This journal examines the development strategies of silver craftsmen businesses in Bakalan, Mojodadi Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto, facing the risk of extinction. This Region, initially known as a center for silver craftsmen, now confronts serious challenges due to changes in market trends and modernization. The research aims to analyze the factors causing the threat of extinction and formulate appropriate development strategies. The research methods include surveys, interviews, and qualitative data analysis. The results indicate that factors such as changes in consumer preferences, lack of innovation in design, and insufficient marketing and distribution support have significantly impacted the decline in the performance of silver craftsmen in Mojodadi Village.

The Society 5.0 era reflects the world's transition towards a society that integrates digital technology with everyday life. In this context, traditional culinary delights, such as lemang, have the potential to evolve and maintain their relevance amidst changing times. Lemang, a traditional rice-based food prepared by steaming it in bamboo sticks, has become an inseparable part of the culinary heritage of people in several Southeast Asian countries. However, with technological developments and shifts in people's consumption patterns, there is a tendency to ignore traditional culinary delights such as lemang. Therefore, it is important to implement strategies that can promote lemang so that they remain in demand in the Society 5.0 era. Integration of digital technology in the production, distribution and promotion processes of lemang can be a solution. Using social media platforms to promote the uniqueness and deliciousness of lemang, as well as bridging traditional craftsmen with a wider market through e-commerce are some ways to introduce lemang to a new generation. Additionally, innovation in recipes and presentation, without losing its traditional essence, can also be an interesting approach. By combining traditional values and innovation in the Society 5.0 era, lemang will not only survive, but will also increasingly develop and be accepted in the hearts of global society. Culinary is an important aspect of human culture that continues to develop along with the times. The Society 5.0 era, which is marked by the integration of digital technology in everyday life, provides new opportunities and challenges in preserving and improving traditional culinary culture such as lemang. Lemang is a traditional food from Indonesia, Malaysia and several other Southeast Asian countries made from sticky rice cooked in bamboo. This activity aims to resolve existing problems with partners, in order to support poverty alleviation efforts for NTT specialty weaving craftsmen "Kasih Bunda" Lapoem Village, West Insana District. This activity aims to improve the welfare of weaving craftsmen, whose daily work as weaving craftsmen is untouched by entrepreneurial skills. Priority problems: 1) Currently, the production produced is less varied, the combination of motifs is still simple; 2) Do not yet have entrepreneurial skills that produce economic value and are in demand by the market; 3) Do not yet have: entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial managerial, Internet of Things (IoT) based marketing skills; 4) Do not have business capital including equipment and materials needed for weaving activities. The solution and method in this PKM program is to provide skills training to the Lapeom Village "Kasih Bunda" weaving craftsmen, so that partners will be able to produce superior products that have economic value and are needed by the market. To produce products that have sales value, skills training is directed at weaving quality. Therefore, the training provided will also cover technical production, weaving design and Internet of Things (IoT) based marketing which is very suitable for product promotion in the New Normal Era. This entrepreneurship training has social goals and is based on social activities. Therefore, partners will also be given training in entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial managerial skills, which also includes production management, financial management, simple accounting and marketing management. Apart from that, assistance is provided to partners, so that efforts to develop micro business activities among weaving craftsmen can be realized and run well. Banjarwaru Village known as bamboo crafts village. Originally it was just a household product, it began to develop into a product that has aesthetic value. Sales of handicraft products are also starting to grow, they are starting to spread to other areas. Then the problem arises, namely inconsistent sales levels. To overcome this problem, the Cilacap State Polytechnic carried out Community Service activities by conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities by inviting resource persons from business actors to discuss with Banjarwaru village craftsmen. The aim of this activity is that Banjarwaru village craftsmen can find solutions to increase the level of sales of their craft products. From the results of the FGD, it was found that steps that can be taken to increase sales levels are carrying out business legality, building networks with the government, consumers, and fellow business actors, and increasing promotions through digital platforms.

The aim of this community service is to identify the problems of the partner, Copper Crafts Muda Tama Gallery, Tumang, Boyolali and provide scientific solutions. The service team identified that the number of craftsmen was starting to decline due to the tendency of the younger generation to prefer to pursue business as marketers. The team uses the extension method to share knowledge with partner communities. Human Resources Management can be carried out in several ways apart from continuing to maintain good direction efforts at each stage of production, establishing controlled production procedures, evaluating employee work results, and developing employees in terms of reward and punishment; The service team proposed that the company collaborate with several vocational schools with a concentration in arts and crafts. This is important so that this skill does not become extinct, and in fact so that it can grow in terms of manufacturing and the number of craftsmen. The aim of this research is to determine the description and impact of promotion of Ulos Ragi Hotang on increasing tourist attraction in Meat Village, Toba Regency, because promotion is a very important thing to do in increasing tourist attraction. Mazid stated that promotion is a marketing activity to introduce, inform and offer a destination to the wider public so they want to come to visit. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, with 10 research subjects selected to collect data in the field. The results of this research show that the promotions that have been carried out by the government and the community through face-to-face sales (personal selling), publicity (Publicity), sales promotions, namely an increase in the attraction of tourists to come to visit the Meat Village, although not too much. However, there are changes from the previous year. One of the world's most famous native Indonesian cultures is batik. A good batik industry must be able to produce superior batik according to market needs with quality standards, the environment, human rights and employment issues. Batik craftsmen have weak tools, use velvet chemicals, handle water and a high amount of water, and are inefficient in handling wax and other processing agents. Batik Seni Pendopo is one of the batik businesses that practices GSCM. Dokani Svetsini needs to manage mezimuzi kineria green manufacturing at Batik Seni Pendopo so that it can continue to operate its business, maintain the surrounding environment, and implement the proposed semparikan persang mezimuzi results consistently. This research uses a qualitative case study type, using the green SCOR and AHP methods. From the results of Mezurisi Ergirden, the performance value is 77.43, which means good. Of the 13 KPIs, there are several KPIs that have unsatisfactory performance, namely energy use, waste produced by % of products produced, production costs, installation costs, waste management, efficiency, stamping, batik canting. Improvements that are important in this business are minimizing the handling of electricity, handling raw materials for candle wax and water, managing candle wax for business income, modifying the management so that the cash that goes to Milan can be milled, and where farmers design and canting so that the production process is faster.

This research aims to find out and analyze the business strategy of the Brick Craftsman Business Group in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency and to find out the opportunities and challenges faced by Brick Craftsman Businesses in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The number of informants in this research was 6 people as brick entrepreneurs in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the business strategy of brick craftsmen in Limbung sub-district, Bajeng sub-district, Gowa Regency is expanding market share and increasing the quality of brick products. Opportunities in running a brick business in the Limbung sub-district, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency are that the product for making house stones is brick and the demand for bricks is quite high. The challenges faced by brick craftsmen in the Limbung sub-district, Bajeng sub-district, Gowa Regency, are uncertain weather and the emergence of many new business-based competitors.

Furniture business units in the city of Tasikmalaya altogether had 217 business units in 2018 with an investment value of IDR 28,677,699,000, a production value of IDR 82,656,245,000 and absorbing a workforce of 1,538 people. The aim of this research is to gain a better understanding of the use of raw materials, capital and labor by furniture craftsmen in Tamansari District, Tasikmalaya City. The analytical tools used in this research are multiple regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Multiple regression is used to identify the relationship between independent variables (raw materials, capital, labor) and dependent variables (income of furniture craftsmen). The research results show that raw materials, working capital and labor have a significant influence on the income of furniture craftsmen in Tamansari District, Tasikmalaya City. This means that efficient use of raw materials, capital and labor can increase the income of furniture craftsmen in the region. These results can be used as a basis for developing and improving the business of furniture craftsmen in Tasikmalaya City

The potential that exists not only requires capital, energy and funds for manufacturing, but Bayat village pottery entrepreneurs need to change their marketing strategy by using modern technology in the form of using Android devices in building their marketing strategy. This Community Service aims to motivate pottery entrepreneurs to form creative ways of thinking and productive behavior in developing marketing through Android devices. The Community Service Method uses qualitative and quantitative methods as a strategy for achieving goals. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze Natural Resource Management in Refuting the Economy of Cibeusi Villagers. This research uses qualitative research. The data was collected by interview and observation methods. The research results obtained include: (1) a lot of tourism potential such as Curug Cibareubeuy, Curug Ciangin, Muara Guava and others. (2) the potential of abundant natural resources in Cibeusi village such as black rice, palm sugar, vegetables and many others. At present, economic needs in the era of globalization are growing so that the economic sector changes rapidly. Therefore the title of the research in this thesis is "The Influence of Length of Business, Labor and Raw Materials on the Income of Alu Wood Craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet". The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population used was all wood pestle craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet with a total sample of 50 respondents and the sampling technique used random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and assisted by the SPSS Statistics 26 application. The analytical techniques used were: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (residual normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test,) and hypothesis testing (T test and F) and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, namely, the length of business, labor and raw materials have no effect and are not significant on the income of wood pestle craftsmen in Bangsri Hamlet. Hamlet. Evidenced by the simultaneous influence of length of business, labor and raw materials significantly on income.

This study aims to analyze several factors that influence the work productivity of wood sculpture craftsmen in Mas and Peliatan Village, Ubud District, namely wages, work experience, and working capital, either simultaneously or partially. The data in this study all use primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the 77 respondents who were sampled. Determination of the sample is determined by accidental sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the variables of wages, work experience, and working capital simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of the informal sector angkringan businesses in Denpasar City. Partially the variables of wages, work experience, and working capital have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of wooden sculpture craftsmen in Mas Village and Peliatan Village, Ubud District.

Infrastructure development is the duty and responsibility of both the Central Government, Provincial Government and Regency/City Regional Governments in accordance with the division of government affairs. One of the places in Bantul Regency that introduces leather puppet crafts to the wider community is Pucung as a center for shadow puppets. The development of village infrastructure based on the wayang kulit craft culture needs to identify the efforts of wayang kulit craftsmen in overcoming marketing barriers, infrastructure development efforts that have been carried out so far, and prioritized infrastructure to be equipped with the aim of increasing the marketing of wayang kulit crafts. This study uses qualitative methods with observations and interviews. The results of this study are that craftsmen market wayang kulit crafts online and digitally E-commerce to overcome the obstacles they face, the infrastructure related to the marketing of leather puppets that has been developed so far is a means of communication in the form of internet and WIFI, and infrastructure that is prioritized to be equipped is e-commerce digital marketplace.

Batik is an Indonesian cultural heritage that has more than a hundred different motifs, even in every region throughout Indonesia has its own distinctive motifs. There are several batik motifs that are very popular among Indonesian people including mega mendung batik, parang batik, sogan batik, and keraton batik. Techniques in making batik itself vary every region and every motif. Batik making in Indonesia is popular with writing, stamping, printing, tie, and splashing techniques. The tie and splash technique is a technique that is easy to learn compared to other techniques, because it does not require special techniques in its manufacture. In East Java, precisely in Tlumpu Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City, there are batik craftsmen who develop batik with splash and tie techniques. Website is one of the promotional media that can be used as an introduction, promotion, or sales medium of a product. The creation of a website for Batik Apik MSMEs in Blitar City aims to help analyze the potential of batik in Blitar City and become a promotional medium for MSMEs. The hope is that creating a website can help MSMEs in promoting their products and becoming a product sales platform.

The rapid business competition forced the owners of the Pagerjurang - Melikan pottery craftsmen to find the right media to sell their products and innovate to develop more attractive and highly marketable types and forms of products. Purpose of Outreach Socialization Development of Website-Based Prototype Company Profile Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Website is an internet application that can be accessed by almost all people today. The purpose of implementing PkM activities is to design and develop a website-based prototype company profile for Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Because the sales made by MSMEs are still traditional, although there are some who have used the WA group and Facebook, but have never used a website application. The company profile prototype development method is waterfall, namely through several stages starting from planning and data collection, system design with Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), programming in PHPMySQL and XAMPP languages. The community service activities aim to improve the knowledge and skills of herbal medicine craftsmen about sanitation and herbal hygiene production and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. This activity was held at PJ SUTI SEHATI, having its address at Pengkol RT 02 RW 1 Nguter Sukoharjo and PJ Bintang Mas having the address at Tenongan RT 2 RW 1 Gupit Nguter Sukoharjo. The form of the activity is providing counseling (lectures and question and answer), training and mentoring. The target of the activity is the leader / owner and employees of herbal medicine craftsmen. The steps of the activity include, preparation, implementation and evaluation. The participants received an explanation of sanitation and hygiene and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. Evaluation has been carried out after service activities which result in packaging using a continuous sealer machine 3-4 times faster and more hygienic.
