Increasing the prosperity of owners or shareholders is one of the goals of companies that have gone public. The high prosperity will increase the market performance of companies going public. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of financial performance in improving the stock price of companies going public. The population used in this research is 65 companies in the consumer goods sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 60 companies that meet the sample criteria. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, normality test, coefficient of determination, and t test. Financial performance variables are measured from three ratios, namely solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. The results showed that the solvency ratio and profitability ratio have a significant influence on the stock price of companies going public. The activity ratio shows that the results cannot affect the stock price of companies going public

SMK Negeri 11 Semarang is a school that has four competency skills, namely Graphic Preparation, Graphic Production, Multimedia, and Animation. Every time they enter the beginning of the school year, school socialization and skills competencies are carried out to new students through the Student Orientation Period, using the lecture method from each of the Head of Skills Competencies. Researchers have created an attractive and informative audio-visual presentation media, packed with docudrama stories, namely documentary films. The results of validation tests conducted by expert experts and users show that the documentary films that have been developed by researchers fall into the very good criteria with a percentage of 93.75%. In addition, through the use of the 228 new students as respondents, it can be concluded that the documentary film developed by the author falls into the good criteria with a percentage of 61%.

This study aims to test empirically the factors that influence corporate social responsibility disclosure (CSRD). The predictor variables used are Company Size, Profitability, Dept to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2017 to 2019, the sampling method used is purposive sampling. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression and data testing using SPSS-23 software. The research sample according to the sampling criteria is 34 companies, so that the observations are 102 firm years. The results showed that company size, profitability and NPM had a positive effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure (CSRD) and DER had a negative effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure (CSRD). Overall the independent variables used have an influence on CSRD, based on the t test the independent variable affects 33.6% while 66.4 is influenced by other variables not used in this study. The implication of this research is that CSRD can be increased by increasing company size, profitability and NMP and reducing DER.  Keywords: CSRD, Company Size, Profitability, DER and NPM.

This thesis contains a study of how BPR financial ratios are Current Asset Ratio (CAR)/ Minimum Capital Requirements (KPMM), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operational Costs Operating Income (BOPO), and Loans to Deposit Ratio (LDR) affects the level of profitability projected by the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio. In this study CAR/ KPMM, NPL, NIM, BOPO and LDR as independent variables, while ROA as the dependent variable. This study uses sample data from the financial statements of Rural Bank (BPR) in Semarang City registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2016 to 2018. Sampling from the OJK website (www.ojk.go.id) and using the Purpossive method Sampling. There are 23 BPRs that meet the criteria as research samples. The sample data is processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 19. The analytical method used for data processing in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method. The results of the data processing in this study indicate that CAR / KPMM and NIM have a significant positive effect on ROA, BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA and NPL, and LDR does not significantly influence ROA  Key Wor : Rural Credit Banks (BPR), ROA, CAR/KPMM, NPL, NIM, BOPO, LDR

This study aimed to improve the learning outcomes of class VIII E students of SMP Negeri 1 Kemalang in the 2018 2019 academic year using the Guided Inquiry learning model. This research was a class action research consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning. observation and reflection.  Data were taken from students who were the subject of research. The technique of collecting data using observations, written tests and documentation.  The data analysis technique used comparative descriptive.  The results showed that study stated at the first cycle of student activity were 67% and learning completeness was 73%.  In cycle II, student activity was 80 %.  Already met the performance indicators ?75% of students achieved high activity criteria (? 75%).  Classical completeness increased by 87%, it has met the performance indicator, namely ? 85%. So it can be concluded that the guided inquiry learning model can improve student learning outcomes.  Keywords: learning activities, learning outcomes, guided inquiry

Study This goal is to ascertain how return on investment affects the share price of PT Astra International. Time frame for the study: this covers the years 2013–2018. population studied This is a mining company that is listed on IDX. Purposive sampling is used in the election sample. In the years 2008 to 2010, there were up to 31 firms miningyang listed on the IDX. utilized data analysis Simple regression analytical techniques are used to test the hypothesis.According to a results study, the results mark significance of 0.935 acquired by results processing statistics is larger than the criteria significance (0.05). The regression model is therefore not significant. Therefore, the linearity criterion is satisfied by linear regression. The R2 result is 0.002 which indicates that the variability variable dependent may be described by the variability variable independent by 0.2% while the remaining 99.8% is explained by other factors not included in the regression model.

Old age is a final stage in the span of human life. Health problems that are often found in the elderly, one of which is psychological disorders, namely anxiety, depression, readiness. These psychological disorders usually cause the emergence of sleep disorders, namely insomnia. Insomnia has an impact on physical effects, namely fatigue and muscle pain. The combination of progressive relaxation techniques and keroncong music is a non-pharmacological therapy given to clients by tensing certain muscles and then relaxing chili sauce accompanied by keroncong music. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of progressive relaxation therapy and keroncong music on insomnia in the elderly at the Setya Manunggal III Posyandu, Semarang Regency. This type of research is a quasi-experimental approach with a one group pre-post-test design without control approach. The population of the study was the active elderly who were registered at the Setya Manunggal III Posyandu Lansia as many as 33 elderly. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling by taking into account certain criteria, namely: 1) the elderly who were registered at the Setyamanunggal III Posyandu, 2) aged 60-74 years. 3) Does not experience limitations or paralysis of limbs 4) Likes keroncong music. The exclusion criteria set included: 1) Elderly people with dementia 2) Elderly people who received medication to help sleep/anti-depressants/sedatives 3) Elderly people with total hearing loss. Insomnia measuring instrument using the KSBPJ Questionnaire. The results showed that there was an effect of Combination of Progressive Relaxation Therapy and Keroncong Music on insomnia in the elderly with a t value of 16,142 > t table.

Hypertension is situation where blood pressure exceeding the limit of normal with blood pressure 140/90 mmHg and which includes non contagious disease. Complementary therapy can reduce the risk of hypertension complications. SEFT therapy one of a complementary therapy that can be used to overcome the problem of increasing blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to carried out SEFT therapy towards decreasing blood pressure in hypertension patients in the built area of Puskesmas Rowosari Semarang. This type of researAch is descriptive using the case study approach method. The criteria used in the case study: primary hypertension patients, hypertension sufferers were able to communicate well, hypertension patients who did not take anti-hypertension drugs. Case study analysis was carried out by processing data through observation of blood pressure before and after SEFT therapy. The results of the case study showed that there was a decrease of blood pressure. Before therapy the blood pressure of  the subject I was 170/110 mmHg decreased to 120/80 mmHg and in subject II before therapy, blood pressure 160/100 decreased to 140/80 mmHg. The recommendation is with control of blood pressure by using SEFT therapy, the society can apply this therapy.

Wood is an important element determining the quality of a product on furniture. The lack of knowledge of the furniture industry in this industry causes problems to choose a decision in determining the wood material to produce quality and quality furniture products. Development of a decision support system using the Analytichal Hierarchy Process method uses wood quality feasibility parameters consisting of five criteria, namely Physical Physical Properties, Mechanical Mechanical Properties of Wood, Wood Grade, Wood Age and Wood Substance from several samples. The results of this study were to produce a decision from the data to determine a decision, a decision support system for the purchase of wood materials for a furniture industry company using the Analytichal Hierarchy Process method. After testing, it can be concluded that the decision obtained is appropriate for use by staff and superiors and is ready to be implemented.

This study aims to assess and identify the influence of role conflict and role ambiguity and the independence commitment of internal auditors to work at the Regional Development Bank of North Sumatra, Nias Islands Region. Determination of respondents is done by purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria. The number of questionnaires distributed was 35 questionnaires. This study uses simple linear regression. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the role conflict and the ambiguity of each affect.

Financial distress is a financial condition of a company that is in a state of crisis. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of liquidity, leverage, operating capacity, profitability, and firm growth on financial distress. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018 with the sampling technique using porposive sampling or criteria. Based on the technique, obtained sample of 112 companies. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and profitability has a significant effect on the financial distress of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Meanwhile, leverage, operating capacity, and firm growth have no effect on the financial distress of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

This  research  analyzes  the  effect  of   Working  Capital  Turnover,  Growth,  Size  and  Liquidity  on  Profitability  (Study  at  Manufacture  Companies  listed  on  the  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  for  the  2016-2018  period).  There  are  population  of  143  Manufacture  Companies  listed  on  the   Indonesia  Stock  Exchange.  The  sample  selection  method  uses  purposive  sampling  which  is  based  on  predetermined  criteria,  then  obtained  total  sample  are  44  manufacture  companies  during  2016-2018  period. The  analytical  tool  use  is  multiple  linear  regression  .  The  results  this  research  show  that  working  capital  turnover  and  growth  have not  effect  on  profitability,  while  size  and  liquidity  have effect on profitability.  Keywords : Working  Capital  Turnover,  Growth,  Size,  Liquidity,  Profitability

Teenage pregnancy and parenthood among teenagers are still a matter of international concern because of the potential adverse consequences for society, families and individuals. Teen pregnancies are more than 80% unplanned. The transition to parenting experienced by teens creates a period of instability that demands new parenting roles. Parenting by adolescent mothers will be more effective when adolescent mothers receive strong social and emotional support from their families and partners. The purpose of this study was to explore social support for adolescent mothers in the care of infant children. Qualitative research methods with an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach. Respondents in this study there were 5 respondents who met the inclusion criteria were taken using purposive sampling technique. The data was obtained using a semi-structured interview method. The research credibility was achieved by using triangulation of sources through interviews with the mothers of the main participants. The results showed that the five participants expressed various experiences of being a mother that varied when caring for infant age children depending on the situation experienced by each mother. Social support for adolescent mothers in child care includes 4 themes, namely 1). Instrumental Support, 2). Information Support, 3). Financial Support, 4). Emotional Support Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that there will be a special program for adolescent mothers, in which the role of health workers is able to support mothers' efforts to obtain optimal education and skills in parenting.

The quality of health services shows the level of perfection of health services in creating a sense of satisfaction in patients.In this study, researchers used a purposive sampling type of research, namely sampling with special criteria, namely inclusion and exclusion criteria with a cross sectional approach, namely research that explores, analyzes and explains the relationship between the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at the Ridge Health Center. The data needed comes from filling out questionnaires by patients or families of patients seeking treatment at the Ridge Health Center.The sample in this study used 44 respondents who received treatment at the Ridge Health Center. And in this research, the instrument used was a questionnaire with a total of 40 questions.The results of this study show that there is a relationship between the quality of health services, reliability (0.038<0.05), assurance (0.000<0.05), tangibility (0.002<0.05), empathy (0.000<0.05), and responsiveness (0.000 <0.05) with patient satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the quality of health services (reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness) with patient satisfaction at the Ridge Community Health Center. The advice that researchers can give is that they can evaluate and improve management to improve the quality of service so that patient satisfaction is related to research results, namely the components of speed of administration, patient comfort as well as completeness of medical equipment and accuracy of information so that it is hoped that it can increase patient satisfaction.
