This study aims to analyze the integration of Pancasila values and Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in shaping digital ethics and to examine the development of digital law through the Islamic Sociological Jurisprudence Theory approach. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature study approach based on relevant academic sources and journals. The findings indicate that the integration of Pancasila and PAI serves as a comprehensive ethical foundation in shaping digital behavior by reinforcing moral, spiritual, and social values. Furthermore, digital law is understood as a product of the interaction between social and religious values, which is dynamic and adaptive to technological developments. The Islamic Sociological Jurisprudence Theory contributes to constructing a legal paradigm that is not only formal-legal but also contextual and oriented toward public welfare (maslahah). The ethical-based digital law development model integrating Pancasila and Islamic values is considered relevant in addressing contemporary digital challenges, such as misinformation, privacy violations, and cybercrime. However, this study also identifies limitations, particularly in the implementation aspect, which remains largely normative and has not been optimally integrated into concrete policies. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen adaptive regulations, develop applicable digital ethics education, and conduct further empirical research to establish a just and sustainable digital legal system.

Background: Trigeminal neuralgia (TN) is often associated with neurovascular compression in the trigeminal nerve root entry zone, necessitating the simultaneous visualisation of nerves and blood vessels. Fusion of 3D SPACE and 3D TOF MRA images provides an integrated neurovascular view; however, not all hospitals have fusion software. This study developed a MATLAB-based image fusion method as an alternative and evaluated its equivalence to hospital-based fusion software. Methods: This study employed a descriptive quantitative research design, conducted in November 2025 at Diponegoro National Hospital and Dr Kariadi General Hospital in Semarang. A total of 16 brain MRI datasets (3D SPACE and 3D TOF MRA) were fused using hospital software and the MATLAB fusion application (MATLAB R2025b GUI). The fusion results were assessed by specialist radiologists. Diagnostic performance metrics (sensitivity, specificity, NDP, NDN, accuracy) were calculated, and paired differences were tested using the McNemar test. Intra-observer reliability was assessed using percentage agreement and Cohen’s Kappa. Results: MATLAB fusion yielded a sensitivity of 90.91%, specificity of 80.00%, NDP of 90.91%, NDN of 80.00%, and accuracy of 87.50%; the McNemar test (p=1.000) indicated no significant difference. Intra-observer reliability was very good (percent agreement 94%; Kappa 0.875). These findings indicate that MATLAB-based fusion is equivalent to hospital software fusion on the study data and has the potential to serve as an alternative in facilities without fusion software, provided that registration standardisation and user training are in place.

Hyperemesis gravidarum is a common complication in early pregnancy characterized by excessive nausea and vomiting that can negatively affect maternal health and quality of life. Although pharmacological management is widely used, concerns regarding medication safety during pregnancy have increased interest in complementary and non-pharmacological interventions. One such approach is aromatherapy, particularly the use of lavender essential oil, which is known for its calming and antiemetic properties. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of lavender aromatherapy in reducing the frequency of hyperemesis gravidarum among pregnant women at RSUD Tikep. This research employed a quantitative quasi-experimental design with a pretest–posttest approach. A total of 30 first-trimester pregnant women experiencing hyperemesis gravidarum were selected using purposive sampling. The intervention involved inhalation of lavender aromatherapy administered for a predetermined duration and frequency. The frequency of nausea and vomiting was measured before and after the intervention using observation sheets and self-reported records. Data were analyzed using SPSS software, including descriptive statistics, normality tests, and paired sample t-tests. The results demonstrated a significant reduction in the mean frequency of hyperemesis gravidarum following the administration of lavender aromatherapy. Statistical analysis revealed a p-value of less than 0.05, indicating a significant difference between pre-intervention and post-intervention measurements. These findings suggest that lavender aromatherapy effectively reduces the frequency of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. In conclusion, lavender aromatherapy is a safe, low-cost, and effective complementary therapy for managing hyperemesis gravidarum. Inflammation is a physiological response to tissue injury, infection, or harmful stimuli, characterized by redness, swelling, heat, and pain. However, excessive or chronic inflammation may lead to tissue damage and degenerative diseases. Long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is associated with gastrointestinal and cardiovascular side effects, highlighting the need for safer natural alternatives. Taro leaves (Colocasia esculenta) are traditionally used to treat swelling and wounds and contain bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, saponins, and triterpenoids with potential anti-inflammatory effects. This study aimed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity of ethanol extract of taro leaves and determine the most effective dose. An experimental study was conducted using male white mice (Mus musculus) divided into five groups: negative control (Na-CMC), positive control (sodium diclofenac), and three treatment groups receiving extract doses of 25, 50, and 75 mg/kg BW. Inflammation was induced by 1% carrageenan injection. The extract significantly reduced inflammation, with the highest inhibition (84.13%) observed at 75 mg/kg BW, comparable to diclofenac.

This study investigates the monetary transmission mechanisms influencing inflation and exchange rates across seven Southeast Asian countries (Myanmar, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam) over the period 2010–2023, with special focus on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The research addresses the problem of macroeconomic instability, particularly the volatility in inflation and currency values during crisis periods, and aims to identify the dominant monetary factors affecting these indicators. The study employs a mixed quantitative approach using Structural Vector Autoregression (SVAR), Panel Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL), and Paired Sample t-Test to analyze the short-term and long-term relationships among key variables: Gross Domestic Product (GDP), investment, money supply (M2), interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates. Findings reveal that GDP is the most influential factor impacting both inflation and exchange rates, followed by money supply and interest rates. The variance decomposition analysis confirms that these monetary variables significantly explain macroeconomic fluctuations in both pre- and post-pandemic contexts. The t-Test further indicates statistically significant changes in inflation and exchange rates before and after the pandemic, highlighting the disruptive effect of COVID-19 on economic stability. The results demonstrate that inflation declined significantly in most countries during the pandemic, while exchange rate behavior varied depending on economic resilience and policy responsiveness. The study concludes that maintaining macroeconomic stability requires not only monetary policy coordination but also effective public health crisis management. This research contributes to the regional policy discourse by offering empirical insights and evidence-based recommendations to strengthen economic resilience in Southeast Asia.
