Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the regional economy, including in Tatanga District and Nunu Village, Palu City. However, many MSME actors in these areas still face fundamental challenges such as low financial literacy, limited access to capital, and insufficient use of digital technology in business management. These limitations lead to weak financial record-keeping, poor cash flow management, and inadequate readiness to meet bankability requirements when applying for financing from formal financial institutions. This community service program was designed to improve the understanding and practical skills of MSME actors through financial literacy socialization, financial inclusion education, capital training in collaboration with financial institutions, and training in simple financial record preparation. The program was implemented using needs assessments through observation, structured material delivery, interactive discussions, hands-on transaction recording practice, and learning evaluations through pretests and posttests. The results show a significant improvement in participants’ competencies. Average scores for financial literacy and inclusion increased from 48% to 89%, indicating better understanding of cash flow management, transaction recording, and the use of digital financial services such as QRIS and mobile banking. Furthermore, participants’ understanding of capital access improved from 51% to 92%, particularly regarding financing procedures, business eligibility requirements, and the importance of financial statements in loan applications. Overall, the program effectively strengthened MSME capacity to manage businesses in a more structured, adaptive, and professional manner, supporting MSME independence and long-term business sustainability in Tatanga District and Nunu Village.

This study aims to determine the level, attribute, and stimulus most considered by respondents in choosing expedition services. The method used is conjoint analysis by applying the conjoint analysis full-profile method to design the stimulus. The attributes and levels used are delivery type (ECO, REG, express, and same day), payment methods (cash and online transfers), service promotions (cost discounts and goods pick-up), and service responsiveness (responses to damage or loss of goods and responses to late delivery). The results of research conducted on 150 respondents showed that delivery type is the most preferred attribute with a value of 0,324. The levels with the largest part-worth of each attribute are REG (0.335), online transfers (0.210), cost discounts (0.270), and response to damage or loss of goods (0.250). The most popular stimulus is expedition services with standard shipping (REG), online transfers, cost discounts, and responses to damage or loss of goods.

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) are one of the important economic pillars in driving local economic growth in various cities in Indonesia. However, MSMEs often face significant challenges, especially related to financial and labor risk management. This study aims to analyze financial and labor risk management at Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs in Medan City. In this study, a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews was used to collect data from business owners and employees. The analysis was conducted with a focus on financial risk management strategies, such as product and service diversification, creative promotion, cash flow management, and access to capital, and labor risk management strategies, including employee cost management, employee development and retention, and effective performance management. The results show that Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs have implemented various strategies to effectively manage financial and labor risks. Product and service diversification, creative promotions, and utilization of online delivery and ordering services help reduce financial risks and maintain revenue stability. Meanwhile, efficient management of employee costs, employee development, and effective performance management help manage labor risks, improve productivity, and maintain service quality. This research shows that effective financial and labor risk management plays an important role in the operational success of Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs.

Abstract. Online shopping is a new technique in the world of trade in the lives of people in the modern era. Online shopping is also considered practical because online marketing utilizes the internet as a potential source of information to facilitate the life system. With global technological advancements of transactions that continues to develop, many opportunities for convenience are open for people in shopping activities. One of them is through online buying and selling known as e-commerce. This phenomenon shows that e-commerce platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and Bukalapak have become the main choice for people in making shopping transactions today. This reflects the widespread adoption of the concept of online shopping as a practical and efficient alternative to meet consumer needs. This development also marks the transformation of the traditional way of shopping towards a more modern model that is integrated with technology. In carrying out this transaction, various types of contracts are used, such as the istishna contract. This istishna contract can be used for online purchases and sales can be established in a more structured manner and in accordance with sharia principles. Through this contract, buyers and sellers can carry out transactions clearly and fairly, and ensure that the goods or services ordered are suitable with the requirements and anticipations of the buyer. This research makes use of a descriptive qualitative approach involving reading theory, which includes methods of collecting and analyzing data from a variaty of sources including books, scientific notebooks, references, & additional literature partinent to the study topic. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the isttishna contract for online purchases and sales made under the cash on delivery (COD) method with the hope of producing a through comprehension of the idea of the isttishna contract in Islamic economics and the ways in which these ideas might be used in cash on delivery (COD) transactions. Keywords: Contract istishna, cash on delivery (COD), buy and sell online   Abstrak. Penjualan online  adalah  pola perdagangan  yang telah merevolusi cara hidup masyarakat umum pada zaman sekarang. Penjualan online menjadi lebih umum karena penjualan ini menggunakan internet untuk menyediakan  pengetahuan yang  berpotensi  berguna  untuk memperlancar pola hidup. Dengan kemajuan teknologi dalam dunia transaksi yang terus berkembang, terbuka banyak peluang kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam kegiatan berbelanja. Salah satunya adalah melalui jual beli online yang dikenal sebagai e-commerce. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa platform penjulaan online contohnya Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, serta Bukalapak telah menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi belanja saat ini. Hal ini mencerminkan adopsi yang luas terhadap konsep belanja online sebagai alternatif yang praktis dan efisien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Perkembangan ini juga menandai transformasi cara tradisional berbelanja menuju model yang lebih modern dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi. Dalam pelaksanaan transaksi ini, digunakan berbagai jenis akad seperti akad istishna. Dengan menggunakan akad istishna, transaksi jual beli online dapat terjalin dengan lebih terstruktur dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Melalui akad ini, pembeli dan penjual dapat menjalankan transaksi dengan jelas dan adil, juga memverifikasi bagian atau item tersebut yang dikirim sebanding dengan keperluan dan harapan pembeli. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana melibatkan teori kepustakaan, yang mencakup metode pengumpulan dan analisis data melalui beragam referensi misalnya buku, jurnal akademik, referensi, serta rujukan lain yang berhubungan terkait pokok penelitian. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan agar mengetahui penerapan akad isttishna dalam sistem cash on delivery (COD) pada transaksi jual beli online dengan harapan menghasilkan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep akad istishna dalam ekonomi syariah serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip ini dapat diterapkan dalam transaksi cash on delivery (COD). SMES (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) often face significant challenges, especially related to financial and workforce risk management. This research aims to analyze Lela Florist's financial risk management. In this research, a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews was used to collect data from business owners and female employees. The analysis is carried out with a focus on financial risk management strategies, such as product and service diversification, creative promotions, cash flow management, separation of company assets and access to capital. Lela Florist has implemented various strategies to manage financial risks effectively. Diversification of products and services, creative promotions, and utilization of online delivery and ordering services help reduce financial risks and maintain revenue stability. Meanwhile, efficient management of employee costs, employee development and effective performance management increases productivity and maintains service quality. This research shows that Lela Florist's financial risk management has effectively played an important role in the operational success of SMES.

This study aims to understand the influence of brand ambassadors, cash-on-delivery services, and online customer reviews on the purchase choice of generation Z shopee sites in Surakarta City. For this study brand ambassadors (X1), cash on delivery services (X2), and online customer reviews (X3) are used as independent variables, while purchasing decisions (Y) are used as the dependent variable. Shopee users in Surakarta City who belong to the z generation and aged 10 to 24 years make up the population. With a sample of 100 respondents, simple random sampling was used as a sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis is used for statistical data analysis techniques.

Technological developments and increasingly high business competition make MSME actors must have a good marketing strategy to be able to compete with their competitors. This research was conducted to determine the marketing strategy carried out by Ledys Cake SMEs in facing competition in the digital era. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach through structured interviews with business actors. The results of the study show that MSMEs provide added value and differentiation to the products and services provided, while in terms of price, they apply competitive prices. The application of technology is more widely used in culinary businesses through websites and social media to establish good relationships and communicate with consumers. The researcher concludes that there are several discussions, namely Strategy, Constraints and Solutions. The strategy carried out by MSMEs is that there is a 4P (Product, Promotion, Price, Place) mix. Product strategy in the form of innovation, promotion strategy in the form of price discounts, price strategy for every purchase of cake will get a bonus, and place strategy in the form of flexibility in sending cake orders, so as to maintain and improve the quality of the taste of the cake. Although there are financial constraints and product raw materials, we can still find solutions and alternatives, namely by managing finances and using raw materials efficiently.
