Poor quality of financial statements can have an impact on the inaccuracy of the information presented, thereby hindering data-based decision-making. This can also affect the accountability and transparency of financial management within government agencies. This study aims to investigate the influence of human resource (HR) competence, the implementation of the Agency-Level Financial Application System (SAKTI), and internal control on the quality of financial statement information at the Brebes Regency Religious Court Office. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The research sample consists of employees who are directly involved in the financial reporting process. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using regression methods to test the relationship between these variables. Human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on improving the Quality of Financial Statement Information at the Brebes Regency Religious Court office by 66.5%. The implementation of SAKTI had a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of financial statement information by 17.5%. Internal Control had a positive and significant effect on improving the Quality of Financial Statement Information by 14.0%. HR competence, SAKTI implementation, and Internal Control simultaneously affect the improvement of the quality of financial statement information at the Brebes Regency Religious Court office. The variables of HR competence, SAKTI implementation, and internal control contributed 66.4% to the quality of financial statement information at the Brebes Regency Religious Court office, while the remaining 33,760% were influenced by variables that were not studied.

English has become an important subject at the elementary school level, unlike when it was introduced at the middle school level. Today, English is included in the curriculum of elementary schools, as well as in kindergartens and early childhood education. English is introduced through enjoyable informal methods, such as playing and singing, to align with students' development. This aims to provide a strong foundation in foreign language acquisition. However, teaching English in remote areas like Samuda Kecil still faces challenges, such as a lack of resources and facilities. Digital technology, such as interactive videos from YouTube, is one innovation that has addressed these obstacles. The community service group at Institut Agama Islam Negeri Palangka Raya, who teaches at SDN 1 Samuda Kecil, uses the interactive video "Days of the Week" as a teaching medium. This video helps students listen to correct pronunciations and increases their motivation to learn. As a result, students find it easier to remember vocabulary and show significant improvement in understanding the material. Interactive media like this has proven effective in enhancing the quality of English learning in remote areas.

Entrepreneurship is one of the main pillars of economic development in modern societies. However, the practice of entrepreneurship often faces complex ethical and moral challenges amidst the dynamics of globalization. This article aims to explore how the values of Christian religious education can provide a spiritual and ethical foundation in addressing these challenges. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research examines a range of relevant academic literature, including articles and books, to illustrate the potential integration between Christian religious education and entrepreneurial spirit development. The results show that values such as integrity, justice, responsibility and love can serve as moral guidelines for Christian entrepreneurs to face modern challenges without losing the essence of their faith. Christian religious education plays a role not only in shaping individual character, but also in creating entrepreneurs who have the vision to bring positive social impact. The findings emphasize the importance of a holistic approach in education that integrates spiritual values and entrepreneurial practices to create a more equitable and sustainable society. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a Christian values-based entrepreneurship education model, as well as a solution to the moral challenges in entrepreneurship in the modern era.

Penelitian ini menganalisis kontribusi mahasiswa dalam mewujudkan kehidupan beragama yang moderat di Kelurahan Padangsari. Mahasiswa berperan sebagai agen perubahan yang berfokus pada penguatan moderasi beragama melalui pendidikan dan dialog lintas agama. Program pengabdian ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya moderasi beragama dan mengurangi potensi konflik antar kelompok agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi mahasiswa mampu mendorong terciptanya lingkungan sosial yang lebih inklusif dan harmonis, serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan nilai-nilai toleransi. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini berkontribusi signifikan dalam membangun hubungan antarumat beragama yang lebih baik di Padangsari.

This study discusses the application of religious moderation in an effort to build a peaceful and tolerant community in Tewang Kadamba Village, Central Kalimantan. This village is known for its cultural and religious diversity, where the Dayak Kaharingan tribe is the majority of the population while Hinduism, Islam, and Christianity live side by side harmoniously. However, there are challenges related to the lack of motivation in worship activities and the shortage of Islamic religious teachers in the village. This is a serious concern because it can affect the social and religious life of the community. The Tewang Kadamba Village KKN Team took the initiative to empower the community through strengthening religious values ​​by involving the younger generation and cadres in the religious teaching program. This program is expected to encourage positive changes in religious life and social life in the village. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method and literature study, with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of the religious teaching program in improving the understanding and practice of religious moderation values ​​among the Tewang Kadamba Village community. It is hoped that the results of the study can provide useful suggestions for the development of religious teaching programs in Tewang Kadamba Village, so that they can support the formation of a religious, tolerant, and peaceful society

This study aims to analyze the influence of religious awareness, social awareness, and payment convenience on the level of public participation in paying zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) at BAZNAS in Ponorogo Regency. The research method employed is quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that religious awareness negatively affects the level of public participation in ZIS payment. Meanwhile, social awareness and payment convenience have a positive influence on this participation level. These findings suggest that increasing social awareness and providing easier payment systems can encourage public participation in paying ZIS, while the factor of religious awareness requires further study regarding its negative influence. This research contributes to BAZNAS in Ponorogo Regency in formulating strategies to increase public participation in ZIS payment.

The research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the team quiz type active learning strategy on the active learning of Christian Religious Education and Character Education of class The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence of the team quiz type active learning strategy on the active learning of Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of class Descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population of all class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Raya Simalungun Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 159 people. The sample was random (random sampling), namely 40% of the total population minus 30 questionnaire test respondents, namely 40% x 129 people = 52 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: a) The value rcount=0.555>rtabel=0.297 and tcount=4.718>ttable=2.000 shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the team quiz type active learning strategy and students' active learning in Christian Religious Education and Character. b) Regression equation. c) The determination test shows that the magnitude of the effect is 30.80%. d) Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount=22.284>Ftable=3.15 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Social Competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Motivation in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Raya. The method used is a descriptive quantitative research method, with a population of 237 students and a sample taken of 25% so that the sample for this research is 59 students using Random Sampling techniques. The instrument used in this research used a closed questionnaire of 33 questions, of which 20 questionnaire items were for variable X and 20 items were for variable Y which had been tested on 33 students outside the research sample. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Social Competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Motivation in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Raya. 1) Test the relationship between rcount > rtable, namely 0.574>0.226; 2) Significant test tcount>ttable, namely 5.292>2.021; 3) Determination test, namely 32.94%; 4) The regression equation is obtained from Y ̂= 14.91+0.69X ; 5) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable = (α= 0.05, dk numerator k = 19, dk denominator = n-2 = 59-2 = 57) namely 27.87> 1.40. Thus Ha, namely that there is a positive and significant influence between the Social Competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Motivation in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Raya is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a significant influence of the Talking Stick learning model and the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP N 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a pre-experimental designs research type in the form of a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population was all Protestant Christian students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung consisting of 4 classes totaling 121 students and a sample of 31 people was determined using purposive sampling. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 30 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence on the Talking Stick learning model on the learning motivation of Christian Religious Education students and character in class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year as evidenced by the significant test obtained by the value tcount > ttable (α=0 .05; dk=n-1=30) which is 7.197 > 2.042, thus there is a significant influence between variable X and variable Y. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is that there is a positive and significant influence on the Talking Stick learning model on learning motivation students of Christian Religious Education and character education in class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year were accepted.

The development of information technology in the modern era is increasingly rapid. and influences various aspects of life, including early childhood education. The Internet, as a component of information technology, connects computers around the world into a very large network, enabling instant and global exchange of information. This has a significant impact on Religious and Moral Competencies in AUD. The qualitative approach used in this research is a case study design at the Bung Karno State Kindergarten. Data was collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with PAUD teachers, and questionnaires for parents or guardians of students. The research results show that technology, especially the use of gadgets, has a significant influence on the moral and religious values ​​of young children. Children who use technology excessively tend to have difficulty socializing, have apathetic behavior, and show signs of addiction. Challenges in teaching moral and religious values ​​​​include the difficulty of conveying abstract concepts to children who are still at the fundamental cognitive development stage. This research concludes that moral and religious education needs to be fostered from an early age to form quality character. Although technology can facilitate various activities, uncontrolled use can have a negative impact on children's moral and religious development. Therefore, parents, educators and other stakeholders need to do better to manage the use of technology and strengthen the education of moral and religious values ​​​​in early childhood.

Digital literacy is the ability to obtain, understand, and use information based on various digital sources. Information and communication technology development was increasing rapidly, and the Republic of Indonesia Constitution number 14 year 2005 demanded professional teachers be able to utilize digital technology and assess the validity of information from digital sources. Gilster said there are four aspects of digital literacy competence: internet searching, guidance of hypertext, evaluation of information content, and knowledge assembly. The researcher focuses on the problem of the digital literacy ability of Islamic education teachers and civil servants in Islamic education learning. The type of this research is field research with descriptive and qualitative approaches, which did not produce statistical analysis procedures or quantification methods. However, the research was analyzed through illustrations, narrative and interpretive words. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results showed that: First, based on the internet searching for Islamic Education teachers at MTsN 1 Hulu Sungai Tengah and MTsN 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah can search the information on the internet using search engines. Second, the ability to guide hypertext or hypertextual navigation of Islamic Education teachers at MTsN 1 Hulu Sungai Tengah and MTsN 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah still require a deeper understanding. Third, based on the ability to evaluate the information content of Islamic Education teachers at MTsN 1 Hulu Sungai Tengah and MTsN 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah, Islamic Education teachers still need to be more critical of the information that they find on the internet. Fourth, the ability to have a knowledge assembly for Islamic Education teachers at MTsN 1 Hulu Sungai Tengah and MTsN 3 Hulu Sungai Tengah also still needs deeper knowledge and understanding. This research aims to identify the problems faced by children's study groups, especially in religious education, namely Koran recitation groups. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting data through interviews and observations of children's study groups. The results of the research show several main problems, including children's lack of understanding about learning religion, especially reciting the Koran, for example in reading Iqro', memorizing short surahs, and also memorizing the Al-Qur'an. As a solution, the group will act as social workers, namely as Koran teachers in order to help children or children's study groups complete religious education, especially memorizing surahs and memorizing the Al-Qur'an. This research focuses on the role of a social worker, namely as a teacher in helping children's study groups increase the effectiveness of the children's study groups.

This article discusses the importance of creativity in learning, especially in the context of using Picture and Picture Cooperative Learning Model in Islamic Religious Education subject in a secondary school. The article emphasizes that creative learning models can improve learners' learning outcomes, especially when compared to more traditional learning models such as the Direct Learning Model. The research method used was experimental with a Quasi Experiment design, where two classes were selected as samples: one class applied the Picture and Picture Cooperative Learning Model as the experimental class, while the other class applied the traditional learning model. Data was collected through pre- and post-learning tests, as well as through observation of students' activeness. The results showed that the Picture and Picture Cooperative Learning Model has a significant effect on students' learning outcomes, especially in the context of learning Islamic Religious Education. This model allows students to be more active and creative in learning, so that their learning outcomes can be significantly improved. This research makes an important contribution to our understanding of the importance of creativity in learning and its relevance to learners' learning outcomes. To improve service quality, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia issued a Decree of the Director General of the Religious Courts Number 1403.b/DJA/SK/OT.01.3/8/2018 Concerning Guidelines for One-Stop Services in the Religious Courts Environment. With this policy, the Depok Religious Court implemented the One-Stop Integrated Service. In implementing the One Stop Integrated Service at the Depok Religious Court, several obstacles were found in its implementation. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the implementation of the One Stop Service policy at the Depok Religious Court. The theory of this research uses the theory of policy implementation in the George Edward III model. By using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Retrieval of data using interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the research from 4 indicators that regarding communication it is necessary to carry out more socialization because many people do not know about the mechanism in the procedure for handling service cases that exist at PTSP. Resources, in terms of quantity the number of officers at PTSP is still small while the number of cases at the Depok Religious Court is quite a lot. In terms of quality, there is a need for training because there are still officers who are less responsive, and the existing facilities and infrastructure at PTSP have not been integrated all in one door due to limited land. Disposition, the executors have a commitment to carry out this policy by delivering tasks that are good enough in accordance with the contents of the instructions in the policy. Bureaucratic Structure, the officers have carried out the policy in accordance with the applicable SOP. Suggestions from this study are that socialization must be increased and there is a need for land expansion to support infrastructure facilities and additional staff on duty at PTSP so as to maximize service time.
