This study aims to assess the influence of leadership style on employee performance at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The significance of leadership style in influencing staff engagement, dedication, and productivity has been acknowledged. Having a comprehensive grasp of how leadership style may impact performance is crucial in the banking business, which is characterized by fierce rivalry and continuously evolving market circumstances. The research was carried out by distributing a questionnaire survey to workers from different work units at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The questionnaire was designed to evaluate the employees' perception of the leadership style employed inside the organization, as well as their level of performance. The population under investigation comprises all employees of UOB Bank Medan. The sample approach employed is simple random sampling. The sample size for this study consisted of 110 workers. The acquired data was subsequently examined utilizing statistical methodologies, such as regression, to assess the relationship between the independent variable (leadership style) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of this study are anticipated to offer valuable insights for UOB Buana Bank Medan in enhancing leadership approaches to enhance employee performance. The practical implication of this study is that it can aid managers in selecting a leadership style that aligns with the specific attributes of the organization.

Cenil or Cetil is a traditional food or snack made from a mixture of starch and granulated sugar, colored, shaped into small balls, eaten with grated coconut. Cenil mbok mini was founded in 1967 and is still active until now in 2023, so for around 56 years cenil mbok mini has become one of the culinary mainstays of Mojowiryo village, Kemlagi subdistrict, Mojokerto regency. Cenil is neatly packaged and increasingly modern in terms of packaging and manufacturing methods. This Community Service aims to introduce traditional food to the community, as well as to preserve traditional food so that it does not become extinct. The method used in this training is Preparation Step, Implementation Step, and Evaluation Step. As a result of this dedication, traditional snacks have labels to be marketed. Marketing strategies can help improve MSMEs.

This study delves into the intricacies of the Maritime Education and Training (MET) program at the Maritime Institute Jakarta (STIP Jakarta), focusing on Semester 3 cadets. Adopting a qualitative and descriptive research approach, the research aims to elucidate the perspectives of 240 cadets through the lens of academic self-checked intelligence, professional competences, motivations, and their interconnections. The findings reveal diverse self-checked intelligence profiles across Nautical, Technical, and Port and Shipping Management majors, necessitating a nuanced curriculum tailored to their distinct strengths. English communication emerges as a pivotal professional competence, urging a strategic enhancement of language instruction to equip cadets for effective communication in the global maritime community. Motivations driving cadet dedication encompass familial legacies, a love for the sea, and the pursuit of international exposure. Recognising and nurturing these intrinsic motivators emerges as a crucial element for sustaining cadet engagement. The positive correlation between self-checked intelligence and professional competences underscores the importance of tailored support mechanisms, prompting recommendations for mentorship programs and supplementary resources. Implications for STIP Jakarta include the need for continuous quality improvement through periodic curriculum reviews, fostering a holistic approach that combines technical proficiency with soft skills. The research contributes to the discourse on maritime education, offering a roadmap for institutions to navigate industry dynamics and diverse cadet needs. The findings, discussions, and recommendations collectively enrich the understanding of Semester 3 cadet perspectives, offering actionable insights for educators, administrators, and policymakers to refine and elevate maritime education at STIP Jakarta.

This service was carried out to remind the role of Islamic Boarding Schools as the last bastion in preventing drug trafficking in the community, where the phenomenon of drug trafficking has become a serious problem in various layers of society, so that Islamic Boarding Schools, as Islamic educational institutions that have the potential to contribute to prevention efforts. The methodology of this service was carried out by means of lectures conveying material on the understanding and dangers of drugs / drugs and how to prevent their circulation. In addition, discussions were also held by means of questions and answers and the delivery of the importance of the role of santri and satriwati to understand how Islamic Boarding Schools can implement anti-drug programs, as well as the impact on the behavior of students. The results of this research are expected to provide a deeper insight into the effectiveness of the role of Islamic boarding schools in combating drug trafficking in the community. In a broader context, this dedication has important implications in the development of drug prevention strategies in Indonesia. The results of this research can also be the basis for policy improvement and cooperation between religious educational institutions and the government in addressing the drug problem. Thus, this research is expected to make a positive contribution in the effort to protect the community from the threat of drug trafficking

Parenting education has big influence on children’s development and to improve children’s character.parents are asked to be active and effective in educating children. Parents also have to control their chilfren more at home and when using cellphones. One of the factors causing children to use cellphones is that childrenbecome disobedient to their parents. The method of this service is lectures and discussions. The method of this service is providing explanation and understanding and tips on how to educate and guide children in Dukuh Manukan. The conclusion from the dedication carrid out bt the author is that parenting education is very effective in educating and guiding children so that children become closer to their parents.

Digitalization carried out by companies has an impact on marketing parties to carry out the ordering   process   online.   Meanwhile,   marketing parties need time to adapt to technology. The purpose of  implementing the  dedication  to  PT  Atmi Duta Engineering is to increase knowledge and insight so that the marketing division sales can use Zoho Form sales for online forms. Given the lack of knowledge about how to create a questionnaire using the Zoho Form application. Implementation of dedication to PT Atmi Duta Engineering using observation and interview methods. Based on the results of the trial and  outreach,  it shows that  the marketing division finds it helpful in filling out order letters and it is easy for the admin to manage order data.

This dedication is motivated by the abundance of used plastic waste packaging for jam bread in the RW IX area of Banyuanyar Village which has accumulated and is not utilized so that it becomes a problem for the local residents. The increase in plastic waste used for bread jam is due to the fact that bread jam is also used as an ingredient for toast that is sold. This ceremony aims to, in addition to reducing the accumulation of used solid waste packaging for jam bread, to increase the economic value of becoming cross-legged chairs that have artistic value and have a selling value. This service activity also intends to instill a creative spirit in the youth of RW IX, Banyuanyar Village in creating used plastic jam packaging by arranging used plastic cans in such a way as to form a cross-legged chair which is then decorated using knick-knacks that can cover the cans and become a chair that has artistic and economic value

Public transportation is one of the transportation media that is very necessary for the community and the government to minimize the use of private transportation as well as congestion that is becoming more and more common in big cities in Indonesia. The use of public transportation is carried out by the government through State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and Privately-Owned Enterprises (BUMS) through land, sea and air transportation. Public transportation in the past 1 (one) decade has become the main center of attention for the central and regional governments in order to minimize the accident rate on public transportation and make various policies to protect passengers and their heirs if unwanted things happen. So far, many students do not know the responsibilities of carriers in public transportation, therefore it is necessary to do community service in the form of outreach to increase the understanding of MA NU Mranggen students regarding the responsibilities of carriers in public transportation. This service is carried out by means of lectures and direct questions and answers and evaluation by distributing questionnaires before and after the activity is carried out. This service is carried out by an implementation team consisting of 1 (one) chairperson, and 2 (two) members. The implementation team is lecturers at the Faculty of Law, University of Semarang who are competent in mastering material regarding the responsibilities of carriers in commercial transport. The results of the dedication which took the theme of the rights of persons with disabilities, based on an average increase of 70.0%.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine the performance at PT XYZ which includes performance factors, obstacles and solutions in building good performance. From the results of this research, it can be seen that employee performance at PT XYZ tends to decline due to lack of enthusiasm and work motivation. However, overall work implementation continues to be carried out well in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs. Employee performance at PT XYZ is good, especially in the human capital division. The performance of employees in the human capital division is relatively good. This can be seen from the achievements of the Human Capital team which has succeeded in increasing sales of the company's products, as well as introducing these products to the general public. The high quality of work and dedication of the Human Capital team has helped the company achieve success in this regard.

This study aims to investigate how responsibility and commitment can affect employee performance. This study's research technique uses qualitative methods, or more specifically, observation techniques used over the course of a month in the North Sumatra Governor's office. The study's findings indicate that responsibility and dedication play a big part in employee performance since they affect job productivity inside the organization, which in turn affects how the public perceives the organization. This service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Physical Education teachers (PJOK) in identifying the athletic talents of their students by using the Identification of Special Athletic Talents (TID) application. The partner institution is the MGMP PJOK SMP in Jayapura District. The methods used include seminars and training sessions. Data collection techniques include observation and evaluation of training results, with data analysis through pretest and posttest evaluations. The results of this dedication are as follows: (1) Most of the participants were not familiar with the Athletics-specific Talent Identification (TID) application before the training, and (2) Quite a number of participants understood and were proficient in using the Athletics-Talent Identification (TID) application. especially after getting explanations and hands-on practice. The conclusions drawn from this dedication are: (1) Substantially increasing the knowledge and skills of the MGMP PJOK SMP related to the use of the Special Athletic Talent Identification (TID) application for athletics, (2) The establishment of collaboration between FIK UNCEN and MGMP SMP PJOK in Jayapura Regency, and (3) The successful implementation of community service as a lecturer's academic task.

The purpose of this service is to socialize as an effort to prevent bullying practices at one of the SMPN in Tirtajaya, Karawang. The dedication method used is a qualitative descriptive study involving teachers and students from SMPN Karawang as participants. Data was collected through class observation and analysis of documents related to the outreach program. The results showed that the bullying prevention outreach program had been well implemented at the Karawang Junior High School and had achieved several important goals. In the implementation process, several challenges were encountered, such as differences in students' understanding and awareness of the issue of bullying. However, awareness about the importance of stopping bullying behavior and creating a safe and inclusive school environment is gradually increasing. This research provides valuable insights for the development of more effective outreach programs to address the problem of bullying in other schools.

Early childhood is the age of the child which is very decisive for the formation of a person's character, personality, intellectual and moral. So, parents must be able to maximize the provision of positive stimuli to children during their golden age. There are many ways that can be done in cultivating character and morals, one of which is storytelling. In a fairy tale, it usually contains elements of education, norms, various emotions and characters. Therefore, storytelling is an effective way of instilling morality in children, fostering creativity in children, increasing vocabulary in children, and increasing imagination in children. The method in this service is storytelling. Informants or subjects in this service are the early childhood children of TPQ At-Taqwa Ar-Rohmah Pracimantoro Mosque. The result of this dedication is to provide fairy tales to early childhood to teach a variety of emotions and characters for inculcating morals in early childhood. The conclusion from the dedication carried out by the resource persons can be explained that storytelling is an effective learning method for conveying moral messages to early childhood, because at their age, they have broad imaginations and tend to like fun learning methods, so they don't get bored quickly . By storytelling, instilling morals in early childhood is also easier.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role as a driving force for the Indonesian economy. Kampung Kue Menur UMKM is no exception, which has business potential to develop. However, there are several obstacles faced by MSMEs that can interfere with their development. According to the results of a survey conducted by interviewing MSMEs, it can be seen that there are obstacles to their financial management. The difficulties of MSMEs in preparing simple bookkeeping and determining product selling prices are the main problems faced by MSMEs. Therefore, there is a need for socialization and simple financial bookkeeping training for MSMEs. So that with this dedication, it can be aimed at helping the SMEs of Kampung Kue Menur improve their ability to manage their business finances by carrying out simple financial bookkeeping. The results of the dedication carried out are that MSMEs realize and implement financial bookkeeping in their businesses that have a very important positive impact on businesses such as measuring their business performance, being able to separate personal and business finances, and managing business finances easily.

Businesses that are recognized by society and the government are businesses that have legality because legality is the most important element in a business and is also an identity that legalizes or legalizes a business entity. The problem that will be faced in this dedication to the community is a lack of insight and views on the legality of business, especially in MSMEs. The majority of people in Kedungdalem Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency, are micro, small and medium businesses such as chip businesses, herbal medicine businesses, catering businesses, cooking spices, wet snacks, pastries, and other businesses. The purpose of this service activity is to provide business legality socialization for MSMEs in Kedungdalem Village. The activity implementation technique consists of several levels, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of community service activities are that business actors experience an increased understanding of business legality, the benefits of business legality, the consequences of not having business legality, and also business actors having a Business Identification Number (NIB)..

Gadgets have an important role in human life. In addition, the gadget also has a negative impact on its users. This negative impact is caused by use not in accordance with the actual function, especially children. The purpose of this service activity is 1) to provide information about children's cognitive development, 2) to provide information regarding technological developments and their impact on child development, and 3) to provide information on the impact of gadgets on children's development and solutions for dealing with children who are addicted to gadgets. The methods used in this dedication are lectures, discussions, problem solving solutions. This dedication activity was carried out at Plus Muhammadiyah Pancor Elementary School. The results of this dedication show that the participants were enthusiastic and active in discussion activities during the activity.

Ujung Batu Beach has the potential to become a tourist destination. This potential, however, has not been completely realized. This community service project is intended to assist managers and the community in identifying existing potential. Location determination, work program determination, work program realization, and work program evaluation are the approaches used. The game of volleyball in Indonesia is developing rapidly, volleyball is very popular with the public, both professionally and amateurs. Efforts to improve volleyball in the community with the aim of helping the federation optimize the potential of Indonesian youth. The problems faced by partners are mastery of basic techniques that are not yet optimal and knowledge of the rules and technology in ball games is still lacking. The solution offered is to provide basic technical mastery training and an introduction to rules and technology in volleyball games. Location of FIKK UNM volleyball field activities. Students as partners with a total of 35 people. This activity consists of theory and practice. Service activities run well and smoothly. Partners who are students feel happy and satisfied with the service activities carried out. We thank those who have helped carry out this dedication activity.
