The economy in Indonesia has developed after being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. All levels of society participate in improving the economy, including coastal communities. To improve their economy, fishing families work by fishing at sea and this activity is dominated by men. During the sailing period, an area will be dominated by wives and children. The wives will have two roles while their husbands are away sailing, as housewives and as the financial drivers of the family. This condition requires fisherwomen to play a role as drivers of the family economy. One way that can be done is by empowering fisherwomen. The community service team of the Veteran National Development University of East Java empowered fisherwomen in Pabean Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency by conducting training in making handicrafts with copper wire into brooches with high selling value together with the owner of 'Tenocraft'. The method used in this training is the andragogy learning system. Participants were enthusiastic and able to follow the guidance of the speakers.

The aim of this community service is to identify the problems of the partner, Copper Crafts Muda Tama Gallery, Tumang, Boyolali and provide scientific solutions. The service team identified that the number of craftsmen was starting to decline due to the tendency of the younger generation to prefer to pursue business as marketers. The team uses the extension method to share knowledge with partner communities. Human Resources Management can be carried out in several ways apart from continuing to maintain good direction efforts at each stage of production, establishing controlled production procedures, evaluating employee work results, and developing employees in terms of reward and punishment; The service team proposed that the company collaborate with several vocational schools with a concentration in arts and crafts. This is important so that this skill does not become extinct, and in fact so that it can grow in terms of manufacturing and the number of craftsmen. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of partners (owners of Muda Tama Gallery) in managing human resources so that there is no shortage/loss of craftsmen. Along with the development of the times, the need for electricity is very necessary. Electrical energy is one of the energy that is needed in using equipment that is related to electrical energy such as household, office and commercial industrial equipment that requires electrical energy. Bawean Island is one of the islands that requires a large amount of electricity due to the growing development of these sectors. With the rapid development of large-scale developments, the need for electricity needs to be increased in order to meet people's demands related to electricity needs. Technical losses are losses that occur for technical reasons where energy is reduced by turning into heat or heat energy. Basically technical losses occur based on energy losses in components caused by errors in the components themselves. Technical losses that occur in distribution transformers are common. In principle, losses always occur because efficiency cannot be 100%. Energy is lost along with distribution from upstream to downstream of distribution transformers. Based on the formulation of the problem taken, the researchers calculated losses at neutral currents, copper losses, total losses, output power and total losses in the form of prices. From the results of the conclusions above, it can be seen that the greater the current in the neutral of the transformer, the more losses that occur in the transformer.

Farming on peatland is a complex task due to the low soil fertility and acidic soil pH. Careful and sustainable management is crucial for peatland agriculture. To address soil acidity in peatland, natural phosphate fertilizers or lime compounds like agricultural lime or dolomite can be used. These help neutralize H+ and Al3+ ions in the soil. Eggshells have the potential as an alternative to lime (dolomite) to raise pH. Eggshells also contain about 0.3% phosphorus and microelements (magnesium, sodium, potassium, zinc, manganese, and copper) at 0.3%. The activity took place at the Teluk Latak Village Office Hall, Bengkalis Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency, on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. The materials used in making eggshell lime fertilizer are eggshells and soil. The tools used in this practice include a blender, a spoon, and polybags. The women of the Teluk Latak Village PKK (Family Welfare Movement) responded positively to the socialization of the use of unproductive land and peat soil as a planting medium. They showed enthusiasm and actively participated in sustainable agriculture training. In conclusion, eggshells are an alternative choice as a readily available natural phosphate fertilizer from household waste. Sustainable management is essential for the success of peatland cultivation, along with the establishment of an eggshell waste bank to convert eggshells into natural phosphorus fertilizer that can help neutralize H+ and Al3+ ions in the soil.

In general, the tools used to make batik stamps are mainly made of copper, which is quite expensive. So that it is only affordable by a few circles which causes batik stamps to be used by certain circles. As time goes by, innovations emerge in batik stamping tools made from waste paper which are cheap and easy to find. That way there are advantages and disadvantages of this batik stamp because of the nature of the paper which will be explained in this study. The method used in this study is the method of demonstration and practice or direct practice. The results showed that making paper-based batik stamps was quite simple, did not require a special process and could be done by yourself.
