Herpes zoster is a skin infection caused by the reactivation of the varicella-zoster virus, characterized by unilateral skin lesions corresponding to dermatome distribution and complaints of pain or itching. This disease is more common in adults and the elderly, especially in individuals with reduced immunity due to stress or work overload. A case was reported of a 40-year-old woman who worked as a nurse and came to a primary health care facility complaining of itching and red spots on her right breast area that had spread to the surrounding area two weeks before the examination and had worsened in the last few days. Physical examination revealed unilateral red skin lesions in a dermatomal pattern without crossing the midline of the body, consistent with the early phase of herpes zoster. Management was comprehensive, including medication, patient education about the disease and skin care, prevention of complications, and family support. A holistic approach is necessary to improve the success of therapy and the patient's quality of life.

The normal flora of chickens refers to the microbial communities that naturally inhabit the gastrointestinal tract and body surfaces of chickens, playing a crucial role in health, digestion, and immunity. This community consists of beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, and Bacillus, which assist in feed fermentation, vitamin synthesis, and inhibition of pathogenic growth. Additionally, the normal flora may include potential pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., and Campylobacter, which can cause diseases if microbial balance is disrupted. The diversity and balance of the microbiota are influenced by various abiotic factors, including feed quality, access to clean water, ambient temperature, humidity, and environmental hygiene. Biotic factors, such as microbial interactions, rearing systems, and contact with other animals, also play a significant role in determining microbial composition. Several studies have shown that the use of feed additives, such as probiotics and phytogenics, can enhance populations of beneficial bacteria while suppressing pathogenic bacteria. Extensive rearing systems, which provide chickens with more space and exposure to natural environments, tend to increase microbiota diversity compared to semi-intensive systems with more restricted conditions. Understanding these factors is essential for developing effective health management strategies and optimizing safe and sustainable poultry production.

Herpes zoster and crusted scabies are dermatological conditions that pose a higher risk and clinical severity in immunocompromised patients, particularly those with chronic comorbidities such as diabetes mellitus and hypertension. This case report presents a 55-year-old woman with painful vesicular eruptions on the right neck and generalized thick, crusted, itchy plaques across the body. She had a longstanding history of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Clinical diagnosis of herpes zoster and crusted scabies was confirmed through physical examination and KOH microscopic testing, which identified Sarcoptes scabiei. The patient was treated with oral acyclovir, topical permethrin, and supportive therapy to manage pain and prevent secondary infections. The coexistence of herpes zoster and crusted scabies in a diabetic patient highlights the role of impaired immunity in disease severity and presentation. Early recognition and integrated management are essential to improve prognosis and prevent complications.

B lymphocyte cells and T lymphocyte cells are two important types of cells in the human body's immune system. B Lymphocyte cells are responsible for producing antibodies that identify and help eliminate pathogens, such as bacteria and viruses. They also play a role in the adaptive immune response and can become memory cells, allowing the body to respond more quickly if exposed to the same pathogen in the future. T lymphocytes on the other hand, function in the recognition and destruction of cells infected by viruses as well as in regulating the immune response. T cells can be divided into several subtypes, including cytotoxic T cells, which directly destroy infected cells, and helper T cells, which help coordinate the immune response by secreting cytokines. These two types of cells work together to provide effective protection against infection and contribute to immunological memory, which is important for long-term immunity

Vaccination can increase the body's immunity and fight infectious diseases. The level of health of the Indonesian people is decreasing due to the high infant mortality rate, and one effort to overcome this is with a vaccination program for babies and young children. But this program still faces a problem: opposition from parents. Some say that parents' reluctance to vaccinate is caused by people's misunderstanding about vaccines, lack of education, lack of knowledge about vaccines, and the distance between Posyandu Nilla A and Posyandu Nila B, some argue that it is the same whether they want to carry out immunization or not, they will still experience fever, some say the reason is related to religion. This intervention aims to provide education to mothers who do not have access to basic health services. The method used is a lecture method using booklet media which provides direct information to mothers of babies and young children through open interaction. The results of the intervention showed that 81.0% of mothers had good knowledge and 19.0% of mothers had poor knowledge. The conclusion from this intervention is that most mothers know about vaccinations for their children, and it is hoped that good knowledge can help support good vaccinations for their children

Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a heterogeneous disorder characterized by increased glucose levels in the blood. Insulin, a hormone produced by the pancreas, controls glucose levels in the blood by regulating its production and storage (Smeltzer and Bare, 2019). Diabetes Mellitus occurs if the pancreas produces little or no insulin so that the sufferer is forever dependent on external insulin, or if the pancreas continues to produce insulin but the body develops immunity to its effects. Diabetic neuropathy is nerve damage caused by increased blood glucose, which results in decreased blood circulation to cells and decreased nerve cell function. Initial symptoms are paresthesia (prickling, tingling or increased sensitivity) and burning (especially at night). As neuropathy increases, the feet feel numb (numb). Decreased sensitivity to pain and temperature puts neuropathy sufferers at risk of experiencing injury and infection in the feet without knowing it (Smeltzer and Bare, 2019). Foot exercises are activities or exercises carried out by Diabetes Mellitus patients which aim to improve blood circulation so that nutrition reaches the tissues more smoothly, strengthen small muscles, calf muscles and thigh muscles, and overcome the limited joint movement often experienced by Diabetes Mellitus sufferers. Method: The method for writing this final scientific paper is a literature review by examining journals that discuss the effect of diabetic foot exercises on reducing neuropathy symptoms in Diabetes Mellitus sufferers. Results: Based on the results of the implementation carried out by the author, namely encouraging patients to carry out routine extremity movements, namely by carrying out diabetes foot exercise therapy for three consecutive days from 09 to 11 January 2024, differences were found between conditions before and after implementation. The patient data before implementation was that the patient said both feet often felt tingling, the patient said both feet sometimes felt like they were numb, the results of scoring symptoms of diabetic neuropathy were 4, while the patient data after implementation was that the patient complained of tingling both times and feeling like numbness. begins to decrease and the results of scoring symptoms of diabetic neuropathy have decreased, namely to a value of 2, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of diabetic foot exercise therapy on reducing symptoms of diabetic neuropathy in diabetes mellitus sufferers. This is in accordance with the journal that the author studied, namely according to Febrina Angraini S, 2020.
