Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in Indonesia's economic development, particularly in developing products based on local wisdom. Toko Jayabaru is an MSME that markets Maumere's signature souvenirs made from traditional ikat woven fabric, facing various challenges and opportunities amid business and tourism dynamics. This study aims to identify internal and external factors affecting Toko Jayabaru's performance and formulate appropriate business development strategies through SWOT analysis. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through in-depth interviews with the owner and management of Toko Jayabaru. Data analysis uses the SWOT framework (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to identify the business's strategic position and formulate alternative development strategies. Toko Jayabaru's main strengths lie in strong local cultural identity, authentic product quality, and adequate business experience. Weaknesses include limited digital marketing, restricted production capacity, and lack of derivative product variations. Opportunities encompass Flores tourism sector growth, increasing interest in local products, and potential strategic collaborations. Main threats are competition from similar products, influx of imitation products, and dependence on tourism sector fluctuations. Recommended development strategies include strengthening branding through storytelling, diversifying woven derivative products, optimizing digital marketing, strategic collaboration with tourism stakeholders, enhancing human resource capacity, and implementing customer loyalty programs. Implementation of these strategies is expected to increase MSME competitiveness while preserving Maumere's local culture.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, store atmosphere, and word of mouth on repurchase intention of Batik Lochatara Kediri consumers. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents who are customers of Batik Lochatara Kediri, selected using accidental sampling. The research instrument was measured using a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software, preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results reveal that partially, word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, while service quality and store atmosphere do not show a significant effect. However, simultaneously, service quality, store atmosphere, and word of mouth have a significant influence on repurchase intention. These findings indicate that positive consumer recommendations and shared experiences play a more dominant role in encouraging repurchase intention in the context of local batik MSMEs. Therefore, strengthening word-of-mouth strategies is essential to enhance customer loyalty and business sustainability.

Changes in the lifestyles of the younger generation in Padang City have significantly contributed to the growth of the culinary and entertainment sectors, especially in services for birthday celebrations and small banquets presented in aesthetic and personalized packages. In this highly competitive culinary business, a strong branding strategy is essential for building a recognizable brand image and attracting consumers. Improving product quality and quantity, diversifying offerings, and providing a wide variety of products are critical for creating added value and expanding market share. Equally important, effective promotion enables companies to communicate with consumers, influence purchasing decisions, and strengthen brand loyalty. The general equilibrium concept offers a framework to understand how interconnected markets respond to changes in supply, demand, and consumer preferences, highlighting the need for businesses to continuously evaluate and adapt their strategies. This study emphasizes that success in Padang City’s bakery and culinary service industry depends on the integration of branding strategies, ongoing product development, and targeted promotional efforts, ensuring competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia faces challenges in attracting customers, especially younger generations who are more familiar with digital technology. Digital marketing has become an important strategy for reaching a wider market segment through social media, websites, and mobile applications. This study uses a literature review method to analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing in increasing customer interest in Islamic banking. The results of the study show that educational, interactive, and transparent digital marketing can increase customer awareness, trust, and emotional attachment to Islamic products. The factors for the success of this strategy include content quality, ease of access to digital services, content segmentation according to customer profiles, and multichannel communication integration. However, the effectiveness of digital marketing is still limited by the scarcity of educational content, human resource capacity, and the level of digital literacy among the public. This study concludes that optimizing creative, personalized, and educational digital marketing strategies is key for Islamic banking to increase customer interest and loyalty.

This study analyzes the influence of Digital Marketing Strategy and Brand Image on consumer purchasing decisions and tests the role of Brand Awareness as a moderating variable at Moringa Coffee and Eatery. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale questionnaire and processed using SmartPLS 4.0 with a quantitative PLS method approach. The results show that Digital Marketing Strategy and Brand Image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, Brand Awareness does not act as a moderating variable because it does not strengthen the relationship between the two on Purchase Decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of optimizing digital marketing strategies and strengthening brand image, as well as the need to increase brand awareness in order to support the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Furthermore, the study highlights that consumers tend to make purchasing decisions based on the perceived value and credibility presented through digital platforms, making consistent online engagement crucial. Improving brand awareness may require more targeted promotional activities, interactive content, and customer involvement to build a stronger emotional connection with the brand. Overall, these results provide valuable insights for managers aiming to enhance competitiveness and customer loyalty in the digital marketplace.

The rapid development of digital technology demands that Islamic banks innovate to compete with conventional banks and digital financial institutions. This study aims to analyze the product differentiation strategies implemented by Islamic banks to increase competitiveness in the digital era. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through literature studies, interviews, and observations of Islamic banks' digital services. The results indicate that product differentiation strategies are implemented through the development of digital services based on Sharia principles, improving the quality of mobile banking services, and creating innovative products that meet the needs of millennials and digital natives. Furthermore, the application of the values of transparency, fairness, and sustainability serves as a competitive advantage that distinguishes Islamic banks from conventional competitors. In conclusion, the success of product differentiation in the digital era depends on the ability of Islamic banks to integrate technological innovation with Sharia values, thereby increasing customer trust and loyalty and strengthening their competitive position in the digital financial industry.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by CV Mitra Agung to increase consumer purchasing interest in the Sungai Pinyuh District. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies. The results of the analysis indicate that the implementation of an integrated marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion) has been significantly successful in increasing both consumer purchasing interest and loyalty. The main supporting factors for this success include offering products with consistent quality, setting competitive prices compared to competitors, active and creative promotions, especially through the use of social media, and selecting a strategic and easily accessible business location. Despite showing positive results, this study also identified several challenges faced by the company, namely limited operational capital and limited market reach, which need to be addressed for future business development. Based on these findings, several important recommendations are provided, These include continuous innovation in product variants, optimizing and maximizing the use of digital media platforms to increase brand awareness, and improving the quality of customer service. These recommendations are expected to help CV Mitra Agung expand its market share, improve sales performance, and ensure business sustainability.

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing on customer loyalty at the Uban Muslim Clothing Store MSME in Cianjur in the context of e-commerce development. The increasingly rapid digital transformation requires MSMEs to adapt to technology-based marketing strategies to be able to compete and retain consumers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey technique on 20 adult respondents, both men and women, who have interacted with the store. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms, measuring two main variables: digital marketing (as an independent variable) and customer loyalty (as a dependent variable). The analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive influence of digital marketing on customer loyalty, as indicated in the regression equation Y = 3.5226 + 0.582XY = 3.5226 + 0.582XY = 3.5226 + 0.582X. The regression coefficient of 0.582 indicates that every one unit increase in digital marketing activity can significantly increase customer loyalty. Meanwhile, the intercept value of 3.5226 indicates that customer loyalty remains high even without digital activities, indicating a strong foundation of loyalty from non-digital factors. This finding has important implications: digital marketing is not just a promotional tool, but a key strategy for building long-term customer engagement. This study recommends that MSMEs optimize digital content, online interactions, and data-driven communication systems to maintain and enhance customer loyalty in the digital marketing era.

This study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to examine how key dimensions of digital service quality—namely system quality, ease of use, perceived value, and payment availability—shape customer loyalty among Generation Z culinary consumers, with customer satisfaction functioning as the mediating variable. Bibliometric mapping reveals that previous studies have predominantly focused on Millennials and Gen Y and have emphasized traditional service quality rather than digital service performance, indicating a significant research gap in Gen Z–specific digital consumption behavior. The SLR findings show that fast, secure, stable, and user-friendly digital systems strongly influence perceived value and user satisfaction, while the availability of digital payments such as QRIS and e-wallets enhances seamless transactional experiences. Customer satisfaction emerges as the primary psychological mechanism mediating the relationship between digital service quality and Gen Z loyalty, reflected in repeat purchases, positive word of mouth, and emotional attachment to digital culinary platforms. This study contributes theoretically by addressing existing research gaps and proposing a conceptual model of Gen Z loyalty grounded in digital experience.

This study aims to analyze the brand equity strategy and perception of Tomoro Coffee Blimbing based on four main dimensions: brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. A descriptive qualitative approach was used through in-depth interviews with management, baristas, and customers. The data were then analyzed thematically through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Tomoro Coffee's brand awareness is strongly formed through store expansion, social media activities, and a memorable slogan. Brand associations are perceived as modern, aesthetic, and closely related to youth lifestyles, although there is still a conflict between premium and economical images. Regarding quality perceptions, customers value consistent coffee taste and service, but perceived value is still influenced by promotions. Customer loyalty varies, with some indicating repeat visits due to quality, while others rely on promotions and situational needs. This study concludes that Tomoro Coffee's brand equity is quite strong, but needs to be strengthened with perceived value and fostering emotional loyalty. The implications of these findings can inform the development of marketing strategies and brand management in the increasingly competitive coffee shop industry.

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies implemented by Islamic fintech platforms to enhance their competitiveness in the Islamic financial sector. The research is motivated by the rapid development of financial technology, which has significantly influenced consumer behavior and reshaped financial institutions’ business models, including those operating under Islamic principles. Despite this growth, Islamic fintech faces challenges in strengthening its brand image, user trust, and customer loyalty amidst the dominance of conventional fintech players. The study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach using case studies of selected Islamic fintech platforms such as Ammana, Ethis, and Investree Syariah. Data were collected through documentation, online interviews, and analysis of financial reports and official websites. The data were analyzed using the SWOT framework to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of current digital marketing strategies. The findings indicate that the use of social media, collaboration with Muslim influencers, and educational content about halal finance serve as key strategies for expanding market reach and building user trust. Consistent and Sharia-compliant digital marketing efforts have proven effective in enhancing brand awareness, customer loyalty, and Islamic financial inclusion. The implications of this research suggest that digital marketing is not merely a promotional tool but a strategic instrument to strengthen competitiveness and expand the global presence of Islamic fintech. With supportive regulations and improved digital literacy, Islamic fintech has the potential to become a driving force in transforming the Islamic financial ecosystem in the digital era.

The development of digital technology has driven major changes in global marketing strategies, particularly in the luxury smartphone industry, where competition is not only based on technological features but also on brand image and exclusivity. This study aims to systematically analyse various digital marketing strategies implemented by luxury smartphone brands using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. In this study, researchers identified, evaluated, and synthesised 70 related articles, which were filtered into 15 main articles based on inclusion and exclusion criteria between 2020 and 2025. The analysis results indicate that digital marketing strategies such as influencer marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), visual content on social media, and the use of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technology have proven effective in increasing brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales conversions. However, the research also reveals the main challenges faced by companies in maintaining exclusivity and premium experiences through digital channels that are mass-market and open in nature. The study recommends that luxury smartphone brands integrate data-driven personalisation approaches and build strong, authentic brand narratives across various digital platforms to maintain their competitive position in the premium segment. The practical implications of this research can serve as a reference for marketers and decision-makers.

The purpose of this research is to analyze how strategies for collecting and managing Third Party Funds (DPK) affect the profitability level of Bank Jatim. As the bank’s main funding source, the effectiveness of DPK management significantly determines its ability to distribute credit, maintain liquidity, and improve financial performance. This research applies a qualitative descriptive methodology within a case study framework at Bank Jatim, with data collected through comprehensive field observations. conducted during the MBKM internship program in the Accounting and Financial Management Division, complemented by the analysis of Bank Jatim’s financial statements for the 2024–2025 period. The findings reveal that the 15% growth in DPK in 2024 positively contributed to the increase in productive assets, net interest margin (NIM), and return on assets (ROA). Bank Jatim’s main strategies include increasing the proportion of low-cost funds (CASA), digitalizing services through the JConnect application, collaborating with local governments, and providing exclusive services for priority customers. These approaches not only promote the growth of low-cost funds but also strengthen customer loyalty and the bank’s competitiveness amid the evolving banking landscape. The study concludes that innovative, efficient, and digitally based DPK management enhances Bank Jatim’s profitability and reinforces its role as a regional development bank. The study recommends strengthening financial literacy among the public and diversifying deposit products to expand the customer base..      Keywords: Third Party Funds, Bank Jatim, Profitability, Digital Banking, Financial Management Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi penghimpunan dan pengelolaan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) berpengaruh terhadap tingkat profitabilitas Bank Jatim. Sebagai sumber pendanaan utama, efektivitas pengelolaan DPK memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kemampuan bank untuk menyalurkan kredit, mempertahankan likuiditas, serta meningkatkan kinerja keuangan secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pada Bank Jatim. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan observasi langsung di lapangan. program magang di Divisi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Keuangan, serta melalui analisis laporan keuangan Bank Jatim periode 2024–2025.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan DPK sebesar 15% pada tahun 2024 memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan aset produktif, Net Interest Margin (NIM), dan Return on Assets (ROA). Strategi utama yang diterapkan Bank Jatim mencakup peningkatan proporsi dana murah (CASA), digitalisasi layanan melalui aplikasi JConnect, kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah, serta penyediaan layanan eksklusif bagi nasabah prioritas. Strategi tersebut tidak hanya berhasil mendorong peningkatan dana murah, tetapi juga memperkuat loyalitas nasabah dan daya saing Bank Jatim di tengah ketatnya persaingan industri perbankan.Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan DPK yang inovatif, efisien, dan berbasis digital berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan profitabilitas Bank Jatim sekaligus memperkuat perannya sebagai bank pembangunan daerah. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in supporting the national economy but often face challenges in reaching broader markets in the digital era. This report focuses on the digital marketing strategies implemented by D'Kitchen, a culinary MSME that relies on social media and e-commerce platforms to enhance competitiveness. Actions taken include the implementation of various digital tools, such as Instagram, marketplaces, and e-payment systems, to measure their effectiveness in increasing visibility, market reach, and customer loyalty. The results of this report show that the application of digital marketing strategies successfully boosts consumer engagement and expands the market, although further optimization is still needed to sustain long-term growth. This report provides practical recommendations for MSMEs in leveraging digital technology to face increasingly competitive markets.

Located in Karangjati, Semarang Regency. The rapid development of the culinary industry has led to increasingly fierce competition. Customer satisfaction is crucial for business continuity. This study employs a quantitative method with an explanatory design. A total of 96 individuals were surveyed using simple random sampling.  The F-test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, descriptive statistics, and t-test were used to analyse the data collected via a Likert scale questionnaire. The results show that taste and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Consistency in taste provides emotional satisfaction, while good service enhances the customer's dining experience. The coefficient of determination shows that these two factors explain more than 60% of the variation in customer satisfaction. These findings emphasise the importance for traditional restaurants to maintain the uniqueness and consistency of taste while improving service quality in order to build customer loyalty and maintain competitiveness.

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, café atmosphere, and trust on customer loyalty at Omah Petoeng Tulungagung. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population consisted of customers who had made at least two purchases, with a sample of 112 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results indicate that service quality, café atmosphere, and trust have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on customer loyalty. Among these variables, trust shows the most dominant influence on loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.540 indicates that 54% of customer loyalty variation is explained by the three independent variables. These findings highlight the importance of integrating quality service, pleasant café ambiance, and customer trust in fostering long-term loyalty. The study provides practical implications for local café managers to enhance competitiveness through trust-based service strategies and customer experience management.

Hidayah Boyolali General Hospital (RSU) was established by the Yayasan Dua September Boyolali and began operating since September 2, 2011 as a medical center, then officially became a hospital in May 2012 through the Decree of the Head of the Investment and Integrated Licensing Service Agency of Boyolali Regency No. 503/002/30 of 2012. As a type D private hospital, RSU Hidayah Boyolali is committed to providing professional health services that are oriented towards customer satisfaction. In the face of fierce competition between hospitals, especially in the Boyolali area, RSU Hidayah seeks to develop an effective marketing strategy to increase the number of patient visits. This Community Service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the hospital development team related to marketing strategies through the Hospital Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach. The solutions offered include education on CSR concepts and methods in hospital marketing, CSR implementation training, and assistance in developing strategies and user interfaces for customer data collection. The output of this activity includes the publication of the results of service in scientific journals, videos of online activities, increasing the knowledge and skills of the hospital development team, and integrating the results of the activities into the Hospital Marketing Management course. This activity is expected to be able to strengthen the ability of Hidayah Boyolali Hospital to compete and increase patient satisfaction and loyalty.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of green marketing and brand image on customer loyalty at Starbucks Coffee Living World Pekanbaru. The background of this study is based on increasing competition in the coffee industry, changes in consumer lifestyles that are increasingly environmentally conscious, and the importance of brand image in building long-term relationships with customers. The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative. The number of samples in this study was 100 people with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. This study investigates the structural relationships among Product Quality (PQ), Brand Image (BI), Word of Mouth (WOM), and Repurchase Intention (RI) to empirically understand the sequential mechanisms driving consumer loyalty in a highly competitive market. Grounded conceptually in the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) paradigm, the research posits that PQ acts as an external antecedent influencing RI through the mediating cognitive and behavioural constructs of BI and WOM. Data were collected from a sample of 187 Weber product consumers in Surabaya and analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The empirical results confirm all hypothesized direct and indirect relationships. Specifically, PQ significantly and positively influences both BI (β=0.337, p<0.000) and WOM (β=0.351, p<0.000). Furthermore, both BI and WOM significantly predict RI, with WOM (β=0.498, p<0.000) demonstrating a markedly stronger effect compared to BI (β=0.414, p<0.000). The model successfully explains a moderate 57% of the variance in Repurchase Intention. These findings underscore the strategic imperative for management to prioritize superior product quality, which organically fosters a positive brand perception and stimulates potent word-of-mouth promotion identified as the most critical driver of repeated purchases. This study aims to analyze the strategies used by business actors in facing local market competition through Porter's Five Forces Model approach, which includes: the threat of new entrants, the threat of substitute products, the bargaining power of suppliers, the bargaining power of consumers, and the intensity of competition between competitors. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews with three categories of informants, namely business owners, employees, and consumers. Data analysis was conducted by identifying patterns, differences, and linkages between the strategies applied and aspects of Porter's Five Forces Model. The results showed that the main strendgth in local competition lies in the high intensity of competitors and the increasing number of alternative products offered. The integration strategy between online and offline marketing is proven to help dealers reach consumers more widely and build customer loyalty. The use of social media, digital promotions, and direct-to-consumer services such as exhibitions and local community partnerships are key to adaptation in the digital era. By understanding Porter's five aspects in depth, businesses can formulate strategies that are more adaptive, innovative, and highly competitive in the local market.
