Although MSMEs are crucial to the economy, the sustainability of non-franchise micro-enterprises is often hampered by suboptimal financial governance. Low utilization of financial information, lack of separation between personal and business finances, and unstructured cash flow management are challenges that can affect long-term business sustainability. This quantitative study aims to evaluate the impact of financial record keeping, capital planning, and cash cycle management on the sustainability of non-franchise micro-enterprises in Mekargalih Village, Garut Regency. Using a survey method and saturated sampling technique, data from 70 business owners were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that financial record keeping does not have a significant impact on business sustainability, indicating that recording activities are still administrative in nature and have not been optimally utilized as a basis for business decision-making. Conversely, capital planning and cash cycle management have been shown to have a positive and significant impact on business sustainability. Business owners who are able to plan capital needs and maintain smooth cash flow tend to be more able to maintain the stability of their business operations. Simultaneously, these three variables contribute 45.2% to business sustainability. This finding confirms that the ability to allocate capital andKeywords: business continuity; financial records; capital planning; cash cycle; micro-enterprises.

This study aims to analyze the role of online sales in maintaining the financial stability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Sumatra, Indonesia. The increasing adoption of digital channels, such as marketplaces, social media, messaging applications, live selling, and digital payment systems, has transformed online sales into not only marketing tools but also mechanisms that may affect cash flow continuity and business sustainability. Despite their growing importance, empirical evidence regarding the contribution of online sales to MSME financial stability remains limited. This study employs a quantitative explanatory research design. The population consists of MSME owners in West Sumatra who utilize online sales, while purposive sampling was used to select respondents who had engaged in online selling for at least one year and maintained cash flow records. Data were collected from 102 respondents through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that online sales have a positive and significant effect on financial stability, with a path coefficient of 0.632, a t-value of 9.214, and a p-value below 0.001. These results indicate that effective use of online sales enhances cash flow continuity, income regularity, working capital adequacy, and financial resilience. However, the benefits depend on disciplined management of digital costs, discounts, platform fees, shipping expenses, product returns, and cash flow records. This study contributes to MSME digitalization literature by highlighting online sales as a strategic instrument for strengthening financial stability rather than merely a marketing channel.

The objective of this study is to develop a theoretical framework that can be used to identify the key resources and capabilities involved in the globalization process. This case study aims to examine how export-oriented small businesses in Indonesia achieve success at the international level. To obtain qualitative data, in-depth interviews were conducted with the Makmur Susanti Group, an MSME in Tulungagung, East Java. This study, based on the Resource-Based View (RBV), demonstrates how dynamic capabilities in production, networking, marketing, learning, legal, and synergistic areas contribute to the formation of competitive advantages that support business sustainability and continuity. The study indicates that success in internationalization requires a combination of capabilities that can meet market needs, rather than a single capability. This study contributes to the literature by offering a comprehensive framework of the internationalization process and providing practical insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs. The research findings underscore the importance of capability development and government support in facilitating the global expansion of SMEs. Ultimately, this study provides a foundation for further investigation into the dynamic capabilities required for SMEs to thrive in international markets.

Debt restructuring and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) are legal instruments in the Indonesian bankruptcy system aimed at providing legal protection and maintaining a balance of interests between debtors and creditors. In practice, the PKPU process is not only related to the settlement of debts but also involves business continuity, legal certainty, and the stability of the business world. This research aims to analyze the position and optimization of the role of advocates in debt restructuring and the PKPU process in Indonesia, as well as to examine their role in providing legal protection for both debtors and creditors. The research uses a normative juridical method with a legislative and conceptual approach thru the analysis of Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and PKPU, Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates, the Civil Code, as well as various regulations related to the resolution of commercial disputes. The research results show that lawyers hold a strategic position not only as legal representatives in Commercial Courts but also as legal advisors, negotiators, and debt restructuring facilitators who play a role in maintaining the balance of legal protection for the parties involved. The optimization of the role of lawyers is necessary thru the strengthening of professionalism, integrity, business competence, and a business rescue approach so that the PKPU and bankruptcy processes are not misused as tools of business pressure, but rather become means of fair, effective, and legally certain commercial dispute resolution.

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the traditional culinary sector in Dumai City has shown significant growth, particularly in bolu kembojo products. Increasing competition requires business actors not only to focus on product quality but also to implement business ethics in their operations. This study aims to analyze the role of business ethics in enhancing customer loyalty toward bolu kembojo MSME products in Dumai City. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, with informants consisting of MSME owners and consumers selected purposively. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis is conducted using an interactive model involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of business ethics, such as honesty, responsibility, and good service, can enhance customer trust and satisfaction. These factors subsequently encourage repeat purchases and positive word-of-mouth recommendations. The implication of this study suggests that the application of business ethics is a crucial strategy for MSMEs in strengthening customer loyalty and sustaining business continuity.

The objective of this study is to examine the effects of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and asset growth on dividend policy among food and beverage companies listed on the IDX during 2020-2023. The dependent variable in this study is dividend policy, specifically the proxy dividend payout ratio (DPR). The independent variables, including profitability as measured by return on equity (ROE), liquidity as measured by the current ratio (CR), leverage as measured by the debt-to-equity ratio (DER), and asset growth as measured by the asset growth proxy (Growth), will also be examined. The data collection process used secondary data and employed purposive sampling. The study’s initial population included 95 samples; however, after applying the criteria, 17 were found relevant. The methods used in this study include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The study’s results suggest that profitability, liquidity, and leverage may have simultaneous effects on dividend policy. It appears that profitability and liquidity may positively affect dividend policy, while leverage may negatively affect it, and asset growth may have no effect. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide a useful reference point for management and other relevant parties as they plan dividend policy, maintain business continuity, and make investment decisions.

The auditor's responsibilities include not only assessing the accuracy of financial statements and detecting fraud, but also evaluating the company's ability to continue its business on an ongoing basis. This responsibility arises from the expectations of shareholders and other stakeholders that auditors provide timely and relevant information about the company's future prospects to support rational and evidence-based investment decision-making. In this context, audit opinions related to business continuity are an important instrument in reducing information asymmetry between management and investors. This study aims to analyze the impact of liquidity, solvency, and audit quality on the issuance of business continuity declarations. The research sample consisted of coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2014 and 2017, a period marked by fluctuations in commodity prices and global economic uncertainty. Logistic regression is used as an analysis method because dependent variables are dichotomous. The results showed that audit quality had a significant negative impact on the issuance of business continuity declarations, while liquidity and solvency did not have a significant impact on the issuance of the declarations, indicating that the factors of governance and auditor independence were more decisive than short-term financial conditions.

A healthy and sustainable company is the primary measure of financial performance. Approaches such as financial ratios are not sufficient to assess financial performance; methods that provide a more comprehensive picture of a company's economic value creation are also needed. Economic Value Added (EVA) is one method that can be used in performance measurement. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk from 2020–2023 using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method, through a quantitative descriptive approach. The annual financial reports of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk from 2020 to 2023 obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company's official website are the data used in this study. The financial performance of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk from 2020 to 2023 is considered good based on the results of the study, because the company was able to generate a positive EVA value each year, indicating that the company has succeeded in creating economic added value for shareholders and maintaining its business continuity.

This study try to examine the impact of institutional, managerial, and public kepemilikan structures on the level of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX between 2020 and 2024. This study's findings are supported by increasing transparency and business continuity, also in guiding ESG practices. The research method that is used is quantitative analysis using panel regression analysis. The study's sample consists of 27 manufacturing companies selected using the purposive sampling method, yielding a total of 135 observations over of a few years. The analysis's findings indicate that all the ownership do not significantly affect ESG. Conversely, company size and employee productivity as control variables have a positive impact on the ESG threshold. This shows the structure of kepemilikan is not the most important factor in determining ESG transparency for Indonesian manufacturing companies, which are primarily focused on the importance of jangka pendek. Implicitasi penelitian ini mengindikasi bahwa pengungkapan ESG is more negatively impacted by internal company capacity than by stock composition, therefore external regulations and technical assistance are crucial factors in guiding business operations.

This community service activity aims to strengthen the marketing strategy of FUNN Maumere as a culinary business operating in an increasingly competitive market environment. The program was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through field observations, interviews with business owners and employees, and direct mentoring in implementing more effective marketing strategies. The results indicate that FUNN Maumere has applied a combination of traditional and digital marketing strategies, including brochure distribution and active promotion through social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The mentoring activities focused on optimizing digital marketing, improving service quality, and strengthening brand consistency. These efforts contributed positively to increased brand awareness, customer interest, and wider promotional reach. However, sales performance remains fluctuative due to external factors, such as weather conditions and differences in outlet location characteristics. Therefore, this community service emphasizes the importance of continuous product innovation, enhancement of customer experience, and optimization of digital marketing strategies to reduce dependency on external conditions. This activity is expected to serve as a practical reference and mentoring model for other culinary MSMEs in developing adaptive, innovative, and sustainable marketing strategies to improve competitiveness and business continuity.

This community service program aims to strengthen the managerial capacity of red lemongrass farmers in AMKE Oro-Oro Ombo, Batu, East Java, through training on cash bookkeeping, income analysis, and farming feasibility evaluation. The main problems faced by farmers are limited knowledge of financial management, lack of systematic bookkeeping, and inability to evaluate the profitability of their businesses, which often results in inaccurate decision-making and low competitiveness. The method applied included participatory training, mentoring, and simulation of financial records and feasibility analysis. The results of the program demonstrate that participants gained a better understanding of the importance of structured financial recording. Farmers who previously relied only on sales revenue calculations without considering fixed and variable costs are now able to prepare cash books, identify expenses, and evaluate profit margins accurately. Cash bookkeeping has proven to improve financial transparency and accountability, while income analysis has equipped farmers with the skills to assess their business sustainability. The feasibility evaluation, using indicators such as R/C and B/C ratios, showed that red lemongrass farming is profitable but still requires efficiency improvements to increase long-term sustainability. Overall, this training has enhanced farmers’ managerial skills, encouraged independent decision-making, and strengthened their capacity to face price fluctuations and market competition. The program is expected to support the continuity and competitiveness of red lemongrass agribusiness in AMKE Oro-Oro Ombo

Mining of rocks, particularly andesite, in East OKU Regency provides significant economic contributions but generates environmental impacts that require rehabilitation through reclamation and post-mining management. This study aims to evaluate the compliance level of Production Operation Mining Business License (IUP OP) holders with these obligations and to identify challenges in their implementation. A descriptive quantitative and qualitative approach was employed, with primary data collected through interviews and field observations related to reclamation and post-mining plans, as well as the placement of guarantees. Secondary data included IUP licensing documents, legislation, and guidance letters from the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of South Sumatra Province. Quantitative analysis categorized compliance levels, while qualitative analysis examined challenges and guidance strategies. The results indicate variations in IUP OP holders’ compliance; some have prepared documentation and placed guarantees, but delays and lack of continuity were observed. Major challenges include profit-oriented approaches, limited technical and environmental understanding, and limited permit duration. Guidance strategies, supervision, guarantee management, provision of technical experts, and community empowerment proved essential. These findings have implications for enhancing compliance, sustainable post-mining planning, and responsible mining practices.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the Indonesian economy, yet they are vulnerable to various conflicts that can hinder their continuity. Dispute resolution through legal channels (litigation) is often considered inefficient for MSMEs due to the lengthy process, high costs, and inflexibility. Therefore, alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration are considered preferable to litigation. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of mediation and arbitration in resolving business conflicts among MSMEs in Indonesia, identify inhibiting factors in resolving business conflicts, and provide recommendations for strengthening the accessibility of these mechanisms for MSMEs. The research method used is empirical juridical, combining normative analysis of regulations governing mediation and arbitration with data collection using document studies related to MSMEs. The results indicate that mediation is generally more effective for MSMEs because it is less expensive, simpler, and can maintain business relationships between the parties. However, the success of mediation is also determined by the quality of the mediator and the willingness of both parties. On the other hand, arbitration provides legal certainty and a relatively quicker resolution process compared to litigation. However, the barriers are the relatively high cost and low legal understanding among MSMEs. A comparison of the two shows that the effectiveness of ADR depends heavily on the availability of information, support from service providers, and the MSME's ability to adapt to legal procedures.

Global economic developments show the acceleration of the adoption of circular business models, where resource efficiency and waste reduction are the main focuses to answer sustainability demands and SDGs targets. Although this trend is strengthening globally, MSMEs, especially those based on family businesses, are still lagging behind in their implementation, even though digitalization is increasingly opening up opportunities for operational optimization and innovation. The urgency of this research arises from the need to understand how the digital mindset and transformation of family business management can accelerate the readiness of MSMEs in implementing circular business practices. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of the three strategic concepts into a single analytical framework through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), a perspective that has rarely been combined in previous studies. With the SLR method based on the PRISMA protocol, this study shows that MSMEs already have a strong foundation in the digital mindset, including technology readiness, innovation orientation, and adaptation of digital business models. Family business values have also been proven to support business continuity through knowledge transfer and long-term investment. However, the implementation of circular business practices is still weak, especially in resource cycle management, sustainable product design, and environmental impact measurement. The implication is that the synergy of digital mindset and family business governance can strengthen the transition of MSMEs to a circular economy that directly supports the achievement of the SDGs, especially in the areas of sustainable consumption-production and industrial innovation.

The development of traditional markets is increasingly threatened by market transformation, both physically and through online sales systems (e-commerce). This study aims to analyze the forms of resilience implemented by clothing vendors at Wage Market, Tulungagung, in maintaining their business continuity amidst declining market conditions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. This research utilizes James S. Coleman's Rational Choice Theory. The methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were six people consisting of four clothing vendors, the Head Coordinator of Wage Market, and the Heads of Market Technical Implementation Units throughout Tulungagung Regency. Subject selection was based on a purposive sampling technique. The results show that the forms of trader resilience consist of economic, innovation, social networks, and psychological aspects. Economically, traders maintain their businesses through managing capital owned by personal savings and cooperative loans. In terms of innovation, traders utilize simple technology and a variety of merchandise patterns. In terms of social networks, family support and solidarity among traders are the main strengths, while psychologically, optimism and religious beliefs help them survive. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening vendor strategies through digital marketing training and support for market revitalization policies from local governments to maintain the economic sustainability of vendors during times of market transformation.

Located in Karangjati, Semarang Regency. The rapid development of the culinary industry has led to increasingly fierce competition. Customer satisfaction is crucial for business continuity. This study employs a quantitative method with an explanatory design. A total of 96 individuals were surveyed using simple random sampling.  The F-test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, descriptive statistics, and t-test were used to analyse the data collected via a Likert scale questionnaire. The results show that taste and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Consistency in taste provides emotional satisfaction, while good service enhances the customer's dining experience. The coefficient of determination shows that these two factors explain more than 60% of the variation in customer satisfaction. These findings emphasise the importance for traditional restaurants to maintain the uniqueness and consistency of taste while improving service quality in order to build customer loyalty and maintain competitiveness.
