. Packaging must be able to attract the attention of consumers. Getting the attention of consumers is very important, because if a product does not get the attention of consumers (consumer attention), then consumers will not have a picture of the product (Hine, 1995). Packaging can give an initial picture of a product, both in terms of quality and value offered. “Jenang Kudus” is a type of traditional food originating from the city of Kudus. At first it was produced in a home industry since about a century ago. Initiated by mothers as a supporter of family income, and marketed directly to local consumers in traditional markets. Because the development of this business in the future is considered quite prospective for the Kudus community, the Kudus Regency Government makes the Jenang Kudus product as the mainstay product of the Kudus Regency. Based on some of the explanations above, there are several weaknesses in the packaging design of CV jenang products. Sinar Aisyah Kudus which can cause delays in the marketing process of its products due to unattractive packaging designs. This causes a desire to increase the competitiveness of jenang sales with other companies through attractive and varied packaging designs. Due to some of these things, raises the desire of CV. Hj Siti Aisyah to redesign the product packaging according to the type of jenang product, type of taste, quantity of contents, without leaving the characteristics of the previous design.

Rice is the most important staple food for humans to have energy to carry out activities. The purpose of this study is to provide information to the public in the form of a reference for selecting rice based on consumer interest, so that it can be used as a decision making in buying rice. The Mamdani method is a method that is able to solve problems in the case of rice selection based on consumer references. The work process of the Sugeno method consists of four parts, namely fuzification, inference engine, implication function amplification and the last one is defuzzification. The final result, the Mamdani method has the characteristics of using the AND operator and using the min-max value. This research is in the form of a decision-making system in rice selection based on references from consumers by looking at four aspects of criteria such as price, quality, taste, and shape variables, these four aspects can be used as a reference in rice selection. Sugeno fuzzy logic to get the final value.The Mamdani method is a very effective method in selecting rice according to the needs and interests of consumers so that potential consumers can easily choose rice according to their interests and desired criteria.

Public transportation is one of the important modes of transportation and is the backbone of transportation in Indonesia. The development of public transportation is also supported by the government, this government support is evident in the national policy, namely the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN). Although public transportation is an effective mode of transportation, it also has obstacles in its development, namely how to meet customer desires in choosing a mode of transportation. There are several variables that are the focus of this research, namely age, gender, income, cost, speed, comfort, safety, efficiency and flexibility. The search for influential variables will use the K-Means and DBSCAN clustering algorithms, these two algorithms are also compared to their performance to find a better algorithm. The results of the Silhouette Coefficient show that DBSCAN has a better performance with a value of 0.99 than K-Means with a value of 0.86. The variables that affect the interest in using public transportation are the most important ones related to cost, speed, comfort, safety, efficiency and flexibility.

Development to achieve educational goals certainly leads to instruments that are responsible for the implementation. The teacher is the instrument, which is required to bring out all the potential possessed, both knowledge and review of self-aspects as a reflection that should be imitated. Thus, it is absolutely necessary to have a complete personality professionalism and role model points that are certainly inherent in every teacher. The moral integrity of students is the expectation of a teacher, of course. In relation to this review, a teacher, especially a PAK teacher, is required and of course has a very strategic and core role in the implementation of the process of forming moral integrity as a role model for students.

The desired objective of this research activity is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation, totaling 50 people. In this study, samples/respondents were taken from the entire population of 50 respondents, using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: Testing the compensation hypothesis on employee work productivity shows that the value of t count = 2.805 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.007 <α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) that compensation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven. Testing the hypothesis of motivation on employee productivity shows that the value of t count = 3.972 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.000 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) that motivation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven.

It is hoped that the design and development of an e-commerce blog can help business actors to market their products more broadly so that they can increase sales and make it easier for consumers to transact, especially at the Kendal Hijab Berkah Boutique.

In this case, I will discuss the presence system (presence) of employees of PT. Managing human resources optimally, in this case employees in an organization, both non-governmental organizations and governmental organizations, is very important in conditions with an increasingly high level of competition. Employees needed at this time are those who have the attitude to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly, so that the goals to be achieved can be realized. Various problems that are currently being faced require companies/organizations to find solutions that are fast, precise, and accurate, especially problems related to human resources in companies/organizations. In this condition, it cannot be denied that labor or employees are the lifeblood and the most important element that is needed by the company/organization, without employees it is difficult to achieve the desired goals. Sutrisno (2012) that the biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges and changes that are happening around it. Thus, efforts are needed to be able to create and form employees who have a loyal attitude towards work, have creativity, are able to demonstrate work innovation, have forward orientation, and have the ability to think critically.

The aim of this research is to show that superiors who have the right to punish (Ankum)/unit commanders have the obligation to guide soldiers in determining their careers according to the competencies required by regulations within the TNI. The desire and hope of a unit commander is for the subordinates/soldiers under him to do their best for the progress of the TNI organization he leads, but in fact, for some reason, there are some Soldiers who violate the laws and regulations, by committing criminal acts. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that in the ongoing legal process, superiors who have the right to punish (Ankum) and Papera have 2 (two) paths in an effort to defend their service members from being punished or dishonorably dismissed (fired) due to considerations of military interests. with several considerations such as the TNI soldier having abilities that are really needed by the unit, the TNI soldier being assessed for good behavior on a daily basis or other considerations, so that Ankum can try through these 2 (two) paths, namely providing recommendations to be retained as a TNI soldier and submitting efforts law according to statutory regulations.

This research is to find out how self-harm is formed in adolescents and what causes adolescents to do self-harm. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach using a quisiner observation method and a phenomenological study, namely a research strategy where researchers identify human experiences regarding a particular phenomenon. According to the study of phenomenology, it allows researchers to apply and apply their informant and interpersonal skills in conducting research. The data collection technique used in this study was using the SSCT test, SHI Questionnaire (self Harm Inventory), observation, closed interviews via WhatsApp. Self-harm is self-harm behavior defined as a person's behavior to injure oneself in various ways regardless of whether or not there is an intention and desire to die in adolescence. 19 years old who have done self-harm behavior Since the age of 16 years, then the 18-year-old A.A woman has done self-harm since high school at the age of 15 years. . The results showed that the form of self-harm behavior carried out by these teenagers showed behavior of crying in the middle of the night, blaming themselves, feeling empty, scratching, slashing on the surface of the skin, taking drugs randomly of any brand, drinking shampoo, speeding. speeding with a motorbike on the highway likes bloody pictures with a sense of relief, listening to music at a loud volume using the handset until the ears hurt. Factors that cause adolescents to carry out self-harm behavior are disappointment in parents, fear of emotional fathers, disappointment in mothers who do not pay attention, stress when bullied at school to depression caused by lack of ability to control negative emotions that are buried in individuals because some of the problems that occur in adolescents such as the lack of harmony and warmth in family relationships, problems with peers, and bullying.
