Streptococcus mutans naturally occurs in the human oral cavity, is a microorganism that plays an important role in the initiation of dental caries. One of the efforts to prevent dental caries is the use of natural ingredients that contain antibacterial substances that can interfere with the growth or kill bacteria. Nutmeg is a natural ingredient that has antibacterial properties. Bioactive compounds in nutmeg seeds have antibacterial properties. This research aimed to determine the formulation and concentration of nutmeg seed extract which has antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans. The type of research used is a laboratory experiment with a post test only group design. The treatment group used purified extract of nutmeg seeds with concentrations of 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 7.5%, 5.0%, 2.5%, 1.25%, the positive control group used mouthwash I, T and L. The test was carried out three repetitions at each concentration, then the inhibition zone was measured using the well diffusion method. Antibacterial activity testing was carried out using the well method, the data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk test, the Levene test, the one way annova test and the PST hock test. Obtained the average inhibition of nutmeg seeds against Streptococcus mutans at a concentration of 25% (18.33 mm). 20% concentration (17.16 mm), 15% concentration (16.16 mm), 10% concentration (14.66 mm), 7.5% concentration (13.33 mm), 5% concentration (6.66 mm ), the concentration of 2.5% (2.6 mm) and the smallest concentration of 1.25% had no inhibition (0 mm), while in the control group I (4 mm), T (3 mm) and L (2 mm). The higher the concentration of purified extract of nutmeg seeds, the higher the antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans. further research on the concentration of nutmeg seed extract preparations was carried out in vivo tests on experimental animals in order to obtain purified extract preparations of nutmeg seeds that are safe and can be an alternative choice in maintaining oral health.

Abstract The purpose of carrying out this activity is to increase the awareness of students of SMK N 1 Siatas Barita about the influence of promiscuity for the future. This research was conducted by making observations first then the observation data were collected to carry out seminar planning, then the educational seminar actions. The subject of this seminar is students of SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita. This activity is carried out in a day with 3 seminar sessions. Based on the Christian religious education seminar held at SMK Negeri 1 Siatas Barita, the application of the method is indeed able to increase student concentration by capturing the attention of students and thus students are able to see and analyze events that occur, even students are able to create ideas. Regarding the material for the "Say No To Promiscuity" seminar that was staged, this is evident from the interactive dialogue between the students and the moderator. The demonstration method in seminar activities or in the learning process cannot make the atmosphere fluid, but more than that the demonstration method can train students' concentration by inviting students to see, study, and compare the theory they get with the real situation, therefore Indirect demonstration methods also train students to have the ability to analyze an incident.

The alcohol that is commonly found in liquor is ethyl alcohol or it is also called ethanol, but it is usually referred to as alcohol alone. Drinks with an alcohol content of 40% can lose consciousness, leading to accidents for alcohol-affected drivers. To detect alcohol in the body using an alcohol tester. Researchers tried to make a measuring instrument for alcohol levels in the body using several components such as Arduino nano, MQ 3 sensor, OLED, charger module, battery, resistor, push button, and buzzer. The design of a portable alcohol level detector through breath can work well, namely the results of the reading of alcohol levels in the body by the MQ-3 sensor through the breath and displayed on the Oled Display in units of% BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration), in the sample comparison of the alcohol level reading between Final project tool with a comparison tool alcohol tester obtained the percentage difference in an average of 0.01% BAC. The results of this activity can provide new enthusiasm, especially the community  so that products marketed through FB, WA and IG can be effective, it is necessary to carry out ongoing evaluations  by always  presenting  value  in every business  they run, then business  people  must  know what is called go digital or digital transformation, so that va lue can come with clear measurements  and make financial planning whose turnover   increases   by   15-20%.  If  it  is  still  not  achieved,   then  it  is  necessary   to  carry  out  a  clear  strategy   of concentration in a certain area. Tujuan   kegiatan memperkenalkan    bahwa   masyarakat    harus   mengenal perkembangan  teknologi   saat  ini,  dan  bagaimana   teknologi   mampu  memberikan  kontribusi  dalam  dunia  usaha. Graphic novel is one of many communication mediums with a combination of visual and verbal that mutually reinforces one another. This work remains a novel but uses the style of storytelling like a comic, using many illustrations. Graphic novels tell their stories from the beginning to the end, therefore graphic novels tend to be longer than comics. The content or quality of the story is different; graphic novel features a story with a more detailed content so that reading it requires serious concentration to think and understand what the creator is trying to convey.The graphic novel of Wali Songo's da'wah story, created by Gerdi Wirata Kusuma in 2015, presents nine Wali Songo stories, which are then selected into two stories to be studied, namely Sunan Kudus and Sunan Kalijaga. The graphic novel discusses the brief history of Wali Songo's life, including Wali Songo's propagation method in spreading the teachings of Islam.This research uses qualitative content analysis method, with Scott McCloud's comic theory, namely using comic element in the forms of image selection, selection of flow, and choices of words, moments, and frames. This identification is divided into two aspects; visual and verbal. Visual in the form of sequences of images, point of view, and graphics. Verbal in the form of narrative text that resides in column panels or word bubbles.The result of this research indicates that visual and verbal use are interrelated, such as the use of shots related to narration, the use of narration to mention information that can not be conveyed visually or visual expressions that can not be described verbally. This visual and verbal combination that mutually reinforces one another shows that this graphic novel is able to show the story of the history of Wali Songo's method in spreading teachings of Islam through assimilation of education and cultural arts with symbolic visual observations. The graphic novel of Wali Songo's da'wah story tries to show its history visually and verbally that is easy to understand and is able to become a part of medium of education.

This research was carried out at the Laboratory of the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty of the 1945 NTT Teachers' Association University from July to September 2022. With the aim of 1) to determine the effect of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) on the death of house flies (Musca domestica). 2) to determine the effectiveness of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) against the death of house flies (Musca domestica). The design used in this research was an experimental method for each papaya leaf extract concentration of 1%, 2% and 3% carried out 3 times. . The aim of the experiment was to provide accurate data on the death of house flies (Musca domestica) where the death of house flies that occurred in the study was due to the administration of papaya leaf extract. The results of the research showed that papaya leaf extract could kill house flies. This proves that papaya leaf extract is effective against the death of house flies. The appropriate concentration of papaya leaf extract for the death of houseflies from the tests that have been carried out is at a concentration of 1%, the lowest range and the highest range is 3%.

Lip balm is a compound applied to lips that serve as moisturizer and brightening. The purpose of research is to know the combination of squeeze fruits and lime as brightening the lips and to know the formulation of a finely tuned combination of cucumbers and lime. This method of study is a quantitative study method. This type of research includes a formulation of lip balm with a concentration of flavor (cucumis sativus l.) and lemon (citrus aurantifolia) concentrations of 5%, 6% and 7%. With the base material at a cacao and cera flava. Available physical quality checkups include organic, homogenity, ph, diffusion, stability, temperance, and irritation. Studies show that a thick-fruit cucumber and a lemon can be formulated into a willing lip balm with 5% concentrations (f1), 6% (f2), 7% (f3) and have met requirements for the coveted, sticky point and no skin. The characteristics of the cucumber and the lime that make a good lip balm ready is third preparation because more of the color on the lips shows brightness as well as moisture

This study aims to utilize rice washing wastewater as a potential raw material for bioethanol production using enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation methods. The wastewater is treated with amylase enzyme to break down starch into simple sugars, which are then fermented using yeast to produce ethanol. The research involves optimizing process conditions such as temperature, pH, enzyme concentration, and fermentation time. The results indicate that rice washing wastewater has the potential to be an efficient raw material for bioethanol production. Thus, this study contributes to the development of renewable energy sources and the utilization of agricultural waste to create a more sustainable economic cycle.

Liquid organic fertilizer from goat urine is a fertilizer that dissolves easily in the soil and carries important elements for soil fertility. Fertilizers an important role in increasing crop yields, especially in soils with low nutrient content. The aim of the study was to obtain the optimum dose of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer for cucumber growth and to obtain the optimum dose of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer for cucumber yield. This study used a completely randomized design  method and the treatment was goat urine liquid organic fertilizer (POC) consisting of 5 treatments, namely 0 ml/liter water, 50 ml/liter water, 100 ml/liter water, 150 ml/liter water, and 200 ml/liter of water. The administration of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 200 ml/liter of water affected the cucumber growth variables, namely plant height, number of leaves, flowering age, and harvest age. Administration of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 200 ml/liter of water affected the yield variables of cucumbers, namely number of fruit, fruit weight per fruit, fruit diameter, and fruit length.

Pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata) is an important vegetable because of its nutritional value and health benefits. This plant is a rich source of carotenoids, which are rich in water-soluble vitamins, phenolics, flavonoid polysaccharides, mineral salts, and vitamins, all of which are beneficial for health. Pumpkin fruit has a very thick and hard skin, so it can act as a barrier to the rate of respiration, the release of water through the evaporation process, and the entry of air that causes the oxidation process. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity of pumpkin seed extract (curcubita moschata). ) against the inhibition of staphylococcus aureus bacteria by well diffusion method. This type of research is a true experimental laboratory using the well diffusion method. The ethanol extract of pumpkin seeds (curcubita moschata) which was tested using the well method was then divided into several concentrations including 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25%. On the NA media that has been made then smeared with Staphylococcus aureus bacteria which had been previously sterilized, then four wells were made in a petri dish after which pumpkin seed extract was added to each concentration. Chloramphenicol was used as a positive control as a positive control. It was then incubated at 37o for 24 hours, then the inhibition zone formed was then measured. The result of this research is pumpkin seed extract (curcubita moschata) has antibacterial activity in the presence of inhibition around the wells of each extract concentration. At a concentration of 10% extract with an inhibitory diameter of 19 mm, a concentration of 15% in an inhibitory diameter of 20 mm, a concentration of 20% in an inhibitory diameter of 21 mm and for a concentration of 15% with an inhibitory diameter of 24 mm, it can be concluded that the extract of pumpkin seeds (curcubita) moschata.) has antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus.

Telang flower has the potential to inhibit the growth of Candida albicans, Malasezia furfur, Pitosporum ovale, and Aspergilus fumigatus through the kombucha fermentation biotechnology method. The purpose of this study was to determine the antifungal activity of telang flower kombucha at various concentrations of white sugar. The varying concentrations of granulated sugar used in this study were 20%, 30%, and 40% (w/v), each repeated 3 times. The positive control used was kombucha made from green tea. The negative control used was sterile distilled water. The well diffusion method is one of the methods used to test antifungal activity. The fementation of telang flower kombucha has overall antifungal activity. White sugar concentration of 40% kombucha telang flower was the best concentration in inhibiting the growth of fungi as a whole when compared to the concentration of white sugar kombucha telang flower of 20%, 30% and positive and negative controls.

The quality of coconut sap (nira) is a significant aspect of the manufacturing of palm sugar. Coconut nira deteriorates fast, and handling nira in the field is challenging due to the long duration of the tapping process, and coconut trees are high, making it tough to reach. The use of natural preservatives to nira help in the preservation of its quality prior to processing. The objectives of this study are to 1) develop a natural coconut nira preservatives formula from mangosteen yellow latex and 2) evaluate the dose of preservatives necessary to maximize nira's shelf life. The study employed a randomized complete analysis with four preservative concentrations of 0%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2%. and four different storage durations: zero hours, six hours, twelve hours, and twenty-four hours.  Chemical analysis of pH, total acid, total sugar, and reduced sugar was performed, as well as sensory evaluation. The study concluded that yellow mangosteen latex can help in the preservation of coconut nira. Preservative concentrations of 1.5% and 2% are still acceptable in 12 hours of storage. While a concentration of 1% is allowed for storage of up to 6 hours. If no preservatives are applied, nira should be processed shortly after harvesting. Nira's quality is deplorable after 24 hours of storage.

The tapak dara plant is known as an ornamental plant that is efficacious for relieving muscle pain , antidepressant , medicine for various diseases ( ie relieving swelling caused by wasp stings , nosebleeds and sore throats ), antidote , antibacterial , and lowering blood pressure in humans . Purpose of   Research of this is to identify the content of the chemical from the leaves of tread virgin ( Catharantus roseus ), which serves as an antibacterial and to test the activity of antibacterial extract ethanol leaves tread virgin ( Catharantus roseus ) against the growth of bacteria Staphylococcus aureus by using the method of diffusion in order. Method which are used in research this is experimental by using the method of diffusion in order. This study used concentrations of 5%, 20%, 60%, and 80%. Positive control (+) chloramphenicol antibiotic , negative control (-) aquadest . Results of the study is the extract of leaves of Tread Dara ( Catharantus roseus ) can inhibit the growth of bacteria in a concentration of 80% by having an average zone of inhibition of which is 21 mm including the category is very strong and the concentration of 60% at 20 mm.

Fragrant pandanus is a type of monocot plant from the pandanaceae family. Fragrant pandan leaves have various ingredients and can be used as antibacterial ingredients and are safe to use, which have been known empirically by the Indonesian people. There are many benefits to the fragrant pandan leaf plant (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb), namely as an analgesic (toothache medicine) and antibacterial. The purpose of this study was to determine the chemical content, formulation and stability test in mouthwash preparations. In this study, the maceration method is used which is used to filter simplicia containing chemical components that are easily soluble in liquid. The results of this study indicate that in the phytochemical screening test there are chemical compounds which include flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, and tannins, which are thought to have contributed to bacterial activity. Research has also been carried out on the formulation and stability test of mouthwash preparations from the ethanol extract of pandan fragrant  leaves  (Pandanus  amaryllifolius roxb)  where  the  results  show  that  the  formulation  can  be  used  as mouthwash of fragrant pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius roxb) with different concentrations in formulation I. as much as 15.5%, in formulation II as much as 16.5%, and in formulation III 17.5%. And the physical quality test of the mouthwash includes an organoleptic test which has a distinctive smell of fragrant pandan leaves and menthol and the pH test has a stable pH of 5. The results obtained basically produce mouthwash with good physical quality.
