Musyarakah mutanaqishah is musyarakah or syirkah ownership the assets (goods) or capital of one of the parties (shariq) are reduced due to gradual purchase by other parties. As well as a musyarakah agreement mutanaqishah is a combined contract between a musyarakah contract and a contract ijarah. Sharia syndicated financing is financing provided by two/more Islamic banks or financial institutions, with the same terms and conditions, using the same documents and administered by one bank. Regarding information on syndicated financing using a musyarakah agreement Mutanaqishah is still not widely known by the wider community until now This. So this research will focus on discussing contracts musyarakah mutanaqisah used in syndicated financing. Because This contract is a contract that needs to be socialized and more publicized the banking sector, because its existence is not widely known by the public common among other contracts which are also used for syndicated financing in sharia banking in Indonesia, after previously using contracts murabahah and ijarah mun tahiya bit tamlik.

Regency roads are local roads which do not include roads connecting the district capital to other districts, but their network is diverse as a link for local activities, namely connector roads between villages, between sub-districts, production center roads and environmental roads in residential areas. This research focuses on roads in Kaur Selatan District and Maje District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province with a total length of 128.50 km with a total of 68 sections. There are several sub-district roads which are a road network that is integrated with national roads. In general, this road section is often used by various types of vehicles, from light to heavy vehicles. Utilization of roads that do not match their class and the influence of the weather climate in areas that are quite extreme result in landslides so that the road body becomes narrow and heavily damaged. As a result of damage to existing roads, community activities are hampered. The purpose of this research is to provide information to the Bengkulu Regency government in preparing priority planning, determining the type of pavement that is appropriate to the location of the road section and determining the calculation of the costs required. The results of research and calculations show that the cost required for road repairs is IDR. 70,788,844,000 for a period of 5 years. The priority scale consists of 17 sections with a cost of Rp. 57,541,204,000.

This study aims to describe and analyze the financial performance of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Indonesia, which is reviewed using the analysis of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. The analysis method used is the descriptive analysis method. The data used in this study is secondary data derived from the main website of PT Bukit Asam Tbk and focuses on the financial statements for the period 2018–2022. The results of the research analysis show that the company performance of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Indonesia in terms of liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios is in the "very good" category by industry standards. However, there are only two aspects of measurement in the "less good" category of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Indonesia's financial performance in several years, namely in terms of debt-to-assets ratio and net profit margin. It can be seen that this company can increase the value of assets and capital to pay corporate debt and guarantee creditor interest payment.

Based on the information we got, it can be concluded that Dharma Wanita mothers are still confused about how to start a business from their husband's limited income, therefore we help Dharma Wanita mothers how to manage their income so that they can set aside part of their income which will be used as capital in starting a business. The method of implementing this service is carried out by means of presentations and interactive discussions. The result of this service was that the women of the Dharma Wanita Association of the National Park Hall were very enthusiastic about the event. It is a technique that combines qualitative and descriptive analysis and is used to conduct this kind of research. Findings are presented in descriptive narrative, and the authors emphasize the natural and holistic focus and multi-method research.Family can take an important role in developing their childrent's socializing skill by helping the children to understand how to respect the tradition of Ash Table, and also introducing the kids  the value of religion  and culture that related to their ritual.Moreover, family has a good chance to take a part as a model for others by maintaining the consistency this routine excercise to practice. This research aims to analyze the institutional system of coconut agro-industry businesses in Konawe Islands Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The scope of this research is the institutional processing business, namely institutional form, raw material requirements, institutional structure, capital, decision making, data collection techniques through interviews, FGD and expert questionnaires (ISM). Based on the research results, it shows that: The key elements of the palaku coconut processing business development system in Konawe Islands Regency are coconut farmers and consumers of processed coconut products. The key elements needed by players in the coconut processing business development system are easy access and guaranteed marketing of processed products, the need for rehabilitation, intensification and extensification of coconut plants. Sustainability of institutional development of coconut processing businesses requires assistance from universities (PTN-PTS) whose role is to connect between parties which have been an obstacle for farmers and coconut processors.

The type of research used is qualitative research, qualitative research is research that produces several findings that cannot be obtained using statistical procedures or quantitative methods. With the existence of International Business in Indonesia, Economic Growth will increase. The reason is that the supply and increase for foreign products from the Indonesian people will continue to increase. For this reason, companies or industries in Indonesia will often experience increases and growth, such as the development of the textile, shrimp, coffee and so on industries. With the existence of international business, the prosperity and welfare of society in Indonesia is developing well due to the opening of various kinds of employment opportunities, so that there can be a reduction in the level of poverty in Indonesia.

Humans need language to be able to convey things to other living creatures. Each language reflects the unique worldview and understanding of the community that uses it. Language can be in spoken or written form. Written language has grammar and spelling rules that must be followed to ensure clear and consistent understanding between the writer and the reader. This research aims to analyze language errors found in public places and correct them based on appropriate grammatical rules. The descriptive qualitative method was chosen in carrying out this research so that knowledge and theories obtained through searching books, electronic books and journals are needed. Qualitative descriptive research analysis is directed at gaining knowledge or theory about research through journals and books. The method in this research also explores written material through literature review. This research uses data sourced from writings at the PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital and Kartini Karanganyar Regional Hospital and then analyzed according to applicable linguistic rules. Spelling analysis in this research uses EYD V and KBBI as references. Based on the analysis carried out, there were errors in writing non-standard words, italics, capital letters, writing the affix di-, and punctuation.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between foreign relations and capital inflow on a country's economic growth. These factors play a crucial role in determining a country's economic performance. The study utilizes macroeconomic data from the period 2010 to 2020 to test the proposed hypotheses. The analysis results indicate a significant positive relationship between foreign relations and economic growth, as well as a strong correlation between capital inflow and economic growth. Furthermore, the research reveals that foreign relations and capital inflow have a significant synergistic impact on economic growth. Policy implications of these findings are discussed in the context of a country's economic development and foreign relations.

Online gambling has the meaning of gambling that can be done through online platforms such as sites or online game applications that have the smell of gambling. With the convenience due to technological developments, it has also become easier for people to do online gambling. Online gambling as one of the negative technological developments in the electronics sector needs to be addressed from various angles because the impact is returned to its users, especially teenagers. The characteristics of adolescents who gamble online vary, so the purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of adolescents who gamble online. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection used is to distribute a checklist of observations related to the description of the characteristics of online gambling. The results of the study of 30 respondents to the Characteristics of Online Gambling in Adolescents showed that the respondents who did online gambling on average graduated from high school as many as 18 respondents (60%), were male (93.3%), with an age range of at most 20 -22 years (66.7%), the type of gambling played is higgs domino (73.3%), and gambling using capital from their own work (93.3%). Many teenagers consider online gambling behavior normal.

This paper discusses the relationship between ISI and industrial competition in industrial development. This paper also discusses various policies that can be implemented to improve the competitiveness of Indonesian industries.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between capital structure, dividend policy, financial performance and company value in the telecommunications industry. This research uses quantitative methods and applies secondary data. The research results show that capital structure, dividend policy and financial performance greatly influence company value. In other words, making decisions about capital structure, dividend policy, and financial performance can positively influence increasing company value. In other words, the results of this research can be used by practitioners and decision makers in the telecommunications industry to help them increase the value of their business.

Telkomsel provides GSM cellular services in Indonesia, nationally via the dual band GSM network 900/1800 MHz and internationally via 288 international roaming partners in 155 countries (at the end of 2007. The aim of this research is to analyze the company's condition by looking at the financial ratios that describe company performance and analysis of the company's optimal capital structure. The data in this research is secondary data originating from the Central Statistics Agency, the Agency for the Application and Assessment of Technology, the Directorate General of Posts and Telecommunications and the Directorate General of Telematics Applications, Department of Communications and Information Technology. Data used in This research is data about the condition of the cellular telecommunications industry in Indonesia which includes expenditure, infrastructure, customers, human resources (labor). Data was taken from company condition reports (annual reports) PT. Telkomsel, PT. Indosat , and PT Excelcomindo for the quarterly period 2005-2008.

The Indonesian capital market is a dynamic and challenging area for investment stakeholders, especially stock portfolio holders. This objective is to measure and analyze the performance of stock investment portfolios using standard deviation as a key indicator to measure equity market volatility in the Indonesian capital market. The writing method used is a descriptive method using standard deviation. The result of the standard deviation shows that the higher the investment risk between risk and return to compensate the return corresponding to the greater level of risk taken, but also increases the potential loss. The performance of the stock investment portfolio in 2022 can be said to be good. This can be seen from the growth in portfolio value that continues to increase from month to month. The portfolio's average return on investment (IRR) is 8%.

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables (Foreign Exchange Reserves, Foreign Direct Investment, Inflation Rate, and Interest Rate) on the dependent variable (Import Value) in Indonesia for the last five years. This study uses quantitative analysis with descriptive methods used to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Foreign Exchange Reserves (X1), Foreign Direct Investment (X2), Inflation Rate (X3), Interest Rate (X4), and Import Value (Y). Panel data regression analysis was used with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the variables of Foreign Exchange Reserves, Foreign Direct Investment, Inflation Rate, and Interest Rate had no significant effect on Import Value in Indonesia. Foreign Exchange Reserves, Foreign Direct Investment, Inflation Rate, and Interest Rate simultaneously have a significant effect on Import Value in Indonesia.

The role of government in agriculture is very important in determining economic policy, in planning to mobilize actors there must be readiness, seriousness and commitment to implement it. In an effort to establish regional autonomy, readiness to face future challenges and effective and efficient management of the regional economy by utilizing regional potential and resources. support that has a comprehensive design is needed, in order to obtain information that is in accordance with the problem formulation and research objectives. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. This research is located in Bolaang Mongondow district (North Sulawesi). Regarding the role of the government in controlling the level of competitiveness of farmer groups in Bolaang Mongondow district (North Sulawesi). Data collection methods This research uses secondary data. The role of the government as a regulator is that the government prepares the implementation of development (issuing regulations in the framework of the effectiveness and orderliness of development administration). capital through providing capital assistance to the community. The government as a catalyst, the village government has a position as an agent that accelerates the development of village potential. The research results show that the government's role in controlling the level of competitiveness of farmer groups in Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi, is very important and has a positive impact. With support and assistance from the government, farmers can increase their productivity, expand markets, and increase their income.    

This research entitled "The Relation of Religious Moderation in the Malay Muslim Community of South Sumatra to Democratic Stability" aims to analyze the relationship of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community in South Sumatra and its impact on democratic stability in the region. In the context of a religiously and ethnically heterogeneous society, religious moderation is an important factor influencing the stability of a democratic system. This research methodology includes surveys, interviews and content analysis regarding the understanding and practice of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community. The resulting data was then analyzed to determine the relationship between religious moderation and democratic stability, taking into account other factors that might influence this relationship. Research findings show that in the Malay Muslim community in South Sumatra, the practice of religious moderation can make a positive contribution to democratic stability. Religious moderation can play an important role in encouraging interfaith dialogue, reducing opportunities for conflict, and increasing inclusive political participation. In this context, understanding and implementing the values ​​of religious moderation in the Malay Muslim community of South Sumatra can be considered as social capital that supports sustainable and stable democratic development. These results have important implications for developing policies and strategic approaches that encourage religious moderation as an integral part of the social and political dynamics of society.    

This study aims to analyze the level of cake sales with a consignment sales mechanism at Al-Khidmah Nurzaman Store in Cendrawasih Market Metro Lampung. The research used a field study method with interview data collection techniques. The results showed that the level of cake sales with the consignment system was higher than regular sales. The consignment sales rate grew 56% while regular sales were only 44%. The commission sharing system between cake owners (pengamanat) and shop owners (commissioners) is adjusted based on the agreement, which is 10-20% of the selling price per product. The consignment system is effective for both parties because the commissioner does not need additional capital and the pengamanat can expand marketing, although the pengamanat must apply specific criteria to avoid losses due to damage or unsold products.

State assets in BUMN are State Finance, namely state money which is separated into its management as a form of direct capital participation from the state. BUMN is a business entity so it is a business entity whose business orientation is focused on making a profit (profit). The problem is that not all BUMNs in Indonesia are said to be good and healthy BUMNs, because a number of BUMNs are still suffering significant or even very large losses. Quite a few of the BUMNs in question suffer losses due to various factors, so that if losses occur to the BUMN, then these losses constitute losses to the State Finances and qualify as a criminal act of corruption. From the research results, it can be concluded that state finances in state-owned companies are realized in the criteria if all the capital comes from separated state assets, and if the majority (majority) of the capital comes from separated state assets. These two criteria indicate the existence of state assets in state-owned companies so that they are fully subject to the legal provisions of state-owned companies according to Law no. 19 of 2003. State financial losses to state-owned companies are not state financial losses, but rather losses to the state-owned companies themselves. Thus, these financial losses are subject to the provisions of private law as regulated in Law no. 19 of 2003 and Law no. 40 of 2007 concerning PT

The profitability ratio is used as a benchmark in determining stock returns, because the profitability ratio is a ratio that measures how efficiently a company uses its assets and manages its operations. The higher the profit generated, the higher the stock return that investors will get. Included in this ratio are ROE (Return on Equity) and NPM (Net Profit Margin). The design of this research is a Literature Review or literature review. ROE is often referred to as profitability of own capital. This amount is obtained by dividing net profit after tax by total capital. A high ROE number shows the industry's ability to generate profits for shareholders. On the other hand, a high level of profitability will cause less external funds to be used. Companies with high profitability will have large internal funds. An increase in ROE increases the company's sales value, which has an impact on share prices. These two factors have a positive influence on stock returns, which means companies with high ROE and net profit margin tend to have higher stock returns. Therefore, investors can consider ROE and net profit margin as indicators of company performance that can influence stock returns when choosing investments.
