The goal of this study is to maximize the Corruption Eradication Commission's (KPK) ability to stop corrupt activities. Within the executive power group, the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) is a state institution that exercises its authority and functions independently, unaffected by other powers. This study employs a qualitative approach and descriptive research methods. The study's findings indicate that while the Corruption Eradication Commission's (KPK) performance has improved, it is still not at its best. Corruption can result in large financial losses and erode public confidence in the government.

Village regulations are set out in Law No. 6/2014, which explains that a village has the authority to regulate and oversee the needs of the community, including the authority to manage their own finances. By law, the village government is required to report to the government on its performance as a result of this financial management authority. In its implementation, village financial management must be considered because it is very important. In the management of village finances, there are possible administrative and substantive risks that can lead to legal problems due to the less than optimal capacity of village officials in preparing reports and making reports on financial responsibilities.   Government-regulated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs are intended to reduce the impact on society and the environment, but CSR cannot be done without the support of good corporate governance (GCG). The purpose of this study is to ascertain and examine previous research on the impact of corporate governance and environmental and social responsibility, or CSR, on corporate value, financial performance, and profits. This research combines qualitative methods with a literature study strategy, which involves using data collected from publications published in national journals to support ideas. Twenty samples of indexed and non-indexed articles were selected by the researchers from Google Scholar. Based on the findings of previous research studies, this study found that the impact of corporate governance (GCG) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on financial performance and firm value varies. By increasing stakeholder trust, CSR often improves profitability, however, these benefits are not always visible due to high implementation costs. The contribution of corporate governance, including audit committees and independent boards, to business efficiency and transparency varies. Researchers believe that a more thorough study of the impact of GCG and CSR on firm value, financial performance, and profits will be conducted in the future.

This study aims to examine the strategies implemented by the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in providing adequate clean water and sanitation services in Labuan Bajo Village, Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency. The results indicate that PDAM possesses several strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in carrying out its functions. The main strengths of PDAM include an extensive distribution network, strong regulatory support, adequate technical capacity, stable availability of raw water, and responsive services. However, its weaknesses include aging infrastructure, limitations in human resource management, financial constraints, the long distance of raw water sources from the distribution center, and frequent service disruptions. The opportunities that PDAM can leverage include regulatory support from the government, increased public awareness of the importance of clean water, the implementation of innovative projects, partnerships with the private sector, and the adoption of modern technology. On the other hand, threats faced by PDAM include the impact of climate change on raw water availability, limited water resources, suboptimal human resource management, and issues with cash flow and long-term funding.By understanding these factors, PDAM can formulate more effective strategies to enhance its performance and provide better clean water and sanitation services. Several recommendations are proposed, including infrastructure revitalization, improved staff training and development, diversification of funding sources, adoption of innovative technologies, and strengthening collaboration with external partners. Implementing these recommendations is expected to support the sustainability of PDAM Labuan Bajo's services in meeting the community's needs for clean water and sanitation in the region.

The purpose of this study is to show how much green finance—which includes investments in renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, green technology, social investment, and green bonds—can help a sample of Iraqi bank employees achieve sustainable financial performance, including accounting, marketing, and comprehensive performance. The research problem was that the banking system and the government must work together effectively to provide the required financial tools, such as low-cost bank loans and exemptions from environmental taxes, in order to achieve sustainable financial performance and make the shift to a green economy. By examining the connection between these factors, two primary hypotheses were created to gauge the degree of influence and linkage. The primary instrument for gathering information pertaining to the field component of the study was the questionnaire form. There were 179 people in the sample. The study included a variety of statistical techniques, including standard deviations, arithmetic averages, and structural equation modeling with the aid of statistical tools (spss.var.29, amos.var.26). The most significant of the conclusions drawn was that green financing has a morally beneficial effect on sustainable financial performance.

MSMEs play a crucial role in the economy. However, the performance of MSMEs is often not optimal due to various challenges, such as limited access to financing, lack of financial literacy, and high dependence on government policies. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and government policies on the performance of MSMEs in Depok City. A quantitative research design was applied in this study. Primary data were obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed to 100 selected MSME actors using the accidental sampling method. Data collection was carried out in August - September 2024. Data analysis used the Smart Partial Last Square (PLS) 4 program which includes measuring the outer model and inner model. In testing the outer model, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability tests were carried out. In testing the inner model, an evaluation was carried out on multicollinearity, R-squared, goodness of fit, F Square, and path coefficients. The results of the study showed that both financial literacy and government policies had a positive effect on MSME performance, but were not statistically significant. The results of this study imply that financial literacy and government policies need to be improved in terms of implementation and relevance to provide a more tangible impact on MSME performance. Financial literacy programs and policies need to be more tailored to the specific needs of MSMEs and supported by ongoing support to have a significant impact.

The transformation of public sector accounting is critical for enhancing the quality of public services. This evolution is driven by the need for greater transparency, accountability, and efficiency within government operations. Traditional accounting practices, often characterized by a focus on compliance and financial reporting, are being replaced by more comprehensive frameworks that emphasize performance measurement and management. This shift is largely influenced by globalization, technological advancements, and the increasing expectations of citizens for improved public services. By adopting modern accounting practices, public sector organizations can better align their financial management strategies with service delivery goals, thus fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key elements of this transformation include the integration of performance indicators into accounting systems, the use of budgeting as a tool for strategic planning, and the implementation of accrual accounting. These practices facilitate more nuanced understanding of the resources used in delivering services and the outcomes achieved. Moreover, the adoption of digital technologies in accounting processes enhances data accessibility and enables real-time reporting, which supports informed decision-making. Ultimately, the transformation of public sector accounting is not merely a technical change but a fundamental shift in how public organizations operate. By focusing on outcomes and accountability, this transformation encourages  more responsive and efficient public service, thereby improving the overall quality of services provided to citizens.
