This research is a normative research (normative approach), that is, besides relying on normative research, the law is also coupled with a theoretical approach. Furthermore, in analyzing the data, a qualitative approach was used and it was also based on library-based studies, which means that the materials needed for research must be available in libraries, archives and databases, laws and other documents.

Seiring dengan merebaknya penyakit yang banyak menyerang sapi maka penulis mengangkat judul Sistem pakar dengan metode forward chainning. sistem pakar adalah ilmu informasi yang berisi  seorang pakar sehingga  layak menjadi seorang pakar,  aplikasi ini dirancang dengan basis pengetahuan  fakta dan  penalaran,  dari kumpulan data - data faktual dengan mencari aturan atau gejala gejala yang sesuai hipotesis dapat digunakan untuk menentukan penentuan gejala yang sudah diidentifikasi. Perancangan aplikasi ini  berbasis mobile dengan bahasa pemrograman Java pada Android sebagai client dan database MySQL sebagai server dengan  PHP sebagai link login sehingga aplikasi ini sangat mudah digunakan dan cepat saat ingin mengakses aplikasi tersebut.  expert sistem (sistem pakar) juga dikenal sebagai sistem yang berusaha menerapkan     pemikiran manusia untuk kemudian diimplementasikan dalam  perangkat lunak, sehingga komputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah Topik seperti yang biasanya dilakukan oleh seorang profesional dalam sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode forward chainning  forward chainning ini menggunakan aturan  (if) kemudian dilanjutkan pada kesimpulan atau informasi turunan (then) sehingga menemukan fakta yang dapat ditarik sebagai kesimpulan. Forward chaining berarti menggunakan set aturan tindakan bersyarat. Teknik ini menggunakan data untuk menentukan aturan mana yang akan dieksekusi, atau  menambahkan data ke memori  untuk diproses guna menemukan hasilnya.

This research was conducted at SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Every year the Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School holds a New Student Registration (PPDB) to select prospective students. In the 2018/2019 academic year, 396 people registered and 298 people were accepted. The PPDB process starts from prospective students filling out the registration form and ends with the payment of re-registration funds for accepted students. The system used in the implementation of PPDB is still paper-based so that the performance of the PPDB committee is less effective. The purpose of this study is to design a computer-based new student registration system that is structured in a database to assist the PPDB committee in processing registration participant data, reduce paper purchase costs, minimize the risk of data loss, data corruption, recording and counting errors. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. This system is made using dynamic web with PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL database. The design of this system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The development method used is the R&D (Research and Development) method. This study resulted in a cash-based new student registration administration system using a dynamic web to provide convenience for the committee in processing PPDB participant data from the registration process to new student re-registration transactions, as well as presenting reports quickly and accurately. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained from testing the validity of the new system score from internal and external validators. The internal validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 94%. An external validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 97%. From the results of these tests, it can be concluded that the administrative system for registering new students can be a solution to the problems found and can be implemented in the object of research.

CTS is one of the diseases that occurs in many workers so it is often referred to as work-related Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The high number of informal workers allows for high accidents in the workplace. The purpose of this study is to discuss the risk factors for the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. This research is a descriptive research with the literature review method. The literature search strategy uses a prism flow chart, and inclusion and exclusion criteria. The databases used include: PubMed, Taylor and francis, and Google Scholar. From the 20 articles, 19 of them used the cross-sectional type of research, and 1 article used the case-control type of research. The types of informal work obtained from the 20 articles are: motorcycle taxi drivers, farmers, batik and bead craftsmen, blacksmiths, stone breakers, meatball sellers, coconut peelers, woodcarvers, tailors, angkot drivers, small-scale convection, hairstylists, and butchers. Overall, the journal articles obtained discuss related to the risk factors for the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. Repetitive movements, length of service, length of work, hand posture (awkward), age, gender, and body mass index were found to influence the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. Meanwhile, grasping work and a history of diabetes mellitus were not found to be related to the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers.

Internet technology is currently developing rapidly, the need for internet in the community in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic is increasing because studying and working can be done at home. By utilizing technology, processing customer bill payment data will be faster because of the ease of use. To support the implementation of this inseparable development of Information and Technology, a website-based internet bill payment system was created with the aim of making it easier for customers to make payments and check payment history and provide convenience for the field of collection in checking accounts receivable data so that they can be followed up in accordance with standard operating procedures. applicable. So that customers feel comfortable because they don't need to be constantly reminded regarding missed payments. The design of the internet service bill payment system is described by Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The design of the system prototype uses the PHP programming language and the PostgreSQL database. From this study, it was found that the website-based internet bill payment system was running well. In appearance, the website is responsive to many browsers. Meanwhile, in terms of functionality, the system can perform the functions of each feature.

The researchmethod used in building a rental car bookingapplication with web services is by means of needsanalysis, system design, database design, and screendialog design.

In making Administrative Information System Integrated With Barcode Reader, researchers used Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, MySQL Server database as data storage media and Subtime Text as tools to create source code. The Mranggen III Health Center is one of the government agencies in the technical implementing unit of the Demak District health office. Patient registration services and administrative payments at the Mranggen III Health Center are still conventional, causing long queues. In addition, the process of processing data to become information cannot be accessed directly by the leadership because there are no computerized and multi-user or client-server applications. Based on these problems, a Puskesmas administration information system design was made that could suit the needs. Making an information system using the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as a multiuser-based database. With the design of the development of an administrative information system for the Mranggen III Health Center, it is hoped that it will be able to handle the problems that exist in the Mranggen III Health Center, namely being able to speed up service to patients and by using a multiuser-based information system. Leaders and several staff can access it simultaneously and quickly.

This study intends to identify the influence of the Independent Board of Commissioners and the Audit Committee on Company Value. The company sample uses the InfoBank15 Index company with an observation period from 2017 to 2021, a total of 6 companies. The secondary database used was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company's official website. The method of data analysis is in the form of multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS model 26 analysis tool. The results show that partially the Independent Board of Commissioners and the Audit Committee have no influence on Company Value. Simultaneously the Board of Independent Commissioners and the Audit Committee are also unable to influence the InfoBank Index Corporate Value15.

The development of digital technology in the field of education continues to advance, including in academic administration. This article discusses the socialization of a digital system for undergraduate exam registration based on a database in the Physics Education Study Program. The purpose of this socialization is to introduce and implement a system that simplifies the process for students to register for undergraduate exams online. This system is designed to replace the manual registration method, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. Through this socialization, it is expected that students and academic staff can understand the benefits and how to use this new system. The results of the socialization show that the majority of users are satisfied with the ease and speed offered by this system. This system not only improves operational efficiency but also supports transparency and accuracy in academic data. In conclusion, the implementation of this digital system is a positive step towards modernizing academic services in the Physics Education Study Program.

The method of implementing pkm activities using the method of work / art methhods is a method that can be used for the benefit of the community and uses the Method of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Training.  The results of the service were carried out on May 21, 2022, located in the village of Ropu Tengah Balu. This activity was held on Saturday at 20.00. until it was completed, there were 30 participants. To advance the village, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the village government, so that there are adequate human resources to promote the village, the village government through the village kepala must conduct trainings to village officials, to the community and youth shops.

Tempat penyimpanan barang disuatu tempat sangat dibutuhkan untuk beberapa orang yang ingin menyimpan barang yang dimiliki selama beberapa waktu, begitupun di kampus ESQ Business School juga menyediakan peminjaman tempat untuk para mahasiswa untuk menyimpan barang. Sebelumnya proses peminjaman barang masih dilakukan secara manual, dengan adanya platform berbasis website ini diharapkan bisa memfasilitasi peminjaman loker agar bisa memudahkan pengurus loker maupun seluruh mahasiswa dan bisa diakses dari mana saja dan kapan saja. Pembuatan menggunakan manajemen basis data MySQL dan menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP native dengan konsep Object Oriented Programming(OOP).

Proses interaksi belajar mengajar yang dilakukan oleh SMA Perguruan Cikini masih terbilang sangat tradisional dan belum memanfaatkan teknologi dengan cukup baik. Learning Management System atau LMS. Dengan adanya LMS untuk SMA Perguruan Cikini siswa dan guru serta administrasi sekolah bisa melakukan proses belajar mengajar dan menyampaikan informasi kepada seluruh warga sekolah. Selain itu proses belajar mengajar pun juga terbilang efektif karena guru bisa langsung memberikan materi secara langsung dan siswa bisa mendownload materi tersebut secara langsung di dalam website LMS tersebut Pada tahap program yang dilaksanakan dalam pembuatan serta pengembangan dari LMS untuk SMA Perguruan Cikini ini yaitu Observasi lokasi sekolah untuk memudahkan tim pengembang dalam melakukan interaksi dan sistem kerja yang efisien, Lalu menganalisa kebutuhan, hambatan, serta permasalahan yang terjadi pada SMA Perguruan Cikini dalam proses belajar dan mengajarnyaProgram pembuatan LMS untuk SMA Perguruan Cikini ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari pembelajaran serta interaksi antara guru dan siswa di SMA Perguruan Cikini. Di Dalam Program ini team pengembang berusaha memaksimalkan LMS untuk bisa dipakai dengan baik serta menjadi sistem andalan dan sistem percontohan untuk sekolah sekolah lain yang ada di jakarta ini, Khususnya sekolah SMA Perguruan Cikini lain yang bisa memakai sistem ini dengan menyesuaikan teknologi sistem yang sudah ada didalam LMS tersebut. Untuk jangka waktu pendek pihak SMA Perguruan Cikini akan memasukkan seluruh database Siswa & Guru yang akan dimasukkan kedalam sistem tersebut. Pihak sekolah akan mulai memasukkan satu persatu data data informasi murid yang saat ini masih menjadi penyimpanan data secara tradisional mulai ingin melakukan migrasi data secara modern untuk dimasukkan kedalam LMS Perguruan Cikini yang sudah dibuat ini. Selain itu pun juga nantinya guru akan mulai menyimpan seluruh materi yang akan disediakan untuk bisa diakses oleh seluruh siswa yang akan melihat materi dari SMA Perguruan Cikini tersebut.    

The method of learning the universe at TK Pertiwi Bebengan, Kec. Boja, Kab. Kendal, Central Java is still simple, namely explaining the material by displaying a 2-dimensional still image. This makes students unable to see directly the process of rotation and movement of celestial bodies in the universe. For this reason, it is necessary to create an application that can display the process through 3D animated moving images using Augmented Reality (AR) based technology. The research method used is Prototype, while the architectural design uses UML and software applications using Unity3D, Vuforia, Photoshop CS6 and Blender. The final results of the study are 1) on testing application features made with Unity3D and Vuforia software can run well, 2) on device testing there are 2 out of 4 smartphones that cannot run the application so that a minimum specification of a smartphone is required, 3) on distance testing with a height of 20 cm, it requires the right camera tilt angle, which is between200 to 900. The conclusion of the research is that this application can run well on mobile devices registered in Google's ARCore database and minimum specifications of Android 8.0 Oreo. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to the right camera tilt angle so that it can display 3D objects.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan sortir seleksi dalam menentukan dokumen rekam medis yang harus disimpan dalam sistem informasi penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis. Dengan algoritma selection sort, pengurutan dokumen dalam sistem menjadi lebih mudah. Metode Sistem dibangun berbasis Web dengan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan System Development Live Cycle (SDLC). Klinik PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganom Klaten merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Kabupaten Klaten. Ruang penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis masih satu dengan pendaftaran rawat jalan. Sistem informasi penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis dengan penerapan metode pengurutan seleksi yang digunakan yaitu descending dan ascending, dengan mengurutkan tahun dengan nominal besar ke tahun dengan nominal kecil atau sebaliknya. Penerapan metode seleksi pada sistem retensi dokumen rekam medis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext) dengan database My SQL diharapkan dapat membantu proses retensi di Klinik PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganom Klaten dan pelayanan kesehatan menjadi lebih baik.

The purpose of this study was to establish a website for the CRM-based WiassShop Shoe Store. The method that will be built in this research is a website-based information system at WiasShop using the Waterfall system development method. The use of this method begins with listening to all obstacles, obstacles and suggestions from customers. Then a system design will be carried out that is tailored to the needs and complaints that have been submitted by customers, after which the development design is implemented in the form of a website. After that, the system will be tested to find out where the bugs (weaknesses) are, which will later be repaired and refined. This system will be built using Php Native and using MySQL database. Hasil penelitian yang penulis buat dengan judul Rancang bangun website pada toko sepatu wiasshop berbasis CRM adalah untuk memudahkan pengelola Wiasshop dalam melakukan pengolahan data produk, memudahkan dalam pencatatan data transaksi,dan mempermudah user dalam melakukan pembelian produk.

The research method used in build a car rental booking application with PHP and MySQL based website service is by analyzing needs, system design, database design, and design dialog screen.

The implementation of management system in health services is common as an attempt to improve the quality. In Indonesia, the most commonly used health  insurance is the service issued by Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Social or BPJS  (Social Security Administration) that collaborates with many hospitals such as Datu Pancaitana Regional Public Hospital in Bone Regency. This research uses qualitative approach with a case study as the research design. The research data are obtained through in-depth interviews with The Head of Medical Records Department, some staffs of the administrative service as well as patients of BPJS users in the Emergency Unit. In addition to that, this research collects its research data through field observations and a review of related previous studies. The findings reveal that the hospital management applies the following strategies in the division of administrative services: (1) planning through trainings and workshops provided for the human resources as well as the formulation of RUK and RPK; (2) organising through trainings involving a number of institutions within Datu Pancaitana Regional Public Hospital in Bone Regency; (3) actuating through an execution of administrative services for BPJS users; (4) controlling through supervision facilitated by the hospital management; (5) evaluating that addresses the process of human resources quality promotion through databased information trainings. In conclusion, the findings of this research are hoped to provide insights that can be useful for the hospital management specifically the emergency unit to improve their performance in providing services for BPJS users. They can start by assessing the development and training, program execution and evaluation aspects as well as by improving the facilities and infrastructure.

The implementation of hospital accreditation is a policy used to measure whether the standards set by the government have been met by a hospital, besides that another function of hospital accreditation is that it can be used as an accountability for the quality of services provided. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between hospital accreditation and the quality of health services. Literature Review design was chosen as the design to conduct this research, the databases used are Elsevier, google scholar, PubMed, and Sinta. Hospital accreditation has an influence on the quality of service in the hospital, where the higher the accreditation of a hospital, the better the quality of health services. There are several factors that can improve both variables, including the use of information technology, patient assessment, drug use management, patient and family education, control and prevention of infectious diseases, facility management.
