Early Initiation of Breastfeeding is the process of a baby breastfeeding immediately after birth, where the baby is allowed to look for the mother's own nipple (not having the nipple offered). Early initiation of breastfeeding will greatly help in the continuation of exclusive breastfeeding (breast milk only) and the duration of breastfeeding. IMD has been shown to extend the duration of breastfeeding, increase the chances of a baby being breastfed in the first months of life, and can also contribute to increased exclusive breastfeeding. Babies who practice IMD also appear to interact more with their mothers and cry less (UNICEF, 2018; WHO, 2019 ). This type of research is analytical, namely the researcher will analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge and basic immunization provision, with a cross-sectional design, namely data on the mother's level of knowledge and basic immunization provision. The research was conducted at the Midwife Sri Wulandari clinic, S.Tr.Keb in 2023. The research was conducted April to June 2022. The population is relatively small, namely under 100 people. From the description above, the author used a total sampling technique, namely 52 mothers with 1 year old babies.

Infancy is a golden period for a child's growth and development so it needs special attention. One of the factors that influences a baby's growth and development is sleep and rest. The need for sleep is not only seen from the quantity aspect but also the quality. With good quality sleep, the baby's growth and development can be achieved optimally. One way that can be used to fulfill these needs is baby massage. Baby massage is a gentle stroking or massaging therapy for babies, this is stimulation through tactile stimulation, gentle massage approaching soft and gentle massage on the surface of the baby's skin gently, on the tissues and organs of the body. Baby massage is useful for increasing the baby's concentration and making the baby sleep soundly, to increase the baby's growth and weight, increase the body's endurance, build bonds of love between parents and children and improve blood circulation and breathing. A baby's weight is influenced by heredity, nutrition, environment, gender and social status. Body weight is an anthropometric indicator for assessing growth in babies or children. Balanced nutrition and basic health care in the form of immunizations. Regular massage for babies can increase the baby's weight and the length of time the baby sleeps. This happens when the baby is massaged and the baby feels relaxed so it is easy for the baby to sleep. The initial survey was conducted through direct interviews with AsyfAlesha Mom n' Baby Care, which opened a baby massage practice. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining the effectiveness of baby massage on weight gain and baby sleep quality at AsyfAlesha Mom n' Baby Care, whether its implementation is effective in supporting weight gain and baby sleep quality to prevent stunting in babies.

Immunization serves as the most effective and cost-efficient primary preventive measure against infectious diseases. It not only shields individuals from severe ailments but also averts the spread of communicable illnesses. Drawing from data collection, Olung Hanangan Village ranks among the communities with the lowest coverage of fundamental immunization. The insufficiency in basic immunization may arise due to factors like inadequate education and parental adherence to immunization schedules. The level of education shapes the pattern of shifts in parents' health-related behavior, ultimately emerging as a determinant of adherence to scheduled immunizations. Objective: This study aims to examine the correlation between parental (mothers') education levels and adherence to basic immunization for infants aged 0-9 months in Olung Hanangan Village. Method: Employing a quantitative research approach with a correlational research type and a cross-sectional design, this study involves a total of 32 respondents. Data collection employs a questionnaire as the measuring tool, followed by data analysis utilizing the Chi-Square statistical test. Results: The obtained significant value (p-value) is less than the α value, with a significance level set at α = 0.05. The Chi-Square statistical test yields a significant value of Asmp. Sig. (2-tailed) at 0.000. This finding confirms a relationship between parental (mothers') education levels and adherence to basic immunization for infants aged 0-9 months in Olung Hanangan Village. Conclusion: The study's findings underscore a significant link between parental (mothers') education levels and adherence to basic immunization for infants aged 0-9 months in Olung Hanangan Village. Factors Associated with Completeness of Basic Immunization for Infants at Ulee Kareng Health Center. Basic immunization is a program carried out to protect a person's body from diseases that can be prevented by immunization (PD3I) caused by viruses or bacteria, including tuberculosis, polio, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, hepatitis B, flu, measles and rubella. Based on data from the Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Management, the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2018, ranks of Aceh Province are the lowest in basic immunization coverage, which is 70%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with completeness of immunization in infants with quantitative analytical methods with a cross sectional design approach (Cut Latitude). The study was conducted in March-July 2021 and obtained as many as 62 samples with the sampling method by accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge and completeness of infant basic immunization with a p-value of 0.000, there is a relationship between mother's education and completeness of infant basic immunization with p-value of 0.000001, there is a relationship between mother's employment status and completeness of infant basic immunization p-value 0.003, and there is a relationship between family support and completeness of basic infant immunization with a p-value of 0.000. The distance to the place of immunization service does not have a relationship with the completeness of infant immunization with a p-value of 0.054. The efforts of the puskesmas in achieving immunization completeness were scored well by conducting an assessment of planning, implementation and assessment activities using a questionnaire containing 5 questions on planning, 5 questions on implementation and 5 questions on assessment. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge, education, employment status, and family support has a relationship with the status of completeness of infant immunization. The distance to the place of immunization service does not have a relationship with the infant's immunization status. The researcher's suggestion is to do research with a larger sample and add various other variables that have a relationship with the infant's immunization status.

Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is a government program that aims to reduce poverty and improve people's welfare. This program provides direct financial assistance to poor families in an effort to meet their basic needs. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of BLT on public health and social behavior. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach using survey data from respondents who have received BLT. The data collected included information about the health conditions of the respondents before and after receiving BLT, as well as changes in their social behavior. Statistical analysis was used to identify the relationship between BLT and health and social behavior. The results of this study indicate that the provision of BLT has a significant positive effect on public health. Respondents who received BLT reported increased access to health services, including access to medicines, medical care, and immunization. In addition, there have been improvements in health behaviors, such as better diets, better personal hygiene, and higher levels of physical activity. Apart from health, BLT also had a positive impact on people's social behavior. Respondents reported increases in participation in community activities, awareness of social issues, and involvement in social activities. This shows that acceptance of BLT not only affects individual health conditions, but also strengthens social bonds and community participation.

Child health issues are one of the government's priorities in creating a quality generation. One effort for this purpose, all children under five are immunized. The challenge of implementing the immunization program that causes the target of immunization coverage not to be achieved is the lack of knowledge. In an effort to increase knowledge, the role of health workers, especially midwives, is to provide information through health education using both the demonstration method and the discovery learning method. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the demonstration method and the discovery method on mother's knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization in infants at the UPTD Inpatient Health Center Warunggunung - Lebak Banten 2023. This study used a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. One-group pre-post test design to obtain knowledge data before and after the intervention. The number of samples in this study were 66 mothers who had babies who met the inclusion criteria. The instrument used for data collection used a questionnaire and then the data were analyzed using a paired test and an independent sample T test. The results of the research produced in this study were that the mother's knowledge before the intervention was included as lacking and after being given the intervention with demonstration and discovery was sufficient. There is an influence of health education demonstration and discovery methods on mother's knowledge about completeness of basic immunization (p value 0.000). There is no difference in the effectiveness of the demonstration method and the discovery method on mother's knowledge about the completeness of basic immunization in infants with a p value of 0.068.
